Hi everyone! Just two days ago, I made some interesting discoveries about LFL by just digging around the website

I'm not sure if anyone else found this out so that's why I'm going to be sharing what I found because it's very interesting

This post is going to be pretty long lol and full of my rambling. If you're interested, please take a read! Do note that English isn't my first language so I may express myself a bit weird 😭

Also IK the screenshots are pretty shitty but I'm lazy oops

To start, I have a habit of checking the sinistershrike website along with the LFL itch.io game page. Why? Well I just like looking if there are any new updates (and its my hyperfixtation so I'm constantly looking for new content)-

And I noticed that on the sinistershrike website there was a new update which some of you may or may not saw.

In summary, the game is getting custom music, prounouns are getting removed so MC is going to be gender neutral and getting called only by their name and most interesting of all: a new main character is getting added, and they're going to be dateable!

Pretty interesting, right? I immediately got curious on who that character might be since they're going to cause drama and more mysteries.

But wait! I'm still not done, hehe

Afterwards, I was just randomly looking at Jacob Alden pics thru google. Again, why? Well, I don't know either lol. It's just a habit that I do when I'm bored and sometimes when I'm lucky, I come across new things.

And this time I was lucky!

So I scrolled down to the end of the results and I saw this post which caught my eye:

What's so interesting about it? Well the fact that the creators website is linked to it. Curious, I clicked on the link and was suprised at what I saw.

(Mind you I still dont know if I'm an idiot just finding this out or not...)

Basically, it's a site containing all info about Jacob! I got really excited when I saw it bc I LOVE learning all the facts about my favourite characters and finding new official content!

When I finished looking through it I noticed two things:

1. The website adress (is that what it's called? Im sorry english isn't my first language)

So when you look at the website adress you can notice how it's linked (basically an extension) to the creators webiste which is: sinistershrike.neocities.org

The thing is; you can't open Jacobs page on the creators site. Like yes, there is a tab which says CHARACTERS but if you click on it you'll get nothing but a scary looking Jacob. Which means to get to this page you have to type the adress in yourself.

So I'm assuming the creator is purposefully hiding this Jacob page (maybe because he wants to finish pages for all characters and more)

2. At the end of the page, you have links to other characters made by the creator.

Not just lurking for love, but other ocs made by him!

Though, if you click on them, you'll get nothing. Maybe they're still being made? I'm not sure.

Now, when you look at the characters for LFL, it's very interesting because we now have info on Sarah's last name AND... an unknown character? Noah Vega.

At first, I was stunned. Who could this character be? Then I went back to the creators website and remembered the mention of a new character, can you see where I'm going?

Noah Vega must be the new character! He was never mentioned before; neither in the game nor in the creators deleted blogs.

And pretty quickly I found proof which helped my theory (I SOUND SO DUMB OMG)

Now going back to the website adress thing.

So I concluded that the Jacob website is hidden from the main website for an reason, hence you can only acess it by finding it yourself. I decided to mess around with the website adress a bit, to see if I could find any more extensions/links.

I started by putting different names in the adress. I tried out: Austin, Sarah, Cedric and Alfred but they didn't lead or anything.

BUT

The only name which lead to an extension was Noah. And holy shit-

I'm finding it hard to express how shocked I was at this discovery

This is a pretty big lore drop imo! So his website shows a pinboard with various notes.

And with these notes we can conclude two things:

1. He has an gambling addiction

2. He is investigating Jacob

He definitely an detective trying to solve an old murder case involved with Jacob. Hence why the mention that the new character will add more drama and mystery to the game.

The three murdered highschoolers must be his old friends mentioned in the game: Steve, Monty and Kenny. Which he claims that they haven't talked since highschool. In reality, they were murdered by him for reasons that are unknown for now.

Obey me! height headcanons

This isn’t revolutionary but I couldn’t stop thinking about this, especially asmo’s. For reference, I’m 5’2 and almost all of my shoes have platforms or are raised in some way because I like pretending I am taller than I actually am 💋 although in this case I think I’m winning for once (please tall people let me know what it’s like, the tallest person in my family is my dad at 5’5)

While I half wanted to make them unnaturally tall but I kept them within human possibility since these were their humans forms

1. Beel

100% the tallest, a beefcake of a man. Perfect for a boost up high, like during hanging up decorations or cleaning. When it’s the twins birthday, it’s a struggle to hang up the decorations. Nobody is as reliable as him. I imagine he’s about 6’3 or 6’4. The best for using scary dog privileges, going anywhere with him guarantees elite treatment. It would be so easy for me to get piggy back rides cause he wouldn’t want to leave me behind

2. Lucifer

He can’t be that far behind. I imagine him at like 6’2. Part of the reason people are scared or HoL is because of his height. Me personally, I’m scared by anyone I have to look right up at and he definitely falls in this category. Lucifer would make me shit my pants. At least Beel isn’t consult scowling and yelling. Would definitely use his height to my advantage, like making him clear a path for my through a crowd or to tell the fast food worker I wanted no pickles on my burger.

