"No self diagnosis!"
Ok! I'm from a middle class family so for me personally affording one isn't a massive issue but for people in poverty it can be! However my parents don't believe I'm autistic because I don't show the stereotypical 8 year old white boy autism. My general practitioner is ableist and doesn't know shit about mental illnesses she diagnosed me with add instead of adhd even though add hasn't been a thing for like 10 years. Both my parents and general practitioner only believe in stereotypical 8yo white boy autism. I don't have access to a psychiatrist or therapist. So who is going to find me a general prac or psychiatrist who isn't ableist and is actually knowledgeable and up to date, transport me to them (I'm a minor, can't drive and with how shit us healthcare is might even have to fly to get a decent doctor) and pay for it? (my parents sure as he'll won't even though they have the money)
My adhd, autism and various other physical and mental conditions prevent me from working 95% of jobs so "just get a job and pay for it yourself" isn't a feasible option. And I literally cannot wait for neurotypicals to deem me worthy to use the language and knowledge of autism via an official dx.
My autism doesn't magically start when I get diagnosed with it. It always has and always will affect me 365, 24/7. Diagnoses are not accessible for many many autistic and neurodivirgent people.
If you have issues with self diangosises why don't you work to make official diagnosises accessible for EVERYONE and then we can talk. Until that day self dx remains an essential tool for neurodivirgent people.

Four Basic Steps for Effective Creative Visualisation 🌀🌀🌀
From Creative Visualisation by Shakti Gawain📚
Four Basic Steps for Effective
Creative Visualization
1. Set Your Goal
Decide on something you would like to have, work toward, realize, or create. It can be on any level — a job, a house, a relationship, a change in yourself, increased prosperity, a happier state of mind, improved health, beauty, or better physical condition, or whatever.
At first, choose goals that are fairly easy for you to believe in, that you feel are possible to realize in the fairly near future. That way you won't have to deal with too much negative resistance in yourself, and you can maximize your feelings of success as you are learning creative visualization. Later, when you have more prac-tice, you can take on more difficult or challenging prob-lems.
Creative Visualization
2. Create a Clear Idea or Picture
Create an idea or mental picture of the object or situation exactly as you want it. You should think of it in the present tense as already existing the way you want it to be. Picture yourself with the situation as you desire it now. Include as many details as you can.
You may wish to make an actual physical picture of it as well, by making a treasure map described in detail later). This is an optional step, not at all necessary, but often helpful (and fun!).
3. Focus on it Often
Bring your idea or mental picture to mind often, both in quiet meditation periods, and also casually throughout the day when you happen to think of it. In this way it becomes an integrated part of your life, it becomes more of a reality for you, and you project it more successfully.
Focus on it clearly, yet in a light, gentle way. It's important not to feel like you are striving too hard for it or putting an excessive amount of energy into it — that would tend to hinder rather than help.
4. Give it Positive Energy
As you focus on your goal, think about it in a posi-tive, encouraging way. Make strong positive statements to yourself: that it exists, that it has come or is now coming to you. See yourself receiving or achieving it.
These positive statements are called "affirmations." While you are using affirmations, try to temporarily suspend any doubts or disbelief you may have, at least for the moment, and practice getting the feeling that that which you desire is very real and possible.
Basics of Creative Visualization
Continue to work with this process until you achieve your goal, or no longer have the desire to do so. Remember that goals often change before they are realized, which is a perfectly natural part of the human process of change and growth. So don't try to prolong it any longer than you have energy for it — if you lose interest it may mean that it's time for a new look at what you want.
If you find that a goal has changed for you, be sure to acknowledge that to yourself. Get clear in your mind about the fact that you are no longer focusing on your previous goal. End cycle on the old, and begin cycle on the new. This helps you avoid getting confused, or feeling like you've "failed" when you have simply changed.
