05. Guerras civiles argentinas (2019)

Buenas, ¿cómo andan? 😀. Subo nuevamente un dibujo de esta serie 💙 . Este dibujo básicamente intenta representar el enfrentamiento que hubo entre dos facciones en el período post-independentista. A unos los llamaban unitarios y a otros federales por las formas que tenían de pensar la organización política de la nueva nación. En el dibujo el personaje aparenta desintegrarse aún estando en lucha. Se encuentra rodeado por cintas con los colores que representan a cada facción y el dibujo está enmarcado por un fileteado porteño por la fuerte intervención que tuvo Buenos Aires en este conflicto.

Bueno, eso sería todo. Espero que estén teniendo un buen domingo!

i'm glad the technocat is doing numbers. i've been ridden with nostalgia the past weeks for the 00s. patagonian 00s not whatever the 00s meant for the global north. my parents were computer techincians so my house was filled with old hardware, dusty cables, programming manuals printed single-sided (i drew in the blank), and my mom would go out once in a while to get me new games (on pirated cds, and half of them didn't work). most of my primary school classmates didn't even know what a computer was (eso cambió gracias a conectar igualdad ✌)

the crisis and living in such a remote place meant new things would never come and you wouldn't even find out, i got my first flat-ish pc screen in 2009 and kept using it until last year lol, i used an mp3 until 2014. i remember the fanciest phone you could get was a blackberry. i remember when smartphones appeared and literally ruined everything and the divide between internet and real life disappeared. sorry i'm gonna go grab my cane now
