Helping Neuroslug help me
Admittedly it took me an embarrassing amount of time to figure out and start using inpainting, but now that I've had a taste of it my head is spinning with possibilities. And so I'm making this post to show the process and maybe encourage more artists to try their hand at generating stuff. It really can can be an amazing teammate when you know how to apply it. For those who didn't see my first post on this, I've trained an AI on my artworks, because base Stable Diffusion doesn't understand what anthropomorphic insects are. That out of the way, here we go:
I noticed that a primarily character focused LoRA often botches backgrounds (probably because few images of the dataset have them) so I went with generating a background separately and roughly blocking out a character over it in Procreate. Since it was a first experiment I got really generous with proper shading and even textures. Unsurprisingly, SD did it's job quite well without much struggle.
Basically masked out separate parts such as fluff, skirt, watering can, etc. and changed the prompt to focus on that specific object to add detail. There were some bloopers too. She's projecting her inner spider.
Of course it ate the hands. Not inpainting those, it's the one thing I'll render correctly faster than the AI does. Some manual touchups to finish it off and voila:
The detail that would have taken me hours is done in 10-20 minutes of iterating through various generations. And nothing significant got lost in translation from the block out, much recommend. But that was easy mode, my rough sketch could be passed off as finished on one of my lazier days, not hard to complete something like that. Lets' try rough rough.
I got way fewer chuckles out of this than I expected, it took only 4-5 iterations for the bot to offer me something close to the sketch.
>:C It ate the belly. I demand the belly back. Scribble it in...
Much better. Can do that with any bit actually, very nice for iterating a character design.
Opal eyes maybe?
Lol
Okay, no, it's kind of unsettling. Back to red ones. Now, let's give her thigh highs because why not?
It should be fancier. Give me a lace trim.
Now we're talking. Since we've started playing dress-up anyway, why not try a dress too. Please don't render my scribble like a trash bag. I know you want to.
Phew
I crave more details.
Cute. Perhaps I'll clean it up later. ... .. . SHRIMP DRESS

★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★・・・・・・★
"Guess what day it is today."
Sukuna glanced over at you. He was working out on the lounge floor while you were on the phone. He'd figured out a few minutes ago that you were talking to Satoru.
"What? No!" You laughed. "It's mine and Sukuna's anniversary!"
Sukuna stopped at the peak of a push up, eyebrows furrowing. For a split second, he was unsure if he had missed some social cue along the way that should have told him he was courting you. In this modern age, relationships moved much faster than he remembered from during his lifetime. Not that he'd had much experience courting back then, either. He was too busy murdering everyone he saw to bother with anything more personal.
"Our meeting-a-versary!"
Sukuna sighed and went back to his push ups. Phew. He was grateful for that. Not that he would have minded that revelation all that much. He doubted it would change much about your relationship anyway.
"Our dynamic is not weird, 'toru."
Sukuna sat up and leaned back on his hands, chest rising and falling as he caught his breath. Your dynamic kind of was weird, though. He knew you knew that. Both of you tried pretty hard not to think about it. There was more leniency from the others with him, but not very much. You were still expected to be together all of the time. That meant that, apart from the rare occasions you'd managed to convince Sukuna and someone else to coexist for a few hours so you could go do something private, you had just been together. Sukuna knew you better than people that had known you for years, and you knew things about him that nobody would ever know.
"Ugh, do you have t- No, we don't!" You crossed your arms, pouting at your phone as though Satoru could see you through it. Sukuna watched you with a tiny smile. "What? Well- No, I mean, we do still share a bed, but- No, it's not-" You let out a groan. "Satoru, if you say one more thing about 'kuna, I'm going to hang up the phone." There was a brief pause. Then you leaned forward and hung up. You scowled.
Sukuna cleared his throat. He always liked how he could get your attention so easily now. Not because it made him feel powerful, but because it confirmed that you did care for him like he cared for you, despite the singularity of your situation.
"More questions?" He asked, as though he hadn't been eavesdropping the whole time.
You hummed. "Yeah. They're all so nosy. You'd think by now they'd have.." You trailed off, unsure of how to finish that sentence. You knew why people had so much to say about your relationship with Sukuna. So did he.
"Learned not to ask?" Sukuna supplied.
You nodded, standing up and pulling a water bottle out of the fridge. "Exactly. Even if they do think it's weird, it's our business, right?" You walked over to him, dropping the bottle in his lap.
Sukuna opened it and chugged half before he stuck his hand out. You helped him up. It was more of a symbolic help because you couldn't shift his body if you tried with all your might. You didn't mind, though. He let you do it and that meant something.
He nodded in agreement to your words, sauntering towards the bathroom. "Should tell them all to fuck off."
You laughed. "Why is that your solution so often nowadays?"
"Because I got him to lower his infinity one time and you still won't let me near him." Sukuna shot you a pointed look, one that was meant to say 'let me beat him up' but really said 'you should stick up for yourself more.' And then he was closing the bathroom door.
You walked into the bedroom, changing into your pyjamas and then settling into the pillows. Satoru's words weren't anything new, but they still rattled around your brain.
