One thing that is starting to feel inevitable is that the only way Fox will probably be able to make a deal for a 6th season is for the show to undergo more principal cast changes. I think Fox wants to keep LS and I think Rob Lowe wants to stay at Fox (he's their golden boy after all), so if Fox can lock in a deal, season 6 will definitely include Rob Lowe, but who else would be asked to stay? The departure of Sierra makes it pretty clear that Fox (and 20th Century) considers everyone else expendable to an extent and would be fine to continue the show without them. Fox has even talked for years about running this show with ever-changing casts, but which cast members would Fox fight to keep for longer outside of Lowe, and which ones would even be willing to return... and what kind of contract will they be willing to accept for it?

with all the recent news surrounding checo's performance clause with rbr, it got me wondering about Daniel's deal with McLaren. Did he also receive a similar contract clause from that team? like Ik that he was dropped without his prior knowledge but was he given options beforehand??

Daniel in fact had no such performance clause in his McLaren contract. He had an option to extend for 2023 that only he could trigger, which meant McLaren couldn't unilaterally decide to not extend him for 2023.

This was why Zak Brown went on his media tour criticising him and playing musical chair with his seat until he signed Piastri behind Daniel's back. They wanted Daniel to trigger that exit clause on his own so they wouldn't have to pay him out. In the end, Daniel left $18mil richer

Aaand 9naa is doing it again.

Apparently the actors in Kiseki Chapter 2 had to film some of their intimate scenes fully naked and without previous intimacy coordination in that regard. It also seems like the crew jokingly offered to go naked too (because that makes things better /s) which suggests that again this was a pretty spontaneous decision.

The same thing already happened during the filming of Check Out and I now wonder if they pulled the same crap during Venus in the Sky (my only hope is that if they had, they wouldn't have kept quiet about it because apparently to them it's good promo 😒).

Funny how pretty much every other Thai BL production company manages to film beautiful intimate scenes without having the actors go completely naked...

So is that the way to break it? By what I'm assuming to be coming to the realisation that you do not need to be bound by chains to another in order to support each other and be there for one another? However they still do have their magic abilities that came from the contract, so don't think it'll be right to conclude that it's completely broken.

Have you heard of the rumors that have been swirling for months now that Disney has been practically begging Adam Driver to play Reed Richards in Fantastic 4 and he's repeatedly have told them flat out no? They at least acknowledge that he's a money maker if it's true and will eventually give up. But they'll be back after repeatedly being upstaged by Reylo authors within the next few years and will probably offer full college funds for his kids plus $20 million in exchange for starring in a sequel to the 1998 version of The Parent Trap with Daisy Ridley as Annie/Hallie or some shit.

I kept hearing that they were 'in talks' with him or he was all but cast etc. and never bought it. I see no reason to believe he'd agree to sign on for that given what he's doing right now and what he's said before about corporate movie products.

It'd be a terrible career move for him at the moment and he doesn't need the money. Maybe if/when he wants to get into producing or to help a director he wants to work with, they'll get him in some MCU dreck, but I doubt he ever considered saying yes to this.

Bro I have to write and record an argumentative speech, write a literary analysis, get started on a short story with a pre-determined theme, write a reflection of the previously mentioned tasks and what knowledge and experience I got from them, as well as start planning for my oral examination which I apparently have to choose a subject for??? and make a powerpoint for???? Why did they not give me more details about the *final, most important examination in my course*?????

All in FOUR DAYS

The only redeeming qualities of these tasks is that I get to choose the movie I write my argumentative speech about (I'm supposed to argue for why it should be movie of the year, aka just infodump about why it's awesome), and that the only requirement I've been given for the short story is that it has to be about "the unknown" in one way or another

But none of that matters because they didn't tell me anything about needing to write a text for the final oral examination???? Or that I need to have a powerpoint???????? What do you mean "What subject have you chosen for your oral examination?"?????? I WASN'T TOLD THERE WOULD BE WRITING INVOLVED

MY ORAL EXAM FOR THE ENGLISH COURSE REQUIRED NO WRITING OR POWERPOINT PRESENTATION, MAYBE YOU SHOULD BRIEF YOUR STUDENTS ON WHAT THE FINAL ASSIGNMENT WILL EVEN BE BEFORE YOU THROW THEM INTO THE COURSE???

Smh I hate private-owned education-based companies

Like bro maybe put some money into an actually comprehensible website, teachers that don't hate their students, and classrooms that actually have heating instead of buying that new car that just entered the market, just a thought

I am very angry about this entire system, this company is ass and it's no wonder they're closing later this year (something I found out ***after*** applying for and accepting two courses and showing up for the voluntary in-person introduction.)
