Coming Out

So 2 weeks ago I told my parents. I'd lost sleep. Had weeks off work for my mental health. Truthfully, in the end- I didn't believe I could possibly feel worse than hiding it any longer. I wrote them a letter, I said all I needed to and explained how long this has been going on and the rollercoaster it has been.

Fortunately, my parents are great. My mum told me that she loved me no matter what, and my exterior is just a shell. My dad found it harder but he wrote me a letter. Explaining he loves me and he would rather have me the way I want than to not have me at all. What did I do to deserve these beautiful human beings as my parents.

As I have 18 months left on a waiting list to even talk to a professional I haveny exactly done a grand coming out. A lot of friends know now and are very supportive with a lot of questions (understably and I certainly would rather people ask than speculate).

My in-laws (to be) now know and have been very supportive too. My father in-law (to be) is also a herbalist and has made me tablets to try and encourage my natural production of testosterone.

Does anybody have any tips for other things I can try. I have a large chest so it's pretty obvious I'm female. But as well as binders I'm willing to try other things too so any advice would be massively appreciate.