You knew it was strange for you and Sukuna to have never stopped sharing a bed. His funds had been in your bank for a long time now. The number was so high that you literally couldn't fathom it. You could've bought a bed. You could've bought a million beds made of gold. Sukuna should've insisted on it; he was the King of Curses, he shouldn't have been sharing a bed with a mere sorcerer. Especially not because of an agreement that was made all that time ago, which barely crossed your mind nowadays.
But you still woke up every morning intertwined. Usually, he was on top of you, his body draped over yours in a way that was simultaneously pulling you closer and keeping anything from disturbing you. And you liked the closeness, just like you knew he liked it, even if neither of you had ever said so.
Sukuna finished in the shower and dried himself off, padding into the bedroom in his robe. He turned off the light and climbed into the bed without a word. He rolled onto his side, reaching out until his hand found your body. His fingers dug into your waist and he gave you a tug towards him.
"Mm." You hummed and shuffled closer, letting him pull you flush against him. His body shifted so that he was partly covering you. You fell asleep.
Nothing disturbed him until the middle of the night. Sukuna opened his eyes enough to see that it was still dark and then snapped them closed again, moving to pull you closer. When he realised his arms were empty, a genuine sense of panic set in.
He took a deep breath, barely stopping himself from lashing out at the closest thing. Blind rage wasn't his style these days. He slowly rose to his feet and made his way through the house, eyes roaming the darkness until he saw you.
You were sitting on the couch, very still. You were nestled into the corner and you looked dazed, but clearly upset. Sukuna walked over and sat beside you.
For a moment, he was unsure of what to do. Even after all this time together, those few minutes before and after sleep were the only ones that held any kind of physical affection. Besides hitting each other, neither of you ever really showed it. Even then, it was usually him hitting you. He liked it, because he liked how you always reacted and he liked the reminder of how he'd learned to soften himself a little so that he could be playful with someone.
When you shuffled over to him and curled into his side, he was surprised. Surprised that he hadn't had time to think of what he was going to do, surprised that it was you that initiated the contact. Surprised that you wanted it.
His hands found your hips and he effortlessly lifted you up, resting you in his lap. His strong arms wrapped around you. He felt you stiffen for a second, just as taken aback as he was by his actions. Then you nestled your face into his neck and held him back.
Sukuna held you in silence for a while. He knew that quiet contact was what you were seeking, so he let you have it. He found himself strangely grateful that he could offer this comfort to you. Knowing someone intimately enough to know what they needed wasn't something he'd ever seen for himself before he knew you, let alone being trusted enough to actually implement it.
"What's wrong?" Sukuna murmured in your ear after a good few minutes had passed.
You sighed, leaning back so that you could see him but stay in his lap. "I can't sleep."
"Why?"
"I found out there's a secret execution out for both of us. I-I was going to tell you in the morning."
Sukuna very nearly laughed. Almost. "That's it? That's all it is?"
You looked at him completely seriously. "I'm not worried that you're going to die, I'm not stupid."
"What, then?" He asked.
You hesitated, then muttered, "I'm scared that they're going to turn their backs on us, and then all of this won't be worth anything to you, and you'll toss it all aside- toss me aside- and I'll lose you. That the agreement won't be important anymore and then none of this time together will matter."
Sukuna was stunned. Genuinely stunned, just like he had been on that very first day he'd met you.
You really cared that deeply about him? And he'd really doubted that you did?
He forced himself to mutter some normal responses.
"I'll kill anyone that tries to touch you, let alone harm a hair on your head. You are stronger than those pathetic sorcerers that would dare to do such a thing. I will split the world into pieces before they get the chance. The entirety of the jujutsu world is nothing compared to the power that you and I hold. You have the force of an empire at your behest, because I will not turn my back on you."
Normal responses for him, anyway.
You listened to him quietly, looking at him as he spoke. Sukuna's words were always slightly alarming, but you'd learned to see the comfort in them. He never lied. You knew that, to him, his strength was the greatest thing he could offer you. And so it was the greatest comfort when he goes on his little murderous tirades the moment you present him with a new target.
In the face of your attentive quiet, Sukuna found himself drifting away from the topic slightly. "It truly astonishes me that, after all that you've done for the jujutsu world, it could still turn its back on you. You have sacrificed so much. I told you it wasn't worth it and that they didn't deserve your energy, yet you continued to prioritise their collective welfare over your own. This is the price that you get for that goodness." His voice grew an edge as he grew more and more angry. "You should be good. I admire that you're good. It infuriates me when that's thrown in your face. It's something I would do, why are those self-righteous sorcerers doing it?"
A look of genuine anger crossed your face. Sukuna stopped talking, unsure of what he said that would make you mad.
"No, 'kuna, that's not the kind of thing you would do," you frowned. "You would never do that. You'd be more inclined to kill me directly. You wouldn't stoop to that low of throwing my effort back in my face, by encouraging people that I know, friends, to kill me."
And then Sukuna was getting angrier. "Don't say that," he growled. "Don't you dare use words like 'kill' and 'you' in the same fucking sentence when you're speaking to me."
Both of you glared at each other like petulant children. Slowly, the silence lengthened and then shifted as you realised that neither of you were angry for an actual reason anymore. Your eyes met his and you realised that he'd come to the same realisation.
