Might be a hot take but Jake's Dream Bubble memory of Dirk's apocalypse monologue is the most Homestuck that Homestuck ever Homestucked. That shit had everything. The words Hitler and sexy are spoken in close proximity. A vaguely insensitive portmanteau is coined. Nature over nurture is endorsed throughly. It introduces and immediately kills three alternate timeline counterparts of familiar heroes, and ends with the introduction of a new supporting character that heralds many more. The conversation is the closest we ever get to one between the two members of the third-most-popular Homestuck ship and it's only a memory. It's THE Guy Fieri moment, and a big part of the ICP thing-like, ten percent of the time something bizarre from HS is described, it's from this convo specifically.