3. Levi

I definitely picture him as a taller dude, but nobody can every guess because he has terrible posture and is always staring down. Like, tall Levi is doing something for me. Lanky little gamer guy that no one knew was actually like 5’10 because 95% of the time he’s at home and the other 5% is when he’s playing a game.

4. Belphie

Another one I picture as lanky, but is constantly asleep so people don’t realize. He’s always curled up somewhere. Another sloucher 100%. He still insists on being carried around by Mammon even though he’s taller. Probably 5’9 or 5’10

5. Satan

I feel like he’s the Mr. Average in the height department. He’s the only brother who’s a demon, so it makes sense to me that he’s the most normal. Not that being super tall or short is bad, but he would fit in the most (which is saying a lot). I think he’s about 5’8. Demons are probably tall since it’s harder to intimidate a human if they’re taller than you. Nobody dares to comment on this, though. If they’re not Mc, you’re probably going to die which lucky us!! we are mc

6. Mammon

Short king! Not the shortest but I feel like him being not super tall adds to his appeal as a tsundere. He’s just short and (pretending to be) angry. I think he’s 5’6 or 5’7. He gets made fun of his height by his brothers even though Asmo is shorter. I like to think he also likes shoes that make him taller, it seems very him. he’s just cute ok <33

7. Asmo

He’s not that short but he just happens to be the shortest in their family. I imagine him about 5’6 which is funny to me to think this twink is taller than my father. I’m foaming at the mouth thinking about sharing a wardrobe with him, and if you happen to been a similar height to him, then it’s like you just won the lottery. I’m dying to have a mini fashion show with him 😭 it’s kinda funny to me to think that Asmo, who I personally think is the shortest, is stronger than Beel, who’s universally agreed to be the tallest. And right now out of all times was the last time he needed you to come in.

You met miles outside, Gwen introducing him. He even showed you some of his Spanish, and you tried to help him with some things as you both walked.

When you made it to his office, you rolled your eyes at his dramatic entrance.

Miguel watched, as much as he hated Peter, he liked seeing you with children. You were great with them, random children in the store, and mayday especially.

You were even Maydays godmother, which Miguel tried to argue against saying it’s too much responsibility if something does happen but you practically begged. He smiled ever so slightly, but quickly wiped that smile away when he thought that someone was looking.

“You have a baby!”

“I have a baby.”

You laughed at the child, who then jumped out of your arms and swung over to Miguel.

“No puedo mas, no puedo mas, no puedo mas.” Miguel mumbled, rubbing the bridge of his nose in frustration as the child climbed up him.

“Awww, I told you she likes you.” You smiled at Miguel.

“I knew I was gonna regret making her that webshooter.”

“Yeah, please never send her over to our house with them again.” You laughed. And remembered a few days ago when you watched her while Peter and Mj went on a date, with Miguel fuming as the child giggled and threw webs everywhere.

“Hey you wanna see pictures?” Peter dropped back down and pulled out his phone.

Peter showed them pictures as she climbed up Miguel. Then Peter came over to Miguel.

“What do you mean what thing- the information explainy thing.”

“He’s talking about the Arachno humanoid poly multiverse.” You said when Lyla looked at you.

Also, "Reckless Abandon," highlighting the PC's desperate mental state here... so good...

Now this part here is fascinating for multiple reasons. The auctioneer told you about the mirror you can use to get into the Bazaar, and then for only a small slight against the Masters, he winds up in a cage garden. What's the pipeline between the enemies of the Bazaar and the palace.

"Smells curdled." Could be a coincidence, but in Sunless Skies, a curdled soul is one who is envious and eager to please.

So many Greek myth references here. Furies. Nice.

This was such a good part of rising action in Nemesis. The utter dread I felt testing the honey. Orsinio had never died yet in the game (and wouldn't still for almost another year), so not knowing what would happen was delightfully scary. "What would you give up to get revenge?"

And of course, one of my favorite lines in the whole ambition:

"There are several Relickers in the street now. They watch as you leave."

And then the story completely dropped the ball 😭absolutely no stakes or danger afterwards despite what was teased

Something you two never had, a moment of silence except this time it was only you.

You guys were always fighting and it took you very long to realize it was toxic. Your mind was at peace but your heart was a mix of happiness, sadness, and angryness. All the memories you two cherished are now gone, now you two will never see each other again, never cook together, never sing together, and never play video games together. It was all gone.

