You don’t have to ask me twice when it comes to extension, something I love to do. A simple and understated exercise Double Leg Stretch, made just a little more challenging with the Fitness Circle between the ankles. Nothing like a little additional challenge to the adductors. I really need to articulate my spine, especially after all this sitting around in lockdown. I’ve never sat around so much in my life, I’m used to “moving, moving…”, now you’ll be thinking of that song 🤣😂 When I first learned this exercise in 1996, before I started my #stottpilates training, I learned it as “ Short Spine Massage”. To me, this is no massage.
