i got a hello fresh box this week because i had a discount code, but they've put half the items that should be kept refrigerated in the same bags as the stuff that can be kept at room temperature. so i open up the supposedly room temperature ingredient bags midweek and find that two out of my four recipes have ingredients that have gone bad :)