You cracked first. You always did when it came to things like this. Despite your best effort to keep pouting, a giggle broke free.
At the first sign of your smile, Sukuna's anger completely disappeared. He was so obviously delighted to see you happy that it made your heart hurt. His arms wrapped around you and he held you close, chin resting on your shoulder.
He was so grateful. Grateful, grateful, grateful.
Your arms wrapped around him too, as tightly as you could. Sukuna always liked it when you held him. That was why you always woke up with him in your arms.
But he only had to pull back slightly to know that you were still upset about the execution. He gazed down at you for a few seconds, and then made his mind up. He would love you. That would make you feel better, if he could just figure out which demonstration of his love was the right one.
When Sukuna thought about how he loved you, he didn't think about telling you in some romantic gesture: I've always loved you, my darling angel. He didn't think about sweeping you off your feet with a kiss, holding your trembling body against his as he pulled soft gasps from your lips. Both thoughts made him smile.
No, that wasn't what Sukuna's love looked like.
He had hold of your hips again. He stood up, with you still attached, then set you on your feet. His hand slid into yours and he pulled you into the kitchen. Without an explanation, he pottered around the small space, pouring out your current favourite drink.
Then, when it was safely in your hands, he found the phone and started to play your music, the songs that he'd noticed you listening to most recently. He watched you like a hawk as you gratefully sipped your drink. But, when you smiled at him, he shook his head.
He turned and switched the oven on, found the cookbook, and tugged you over.
"Bake."
You looked taken aback, but you could see that he was serious, even if you didn't understand why. Dutifully, you began to mix a cookie batter. Sukuna hovered behind you the entire time. When you slid the cookies out of the oven, he switched into his true form, giving you no time to adjust to something you'd only seen a few times in the whole year you'd been together, and sat down on the floor. You were pulled firmly into his lap so that you could comfortably eat your cookie near the heat of the oven.
He watched you, even when you finally noticed how fierce his gaze was and looked up. He let you feed him a piece of your cookie, letting out a pleased hum of approval. Sukuna smiled when that soft interaction made you more happy than the whole process of baking had.
But you weren't better yet.
Sukuna stood up, changing back into his normal form, but keeping you in his arms. He carried you into the bathroom and started to pour out a bath. When he noticed you looking for the soap, he caught your wrist and tugged you to his side.
"Don't do anything."
You were confused, but you did as he asked, watching curiously as he pulled out a small box from the top of the linen closet. "What's that?"
"I was saving it," he murmured, opening it and letting you see inside.
It was full of special shampoos, conditioners, soaps, and bath bombs. He was saving it only partly because he knew a time would come for them. Mostly because he had never figured out quite how to explain that he knew your favourite smells and what would work in your hair or with your skin.
He was so busy checking that everything was fine that it wasn't until he turned to you to ask you to check the water temperature that he realised you were looking at him with something in your eyes that he didn't think he'd ever seen before.
You didn't give him a chance to ask about it. You stepped up to him and gave him a tight hug. He could tell that you were putting as much force into it as you physically could, so he didn't laugh when he effortlessly held you tighter. He held you close until you tipped your head back to look at him.
"Will you help me?"
Sukuna nodded, fingers sliding to your collar. He unbuttoned your shirt deftly, then slid it down your arms. He folded it and put it on the nearest surface, then gently pulled your shorts down your legs. He set that down too. Then he was inhaling the scent of your hair as he leaned over you, his fingers unclasping your bra. He was bending slightly so that he could hook his fingers in your panties and pull them down.
In the back of his mind, it registered that this was the first time he'd ever seen you this exposed. It was the first time he'd touched you here, seen you there. But it didn't really feel like a first time. It felt like this was normal, like it wasn't a big deal for him to do this. Like you had always been his in this way, and he had always been yours in this way.
His warm hands were on you as you climbed into the bath. One on your hip, feeling the curve of your waist, and the other on your wrist, both making sure that you were safe and not in any danger of slipping.
He might have nearly laughed at the prospect of a secret execution coming close to harming you, but the idea of you hurting yourself normally plagues him every day. There've been hundreds of times that he's insisted he use his RCT on you for little scrapes that you've gotten. Hundreds of times that you've had the same discussion where he's insisted that you're careless with yourself and you've said you're just clumsy and he's called you a stupid idiot and you've shut him up with a bright smile and an I've got you to help, though, right?
Sukuna watched you warily as he let go of you. He waited as you slid all the way under the water, staying under for a few seconds before sliding back up. His hands were on your face before you even had a chance to lift your own, thumbs swiping away the water from your eyes and brushing your hair out of your face. When you looked up at him, face clear of water, Sukuna finally looked relieved. This was the thing that helped, then. This was the part of his love that would make you happier and less stressed.
But that wasn't enough for him. He wanted happy, not happier.
He pushed his robe over his shoulders, letting it hang around his waist. Then he walked around behind you, sinking to his knees on the tiled floor. Without a word, he reached for your head, silently insisting on doing your hair for you. Neither of you spoke for a while. He ran the shampoo and conditioner through, then began to brush your hair.
"You've gotten so good at managing it," you mumbled, eyes closed happily.
Sukuna grunted. "Managing what?"
