I can't remember if this is the case, but is Ogerpon actually gender-locked? She's definitely shiny-locked, that's a given, but genderlocking isn't something I've seen before.

Well, I don’t know if I’d call her “gender-locked,” because that would imply that it’s possible for her to be male in the game’s code, just that she’s coded to be female when you catch her (Akin to Terapagos being coded to be male)

As far as we know, her species as a whole is 100% female. Not unlike other legendaries— Latias, Enamorus, Cresselia…
