the little spider plant on my windowsill (the eldest one) has been borderline neglected by me so many times by forgetting to water it frequently enough, has browning at the tips of the leaves, and is generally looking a bit worse for wear, but I just noticed that it's producing Another stolon (the 3rd currently on there!) despite it all.

Personal canons are the canon everyone has created based on the canon and fanon content they've consumed.
Expansion not necessary. I just wanted to add my thoughts.
1. Examples range from wanting to wrap his drinks in a web before drinking them to wanting to fall asleep curled up in the back corner of his closet. No, it doesn't matter which Spider-Man.
2. This one is just my perception of the two. There's nothing I can actually tell you about this other than the vibes seem to match.
3. The headcanon of Poison Ivy eating mostly meat is fun. (Not fully carnivore because I think she'd also eat plants because it's necessary to eat both to be a healthy human and can be healthy for the environment if done in moderation). I decided to combine it with Danny Phantom for this because I haven't seen anyone do it before. So, Ivy being mostly carnivorous and Sam being ultra-recyclo-vegetarian would be appalled at each others diets.
4. Cyborg's connected to a supercomputer created by a more scientifically advanced society, while Barbara is a human (I specified her because she's the best Bat at hacking.) Her being the best hacker in the universe is a stretch at best. There's gotta be computer languages she's unable to decipher because it's so different to any on earth. (I don't think anyone from earth should be able to hack cyborg or the mother/father boxes.) If your supercomputer can be hacked by the equivalent of a preteen with a 2010 samsung who doesn't even recognise the coding language you used, then you didn't create a supercomputer. (Mother/father boxes are sentient, autonomous computers btw.)
5. Young Justice was good. Great. It just seemed to stop caring as much about having the new audience learn about the characters after season 2. I wouldn't know who Razer is if I didn't watch Green Lantern: The Animated Series. I stopped having emotional connections with the characters by season 4 and they stopped wrapping up storylines in an emotionally fulfilling manor after season 2. As someone who never read any comic books except for Spider-man/Deadpool and a few green lantern ones and one batman and spider-man crossover, I don't care about the characters they shove into the show and expect everyone to care about.
6. I get it. The "he won't stop if he does it once" was only in one comic (apparently) and the comic was written by someone that (apparently) most of the fandom doesn't like. I don't care. Every reason he has for not killing is valid and coexists. He collects reasons to not kill like it's gold and he's a dragon. The only reason that is invalid and can't coexist is that he doesn't care enough about the people that could get hurt or killed to permanently stop people like Joker, Bane, or Scarecrow.
7. It makes sense if they were the two to get touch starved easily. Dick grew up in a circus where everyone was presumably pretty tight knit and Tim grew up in a home where appearance mattered more than feelings. But also they happen to be the characters I like to torture.
8. Strange is petty and I 100% believe that Tony started it. (Stephen is finishing it though.)
9. Freddy Freeman can't walk without crutches and flies in the comics. (I haven't read them, tho) I feel like it's erasing disabled peoples' struggles when they just give him the ability to walk in his hero form. Let him be a little flying guy who never touches the ground.
10. It's a comic thing again. I just think it's more interesting. (I found pages of captain marvel comics in google images and tumblr.)

Alright, since this is apparently going to be a week of harvesting (and planting) herbs, I'll give you a quick rundown on how I do it.
Cut the herbs. Depending on the herbs you may want to be more or less strategic in where you cut them. Mint and sage you can kind of just hack away at, but do a little research on the herb in question so you know what you're doing.
Wash the herbs. I don't have a lot of pollution going on in my garden, but there's insects and spider webs and such that are best dealt with at this point.
Dry the herbs (part 1) -- this stage is about drying the water you washed them in. I use a salad spinner to get most of it off, then I let them sit in the basket part of the spinner, which I set on my dish drainer until they're dry to the touch.
Tie in bundles to hang.
Put paper bags over them -- ideally the thinner type like a lunch sack, for air flow. This keeps spiders from spinning new webs on your nice clean herbs. Also good for keeping dust from settling, if you're like me and liable to forget about your herbs for a few weeks.
Dry the herbs (part 2) -- this stage is about drying out the water content from inside the herbs for long term storage. Hang your bundles in a cool dry place.
This looks like a lot but it's really pretty simple and easy, especially once you've done it once or twice.
If you're making infusions and such, it's always a good idea to dry your herbs first, as the water content can cause them to go bad faster.

Found the best website for Slow Horses fans, look at this glossary for the SH's themselves (baby Coe's is the best, followed by Louisa):
Baker, Sid – A young, attractive agent who is sent to the slow horses for murky reasons. Injured in the line of duty and spirited to parts unknown. (SH)
Cartwright, River – Young, white, fair hair, grey eyes and a mole on his upper lip. Wannabe super spy/espionage royalty/screwup. In the first book his bungled call on a potential terror incident landed him on the slow horses where he’s been trapped ever since. (SH)
Coe, JK – Banker turned member of MI5, he’s a babe in the woods compared to cynicism and wiliness that his colleagues show. Sent to the slow horses by Dame Ingrid to hide one of her messy mistakes. Coe learns the hard way that “Kill the messenger” is not just a turn of phrase when you work for MI5. Full name, Jason Kevin. After a trauma he finds the one thing that works best to take the edge off is … murder? (TL)
Dander, Shirley – Short and built like a barrel. A new slow horse who gets a high from doing her job, also from cocaine. Partners up with fellow slow horse Marcus Longfellow. Former member of Comms department. Sent to Slough House after punching a colleague. (DL)
Guy, Louisa – Louisa was sent to the slow horses after she lost a suspect she was supposed to be tailing and a bunch of illegal guns ended up on the streets of London. She’s surprised when her relationship with Min Harper gives her a purpose and strength she forgot she had. Probably the most competent of the slow horses. (SH)
Harper, Min – Min ended up on the slow horses after leaving a top secret disk on the train. Sees an assignment from the untrustworthy “Spider” Webb as his way back into the big leagues. Two spy screw ups who form an unlikely connection. (SH)
Ho, Roddy “Clint” – Computer genius and social incompetent. Hacking skills – 99%, People skills – 1% Only thing keeping his people skills from rating a 0% is the existence of someone with even less. See “Jackson Lamb” Sent to the slow horses not because he did anything wrong but because no one can stand to be around him. (SH)
Lamb, Jackson – The famous, or infamous depending on who you ask, Cold War spy. A Cold Warrior whose closest brush with being PC was turning on a computer. Never found a nap not worth taking, belch not worth belching or fart not worth letting loose. The improbable creator and head of Slough House. Worked as a mirror-man in Berlin during the Cold War. (SH)
Longridge, Marcus – Bald with goatee, Black, carrying a few extra pounds. Special operator and potential plant in Slough House by the politically wily Diana Taverner. (DL)
Loy, Struan – A slow horse, single and with few prospects until Diana Taverner dangles a lifeline. (SH)
Moody, Jed – A former “Dog”, Herron’s name for MI5’s internal affairs/clean up squad, now put out to pasture with the Slow Horses. (R)
Standish, Catherine – Formerly the right hand of the head of the service, formerly a drunk, currently sober and the administrative force keeping Lamb’s Slough House running. Personally recruited to the slow horses by Lamb, perhaps as penance. (SH)
Tregorian, Moira – Office administrator bewildered she’s been sent to live with the slow horses. (SS)
White, Kay – A slow horse dropped a lifeline by Diana Taverner. (SH)
Wicinski, Alec “Lec”– MI5 analyst who learns the hard way that no good deed goes unpunished. Sent to the slow horses after learning too much about a German spy. Won’t be working as a model anytime soon. (TD)

