Modular Seasons Windows – one-tile and two-tile versions

The shutterless window has subsets for the outer and inner frames. Inner is repo to the game files, outer uses custom colors because the original window has painted on shadows for the shutters. All shutterless windows in the set are repo'd to the Double Strait Master mesh for the outer colors

There's also separate shutters and flower boxes that can be used with any window. The flowers are a subset that uses custom colors

Random Fixes

I don't really use CC, but when I do, the smaller closets by SilverHammerSims and PlasticBox are my go-tos.

The originals from Get Together are HUGE, and these are half the depth so don't take up as much room in your smaller builds.

I also love Pbox's backless shower, so I can use any tiles with it. However, when I went to use them, they no longer worked. I've updated them with the correct tags and tuning, and new cutout resources so they will work properly. The shower/tub now works identically to the base game version, so you can bathe toddlers and dogs. If you can catch them, that is!

These do not override the originals, and Get Together is required for the closets. You can see more pictures and info using the links above to each creator, the originals are not required, and you'll need to remove them from your game if you already have them in order to use my fixes.

Alviera - Small Container Starter

Decided to build something while taking a break in cc making. Here's a starter home inspired by a real life small container home I saw while going on a trip. And I had a hard time naming this lot so I just named it from that place I went to.

This house is starter friendly, with a price of §16,220 (furnished) and §13,910 (unfurnished) though I used a couple of cc just so the furnishings would be as cheap as possible. Most items used are from the base game and some from Late Night and University Life, but I think the EPs aren't that essential as I used just one object per pack. Good for two sims with a single bedroom combined with the living room and an open kitchen-dining area at the entrance.

Hey Simmers, Rudi has a small fix for you today: it's time for my eleventh mod 🦙

While I built my asian mansion, I stumbled over this pretty cool looking paper window, which just emits no light. For no obvious reason. So I fixed it. With this mod, the asian window (catalog-name: "King Qing’s Window") from the World Adventures Expansion emits a realistic level of light.

How to install

Installation: just put all the files in your packages-folder, the usual way, nothing special required, you can merge them as well

requires the World Adventures Expansion Pack to work

merging is no problem

recently i've decided to rebuild the worlds in my save from the ground up and im currently about 75% done with oasis springs. this is a build i finished recently and am super proud of so i figured why not share it for anyone else looking for lots to add to their save? so lets get into the build:

lot type: library (mainly for functionality reasons i thought this would be best for me, but change it if you like) lot size: 30x20 (og placed on dusty turf lot) packs used: high school years, get together, get to work, horse ranch, growing together, home chef hustle, dine out, cool kitchen stuff, desert luxe kit helpful (but not req mods): auto employees, functional blender, plumbros other notes: i would say hs years is required for the functionality of the juice bar but if you have get together instead you can always go in and change it to a cafe by simply placing an espresso machine in place of the boba machine