You wondered if he was feeling like this too, but you were too busy already thinking trying to relax yourself. ''I should probably go out for a walk'' You thought. Since you guys started fighting more frequently, you always went out for a walk and there's no exception right now.

You were walking down the streets at night, today the stars were visible which was weird since you lived in a big city. You've never heard of a game called NEOVERSE before considering you loved playing videogames.

''Weird'' Everything was weird today, since when vending machines are that colorful and sold videogames. ''Is someone here?'' You asked but no one answered, it felt very scary but giving you a better life? You just wanted some comfort and would do anything for it at that moment. The vending machine was shining a lot and it kinda made a signal to hurry up and without noticing my hands went to my pocket to search for coins.

You were desperate for comfort and weren't in your right mind, breaking the rule of making harsh decisions when feeling desperate. You tried to buy the video game because of how cheap it was but it didn't let you, ''Please buy one energy drink before buying the videogame'' That robotic voice spoke again, ''Hello?'' No one answered as you expected. Hoping that you still had some coins, you did and wondered which one you could buy, every drink was different and said different things.

- Lucy gray made a plan to bring the two peacekeepers up to the lake with the Covey. you tried to conceal your excitement about getting to see sejanus without a shirt and wet hair but apparently it wasn't hidden that well.

you felt a tap on your shoulder. "stop daydreaming about seeing him topless, y/n!" Lucy gray whispered into your ear and you flushed. you didn't know you were being that obvious. "why are you blushing?" sejanus asked. "uh- no reason!" you stammered.

- the day had finally arrived. you were dreading and also dreaming going up to the lake. it was a scary thing to you but the thought of getting to know the brown haired peacekeeper excited you. you put on a hand made bikini in your favorite color and a flowy dress on top. you met up with the two boys at the designated meeting spot then started walking.

- the covey and coryo walked ahead of you and sej. you were thankful for the space but it made you nervous. thankfully, sejanus was doing most of the talking.

"it's real beautiful up here." he said. "yeah, it is. the view gets even better by the lake, though" you reply. "my view right now is perfect." he stated. you were confused for a minute but then realized he was staring at you. you averted your gaze, feeling heat rise to your face. he chuckled, knowing he made you blush. he stepped closer and brushed his hand against yours.

- you got to the lake and sejanus' body was even better than you could've imagined. you tried not to stare but couldn't resist. I mean, who could? he was also drinking in your shape, unbeknownst to you though. you were a tad bit oblivious to anything that wasn't his looks right then. you eventually ran up to him and pushed him in the water, jumping after him. when you resurfaced, he grabbed you by the waist, holding you close. you took your chances and kissed him. his lips were chapped but somehow unbelievably soft. he didn't pull away so you knew he wanted this too. you heard cheering from the covey and broke the kiss. from then on, you and sejanus became a couple. he came to every show and essentially worshipped you. you did the same for him in every way that you could.

I can’t be the only one who was a little surprised at how rayman turned out in CLH. and no, not the “omg he killed someone!! he did crack and said no-no words! but he’s from a kids game!!” but more of like.. i thought he was gonna be the main villain or something close to that 😭 like what i mean is looking at that poster with him up at the top looking all scary and controlling made me think that we were going to get a Rayman that was all evil and stuff. And don’t get me wrong, i absolutely adore the rayman that we did get, plus ramon, but i thought he was going to be the kind of unforgiving malicious evil government type of dude that covered it all up with a smile and acted all nice while on tv. and if you look at his concept art, you can see that they were kinda going for that? and the actual rayman we got is kinda like that too but what i had envisioned was a much more dangerous and threatening version of the show one. i feel like if they had went with this idea of rayman it would have made his “arc” or whatever it’s called have more impact. while the rayman we did get was working for eden and spreading its propaganda and stuff, a rayman like this would have seemed a lot more like he had direct ties with eden. but i do get why they didn’t do that; one: he would kinda look stupid as a main villain. and two, our actual villain is sarah. but i just like the idea of rayman seeming like the type of villain that knows what he’s doing, but in reality eden was just controlling him HARD. which would have made it seem like him turning on eden was a much bigger deal, because well the dude was literally making it seem like he was doing edens work with that evil little smile on his face idk man lol

but i mean… we might still be able to get that, considering that eden apparently cloned rayman and he’s just running around filling in for the actual guy or something. i’m just hoping that the show actually does something with him and doesnt just use him as a substitute for rayman while the actual rayman is hiding as ramon. i mean come ON just look at him here (and i know this probably isn’t the actual CLONE of rayman, but this was the image that got me in this stupid rant):