Favorites for video games? Hack and Slash, rpg, adventure, sandbox, slice of life, metroidvsnia? For categories
Okay so I’ll just list them off, Minecraft is an all time favourite of mine. I’ve been playing it since it came out in 2009, I remember back when all the blocks looked so different and there was no creative. I played it with my sister all the time growing up. Even right this second I’m watching ezY survive 2000 days in hardcore lol😝
Next up is Fortnite, I used to absolutely hate it. Then one day I was bored with nothing to do and decided why the fuck not. I died within two minutes because I did not know about the storm and circle part of the game. I really got into Fortnite and again I got my sister to play it with me, we were duo queens💅🏽 I am very disappointed with how the game has developed, i think it started to go down hill when they did the whole primal dinosaur chapter. I even stopped playing for a bit. But when they did the OG map I started playing again and I am still playing today. I got a solo win earlier😝
I really like among us but I feel like it’s better when there’s a big group of people over mics instead of taking forever to type with a controller, there was never a group of people who wanted to do that so I don’t play that really anymore. But still one of my favourites. I loved being imposter.
Sims. Sims 1, sims 2, sims 3, sims 3 pets and sims 4. These are elite. The progress they’ve made over the years, I grew up with sims and I can’t wait for sims 5. Fingers crossed they finally add multiplayer.
GTA as well as RDR 1 and 2 these are really fun to play with a group, I get bored playing this alone. Online play is the best in my opinion for these games. I haven’t played in a few weeks I don’t think.
Grounded, I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game. I got very frustrated when I died though and the spiders were fucking scary as fuck! But I recommend playing this one, especially with other people I had so much fun.
Gang beasts is another one I play, I only really play when I want to laugh my ass off uncontrollably though. Still very good and a favourite.
The trusty viva piĂąata, very good game.
Okay now, Hogwarts Legacy was fucking epic! An absolute masterpiece! The gameplay, the cinematography, the music, the characters, all of it. I fell in love with the story. And as a lover of the Harry Potter books and movies, being able to walk around Hogwarts in that much detail even in a game and being able to fly around on a broom was so amazing to me. I loved this game so much. I played it for a month straight and It did take me a solid week to defeat the boss, and I got very angry every time I died but it was so good.
Dreamlight valley, as someone who grew up watching Disney and cried my fucking eyes out watching the Disney parade at Disney World, being able to play in a Disney world with all your favourite characters is so cool. Being able to make it what you want, it’s such a good game. I am a little disappointed that you now have to pay for expansion packs in the game but the company’s have to make their money somehow I guess.
Halo, another one I grew up playing. I remember when it first came out. I remember playing it on the Xbox 360. And I have continued to play it all the way through to today. Replayed the second game last week. Love all of the masterchief collection.
Those were my favourites but I enjoy playing these too; Jax and daxter, spyro, all the assassins creed games, COD modern warfare, the cave, ark, dead or alive, Batman Arkham collection, fall guys, goat simulator😭🤣, plants vs zombies, sea of thieves, sunset overdrive, stranded deep and uno online.

2024-08-27: Hex 27 (Wetland)
Stagnant water left behind by seasonal flooding fills the air with a stench of rot.
Notable Feature: Hazard (Dense Undergrowth) DC 12 STR
Resilient and durable vegetation obstructs all who travel through this hex. Each character attempting to traverse the hex must make a DC 12 STR check. On a success, the character traverses the hex without incident. On a failure, the character traverses the hex after suffering a misfortune. Roll a d6 and consult the table below to determine what misfortune occurs to the character.
A thousand tiny scratches from thorny plants add up to take a significant toll over the course of trekking through this hex; take Setback (piercing) damage.
The vegetation you were pushing through hid a shallow pool whose bottom was made of grasping mud; you fell in and struggled to get free. Gain a level of exhaustion, and if you do not change into dry clothes after a watch has elapsed, you will begin to suffer the effects of hypothermia.
Hacking through the brush has left your arms weak from fatigue. Until you have an uninterrupted night of good sleep, your STR score is reduced by 2.
When a shroud of partially cleared undergrowth close around you, you panicked and had to be rescued. Pick a party member to rescue you; you both gain a level of exhaustion from the rescue attempt. If you do not have another nearby character to assist in the rescue, you gain two levels of exhaustion instead.
While holding some of the undergrowth to chop away, the tool misses the vegetation and hits you instead. Take Dangerous (slashing) damage from the accident.
You sprain something in your back while muscling through the undergrowth. Your carrying capacity and encumbrance amount is reduced by half for 1d4+1 days while you recover.
Hidden: Weaver of Fate
A weaver lives in a small cottage here that is painted in muted colors, while the interior is stacked high with rugs. The elderly weaver is Victoria Ciceron, and these rugs fetch a good price for their quality and intricate designs. Her eyesight began to fail a few years back, and she sought a way to provide for her future when she could no longer weave.
Her solution was to acquire a magical shuttle for her loom that came with conditions. It would provide her with unparalleled focus and determination while weaving so she could make the most of her time with her eyesight, as well as helping her weave twice as fast. But the shuttle came with a catch; the first day she stops weaving, the shuttle loses its magic and a terrible calamity will befall the household. Victoria has a large enough stockpile of rugs that she is confident will pay for her last years, but she is worried about the consequences of not being able to weave. She believes that the calamity will befall whatever house the shuttle is in when the weaving stops, and asks the party to deliver it to an unoccupied house to the northwest (outside the sandbox) that belonged to her recently deceased neighbor.
When the shuttle’s magic fades (immediately upon delivery at the unoccupied house, or 16 hours after the party receives the shuttle), it releases a swarm of black widow spiders that cover the nearest house and fatally bite the occupants. Over the course of the next day, the house is completely encased in webs from all the spiders if the occupants were killed. Fire is the quickest way to deal with all the spiders, though other options may be more effective at the GM’s discretion.
Hidden: The Relic Hunter
Situated on a low island in the shallow water is a squat tree with a massive trunk. The tree is believed to the final resting place of a holy figure that straddled the realms of the magic practiced by the Old Ways and that of the Gate. According to legend, upon the passing of the person known as the Earth Nurturer (or Enlightened Dust, depending on the translation), their body became solid gold and was swallowed immediately by a tree that grew around the corpse.
A greedy and amoral treasure hunter named Fernando Velasquez believes he has found the site, and drilled a trial bore into the trunk that produced trace signs of gold. He commands the party to give him some dynamite, black powder, or mining charges so he can blow the trunk open and find out if he is right. If the party doesn’t have any of those items on-hand, he tells them that he ran into a firework and powder company recently and that the company’s camp is probably still in the area. Since Fernando only needs about a cup of black powder, they could probably just steal some them and no one would miss it. The Coup de Lune Company campsite (Hex 26) is the nearest place to get such material, though the camp will have moved on to a different hex (1-in-6) if the party has already encountered the company in Hex 26.
Other Points of Interest:
The alligator farm Giselle (Hex 5) is attempting to curse is located here. Contrary to Giselle’s accusations, Bruno's alligator farm does not have any sinister plans to stop the construction of a monastery for the dark arts. The farm is a legitimate business that raises alligators for meat and skin.