"Your force. It doesn't hurt when you're doing something like brushing my hair, but it used to hurt when you even laid a hand on my arm."
He smiled, glad to hear you say it. He'd already known he had improved a lot, but it felt worth so much more to hear it from your lips.
He finished with your hair. The next step seemed obvious, but he had the awareness that, no matter how intimate this all seemed, he couldn't go further without murmuring something.
Quietly, he said, "I'll bathe your body now."
"Okay."
That soft, mumbled agreement made his heart swell. He rose to his feet and found your hand under the water, pulling you to your feet. You let out a soft protest as he made you stand up in the bath. His warm hands on your skin eased the chill almost right away.
Sukuna focussed incredibly hard. He had to make sure that he did this right, that he treated your body with the reverence he believed it deserved. That his soapy hands graced every part of your soft, blemished skin. That nothing he did hurt you.
And his intense concentration meant that he failed to notice the way that you were watching him again. This time, because you'd recognised the look in his eyes, and you were admiring the way that his hands looked against your skin.
"Happy?" You chuckled after a while. Your teasing voice broke him out of his reverie.
He looked up, smiling slightly. "Yes. Are you?"
"Mhm." You slid back into the water, letting out a content sigh.
Sukuna wasn't really surprised when your hand found his wrist and tugged. Nor, when your pretty lips parted with a soft question.
"Will you get in, Sukuna?"
He nodded. His hand slipped out of yours so that he could loosen his robe and let it fall completely. He nudged you forwards and then climbed into the tub behind you. Sukuna rested his hands on your hips, but he let you be the one to decide whether or not you slid back or not. When you did, he wrapped his arms around your waist and rested his head in your neck.
"D'you want me to wash you?" You asked.
His reply came out like an admonishment. "No, foolish woman. You're the one that needed comforting. Stop trying to do things for everyone else all the time. Be selfish. Have you no self-respect?"
He was lucky that you knew him and his favouritism well enough to just smile over your shoulder at him.
All of the times he'd thought oh, shit to himself converged. He stared at your content smile, at the soft way you looked at him. And everything aligned in his mind and, this time, he just said it out loud.
"Oh, shit."
You looked at him in confusion, then laughed. "What?"
"You're beautiful," Sukuna stated simply. "You fill the gaps that I can't fill myself. You're the one that's meant to be by my side."
When your smile broadened and you leaned back into him again, he didn't mind that it took you a while to reply. He didn't feel nervous. Sukuna knew for certain that you understood him and you understood the weight and sincerity in his words. He didn't have any fear that you were something he could lose this way. The only thing he could lose you to was death, and he'd already begun making sure that wouldn't happen.
When your reply came, it was all he'd really wanted to hear.
"'Sukuna?"
"Mm."
"I love you."
"I know. I love you."
"I know."

Day 7 - Sunwoo
Pairings: Suwoo X Female Reader
Genre: SMUT
Word Count: 1,002
Warnings: (PHEW OK) Unprotected sex (Don't do it kids!), spanking, doggy, Slight Dom! Sunwoo, sorta rough sex, creampie, overstimulation, (if i forgot something I'm sorry)
So much for watching that movie, you thought to yourself as you were face down in the pillows; Sunwoo behind you, lining his tip with your entrance. You shivered as he teased you with the head of his cock, coating it in your wetness. “Sunwoo please,” you whined, just wanting him to rail you into the bed. Sunwoo had been edging you all night and you were fed up. But, you knew that if you were bratty about it, he wouldn’t give you what you wanted.
He smirked and leaned down to kiss your shoulder. “Since you asked so nicely,” He had one hand on your hip and the other on his cock. He ever so slowly thrust himself inside you, making you moan and whimper. You knew he was doing this to tease you since that’s what he loved doing and secretly, you loved it too.
Sunwoo started off slowly, wanting you to feel every inch of him. And you definitely did. You already felt your eyes roll to the back of your head as he kept a steady rhythm inside you. Your body was shifting on the bed with each thrust, your moans getting louder each time your hips collided. Sunwoo loved hearing the sounds that were coming out of you - it always egged him on to want to fuck you harder. He still had every intention of starting off slow, but you felt so good around him that it was hard to keep a slow pace.
You felt him move faster and it got you so excited. You loved when Sunwoo would fuck you like this; being his little fucktoy brought you so much pleasure. You felt his hands tighten on your hips as he harshly thrust into you. You liked that he wasn’t always the most gentle with you; you didn’t always want that and Sunwoo knew it. You were the perfect match for each other.
“Oh god!” you moaned into the pillow when you felt him angle his hips and his tip hit your spot. Sunwoo smirked to himself, seeing how your body moved with his. He groaned when he felt you tighten around him. He wanted to prolong this as much as he could, but he couldn’t help himself when he went faster. You just felt too good around him. But, he slowed his hips down slightly since he had something in mind.
One of Sunwoo’s hands had moved from your hip and he smacked your ass. The sting makes you moan and clench around his dick. He chuckled, “That’s right, you’re into that,” then he spanked you a few more times. You could feel yourself drooling into the pillow from the combo of his cock and his hand. You wanted to be mad at him, but it all felt so good. Sometimes you wished you never told Sunwoo about the spanking thing.