When you achieve a goal, be sure to acknowledge consciously to yourself that it has been completed. Often we achieve things which we have been desiring and visualizing, and we forget to even notice that we have succeeded! So give yourself some appreciation and a pat on the back, and be sure to thank the universe for fulfilling your requests.

Note to Self: Forget About Your DR Body!
This is for anyone (myself included) who struggles with trying to "feel" their DR body so they can shift.
When you suddenly become lucid in a dream and decide that you want to wake up, do you go looking for your bed in your dream so you can "get in the right position" in order to wake up? No! (I mean, probably not most of us, right? But no judgement if you do.)
When you wake from a dream, your physical body in your CR doesn't matter; you just decide to wake up, and then you're aware of your body as you regain "consciousness". Maybe you encountered something disturbing in your dream that snapped you into lucidity for just long enough to go, Hmm, y'know what, no, I'm outta here.
When you decide to wake from a dream, you don't curl up on a bed and try to feel your CR mattress, you just wake up.
Shifting is the same.
You can imagine your DR body, the position it's in, the fabrics it feels, the sounds and smells around it -- you can mentally immerse yourself there all you want, but that's not what causes you to wake up there.
You're gonna wake up there whether you're imagining it or not, because that's where you are.
So quit stressing about whether you're imagining your DR self "correctly" -- it's already there, you're already there, and when you decide to wake up (or someone from your DR wakes you), you'll open your eyes in your DR body and go, Ah, yeah, of course I fell asleep on the couch again 🙄 (or whatever the circumstances are).
Your DR body doesn't need you to "feel" it in order to exist. You don't need to "figure out" how you're "supposed" to be feeling. You're already there. It's done. All you have to do is wake up to it.
My best bet on how to do that is to maintain your lucidity in this "dream" (i.e., persist)!
Because in a sense, Consciousness is like one big, eternal, ever-shifting Dream. Your CR is like your primary dream. If anything, it's your CR "dreams" that reveal the truer nature of reality, because they're so wildly creative and imaginative, and often produce instant manifestations of your thoughts, concerns, desires, and so on.
You ever become lucid in a CR dream, realize you can control it, and then lose lucidity because you got too excited or something else within the dream distracted you?
I think that that might be what happens to a lot of us when we "attempt" to shift. We don't persist enough to actually manifest what we want.
If you want to have a lucid dream about kissing your crush, you've got to get lucid and stay lucid, or your dream crush will fizzle away or, idk, turn into a giant frog or something. 🐸😔
You've already done the hard part of gaining lucidity in the first place; that is, you've recognized that your Current Reality is not your Only Reality. You know you can shift to another "dream", now.
Now, maintain your lucidity. Persist. Don't get so distracted by whatever shenanigans are happening in your CR that you forget where your Home is. You're already there. Remember that. Persist in it.
I think a great way to maintain lucidity is to practice manifesting in your CR. Remind yourself constantly that this reality is malleable, that you are lucid enough to control it, and that you can shift "dreams" any time you want if you just decide to.
And as a bonus, your CR will start to be a lot more desirable, itself.
Disclaimer: These are just my thoughts, my way of processing the concepts of shifting and manifestation. The Law of Assumption always applies; if you don't vibe with something I said, you don't have to accept it as true, and thus it won't be true for you.
Also, no, I'm not saying this reality is literally "just a dream" as if it's on the same level as the strange/surreal/"shallow" dreams you have when you fall asleep. Please don't go throwing this reality in the trash because you just want to "wake up from it". I understand that emotion, believe me, but the world we live in here is just as real and valid and important as our DRs. I suggest practicing manifestation to make your CR as inviting as your DRs, and to boost your confidence in your ability to shape your reality.
(And, no, you don't have to master manifestation in your CR before you can go to your DR. I'm just saying if you find yourself frustrated with shifting, maybe redirect your attention to manifesting a more desirable CR for a bit, while maintaining your awareness that you have a Home in your DRs as well.)
Anyone with thoughts on the matter, please feel free to contribute your ideas! 💜 I love reading other people's ways of conceptualizing shifting, manifestation, and the very nature of Reality itself. [Anti shifters DNI.]