Comprehensive Guide to Effectively Eliminate Spider Mites
Who likes seeing their garden wrecked? No one! But spider mites can do it easily. These tiny bugs munch on plants. If you don't stop them in time, they spread fast. So, getting pest control experts in Rosebud is crucial. This post will help you understand these pests and how to get rid of them. Ready to kick them out? Let's go!
What Are Spider Mites and How to Spot Them?
Spider mites are tiny pests about 1.5 millimeters long. They belong to the arachnid family and feed on plant sap. This damages many plants, including crops, ornamentals, and houseplants. Their feeding habits, quick reproduction, and plant damage are notable. They cause yellow leaves, speckled foliage, and plant decline if untreated.
Spotting spider mites is tough due to their small size and hiding under leaves. But here are signs to watch for:
Fine Webbing
Spider mites spin fine silk webbing on leaves and stems. It looks like delicate webs between leaves or along veins underneath leaves.
Stippling or Speckling
Infested leaves get tiny yellow or white spots, called stippling or speckling. This happens because mites suck plant sap, damaging the cells.
Leaf Damage
As infestations grow, leaves may twist, curl, or bronze. Severe infestations cause leaves to drop and overall plant health to decline.
Presence of Mites
Spider mites are hard to see with the naked eye. Use a magnifying glass to check under leaves. Look for tiny, oval-shaped mites moving slowly.
DIY Hacks to Eliminate Spider Mites
Neem Oil: Neem oil is a natural insecticide. Dilute it as directed and spray on affected plants, focusing on leaf undersides.
Alcohol: Mix rubbing alcohol with water (1:1) in a spray bottle. Spray on plants to kill mites on contact.
Horticultural Oil: Oils like mineral or neem oil suffocate mites. Dilute as directed and spray on plants, covering leaf undersides.
Insecticidal Soap: Mix insecticidal soap with water as directed. Spray on affected plants, paying attention to leaf undersides.
Why Hire Professionals for Spider Control?
DIY remedies might help but may not solve the root problem. Mites can keep reproducing and infesting plants. Hiring a pro like us for spider control in Rosebud ensures complete results with a prevention guide. There's no trial and error. Once you hire us, you won't have to worry about bugs anymore. That's our promise.

Top 5 Simple Methods for Pest Control.
Here are some tips to help you avoid pests this summer.
The only place where we truly feel at home is there. It continues to be our favorite location, no matter how big or tiny. It is more than just a structure made of bricks and cement; it is a sensation that is indescribable, and it goes without saying that you wouldn't tolerate an uprising in your favorite spot. However, there are still some creatures—referred to as "pests"—that will come into your home. Pests include a wide range of species, including mites, insects, rodents, mosquitoes, weeds, termites, etc. Pests are not specifically insects or rodents. They are omnipresent, however unintentionally.
But you can keep these unwelcome visitors under control with the aid of a few methods and advice. They are simple tasks that produce observable and quantifiable effects. I'll give you a brief overview of ten such tips in this blog post to assist you make your home a pest-free environment. All you need is a keen eye to distinguish between various bug species. The effectiveness of the elimination procedure depends on your capacity to distinguish between them.
Tumblr media
In addition to using chemical and biological pest control approaches, it is also possible to effectively manage pests by doing simple everyday duties that may seem pointless at first. I'll list a few of them below:
Click Here - Electrical Work Services in Dubai
1.    Seal any gaps: Pests come in a variety of shapes and sizes. While some of them are noticeably smaller than others, the majority of them are. Here is the first hack: the larger ones will need a spot to enter your house. Seal down any openings that could serve as a pathway for pests like rodents and other critters. When you block their path, they'll probably depart your house.
2.      Determine whether doors or windows need to be repaired: This is slightly related to the first tip but frequently is overlooked. Since pests need a place to enter, as was already said, flies and mosquitoes frequently enter through windows. Therefore, if the net is damaged, they can easily enter your rooms. Therefore, be sure to determine whether of your home's doors or windows require maintenance.
3.    White vinegar usage: You've probably seen ants marching in large lines like an army. Yes, they are incredibly structured and disciplined. That's not everything. To help other ants find their way to food, they create trails as they move along. These tracks are washed away by cleaning the areas with a solution of white vinegar, water, and eucalyptus.
4. Using onions to ward off spiders: Do spiders aggravate you? I do, which is why I have devoted a great deal of time to learning how to get rid of them. I found this trick to be the easiest and most successful out of all the others. Simply slice some onions and place them in a dish of water is all that is required. The bowl can then be placed where spiders enter your house. Because they detest it, they won't go. Today, make it your fave!
Useful banana peel disposal: What should you do with the peel once you've finished eating the banana? Get rid of it? Well, that's what everyone does. However, those banana peels might be helpful if you are bothered by the aphids in your yard. You did hear correctly. Simply bury a banana peel near the stem of your plants and see the magic happen. The bugs will vanish mysteriously.

