Hallo liebe Leute 🤗 Morgen ist wieder #bentomonday 🥳 Ein Teil meiner Bentobox diesmal sind diese schönen Kartoffelrosen 🥰 Ja, es ist die herzhafte Version der Apfelrosen, aber ich finde das Ergebnis so schön, dass ich es herzhaft auch Klasse fand. Zutaten für ca 6 Rosen: 240g Kartoffeln Salz Pfeffer Etwas Öl Paprika oder Chilipulver Frischkäse oder Sour cream zum Dippen oder Ihr macht das leckere Masala Bhindi von mir dazu (Rezept morgen 🤗) Zubereitung: Eine Muffinform mit Papierförmchen auslegen. Backofen auf 170° vorheizen (am besten Umluft). Die Kartoffeln waschen, wer mag, schälen (ich lasse die Schale immer dran). Dann in etwa 1-2mm dicke Scheiben hobeln. Jetzt fächerförmig hinlegen und aufrollen. Etwas mit Öl bepinseln, mit Salz, Pfeffer und anderem würzen. Jetzt für etwa 45 Minuten in den Ofen.