All you could really do was take it as he thrust into you. You tried to match his hips, but he kept changing his pace that you had a hard time keeping up. But with each movement, you could feel yourself getting closer and closer to your orgasm. This was Sunwoo’s favorite position, he loved when you were at his mercy like this. You preferred some others, but you definitely enjoyed it when he’d use your body like this.
You felt your mind go numb as your orgasm approached. All you could do was moan and grip the sheets. “Sunwoo, I-I’m so close,” you mumbled through your moans.
“I know,” he said as he moved faster, chasing both of your orgasms. All you could do was scream and moan as your orgasm hit you hard. Yours triggered Sunwoo’s and he started to pull out of you, but you moved your hips back. Sunwoo was surprised as you’d never done that before, but he was so far gone in his pleasure that he couldn’t move fast enough. He came inside you and you moaned feeling his hot seed coat your inner walls.
Exhausted, you giggled as Sunwoo stayed inside you. He leaned down to kiss your shoulder before he slowly pulled out. His cum leaking from between your legs and dripping down your inner thighs. Sunwoo looked at the mess that you both shared and he felt his cock twitch.
You had finally caught your breath when you felt Sunwoo’s tip at your entrance again. You turned your head to face him and his eyes met yours. You could tell that even though he came, he wasn’t finished with you. Neither were you.
Sunwoo’s hands were back on your hips as he slowly thrust inside you again. You both hissed from the oversensitivity, but it felt so fucking good. Sunwoo’s thrusts were sloppy, but neither of you cared. You were both trying to chase your second highs. Sunwoo moved one of his hands down to your clit and he rubbed it in time with his thrusts.
Once again, you were a whimpering mess as he kept up his movements. He could tell that he was close to coming a second time, but he wanted you to come first. The sloppy sounds that filled the room made everything hotter. You and him had never done this before, but you liked it a little too much. You figured he did too considering he kept going.
Sunwoo was close, so he moved a little faster. The overstimulation becoming only slightly painful as your second orgasm took over. You felt tears form in your eyes as you moaned his name for the enth time that night. Sunwoo had cum quickly after you did; his cum mixing with yours a second time that night. He finally pulled out of you, but not before rubbing his tip against you, smearing his cum with yours. You shivered and moaned one more time. You felt your hips fall down on the bed, giving you time to catch your breath finally.
Sunwoo laid down next to you, and he chuckled. “That was hot,”

(4/6) Ichinose Tokiya's Private Story [Utapri Live Emotion]
Ch 1: (unlocked if you reached intimacy lvl 6 with Tokiya)
-Shining Agency's Hallway- Haruka: (Hmm… Oh no. What should I do with this…) Tokiya: …Oh, Nanami-kun. To think you have such a troubled face, what exactly happened? Haruka: Ichinose-san. Actually someone I worked with before suddenly gave me two tickets to a stage play. Haruka: Since I had it I thought I'd like to go and check it out, but my friend… Tomo-chan suddenly can't make it since it conflicted with her schedule. Tokiya: I see. So there's one left unused huh. Haruka: Yes. If only I could find just one more person who want to go… Tokiya: …. Can I see that ticket? Haruka: Oh yeah, here. Tokiya: This… Isn't this a play that was created by an up-and-coming director? Haruka: Ichinose-san, don't tell me you're interested in it? Tokiya: That's right, it has been a hot topic for some time now that this play would feature quite a bolder approach that we'd never seen before. Tokiya: Since there might be a lot that I could learn from this, I was just thinking about ordering a ticket for a while. Haruka: Really!? If you're free today… then here I'll give you two of these tickets, so why don't you go there with someone else. Tokiya: Ah… thank you for being so considerate. I do appreciate your feelings. Tokiya: Nanami-kun, since it went like this, why don't you and I go together?
Ch 2: (unlocked if you reached intimacy lvl 11 with Tokiya)
-Shining Agency's Hallway- Haruka: Eh…are you okay going with me? Tokiya: These tickets were originally given to you in the first place. Wouldn't it be strange if the person herself didn't even go there? Tokiya: And besides didn't you want to see this play too, that's why you were trying to search for someone else to go with? Haruka: Yes, but… Ichinose-san is an idol after all, I thought it'd be troublesome for you if we go there together. Tokiya: Thanks for looking out for me, but you don't have to worry too much about it this time. Tokiya: Since I already have experiences in the entertainment industry, I at least knew how to blend in the crowd and erase my aura. Please don't underestimate me. Haruka: Well then…if you say so. I'm in your care. -Later on- -Theater- Tokiya: Look, we got into the theater without any problems right. With these seats we should be able to enjoy the show at our leisure. Haruka: Fufu, it's not that much longer until the show starts. I'm getting excited. Tokiya: This sense of excitement that gradually increases is one of the joys of going to the theater. Tokiya: It seems like there's a lot of effort put into the music for this performance, is that what you're aiming for? Tokiya: Apparently the director originally studied opera. It seems like we might be able to see a lot of variety of music in this play. Haruka: To think you already know so far about it, as expected of Ichinose-san…! Tokiya: It's not that big of a thing. …Guess I talked a bit too much. Tokiya: Oh, it's starting. Let's enjoy it to the fullest.