So I was watching that video where Tish said her love language is making you laugh with her corny jokes. And I think she probably didn’t know the official types of love languages at the time so she just said what’s on her mind lol… but I think Tish’s love languages are like in this order
When giving love:
Quality Time- I think she’s big on this one bcuz when she likes someone she can become a lil obsessed and wanna live in your skin, but since she can’t she will settle for bringing you everywhere she goes. You will end up being her personal accessory, can’t leave the house without you! You’re the first person she wants to see when she wakes up and the last person she wants to see before she goes to sleep. If she can’t see you she’s definitely texting you ALL day! Telling you she misses you.
Physical Touch- she definitely gives the touchy feely type. I think she’s like that with everyone. Just always casually using her hands to connect with ppl, but with you she’s gonna be a lil more intentional where she places her hands. And she gives lots of cuddles. She’ll tell you she can’t sleep without cuddling next to you.
Words of Affirmation- I know she is really spiritual so she’s always speaking life into you, and boosting you up with compliments and praise. Very casually, like she doesn’t even know she’s doing it sometimes.. to the point where if she doesn’t, your asking her what’s wrong 🤨
Acts of service- she will always try to make your life easier. She doesn’t like to get her hands dirty and do any type of manual labor but she will hire a guy to put your tv up or ask her assistant to make sure to dry clean your dress after y’all go out.. you don’t even have to ask, she’s just always thinking of you and taking care of you.
Gift Giving- she definitely is gonna spoil you, but within reason. She’ll buy the flowers, take you on trips, get you matching jewelry, and all that but after she really gets to know you and what you like, she’s gonna buy you smaller more meaningful gifts.. like I saw you were down to the last pages of your journal, I bought you a new one, with your name engraved. Or you mentioned you wanted to make a vision board, I bought all the supplies, come over and let’s make one together 🥰
When receiving love:
Quality Time- so Tish is the type to want the same energy given back to her that she’s giving out. So since she wants to be around you all the time, she expects you to feel the same. If she feels like you don’t, she will immediately fall back and give you space. Cuz she doesn’t wanna seem like the clingy one. But match her vibe, and she’s a happy girl!
Words of affirmation- she needs all the moral support she can get. I’ve noticed that Tish leans on confirmation from others a lot. Like in the video where she was walking to the stage, she got a lil nervous and told the crowd to keep the applause up. She’s always looking outward for that extra support so when her partner is her personal hype man it gives her all the confidence in the world!
Physical Touch- so I don’t think that she needs you to be touching her all the time, but she definitely appreciates those moments where you request for her to touch you lol like if you came up to her and burried your head in her chest so that she can give you a big bear hug she would feel so wanted. And she lovessss giving you affection so when you show that you need it, like nudging her to come closer.. she’s on you like white on rice, every single time!
Gift Giving- she doesn’t need anything at all from you and honestly doesn’t expect much but she secretly lovessss being spoiled. She will always be like babe you didn’t have to, and like omg that costs way to much take it back. But when you spoil her regardless of what she says she will be so grateful and feel all special. And she will cherish that gift forever!
Acts of Service- I think the same with this one like she doesn’t want you going out of your way for her but just being supportive is enough for her. Like practicing lines with her, or reading a script out loud to her when she’s feeling lazy, making the reservations or ordering the Uber cuz she will definitely forget.. cooking dinner, or buying her groceries cuz going to the store is annoying for her now lol stuff like that she appreciates.
I agree!

When Ace finally makes it to the secluded part of the hedge maze as instructed, he finds Yu waiting there already—sitting with arms and legs crossed, a bouquet of origami flowers in one hand. With the chocolate pastries waiting on the table beside him, if someone had said the TA had been a noblewoman fond of teatime in a past life, Ace would have believed them in a heartbeat.
