I am unable to remember if you updated about it, but I was wondering how the pickling went?

And if you could offer any tips if someone wanted to get into it ^^

made around 60 jars. came out pretty good. didnt get around to pickling cabbage this year though (but i already have 3 jars of dried mushrooms so its a trade)

frankly i dont know if i have any tips other than... the normal things you do with pickled foods? i dont have any special information to share that will make the process or the end product better. other than maybe icluding oak leaves? not sure if most recipes mention that, but oak leaves make the pickles harder and less squishy when pickling. so its a bit of a must have for me. in my house we tear them into bigger pieces and stick one or two per jar. works good enough

because it's the only word for car with ů in it

its just such a nice word to say. ko-(hard k) cuuuur (c is like the ts in puts (something on the table) and the r is made with your tongue on the top of your mouth, vibrating a bit. ko-cúr so nice. so pleasant to say.