a bunch of analyses have been popping up before me all day so i wanted to throw my hat into the ring. all love to ppl who are exercising their creative minds + ppl like geoff here who just talk about these things because of fan interest but i feel like there reaches a point where exploring the "types" of isekai is pointless? i've seen ppl list out the different types of villainess revenge isekai or fantasy mmorpg isekai but eh why fit them all into separate boxes like that?
i think it's easier to think of isekai as a "type" (genre) of itself with only two categories: 1) a focus on isekai (lit. another world) 2) tensei (lit. to be reborn). this allows for a variety of applications and thus tropes that ppl see so many trends of!
with isekai - in another world
you see everything from:
pure fantasy (inuyasha, digimon wait maybe not the best example but in my childhood mind i count digimon as pure fantasy, fushigi yugi)
mmorpg inspired fantasy/adventure (.hack//legend of twilight, sao ugh, log horizon, overlord (LOVE OVERLORD!)
otome game-esque worlds >>> this is where it gets complicated with "villainess routes" since i admit there are multiple villainess tropes but this is why it's nice to not think of this as a "sub-type/genre" bc it frees you from those complications! (the saint's magic power is omnipotent, the white cat's revenge as plotted from the dragon king's lap soso cute!, the savior's book cafe in another world, i'm a villainous daughter so i'm going to keep the last boss wait i can't remember if she's reborn in this one lmaooo see this is why rules make everything hard)
with tensei storylines - being reincarnated/reborn in another world as *insert character/role*
you see...
the same tropes!!
pure fantasy (a returner's magic should be special, reminiscence adonis, the lady and the beast, light and shadow, i can't think of a manga off the top of my head for this ah)
mmorpg inspired fantasy/adventure (so i'm a spider so what i stan kumoko so hard, her majesty's swarm, can't name another off the top of my head ah i hate lists shorter than two things...)
self-insert based games/novels (fiance's observation log of a self-proclaimed villainess, who made me a princess, death is the only ending for the villainess, the villainess wants to marry a commoner, honestly games vs novels are different applications but i'm not in the headspace to try to remember a bunch of both lol)
*insert line break to give random ppl a break from scrolling but tl; dr just enjoy things for what they are no need to micro analyze*
similar variations occur in both genres (if ppl want to be super technical i guess i'm arguing that isekai itself is a massive genre that has the "another world" subgenre and "reincarnation" subgenre tl; dr) so i think it's honestly a huge pain to try to separate all these trends into so many different types of stories. for me personally it's easier to not get overwhelmed by this gigantic umbrella of "isekai" that spans light novels, manhwa, manga, and mobile games by just stripping each story down into its trademark tropes (aka character archetypes, story structures) and slapping "oh this is a person going to a world that's not ours" and "this person gets reborn as blank in another world". none of this "omg this power fantasy is such a this kind of isekai moment" or "there are 14 different types of villainess revenge stories and this series fits into this" bc AH labels! limitations! circle-jerks via ppl trying to compartmentalize everything and sound smart for leaving a comment on story analysis instead of ooh-ahhing over a character's face! dividing things into light novel manga vs manga vs korean manhwa ft. female characters!
the last bit is mainly why i feel frustrated by ppl's insistence to group everything?
the video linked at the beginning of the post (honestly good video essay, i enjoyed it, i just kept thinking in my head the whole time "marimo these are tropes do not take the genre talk literally") has a baby comment thread talking about "korean isekai manhwas" as a genre featuring nothing but reincarnated villainess' and i can't.
like i cannot acknowledge that as a genre of any sort. the energy i felt reading through some of those insights takes me back to 2012 when all yt americans discovered k-pop and deemed all korean music k-pop from then on! (ppl still do this now, yes you are seen and don't talk to me pls i don't like you. k-pop is korean pop music and nothing less and nothing more. take a few seconds and try to parse apart aspects of korean culture instead of slamming everything into a monolithic label that has the letter k and a hyphen.) it feels so odd to see a bunch of young ppl on ig and tiktok acknowledge korean media that happens to be in the form of a webtoon as "oh stories all about young girls becoming villains in stories they made/played" bc it feels so reductive u.u
(positionality disclaimer that i'm praying isn't actually necessary: i am a 3rd-generation korean of japanese descent do not fite me i am exhausted irl of ppl asking for validation/verification bc massive shove off.)
breaking news! korean manhwa...is just as multifaceted as japanese manga...bc how can comics as an art-form not have multiple genres...huh such a shocker?!?! same likely applies to media in other parts of the world like chinese manhwa and french comics--not my place to explain either of those i just know those industries exist bc of wakfu and donghua shows by Tencent.
at the end of the day it's not like analyzing any kind of isekai is wrong--absolutely not!! i think it can be super fun to think about how isekai elements complicate a story (MCs trying to go back home, ppl from the og world, reincarnation plot-twists) or maybe even bash a series for including some kind of other world element when they could have just written a super fun fantasy.
insert marimo's brief ramble that hey you can get sick of truck-kun's hitting disillusioned guys who happen to be super duper smart or girls who happen to be master chefs/craftsmen but transporting a fully-grown being into a fantasy setting is the ultimate cheat code for making mundane modern technology seem cool and overpowered, and being reincarnated as a fully grown person in a world with a pre-made story/game set-up completely bypasses the need for an author to slowly flesh out world-building in a natural progression so isekai is actually a really smart writing tool it's just that there are some series where the author didn't use it well at all and it's cheesy or clearly isekai was misused as a vehicle for character/story development and it was pointless *DEEP BREATH OUT*
in this essay i will argue...lol i am such a culture studies major!! if i were an english major i would be talking all about writing but here i am having a side-tangent about world-building via someone being reborn wow i love this for me (don't get me started on when an author has someone reincarnate as a baby and the story is mostly them having warm fluffy moments with their family--typically father figures--and getting lots of powers i could and would and probably will rant about east asian toxicity)
but anyway am i crazy????? like yes for being passionate about the technical use of a word like genre (i am a scorpio rising let me be fussy pls) but i don't think it's a lot to ask for ppl to not unironically see "villainess revenge isekai" as the definition of korean manhwa.
idk as someone who resonates with why japanese isekai is so popular domestically + why a lot of korean manhwa feat. the same tropes (it's not for great reasons lads it's actually depressing tbh) i'm just starting to feel kind of pained by the generalization and need to separate "cute japanese girl in an otome game"/"japanese boy finds a harem in another world" from "korean girl dies and comes back as a villainess" bc they are just! applications to the same story device!!
recommendations for any who makes it this far down below <3
// also gladly recommend any of the examples i've listed in the above rant as i've read/watched all of them and adore them v much! //
save me princess
super refreshing fantasy manhwa ft. a princess and her ex-boyfriend having to save the world!
the beginning after the end
an AMERICAN web novel turned into a comic (but see it being not korean/japanese doesn't really matter when you just consider isekai as a genre...isn't it nice to not overthink it?) ft. a super-powerful wizard king reincarnated into another world and starting from scratch--gives mushoku tensei vibes but huge twists!
the reason why raeliana ended up at the duke's mansion
love love LOVE this story--read the title and you'll learn how this girl reincarnated as the character raeliana in a book gets married to a duke!
trash of the count's family
such a good novel!! a guy gets reborn as a lazy oaf and he takes the hero of the story under his wing...plot twists come up later on!
this time i will definitely be happy!
v good and refreshing for a shorter series! she's been reborn 3 times and remembers every time the hero's stabbed her in the back, and now she just wants to break up with him!
silver diamond
older manga but v good adventure w intrigue! a boy who loves plants get sucked into a desert world with demonic lizards and a mysterious bodyguard by his side. shonen-ai not BL but wonderful vibes nonetheless + great side characters!
the princess imprints a traitor
adore everything in this from the world (not in that way this society makes me so angry) to the machinations at play and the dynamic between the fl and ml

