Massive tension in the FRONT Leg🍑🔥
This is an advanced exercise & POWER combo!
🔻Alternating explosive Hig Hinge pattern with Lunge in B-Stance overloading single leg
🔻B-Stance - 85% of weight in the FRONT leg, back leg is only assisting on tip toes *see details on form explained in my older reel
However this is a Compound movement (every muscle in the body working to perform it🔥)
SWING
▪️As explossivelly as you can, push through front leg only and use the back leg as assistance to balance
CLEAN
▪️Core stability and engaging your core, lats and shoulders becomes important as you are holding the weight at the chest
REVERSE LUNGE
▪️Slow Down and control the movemet landing into Lunge
❓How to incorporate: 6-8 reps/side for 3-4sets in your lower or totaly body training session. 🔁 REPEAT every week to practise & progress

Take your workout to The Park.. Enjoy the weather and breathe in some clean air. With the weather changing into fall, it is simply gorgeous outside. This is the opportunity to be outdoors before the winter comes. Embrace the change of the colored leaves, the glorious sun that will provide you with vitamin D. I made a series of exercises you can do at any local park or playground. Unfortunately, I can only store one at a time. So stay tune for the extras. Here is the clip, I am power jumping into steps in which are in various heights. This exercise is great for power, speed, leg strength and core. It is a power move; to modify this exercise you can simply step onto one foot at a time and increase the speed accordingly. Get creative at your local park and utilize a bench or stairs or a sturdy log or all at once! Aim for 15 to 20 power jumps or step ups and repeat for 3-4x.

Weighted Box Jumps = Multiple-Effort Power Training. These can be beneficial for almost any sport where you might have to exert near-maximal power multiple times in a short period of time (ex. jumping in Basketball⛹️‍♂️, swinging a golf club🏌️‍♀️, shooting in Wrestling/MMA 🥋, etc.). The goal is to be explosive throughout your entire body starting low and working high, right into deceleration with complete control on your landing. Try to be as quiet as you can when landing softly into your squat position. Aim to hold and stabilize for a split-second before rising up. Take it easy on the knees and step back down rather than jump down.
