Massachusetts police have charged a woman with second degree murder and are trying to put her away for life because her cop boyfriend was found dead in the front yard of another cops house. The police are saying that the dead cop was drunk and that his alcohol level made him succumb to the elements. Which is somehow grounds for a murder case.

YESTERDAY, TWO OFFICERS of the New York Police Department opened fire at the Sutter Avenue stop on the L train, shooting a 49-year-old train passenger in the head. The police also shot another passenger, a 26-year-old in the leg, and one of them shot the other in the armpit. And they shot the person they were trying to shoot at, a 37-year-old man who had allegedly entered the station without paying a fare.
The would-be fare-beater, police said, had a knife. The 49-year-old passenger the police shot in the head, who is reportedly in critical condition, did not have a knife. The 26-year-old passenger they shot did not have a knife, either.
(The fare-beater's knife reportedly then somehow disappeared from the scene.)
...in pursuit of a $2.90 fare—in pursuit of everything that fare was supposed to represent—the NYPD officers reportedly chased their suspect up a flight of stairs, followed him onto an arriving L train, shot him with tasers, and eventually began firing their guns in a crowded public space.

Murdoch crimes
The final result, the evidence suggests, was that, led by Brooks and Lewis, with Rupert Murdoch supervising, the company had moved through several stages of escalating destruction that coincided with the possibility of police action coming closer: it had now deleted from the archive all emails up to the end of 2007 for all employees, past and present; and all emails up to the end of 2008 of all senior executives, including James Murdoch and Brooks; and all the emails of all the suspects apart from those that may have survived on the “extraction laptop”. Since Sienna Miller’s lawyer wrote to the company in September 2010, requiring it to preserve evidence, it had destroyed a total of 30.7m messages. A clean sweep. https://www.prospectmagazine.co.uk/ideas/media/phone-hacking/65897/how-murdochs-company-magicked-away-31-million-emails

"INQUIRES IF RIVALRY BEHIND POLICE RAID," Toronto Star. April 10, 1934. Page 21. --- Steps were taken by Mayor Stewart to-day to learn if rivalry between merchants of the district was responsible for the police raid on a delicatessen store at 184 McCaul St. last Saturday night, resulting in the proprietor, K. Silver, laying a charge before the police commission that he and others were assaulted by Inspector Douglas Marshall.
The mayor asked J. Palmer Kent, secretary of the police commission, if it is the practice to report to the police commission all cases where holders of licenses under the police commission have been convicted in court. He asked specifically if a merchant "just around the corner" from Silver was convicted on a liquor charge, and if his case was reported to the commission.
"If it was not reported to us. I want to know why," stated the mayor. "I also want to know if a report is presented to the commission when a license-holder is convicted of any offence, or if they just report the cases they see fit. We don't want to have any favoritism." Silver is operating without a license, his application being withheld pending a report from Inspector Marshall.
Mayor Stewart is in favor of a public inquiry when the case comes before the police commissioners on Wednesday.

This is an old picture of Patricia Ann Roberts, holding her now teenaged grandson Aiden. She was last seen at 2164 Craigend Lane, Lake Orion, Michigan. This property has had a tax lien on it since 2017. Combined with this year's due payment and the interest accruing and compounding monthly an estimated more than $90,000USD is owed. Surely this will result in foreclosure and seizure of the property any day now.
Please. If anyone has any information regarding the verifiable whereabouts of Patricia Ann Roberts ( Patty ), please email me at [email protected]
Other names she has used in the past: Patricia ( Patty ) Coffey Patricia ( Patty ) Dumas Patricia ( Patty ) Randle
Her daughter's names are Brittany Coffey and Kylie Dumas.
The man she was living with is Thomas Wayne Randle. There are hundreds of pages of pdf documents secured with the guidelines provided by the National Domestic Violence Hotline published on the Internet Archive. Using the Truecaller app and E2PDF, they are admissible in court, and this combination of data collection tools has been used for years to convict drug dealers, etc. He is an admirer and imitator of Rush Limbaugh and member of one of the 22 racist hate groups in the state. She told me he tore apart her five tiny dogs and forced her to bake them on a cookie sheet and watch while he ate them. More information is available on my DeviantArt page.
This woman is now 56 and was planning on leaving him to join me - asking me to marry her, and I wholeheartedly agreed.

I swear police and media make me sick. American Nightmare literally has me heartbroken. The fact that people were and are more willing to believe some movie shit happening in real life. Life is much stranger than fiction. It’s just the fact that people weren’t doing their jobs and making blatant accusations. I mean to straight up tell her boyfriend that he killed her with all the confidence in the world. Only to turn around and tell the very much alive girlfriend, equally as confidently, that you know she’s a lying piece of shit jealous bitch like that blonde off Gone Girl. See, you even look like her.
Does she though? 🙄
The only thing that really stuck out to me about that documentary is how gullible people are (the DMs were craaaaazy. People really be on high horses. Like no, let’s pause and talk about the type of person you have to be to go in someone you don’t know DMs and tell them they deserve to die. Like what about the situation hurt you that deep? It had absolutely no effect on your life 🤯). Anyway, the other thing I learned is how fucking useless the police are. Im thankful for the female cop that broke the case but she is one in a million.
This is what I expect people to get outraged at, but things like the police being trash never go viral. I guess yall still fighting over pronouns or some shit.

One senior officer, who expressed concern at the existence of rape myths in their force, told academics: “We massively pre-judge the credibility of the victim. We investigate the victim more than the offence itself.”

I like how NPMD makes the points:
1. The presence of bullying and social hierarchies don’t just hurt the victims and those lower in the hierarchy, but in fact everyone within the framework, and should be dismantled by any means necessary
2. The animosity and rivalry of jocks and nerds is ultimately a fabrication of those who wish to hurt others, and a healthy relationship between people with differing interests is both good morally and helpful for all parties
And 3. Given the slightest, even manufactured, excuse, the Police will immediately assault random people.

Homeland security
At the very least, the reporting so far paints a damning picture of an agency that can purchase troves of data on Americans’ locations, even from a Muslim prayer app, and yet apparently can’t fulfill the most basic function of securing a rooftop. In many ways, it calls into question the vast post-9/11 national-security apparatus consolidated under the Department of Homeland Security, armed with extensive surveillance powers that were justified in the name of keeping Americans and their representatives safe. https://prospect.org/politics/2024-07-19-playbook-improving-secret-service/