I don't know how Brienne would escort Sansa to the Wall . I think Sansa has to go there on her own and Brienne's story now is intertwined with LSH. I think the irony will be that in ADWD Jon thought of rescuing Arya but will meet Sansa in TWOW. Similarly Brienne starts her quest in search for Sansa in AFFC but the sister that she might run first into would be Arya.
Hello @lazypizzagiantpalace ,
I do believe that Brienne will come to Vale. Why do I believe this?
One of the dangers that Sansa faces in the Vale is Shadrich.
Shadrich of the Shady Glen aka The Mad Mouse [according to TWOW; Alayne sample] is in Vale... And he is one of the hunters who are after Sansa. And he seems to found her.
When did we meet him?
AFFC; Brienne I chapter:
“Aye, love of gold. Unlike your good Ser Creighton, I did fight upon the Blackwater, but on the losing side. My ransom ruined me. You know who Varys is, I trust? The eunuch has offered a plump bag of gold for this girl you’ve never heard of. I am not a greedy man. If some oversized wench would help me find this naughty child, I would split the Spider’s coin with her.”
So for some reason GRRM chose Brienne chapter to introduce us to this man. Brienne is the one who knows Shadrich and his plans for Sansa.
Another reason that makes me believe that Brienne will be in Vale is that the parallels between Ashford Tourney and Vale Tourney.
Examples:
(source: xx )
Sansa and Dunk watching the respective tourneys being set up on the grounds:
Whitewashing the Barriers and Competitors' entryway:
Sansa's POV:
Lord Nestor’s men were painting the barriers with whitewash, draping the stands with bright banners, and hanging shields on the gate the competitors would pass through when they made their entrance.
Dunk's POV:
Lord Ashford’s carpenters were whitewashing the waist- high wooden barriers that would separate the jousters. There were five lanes, arrayed north to south so none of the competitors would ride with the sun in his eyes.
Viewing stands for the audience:
Sansa's POV:
Viewing stands had raised for all those who had come to watch, with four long tilting barriers in between.
Dunk's POV:
A three- tiered viewing stand had been raised on the eastern side of the lists, with an orange canopy to shield the lords and ladies from rain and sun
Participants training with Quitains at the edge of the grounds and our POV characters recognize the competitors involved:
Sansa's POV:
At the north end of the yard, three quintains had been set up, and some of the competitors were riding at them. Alayne knew them by their shields.. Ser Mychel Redfort set one quintain spinning with a perfectly placed blow. He was one of those favored to win wings.
Dunk's POV:
On the eastern verge of the meadow, a quintain had been set up and a dozen knights were tilting at it, sending the pole arm spinning every time they struck the splintered shield suspended from one end. Dunk watched the Brute of Bracken take his turn, and then Lord Caron of the Marches.
Both POVs watch a lithe knight beat down a large knight who gets his head injured. Both POVs recocgnize the knights via their shields:
Sansa's POV:
A few feet away, two knights were fighting with blunted practice swords. Their blades crashed together twice, then slipped past each other only to be blocked by upraised shields, but the bigger man gave ground at the impact. Alayne could not see the front of his shield from where she stood, but his attacker bore three ravens in flight, each clutching a red heart in its claws.A few moments later and the big man sprawled dazed in the dust with his helm askew. When his squire undid the fastenings to bare his head, there was blood trickling down his scalp
  Dunk's POV:
Elsewhere, men were training afoot, going at each other with wooden swords while their squires stood shouting ribald advice. Dunk watched a stocky youth try to hold off a muscular knight who seemed lithe and quick as a mountain cat. Both had the red apple of the Fossoways painted on their shields, but the younger man’s was soon hacked and chipped to pieces. “Here’s an apple that’s not ripe yet,” the older said as he slammed the other’s helm. The younger Fossoway was bruised and bloody by the time he yielded, but his foe was hardly winded
And we can safely assume that Brienne is one of Dunk's descendants. So her being at that Tourney makes great sense. Almost every tourney in ASOIAF had a mystery knight and Brienne would fit into this one nicely.
Another reason for my Sansa-Brienne meeting in Vale is the Alysanne-Jonquil Darke parallels.
( For Alysanne//Sansa please read: xx )
[ Jonquil was from Duskendale btw. And that's where Brienne met Shadrich in AFFC; Brienne I - AND Sansa is literally called Jonquil so they are all connected somehow- ]
This was how we meet with Jonquil:
At the Golden Wedding in 49 AC, a test of arms that became known as the War for the White Cloaks was held with hundreds of knights competing for the honor of serving in the Kingsguard of Jaehaerys I Targaryen. Jonquil took part as a slender mystery knight known as the Serpent in Scarlet. She was eventually defeated and unmasked, and became a great favorite with the small folk. [AWOIAF]
"Knight competing for the honor of serving in the Kingsguard" sounds really like this:
She closed the window, gathered up the fallen papers, and stacked them on the table. One was a list of the competitors. Four-and-sixty knights had been invited to vie for places amongst Lord Robert Arryn’s new Brotherhood of Winged Knights, and four and-sixty knights had come to tilt for the right to wear falcon’s wings upon their warhelms and guard their lord.
[...]
And they came, Alayne thought proudly. They all came.
[TWOW; Alayne I]
So these are my reasons for believing that Brienne is really linked with Vale tourney.
Also Brienne is close to Sansa:
Tumblr media
In conclusion: I believe that Brienne will be with Sansa during her journey up North. I see no way for Sansa being alone in that kind of journey. And I think Brienne will be her companion at some point.
I disagree with the part that you say: "Brienne's story now is intertwined with LSH"
Lady Stoneheart plot is just a test for Brienne. Just like Jaime had to do in the past, Brienne also has to choose between two oaths. Will she choose Jaime, Catelyn, Sansa or LSH? This will be an important point of her arc as an ideal knight. But the choice is quite clear if you ask me:
“I have made kings and unmade them. Sansa Stark is my last chance for honor.” Jaime smiled thinly. “Besides, kingslayers should band together. Are you ever going to go?”
Her big hand wrapped tight around Oathkeeper. “I will. And I will find the girl and keep her safe. For her lady mother’s sake. And for yours.” She bowed stiffly, whirled, and went.
[A Storm of Swords - Jaime IX]
Sansa, though... I will find her, my lady, Brienne swore to Lady Catelyn’s restless shade. I will never stop looking. I will give up my life if need be, give up my honor, give up all my dreams, but I will find her.
[A Feast for Crows - Brienne II]
Sansa is the way of her keeping her promise to Catelyn and Jaime AND herself. Even Jaime's honor is linked with Sansa.
So, Brienne's journey is still linked with her knighthood ideals and Sansa...
Arya doesn't even need a knight. It is Sansa who needs a protector who won't abuse her. So it would be waste to bringing them together because they have nothing to give each other right now tbh.
(BTW: I think Arya's story is linked with LSH.. she needs to see that revenge is not good and she is linked with Riverlands and Red Wedding 2.0)
And Sansa is the character that was always praying for a "true knight".
By the time she reached the godswood, the noises had faded to a faint rattle of steel and a distant shouting. Sansa pulled her cloak tighter. The air was rich with the smells of earth and leaf. Lady would have liked this place, she thought. There was something wild about a godswood; even here, in the heart of the castle at the heart of the city, you could feel the old gods watching with a thousand unseen eyes.
Sansa had favored her mother's gods over her father's. She loved the statues, the pictures in leaded glass, the fragrance of burning incense, the septons with their robes and crystals, the magical play of the rainbows over altars inlaid with mother-of-pearl and onyx and lapis lazuli. Yet she could not deny that the godswood had a certain power too. Especially by night. Help me, she prayed, send me a friend, a true knight to champion me . . .
[A Clash of Kings - Sansa II]
About looking for Arya/Sansa but finding Sansa/Arya thing:
Fake!Arya and Melisandre's Grey Girl prophecy were there to "distract" us from Sansa...
What I mean is: Sansa was always the GG but Martin was trying to distract us by making Jon only thinking about Arya.
He does such things:
GRRM: There are some mysteries in these books. There are some things that I’m gonna reveal later on that I’m planting clues for. There are some later plot twists that I’m foreshadowing. There are things that are gonna happen in Book 5 and Book 6 and Book 7 where I’ve planted a seed for it in Book 1. But I don’t necessarily want to give away my hand. So, what do I do when I plant the seed? Well, I plant the seed, but I try to do a little literary sleight of hand, and while I’m planting the seed, my other hand is up there waving and is distracting you with some flashy bit of wordplay or something that’s going on in the foreground, while the seed is being planted in the background. So hopefully the seed is there, the foreshadowing is there, but maybe you won’t notice it, because it’s surrounded by so many other things.
Thanks for the ask; I hope it was helpful.