Ch 3: (unlocked if you reached intimacy lvl 21 with Tokiya)
-Theater- Haruka: Phew… That was so good…! Tokiya: You're right, that was indeed a good play. I was surprised at how they arranged the main theme to each scene. Tokiya: Especially towards the end. The way they're immersing themselves in their roles by layering the rising emotions with the tense rhythms. It was such a brilliant move. Haruka: Yes. Just thinking of it again makes my heart beats faster… It's as if the sounds are overflowing from the bottom of my heart! Tokiya: Looks like you might create a wonderful music once again. I hope you can also make an amazing song for us, ST☆RISH, too. Haruka: I'll do my best…! Thank you so much for coming here together with me today. Tokiya: Likewise. I also gained a new inspiration just like you, although I do feel a little bit jealous. Tokiya: Next time, I will be the one who'll be helping you in your composing. Haruka: To think you would say that…I'm happy to hear that. Tokiya: I will definitely make it happen. Next time, please allow me to invite you to my workplace. (choices) <Is it really okay...?> Haruka: I'm happy that you would invite me but, is it really okay…? Tokiya: Of course. Or don't tell me, you're not interested a bit in my work? …Fufu, don't make that face, I'm just kidding. Tokiya: I'm just teasing you a little bit. It's because I want you to be there that I invited you out in the first place. <I want to go!> Haruka: Ichinose-san's work…! It'd be my pleasure, I want to go and see it! Tokiya: When I hear you said it like that, it made me feels like I have to absolute show you my best performance. Tokiya: I will do my best so that I could provide you with some good inspirations. (back to story) Tokiya: That's right…I'm also currently in the middle of drama filming, so why don't you go and check that out. Haruka: Yes, gladly! I'll be looking forward to it from today.
Ch 4: (unlocked if you reached intimacy lvl 31 with Tokiya)
-Hotel Lobby- Haruka: (The location for the drama filming…is here, right. I wonder where's Ichinose-san is…) Tokiya: I'm right here, Nanami-kun. I've been waiting for you. Haruka: Ichinose-san, thank you for today. What kind of scene are they going to shoot here? Tokiya: It's a scene where the young man, who I play, finally comes to a party while pretending to be someone else's acquaintance. According to the script, it's supposed to be around here… Director: Ichinose-san, can you come here please? Tokiya: Yes, I'll be right there! My apologize, Nanami-kun. I'll be leaving you for a while. Haruka: Don't worry about it. I can also look after your luggage for you if you don't mind? Tokiya: Thank you for your consideration. I'll be back soon, so you can wait for me on that sofa. Haruka: (This title…is that the original novel the drama is based on. There are a lot of sticky notes stuck on it…) - Tokiya: Sorry to keep you waiting so long. Ah…that book, please don't look at it too much. Haruka: I'm sorry, I got a bit curious. Looks like you also check the original work very thoroughly. Tokiya: That's because I want to fully express the emotional subtleties that cannot be felt just from the script alone. Tokiya: And besides, it's natural for me, as an actor, to read the original work, right. It's not something that's unusual. Haruka: (But still, it's so amazing that you're reading this so intently. I can feel the passion that Ichinose-san puts into his role.) Tokiya: You're also here too for today. I hope that you properly watch me while I get serious.

Kou Mukami 07 - Chaos Lineage
At long last, here's the remainder of Kou's Chaos Lineage chapters!
I want to give a BIG thank you to @46snowfox for allowing me to use their Spanish translations as a base for me to get these out faster. I didn't just copy and paste from one language to another, I redid a majority of the translations myself to make sure it made sense in English.
As usual, ***I do not mind if you use my translations as a base for another language, I just ask that you credit both 46snowfox as the original translator and myself as the English translator if you do!***

You can find Kou's previous chapters in @tournesolia's masterlist linked down below!

PLACE: Forest
Azusa: When I returned to the mansion, I was surprised to learn that Kou and the others were in the dungeon ... ...
Kou: I'm sorry I scared you. I thought that Subaru-kun would recover his memories if he suffered some sort of a shock.
Yet he didn't end up remembering anything.
Yui: (I think that the shock we suffered when we recovered our memories was something a bit different though ... ...)
But I hope that today we can make some progress.
Kou: Yes, today's goal is to collect information, I'm sure it will work out well.
————————————
Yui's Monologue:
–- If we cannot recover the memories, then we must find some way to leave this land.
After talking about it, we decided to investigate this place further.
Because the information we could get in the mansion was very scarce and since Kou-kun and Azusa-kun were worried that I would remain there alone, the three of us decided to go out together.
————————————
Azusa: It's good that we managed to get out of the mansion safely ... ...
Kou: For real, since Carla-kun has no openings and Laito-kun is too observant.
As for Subaru-kun ... ... Well, he was pretty easy to avoid. He had a hard time getting out.
Yui: Hey, where are we heading now?
Azusa: The church and the other mansions are ... ... in the opposite direction.
Kou: When we went out to do some scouting, we didn't come through this area.
So we thought that if there was something, then it must be around here.
Azusa: It would be nice if we could get out of these lands or be able to ask for help ... ...