“You never cut me any slack, do ya?” Ace asks, dry but light-hearted. He doesn’t even need to ask what’s going on—he’d be an idiot to not recognize the date and connect the dots.
Yu just shrugs. “I wasn’t gonna do this in front of all our friends.”
“So putting me on a wild goose chase through the Heartslabyul maze was better?”
“Would you believe me if I said this was all done out of spite for waking me up at the asscrack of dawn on Val— Promise Day?”
“You’re short and all your rage is compressed into just 160 centimeters,” says Ace with a shit-eating grin, “so I could believe that.”
He almost doesn’t catch the paper bouquet before it can smack him in the chest.
“You suck,” Yu declares, but Ace can tell he’s trying and failing to hide his own smile. “I spent a whole month overthinking this, and you act like that? Dude. That’s no way to treat your valentine.”
It’s a term Ace has only become familiar with through Yu’s explanations of his home world, but hearing it—your valentine, isn’t that something—fills him with a weird, jittery sort of pride. Not that he’d ever admit to it, because he’d never live down the excited butterflies in his stomach.
He doesn’t stop grinning. “Sorry, not sorry. Anything I can do to make up for it?”
Yu makes a show of pretending to think about it, then sits down in his chair with a self-satisfied smirk (for once, Ace is willing to concede this to Octavinelle—their scheming habits look good on the TA). “Well. It’d really suck if I had to eat all these pastries by myself…”
“You know me, I’m never gonna turn down food or my favorite TA.” Before Yu can say your only TA, and before he can think it through, Ace boldly concludes with, “Guess it’s a date now.”
He’s not sure which of them turns more red after that comment, or which of them digs into a handmade pastry faster to pretend that wasn’t just said aloud.

Let it be known that Chrysos has rarely experienced being jumped from behind. Even as a “human,” very few people at Night Raven College have the audacity to mess with him, which means that he can enjoy moments on its campus in peace—like right now, reading on a bench in the courtyard.
So, it is a relatively new experience for him to suddenly feel warmth against his back, and arms loosely draped over his shoulder in a hug.
He almost gasps. “Wha—”
“Surprise,” says a very familiar voice—Chrysos would know, he knows every little inflection and lilt of it by heart—that reverberates from the owner’s chest and through him. “You didn’t think I’d forget about answering your Promise Day gift, did you?”
Santiago rests his chin on the top of Chrysos’ head as he dangles a little box in front of him. It’s the most physically affectionate he’s been in, well, ever—but Chrysos finds that he doesn’t mind at all.
Chrysos sighs in resignation, although in reality, he’s starting to feel elated. “It’d better be something practical, at least. I don’t want to be like Housewarden Ashengrotto, staring dreamily at a vase of enchanted roses on his desk all day…”
When Santiago snickers, he remembers that it was supposed to be a secret, but—whatever. It’s not as if he spilled the identity of Azul’s admirer (or rather, Azul’s admired).
“Trust me, it’s very practical.” Santiago lets Chrysos take the box—it’s pure white, with a green company logo on the corner of the lid. Fitting for White Day.
“I don’t trust that for a second,” Chrysos retorts playfully, and then opens the box to be instantly greeted with the aroma of both coffee and something more soothing.
“Cool, yeah? I arranged to have ‘em sent to school—they’re specialty sweets from my hometown,” boasts Santiago. There’s a smile evident in his voice, which takes on the rise in pitch it usually does when he’s genuinely eager. “There’s the famous coffee ones, ‘cause you haven’t lived until you’ve had those, and then I also got you some drops that should be easy on your throat. Since, y’know.”
Chrysos decides the gift might be very practical after all, if only for his insides. “…T—Thanks, Santiago.”
“Well, I’m just repaying what you gave me on Promise Day~ Aren’t you all about paying back debts?” And then Santiago has the temerity to laugh, music to Chrysos’ ears as it reverberates through him again.
…He’s starting to get why Azul has been acting so visibly lovey-dovey.

Okay, everyone, time for some Luisabi ship dynamics and headcanons!!