color codin: pink is for the character the question is bout, orange is for other characters mentioned.
《~•°🌸aiwin🌸°•~》
is amy in aiwin's pov a good person, or is she more grey? does he have any strong opinions on her? is he neutral w her?
what would ya say is aiwin's fatal flaw(s). like wraght, greed, peide etc,
how was his childhood? was it good, or bad? did it affect the way he sees the world and people now?
w whitch animal do ya associate him w? can ya explain why?
what are his opinions on the gods? more specifically apollo, hermes and dio?
《~•°🌸amy🌸°•~》
how did amy meet aiwin? what was her first impression of him was? her first thought?
whitch color do ya associate w amy? are there any reasons for it?
did amy ever recieve a formal education? did she ever went to school, or did hermes teach her everything?
if amy could change one thing bout herself, what would it be? would it be her looks? her personality? her childhood?
what are her deapest fears? her darkests insecurities? what would amy consider worse than death? or maybe even hell?
Chaos my dude you’re a real one
Aiwin:
1. Aiwin starts off with seeing Amy as basically a child who doesn’t understand that people aren’t inherently good and that you cant just hurt yourself to help others. A naive idiot who confuses the hell out of him. As time goes on, this perception changes greatly, can’t say much without spoiling
2. From the seven deadly sins it would be envy for sure. He’s envious of all the things he can’t have: comfort with his emotions, a childhood, friends. Outside of those I would say just his inability to allow himself to healthily feel emotion. Man hasn’t cried for years but really needs to.
3. Oh man. It was bad. Very bad. Forced to suffer high expectations and not allowed to thrive, soon became a victim of child abuse, then forced to become an assassin. This all planted some terrible toxic masculinity standards in his head and trust issues.
4. Well he’s known as ”Huntsman” as in the huntsman spider. These spider don’t even have to set traps for their prey because they’re so big and fast that they can just run it down. I think that really fits Aiwin because he’s super dangerous and a balance of strength, speed, and “venom” like them.
5. Oooh this is a fun one
Apollo: Initially despises Apollo because of the whole drama with Amy. Eventually he grows to respect the man since Apollo helps Aiwin with all the chaos the other two gods cause. Apollo helps Aiwin process emotions and Aiwin helps him with the issues with Amy. Apollo basically adopts him.
Hermes: Aiwin cannot handle this man. Aiwin likes things neat and orderly, Hermes is chaos. The god causes him so much stress poor dude has a will written where he gives everything to Amy. He does admire Hermes‘s intellect and when he’s actually not dealing with the mess he likes to learn stuff from Hermes.
Dionysus: It’s like Hermes but with no redeeming qualities. Aiwin cannot stand Dionysus, as the god has made it his mission to crack through Aiwin’s uptight shell. He actually kinda looks down on the go, writing him off as dumb and a nuisance. Dw, he will have this ideology challenged.
Amy:
1. Can’t say much without spoiling, but he’s her math tutor. She thought he was quite intimidating and was surprised to find him actually quite nice.
2. Yellow, firstly just cuz of the whole sun thing, but also because it fits her duality: warm and bright on one end, dangerous and overwhelming on the other. Also deep red/reddish orange cuz of her rage.
3. She has gone to actual school but retained nothing from it (except maybe from music classes). Anything important to her she learned from Hermes (thievery, hacking) or taught herself (playing the guitar, dancing).
4. Lot of contenders but I think top would be her brain. She thinks she’s very stupid and that’s what’s causing her to screw up so much and cause so much harm. She wants to be smart and clever like Aiwin and Hermes but her brain is just built for different types of intellect, which she fails to see.
5. She‘s afraid of living a worthless life. That one day, when she takes her final breaths, she will know she did nothing but cause pain. She despises so much about herself: her idiocy, her body, her messed up brain. Being totally alone is worse than death to her, and considering Hermes can’t visit often, she faces that a lot. Being purposeless is also worse than death, and she struggles with that too. She’s basically living in her own little hell, and when the story moves on and more people get dragged into her mess, the self blame and hatred only grows.

Heyhey., saw u have a neighbor au? That turned into a ghost hunt unsolved au? Care to share with the class? 👀👀👀👀
Ok listen Listen
The day I get my ass to consistently write its all over for you motherfuckers because I have so many fic ideas and so many aus
I’m a soft Fucker at heart so example of fic is this fucker that rammed straight through my brain skull was because of a stupid bit in one of my seastars tv shows.
Long story short the joke was neighbor 1 and 2 has windows facing each other.
1 window is his kitchen window, 2 is their bathroom window. 2 makes a subductive expose shoulder flirt thing and it’s funny because gay homophobia whatever it’s fucking king of the hill I don’t care.
THE FACT IS
I want to make it gay :)
So picture this with me, dear sweet tired-dummy
Dear sweet Martin Blackwood has acquired a house do to reasons and other nonsense you know fic stuff, and also acquires a new neighbor after like, idk fuck it a year or so.
Martin doesn’t really pay much mind but one day, you see, he spots the fluffiest, darkest, dumbest black cat he has ever seen across his window getting ready for work one day peaking through his bathroom curtains.
The cat is doing that fucking, cherp machine gun squeaks at a big af moth or some shit fluttering around in his window flower bed (headcanon for this fic is he planted flowers and plants to help bees and butterflies and shit because come in he would)
And because cats are always worth being a little behind schedule he spends like, 5 minutes watching this cat.
And then my dear, someone pulls back the curtains on the other side to retrieve their silly dumbass kitty
And oh no for Martin, he’s a very cute man :)
And so that’s how it starts and continues with various cute fluff bits like mused messy haired mornings on either side, Jon singing while cooking in the mornings, Martins shower singing, little notes put on the windows, eventual flirting you know the drill.
There is defo a moment of Jon going “ARMS!!!” Internally at one point or another because you know
And a recreation of the king of the hill but that started this all but sweeter and more soft gay and gentle teasing you know~
But here’s where it gets stupid because I’m discord buddies with @spider-plants and every time we come up with small au ideas they always spiral into either more or something else.
So this fic went from windows neighbor with light flirting and kitty into “oh shit my new co-worker who I will be spending so many hours and possibly sharing hotel rooms with has already seen me (shirtless, a complete mess, sitting in the kitchen counter at 3 am eating straight whip cream out of a bowl and threw a hack sack at the window and told me to go to bed, etc) I’m going to die”
Being this au Jon didn’t go to university for adhd projection reasons and just stuck to helping out Georgie with what the ghost.
Later Mel got ahold of Georgie to see if she could steal Jon for a new ghost hunt uk segment that’s like buzzfeed unsolved because of the dynamic yo
So Jon with not much going on begrudgingly agrees to try an episode.
Buuuuuut
Guess who’s one of mels camera men :)
That right! The big boy man himself!!!
More shenanigans ensue!
So yeah, that like, the jumbled up baseline idea that kinda spiraled and man I have so many ideas I hope I can write literally anything one day
This au has no fear powers but normal theoretical supernatural events, mostly fluff maybe angst if I get to that, and t4t ace4ace jmart teaholding because it’s my fic and I said so
Hope that like, have you a coherent answer lol I kinda rambled ^~^

