On a low kcal diet for a few days. Just to kick start this thing again. I can’t for the love of my life keep my healthy lifestyle.. I always fall back to evil stuff. I need to loose weight for health reasons. But I can’t do it. I know low kcal diets isn’t good, so I only do it for a few days to kick start. Then I try to keep away from carbs. I almost thought the weekend was over but as it’s a red day (at least in Sweden) tomorrow, work’s closed & I get another day off! Yay! I think today is the coldest day this winter.. so far.. -26°C & windy.. I couldn’t feel my legs or nose this morning.. even got frost on my lashes & upper lip.. #brritscoldoutside damn..