For @frie-ice
I love their slight height difference because Wasabi is 6'4" and Luisa is 6'5", meaning that she is an inch taller than him, and I am here for it! Wasabi needs a girl taller than he is!
Luisa's birthday is November 14th, making her a Scorpio, which makes absolute sense! Scorpios are a water sign and are emotional and sensitive. They may be caring, but they are also easily hurt and depressed. This sensitivity can affect their emotional and physical lives. They don't open up easily or let their guard down because they are scared of being hurt. But exclusively, it makes sure they stay strong and makes them great judges of character. They are Resourceful, powerful, brave, passionate, and true friends.
Now I have a theory about the date of Wasabi's birthday, and it involves an episode of BH6: The Series. There was an episode of BH6: The Series called "Steamer's Revenge," and it was about Hiro and the others planning the ultimate birthday surprise for Wasabi to recover his car from the bottom of the bay, but their villain, Baron Von Steamer, was back with a vengeance. The episode's air date was September 22, 2018.
So yes, because it was Wasabi's birthday in that episode, I like to believe that September 22 is also the date of his birthday. Now get this, if Wasabi's birthday is September 22nd, that would make him a Virgo, which absolutely fits his character. Virgos are an earth sign known for their intelligence, analytical skills, perfectionism, hard work, reliability, and problem-solving abilities. They are also known for being critical and pointing out mistakes. Because of their natural elegance and poise, they emit serenity and calm. They are funny and sharp, and they often have a very dry wit. They notice the small stuff and pay attention to the details; they remember everything you ever said to them.
Virgo and Scorpio are compatible signs. They have many common personality traits and can complement each other. They are both goal-oriented, practical, mysterious, and empathetic. They can also have a strong karmic connection and passionate intimacy. There are very strong ties between this couple, and intense mutual loyalty creates their strongest bond. These two can be extremely comfortable in each other’s company, shutting out the rest of the world and enjoying each other for hours (or days) on end—just the two of them. They’re both in it for the long haul, so this can be a long-term match for sure.
Virgo is ruled by quick-moving Mercury, making them good, logical communicators. Scorpio is co-ruled by powerful Mars and transformational Pluto, so verbal (and nonverbal) interactions between them can be extremely intense. Virgo is slow to make decisions, contemplating each little detail before making up their mind, and cautious, suspicious Scorpio is on board with this strategy as well. As a couple, they tend to take their time when making important long-term decisions, which strengthens their relationship in the long run.
Since Wasabi is allergic to every known breed of dog, Luisa insisted that they get a pet baby donkey instead.
Wasabi's surname is No-Ginger in my headcanon; he was born to a Korean American woman with the surname No, also spelled as Noh. No is a Korean surname that means "field" or "wilderness." His father is an African American man of English ancestry with the surname Ginger. So, his parents hyphenated.
Wasabi is fluent in Spanish, so he'll have no problem conversing with his Latina girlfriend whenever she decides to dip into Spanglish.
They are both very, not so secretly protective of each other.
Since both Luisa and Wasabi can easily succumb to stress and pressure, they do couples yoga together. Luisa was really nervous that she'd mess up practicing a lot of the poses with Wasabi when he was teaching her. But luckily, she has such a supportive boyfriend, and he made learning yoga fun and relaxing for her.
Couples' yoga is the practice of yoga poses that involve two people supporting each other physically and emotionally. It can improve flexibility, balance, strength, communication, trust, and intimacy in a relationship. Couples' yoga can range from simple breathing exercises and stretches to challenging acrobatic poses and inversions that require coordination and teamwork and can be practiced in any setting that is comfortable and safe for both partners, such as a yoga studio, a park, a beach, or a home.
Wasabi always makes sure that Luisa doesn't overexert herself to the point where her stress causes her eye to twitch. Stress can cause certain hormones to be released, which can affect the nerves and muscles of the eyelid. So, he helps her with some self-care exercises and makes her tea. And he always makes sure that she doesn't degrade herself by calling herself names like loser, so he builds her up by complimenting her all the time.