I love @weratedogs on Instagram. 15/10 recommend.
5. 5 tv shows that cheer you up
Schitt's Creek
Criminal Minds (somehow?)

It already exists, but I love the smell of campfires and charcoal grills.
13. the last so-bad-it’s-good joke you heard
Not last, but certainly my favorite (I'm biased because it's mine). I was reading through a restaurant menu and said, "Wait, if they have vegetable pho, where's vegetable PHRIEND." I laughed to myself for a solid five minutes.
14. an artist (of any kind) whose work you look forward to seeing
Ashleigh Balls' music.
15. the last tv episode that made you laugh out loud

Resin casting (though it's been a minute since I last did it).
21. a youtube video you find useful, entertaining or relaxing
"Sarah Help Me" is one of my all-time favorite videos. I also like "Baby Sees Cat For First Time."
22. if you were going to dye your hair any colour of the rainbow, what would you choose?
I would take the dive and go for the light denim blue look.
23. the book you just finished and what you thought (no spoilers!)
I think the last book I finished was Hank Green's "An Absolutely Remarkable Thing." Oddly captivating, modern, very interesting take on the way social/mainstream media shapes identity and interpersonal connection.
24. describe the most wacky, weird and wonderful at-home outfit you’ve put together
I love my harem pants. My favorites are red striped, I'll usually have some weird sports bra on with them plus a giant blanket/sweater thing.
25. a game you’re playing that takes your mind off things
Don't play games much anymore.
26. the film you watched most recently that you could watch again and again
I can watch Short Term 12 over and over again.
27. your favourite flavour and brand of tea
Not a tea person, but I tolerate Bigelow's lemon ginger.

