utoo boho cafe, georgetown, penang.

came to this aesthetic cafe after lunch to chill and enjoy some dessert, because this cafe is so aesthetically pleasing and the dessert options looks so good from their social media. i made a reservation in advance just in case the place is busy. we arrived to quite a spacious and empty cafe, which we got a very nice spot to chill at their tent area.

the interior is very nice and everywhere is a great photo spot, especially at the tent area, it’s definitely worth checking it out just to take lots of photos. unfortunately, a big bunch of students on tour came in right after us and fully occupied the whole space and made it very crowded.

we ordered a mango fruit tart, matcha burnt cheese cake, matcha latte and espresso affogato. all of the items are presented in a very minimalist and aesthetic way too. love the fruit tart and cheese cake very much, sweetness is just nice and the mango is so fresh and smells appetizing and the tart is light and crusty to enjoy. cheese cake is creamy and matcha taste is just so good and very enjoyable.

latte was okay and it was on the light side, the marshmallow on top is so fluffy and nice to play around. espresso affogato is also very good with vanilla ice cream, such an enjoyable combination to enjoy.

the cafe is definitely worth visiting for its ambiance and interior, and the desserts are just so nice and there are also so many to choose from. the price is quite similar with cafes in kl, which i guess from my point of view, is quite normal.