Despite all of Wasabi's self-care exercises, the man does not practice what he preaches. All of his poise goes out the window when he's having an OCD episode. An OCD episode is a period when your OCD symptoms are more severe. OCD symptoms include obsessions, unwanted thoughts, images, or urges, and compulsions—repetitive behaviors or mental acts that cause anxiety or distress. OCD episodes can be triggered by anything that causes anxiety or stress.
Luisa helps Wasabi whenever an episode happens by learning the signs, not enabling them, and using positive communication. Luisa listens with empathy, compassion, and avoids criticizing or judging him. She knows that it may take time for Wasabi to overcome his fears and resist his compulsions. But she doesn’t pressure him to stop or change his behavior, as this may make him feel more anxious or guilty.
Wasabi introduced Luisa to 4 2 Sing, and she is now just as big a fan as he is.
They love to go dancing together.
Luisa has the working yarn wrapped around her hands as she helps Wasabi maintain the right tension and speed while he knits. (It is called assisted knitting or team knitting.)

(Literal mental image.)
Welp, that's all I've got for now. I'll most definitely make another headcanon list for them in the future.
You don't have to like my headcanons, but please be respectful.

I got bored- I love my freckled, fluffy red head! (Oh Cade, u and ur neatly brushed hair are loved too)
Two Bathroom Stalls.
Cadence Lane.
The piercing sound of my alarm rings in my ear the next morning. It’s around 6am and I’ve only slept for 4 hours. I stumble to the mirror and I flip it back to face me. As the sun peeks from under the curtains I brush my hair so it doesn’t reflect my mind. My room is completely clean, well excluding my desk drawers. I shove on a tight black turtle neck and white dress pants. I don’t change my black stud earrings, I don’t really have any other pairs anyway. I swing my bag onto one shoulder and slide on my loafers as I step out.
Tossing a mint into my mouth a sudden hoard of people pile into the hallway. They sound like squawking vultures as they push past me. I run my hand through my hair and make my way downstairs. My first class is at 8, I was meant to finish my project last night but because of the situation I have to do it this morning. I skip breakfast and end up in the library. Without saying a word I sit down and open up my laptop. Skimming through the essay I quickly edit it, I’m confident that I won’t miss any mistakes. There is hardly ever any, I am the top of the class for a reason.
I put my earbuds in and open up my notebook. My peace doesn’t last long, the stampede of boys stride into library. I notice one of them sneak away from the group as they wander around and talk to girls. He heads to the non-fiction section and grabs a thick, hard covered book about bugs. My computer is still open so when he decides to ignore all the other free tables and sit in front of me he is partly blocked out. I can see his freckled forehead and fluffy orange hair over the top of my screen but this decreases as he slumps down and starts to read. Shaking my head back to reality I tap on my page with a pen and start to write. My playlist is open on my screen and every time a song changes I glance up.
I’ve basically fallen asleep but when a book slams closed I suddenly jolt up.
“Sorry I didn’t mean to wake you! U-uh I have to get to class!” The orange-haired boy says as he runs out of the room. Glancing at my watch I gather my stuff and sprint out just behind him. I arrive in the lecture room just before the clock hits 8, I’m panting and all eyes are on me. Fixing my hair I stand up straight and rush to a seat before anyone says anything.
Dazz Shawn.
It was probably a mistake choosing to study literature and theatre. I basically have no free time. I’m only a couple minutes late and luckily the director doesn’t seem to care. Dropping a heavy book about bugs and my tote bag on the floor I head backstage where I’m warmly welcomed.
We do a lot of theory in theatre obviously, I mean it is still a university class but today we have prac, the best part. For some weird reason the teacher randomly decided this year was the year we were going to do a performance! I mean I’m not unhappy, I love plays! But it was kinda out of the blue. I landed the male lead somehow so.. um yeah. I can’t really afford to be late to class anymore. The stage has been prepped with half-painted sets and random boxes since somebody lost the proper ones.