Yui: That's true. Even though I'm walking here I am unable to recognize this place.
Yui: Where did they bring us? ... ... And, just who did it?
(That's right, I don't think this happened naturally, someone must have kidnapped us.)
Kou: When talking with the others, we came to the conclusion that someone altered our memories and brought us to this place.
I don't know who it was, but it puts me in a really bad mood.
Azusa: Yeah ... ... it doesn't make me happy ... ...
Kou: If we want to get out of here, then we can't miss today's opportunity. We must collect information, no matter what kind.
Yui: You're right. I don't think we'd be able to escape the mansion multiple times after all.
Azusa: It's alright for us to search but ... … but I don't think we can relax much ... ...
If we're late to return, Carla-san might notice ... ...
Kou: That's the most dangerous. We have no choice, let's hurry up. With that being said, M-neko-chan?
Yui: Eh?
*He moves closer and picks her up*
Yui: Kya!
(H-he picked me up ... ... !)
Kou: We're faster, so you have to make sure to hold on tight so you don't fall off.
Yui: Y-yes ... ...
*She grabs onto him*
Kou: Alright! Let's get going!
*They start running, time passes*
Azusa: Phew ... ... We've walked quite a bit ... ...
Kou: We should be leaving the forest soon. Ah, hey, look!
Yui: (There's an opening between the trees. Is that the forest's exit?)
(If we go there, it's possible that we will find something!)
PLACE: The Edge of the Miniature Garden
Kou: Eh ... ... ?
Yui: What ... ... is this ... ...
Azusa: It can't be ... ...
————————————
Yui's Monologue:
-- There must be something beyond this point.
Within my chest were high hopes for it, but what lay ahead was an endless cliff.
And no matter how far we looked down, all there was was an invisible abyss.
No matter how hard I squinted my eyes, I couldn't see another side as the horizon was vague and blurry.
I never expected to see such a sight with my own eyes.
All we could do was stare at the storm in a daze, speechless.
————————————
Yui: The fact that this cliff has no end means that ... ...
The land we are on is like some kind of isolated island in the middle of the air ... ... ?
Azusa: So then ... ... we won't be able to go out ... ... or ask for help ... ...
Kou: It was impossible to imagine that a place as rare as this could exist.
Just where are we ... ...
Yui: That's ... ...
Azusa: ... ... ... ...
PLACE: Forest
Kou: ... ... ... ...
Azusa: ... ... ... ...
Yui: (Not even in my dreams would I have thought that this landscape would be what we would find when we came out of the forest.)
(Due to shock, these two haven't talked much ... ...)
(... ... Just what is this place?)
Kou: ... ... Was it really that naive to think that we would get some kind of information?
In the end we only found that cliff.
Azusa: But ... ... we already understand what this land is ... ...
I'm sure ... ... that this is a world unknown to us ... ...
Even in the demon world ... ... there was no place like this either ... ...
And in the human world there would be a big fuss if there was a place like this ... ...
Yui: ... ... ... ...
(A world separated from the rest and where no one can intervene, it's as if it were ... ...)
It's like a miniature garden ... ...
Kou: ... ... A miniature garden ... ...
Yui: Ah ... ... Sorry, I said something weird.
Kou: No, I thought so too.
Anyway, let's get back to the mansion. If we don't hurry Carla-kun is going to --
*Rustle*
Kou: ... ...?! Someone's coming.
Yui: ... ...
(Is it Carla-san or the others? Or is it someone from another family ... ...?!)
Yuma: Oh, I finally found something similar to a path ... … Wait, it's you guys?!
Kou: Yuma-kun?!
Azusa: Why are you here Yuma ... ...?
Yuma: That's my line. Why is Eve here? ... ...Though the reason doesn't matter.
*He draws his sword*
I was just bored, I didn't think we'd end up meeting out here.
I don't care if it's two against one, come at me!
Kou: Yuma-kun ... ...
Yui: (For the Yuma-kun with altered memories, Kou-kun and Azusa-kun are enemies ... ...)
(At this rate, just like with Ruki-kun they are going to-–)
Yui: Please Yuma-kun, drop your weapon! We want to have a talk with you!
Kou: M-neko-chan ... ...
Yuma: A talk? You're saying that to lower my guard, aren't you?
Yui: That's not–-
Yuma: It's fine so just come at me. No matter what, I'm coming either way?
Azusa: Yuma ... ...
Kou: There's no way I can fight against Yuma-kun ... ... !
Yui: (Kou-kun, Azusa-kun ... ...)
( ... ... I have to think of something. I have to think of a method so they don't fight.)
(Yuma-kun doesn't want to talk. What should I do to convince him?)
(... ... I know.)
Yuma: They're not even going to bare their weapons? Then that means I can take Eve right?
Kou: Anything but that!
Yuma: Then hurry up and grab your weapon!
Yui: Wait!! Don't fight here, Yuma-kun.
You can take me!!
Yuma: Huh ... ... ? Huuh?!
Kou: Wha- ... ... ?! Are you serious?!
Azusa: T-That's right. If you do that, you're going to ... ...
Yui: I'll be fine. Since I'm Eve, I'm sure that they will not kill or do anything cruel to me.