What if My Hero Academia Characters were in the Riordanverse pt. 1: Students
Yeah, yeah, this is just MHA students for now, I’ll have other characters soon, okay! Anyway, here’s MHA students of 1A and 1B (including Shinso) as demigods in the Riordanverse!
Yuga Aoyama: Son of Aphrodite. Not even a good one, unless you need someone blinded by his glitter-gun. Oh yeah, he has a glitter gun with lasers for maximum flare. Is he completely over-the-top? Absolutely. But is he good in a fight? Surprisingly, yes, kind of very, turns out glitter confuses monsters very well.
Mina Ashido: Daughter of Hermes and legacy of Hecate, capable of inhuman movements and can produce a slime that magically dissolves anything. She also tattooed her eyes black and yellow for some weird masochistic reason that no one, including herself, doesn’t understand. She’s still neat though.
Tsuyu Asui: She’s a frog-turned-human by Ochako. She still has her tongue, leaps, hops, camouflage, a reversible stomach and poison that can kill a group of whales. And he can still inflate her throat like a balloon, which makes for good scares. Very good scares…
Tenya Iida: Son of Mercury, he never skips leg day. Never. Seriously, have you seen those legs? He could crush a car with those puppies! Or crush monster heads with those thunder thighs! Which he actually does quite often. He doesn’t skimp out on upper body exercises either, but LOOK AT THOSE LEGS OF THUNDER!
Ochako Uraraka: Daughter of Hecate, she specializes in a set of spells that manipulate an individual object’s or being’s gravitational pull. It’s gotten to the point where she makes anything she touches with five fingers on one hand, it will float, no matter what, which is why she wears gloves all the time. She likes floating whoever she finds particularly annoying way up into the sky.
Mashirao Ojiro: Son of Mars, he’s an expert martial artist and very, very good at multiple of them. He’s lost multiple sparring partners because of his profinity with a number of weapons, and his lethality without any weapons. Seriously, he once defeated a Drakon with his bare hands! And another dead drakon’s teeth!
Denki Kaminari: Legacy of Zeus and Apollo, each by about 50 generations. About as bright as his godly ancestors (not very), but he still makes one Hel of a lightning bolt, and he’s also pretty good with a guitar and lyre. And classical literature and culture, like Apollo’s Kettle, who taught him all that?!
Eijiro Kirishima: Son/creation of Vulcan, his blood and skin are pure liquid gold, bronze and diamond he can infinitely harden for a period of time. It also obtains unnaturally sharp edges, and given his tendency to go hard when excited, he has made his friends frequent the infirmary for cuts and broken ribs.
Koji Koda: Son of Actaedon, he can talk with wildlife. He’s also a Legacy of Heracles, hence his size. His hugs are nice, war and gentle. Unless you’re an enemy, his bear hugs can break spines and it’s fucking terrifying.
Rikido Sato: Son of Mars, this guy has a serious sweet tooth. He’s also surprisingly gentle for a guy that can decimate an opponent with a single hit. Oh yeah, he can one-shot a hellhound with one punch (que the epic op) to the head.
Mezo Shoji: Son of Ares, he’s surprisingly level-headed. And malicious. Seriously, this guy always has at least ten different weapons on him, on top of him knowing a variety of potentially lethal moves. His arms are known as the Anacondas for a reason. Well, he lost his two precious anacondas in battle, but now he has six bronze automaton anacondas, fuly articulated and loaded up with all kinds of weapons for maximum effectiveness in battle! Actually fuck that, he’s way more terrifying now, who let him get all that stuff?!
Kyoka Jiro: Daughter of Apollo, she’s a top-tier musician, singer and is moderate with a bow and arrow. She can whistle in the ultrasonic range, clap like thunder, sing and play like either a sweet little bird or a whole-ass heavy metal choir without ruining her vocal cords, and she gives the opposite amount of fucks that Zeus does (ie. zero).
Hanta Sero: Son of Hermes, he inherited a pair of magical tape dispensers that can dispense any tape in any amount of any properties he chooses. He uses them to swing around like Spider-Man, which made him a regular visitor of the infirmary until Momo made him a special harness to keep his joints from dislocating. Somehow, he still gets his shoulders dislocated.
Fumikage Tokoyami: Son of Erebos, he suffers from split-personality disorder, but it’s fixed nicely by his inner demon incarnate made of pure darkness he calls Dark Shadow. They have a strangely healthy and wholesome relationship for a boy and his literal inner demon, and they even help each other (or embarass, take your pick) in social interactions.
Shoto Todoroki: A Legacy, descendant of Hel and Surtr, capable of making ice that freezes fire, and fire that burns ice. He gives so little shit he’s actually oblivious to social cues, which makes for more than a few funny moments on quests with him.
Toru Hagakure: Legacy of Iris, she can manipulate light around her to turn invisible or project bright flashes. Campers often say hi to her even if she’s not there just in case.
Katsuki Bakugou: Son of Ares, with rage and instincts of combat so strong and powerful he can convert his sheer rage and passion into explosions in the palms of his hands. He generated more than one explosion with the explosive yield of a nuclear weapon in his life. How he hasn’t gone deaf yet is beyond most people, though he does still know a variety of sign languages in case he does go deaf.
Izuku Midoriya: Son of Athena that was gifted the Spartan Spirit, a powerful enchantment formed by Kratos, Nike, Bia and Zelus, to protect humanity in its greatest times of need, and bestowed upon the most well-meaning and kind-hearted individuals of an era. He ends up breaking his bones an absolute shitton, and is a regular at the infirmary. The healers and smiths absolutely loathe him by now.
Minoru Mineta: Died on a quest. His quest-mates say ‘by accident’. Everyone knows it was very deliberate, but then again, everyone hated him and is fine with him dead. Some people wanted to be the ones to kill him though.
Momo Yaoyorozu: A Legacy, granddaughter of Hephaestus and Athena, capable of making virtually any machine. She’s also very fidgety, and once made an entire army of fully autonomous grass soldiers that went on to terrorize the other campers for a bit. In thirty minutes.
Yosetsu Awase: Son of Hephaestus, he also likes to make stuff. Though mostly he combines already existing tools, gadgets and machines, and makes weird amalgamations. He once fused an automaton bull, an automaton dragon and a school bus, and it actually, somehow, despite all logic and reason, fucking works.
Sen Kaibara: Son of Ares, he’s pretty chill compared to his kin (especially Katsuki and Setsuna), mainly due to him bottling up his anger. Which he can unleash as tornadoes around his limbs, which he can use to drill through walls. Thank gods he doesn’t lose it too often.
Togaru Kamakiri: Son of Ceres, he likes farming tools. Especially ones with blades. That’s lead to him using all kinds of sickles, scythes (both farming tools and war scythes) in combat, and even axes, shovels, various lawn mowers...
Shihai Kuroiro: Son of Nyx, him and Tokoyami get along exceptionally well. Given his ability to shadow-travel and use shadows and darkness as materials to make some pretty nifty weapons only he can use, he’s strangely bright and like a Sun. At least among the two stepbrothers of darkness, and the bar for eing the sunny one is set very low.
Itsuka Kendo: Daughter of Athena, she excels in critical thinking and a variety of martial arts. And knocking out her piers with precise attacks when they start to get exceptionally annoying. Mostly Monoma. Scratch that, especially Monoma. Okay, nevermind, only Monoma.
Yui Kodai: Daughter of Trivia. She excels in potions and spells that manipulate the size of objects, so much so that she has to resort to gloves because she now naturally makes things smaller with her left hand, or bigger with her right hand. She’s the calm one of the 20 people here.
Kinoko Komori: Daughter of Demeter, she has a soft spot for fungi and mushrooms. Which she can make grow rapidly. Very rapidly. She’s fun at parties.
Ibara Shiozaki: Daughter of Demeter, she dyes her hair green with actual chlorophyll for some reason (“To feel one with the beautiful plants,” she says), but she can also grow and manipulate vines and other vine-like plants, along with trees, quite effectively, and she has some rose and poison oak (she’s immune to it) seeds in her hair. Don’t ask, her answers are just as ridiculous as the chlorophyll-dyed hair.
Jurota Shishida: Son of Mars, he’s been cursed by most likely Hera to be a humanoid boar/dog thing. He’s especially good at wrestling, and is very diplomatic in his approach. Until he gets pissed, then he charges like a boar and yes, he keeps those tusks of his sharp.
Niregeki Shoda: Legacy of Hermes, son of Hephaestus, he likes to make explosives and plant them everywhere. More than a few campers were scared. Except Katsuki, who tried to outdo the ground (Niregeki’s mine) in explosive yield and put skylight access in the roof of Bunker 9. Niregeki had to repair it.
Pony Tsunotori: Legacy of Poseidon, she can shapeshift. She likes to shapeshift into horses, bulls, deer and goats (including mooses and buffalo), and she has a nifty gadget from the Hephaestus and Vulcan campers in the shape of horns that transform with her, giving her detachable remote-control horns.
Kosei Tsuburaba: Legacy of Jupiter, son of Ares, he’s competitive and can make walls and blades out of air. Especially annoying for monsters because they can’t get to him, period, and every time they try, they don’t get past his walls of air for a whole minute before someone either cuts/hacks/slices them to bits, freezes/burns them alive, blows them up with their fists/explosives/expanding stones they previously ingested or some other way of disposing of a monster.
Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu: Son of Vulcan, capable of turning to pure steel over his entire body, also increasing his strength. Because of this, and his tendency to go hard whenever he’s excited, he’s made his friends frequent the infirmary for bruises and broken ribs. Except Kirishima.
Setsuna Tokage: Daughter of Ares, she’s actually been hurt pretty badly in one of her fights (she went on a Quest with Katsuki, and no, it wasn’t him who hurt her, and yes, no one really believes that story either) and had to have automaton grafts to replace her limbs, a part of her lower jaw, her eyes and the muscles around her spine, along with parts of the vertebrae. Which she asked to be detachable and splittable in as many pieces as possible, which she can control telepathically and uses to troll other campers. A lot. Especially two certain sons of Vulcan and her half-siblings.
Manga Fukidashi: No one knows what he is, they just know his head is a speech bubble and he can make anything he writes real.
Juzo Honenuki: Legacy of Gaia, he can virtually liquify the ground (does not work on metal or wooden floors). He trolls a lot with this ability. And I do mean a lot.
Kojiro Bondo: A golem? A person? His head makes it hard to tell whether he’s a demigod or a monster to be honest. And his glue-like spit doesn’t help much either.
Neito Monoma: Legacy of, you guessed it, Zeus! He has a superiority complex because of this, and he frequents the infirmary on the basis of Itsuka or whoever he was annoying KOing him constantly. All that brain damage probably isn’t helping his mental issues…
Reiko Yanagi: Daughter of Hecate she can make things she touches float and fly around using some sort of incantation. The biggest she can do is double her own body weight, but that doesn’t stop her from delivering high-speed flying punches and scaring other campers.
Hiryu Rin: Son of Mars and Legacy of Poseidon, he can shapeshift into various animals. Most notably a mix of human, hedgehog and a lizard. Sharp, painful and deadly precise. And also meditating. And a lot of it.