I washed my hair this morning so it’s all kinda fluffy and sticking out weirdly, nobody has really noticed. Not like I expect them to anyway! Like it’s just washing my hair.. haha. Um.. thankfully all my friends are studying things like, physics, sports science and mathematics so I don’t have to embarrass myself in-front of them when I’m horribly acting.
“Oh, by the way Dazz! You obviously know that we are doing Romeo and Juliet but just confirming you’re all good for the kiss?” My teacher interrupts my train of thought while I’m sitting on the edge of the stage. My legs instantly stop swinging and I go bright red.
“Yeahhh.. wait who’s Juliet again..” I struggle out.
“Right!” He flips his clipboard, “Hmm.. oh right of course! It’s Olivia Irwin!” He looks at me and smiles innocently.
“Yep! Ok all good!” I say quickly. Like obviously I knew I was going to have to kiss someone like it’s Romeo and Juliet for gods sake! But Olivia?! She’s like the prettiest, most talented person ever! Well atleast in this school!
Now don’t get the wrong idea I definitely don’t have a crush on her! Like I don’t really have a type but I just can’t date or crush on someone who has seen me trip into like three paint buckets!

Can you give tips on how to prepare for physics practical? There are like 9 experiments and 6 activities along with viva + board project viva.....
And our teacher absolutely sucks ugh like we don't know a single experiment properly!!
Hey, that really sucks because practicals can be a very easy scoring opportunity if you actually get the chance to perform them and practice them a few times throughout the year. But it is what it is, here's some stuff you can do to prepare for your physics pracs:
Go through the comprehensive lab manual and try to visualize the experiment, watch a youtube video of the experiment and then re-read the lab manual, this time imagine yourself doing the steps of the experiment.
Make sure you know all the steps of the experiments, focus on understanding the steps rather than memorizing them because you should be writing them in your own words during the exam.
Practical marks come from what you write in your answer sheet, not from how you do the experiment. So make sure your values are within the correct range and all your writing is correct, if your experiment is written nicely it doesn't matter much if your values are not fully correct.
Start your exam by first writing down the experiment till the end, make sure you don't miss anything including sources of error, precautions, diagrams and materials required. This will already have gotten you half the marks allotted to the experiment before you even do it. Then, calmly do the experiment and fill out the observation table, do the calculations, graphs and write the result.
Most people already do this, but in experiments which have linear graphs, only plot your most confident two readings, draw the linear graph and then make random points on the line as your readings. This saves time and also gives an accurate reading.
For the activities, the only option is to memorize because, at least in our case, we didn't do them in the lab just copied it down into our files. Try to understand the material and reasoning behind the result, don't stress too much on memorizing the steps just understand the basic procedure.
For board project (investigatory project), do read everything you've written because this is supposed to be an independent experiment so you should know everything you have written in there. During viva the examiner tends to focus on graphs/ case studies if any so memorize those well if your project has them. Try to have some extra knowledge about the subject, I wish I could tell you what exactly to focus on but I don't know what your project is and I doubt it will be the same as mine so I can't help much with that.
Make sure to read the viva questions given in the back of each experiment in the lab manual. Also, before the exam, try and read through the theory portion in case the examiner asks something from there during the viva. No need to memorize just read through it.
Make sure to properly memorize all the formulas utilized in the experiments. Also try to remember which scientist gave the formula and for what it is used.
During your viva, be confident and professional. If you don't know the answer to something, don't try to fool the examiner. Be honest and say "I am not completely aware of the answer but I know..." and then tell the examiner the closest thing you know about the topic. If you don't know anything at all, tell the examiner that you are not sure of the topic, most of the time the examiner will change the topic and start questioning you about something else, they may even ask you your preferred topic. Instead, if you try to deflect their question and give vague replies they will keep asking you more and more specific questions to catch your lie, so be honest.