Besides, we have to avoid fighting with Yuma-kun no matter what, and risk hurting each other.
Kou: Still ... ... There's no way I'd allow that!
Nothing guarantees that they won't hurt you. If ... ... If they do something cruel to you, I'll ... ... !
Yui: Kou-kun ... ...
Azusa: I'm also against it ... ... We don't know what could happen, so we can't hand you over ... ...
Yui: ... ...Thank you. But no matter what, you guys can't fight Yuma-kun.
If you did that, I'm sure you'd never get over it.
I'll be fine! Besides, if I stay with Yuma-kun there is a chance that I will recover his memories!
Kou: So that's ... ... your choice.
... ... Understood.
*He walks over to Yuma*
Kou: Hey Yuma-kun. Take me too.
Yui: Eh?!
Yuma: ... ... Huh?!
Yui: You want us to take you too ... ...
Selection:
————————————
-> You can't do that ♙♡
Yui: You can't do that! You could be put in danger ... ...
Kou: So you can put yourself at risk, but I can't?
I love that kind side of you, but I won't give in either.
I know you're thinking of me.
But it's the same for me ... ... No, I think of you even more.
————————————
-> Thank you ♟
Yui: (I did say that but ... ... Truthfuly I'm actually scared. Since they don't have their memories, I don't know what they could do to me.)
(Kou-kun will also be coming ... ...)
Thank you ... ... But is it really okay?
Kou: Of course! Even if it was against your will, I wouldn't leave you alone.
Yui: Kou-kun ... ...
————————————
Kou: Besides, just like you said, there's a chance we'll get Yuma-kun back.
Even if it's a bit dangerous, I'm determined to go.
Azusa: Then I too ... ... will go with you ... ...
Yui: Azusa-kun ... ... !
Azusa: I feel the same ... … as Kou ... ... Even if you ask me not to, I will definitely follow you ... ...
Yui: Yeah ... ... !
Kou: So, now that that's settled ... ...
I ask that you to take us away, Yuma-kun!
Yuma: ... ... Are you for real ... ... ?
*They start walking, some time passes*
Kou: Hey Yuma-kun. We've walked quite a lot. Haven't we reached the Scarlet mansion yet?
Yuma: Shut it. We're almost there, so keep quiet and walk.
Kou: Kaaaay. Aahh~, he got mad.
Yuma: Damn, what's wrong with them? There's just no way ... ...
These guys are following after me without an ounce of caution.
I'm glad I caught Eve, but this is definitely weird ... ...
PLACE: Forest Stone Path
Yui: (We've been walking for quite a long time now, aren't we there yet? This is starting to get difficult.)
(I feel like I'm far behind compared to the others.)
(There's a great distance between Yuma-kun and Azusa-kun ... ...)
Kou: Are you okay M-neko-chan? Aren't tired?
Yui: (Ah, did Kou-kun noticed that I was having a hard time?)
No, I'm fine. This is nothing.
(Although instead of using a rope to tie my arms, Yuma-kun used ivy ... ...)
Yui: (It doesn't bother me when I walk.)
Kou: I see, that's good. But let me know if it gets hard for you, okay?
Yui: Yes, thank you. I'm sorry I worried you.
Kou: Don't worry about it! After all, we're a very lovey-dovey couple!
Because of that, it's normal for us to worry about each other, isn't it?
I love you so much. So much so that I'm always worried about whether or not you're going through something bad?
That's why I have to touch and examine you like this.
*He starts touching Yui*
Yui: K-Kou-kun! Don't get clingy to me at a place like this ... ...
Kou: It's fine. It actually makes you happy, right? Also, by doing this ... ...
*He comes closer to her*
Yui: Kya ... ... !
Kou: Fufu, are you nervous? Your face is all red, how cute.
Even though this isn't the first time I've done this, you never really get used to it.
Hey, I'm sure we'll arrive at the Scarlet mansion soon. Can you walk a little more?
Yui: Yes I can! Thanks for cheering me up.
Kou: You're welcome!
I'm sure everything will be fine. Bad things don't last long. Isn't that right?
Yui: (Kou-kun ... ...)
Kou: When I'm with you I can think like that. That's why let's do our best together without giving up.
Yui: You're right! When I'm with Kou-kun I feel like I can do anything.
(That's why I'm not going to give up. We'll definitely get out of here!)

Squamish50 Race Recap: Fool Me Twice, Shame on Me
"Won't make my mama proud, it's gonna cause a scene // she sees her baby girl, I know she's gonna scream // GOOOOOOOODDDDD WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?! You're a Coast Mountain girl, and you run in the woods // oh mama, IIIIIIIIII'M JUST HAVIN' FUN, on the trail in my vest, it's where I belong, down on these // COAST MOUNTAIN TRAILS, I'm gonna keep on running on these COAST MOUNTAIN TRAILS, I'm gonna keep on running out in WEST CANADA, I'm gonna keep on running on these coast mountain trails, coast mountain trails"
Phew. Now that that's out of my system...
When I was growing up, the concept of 'peer pressure' never made much sense to me. I was not intrinsically tempted by drugs, or alcohol, or skipping class, or the social points that might have been gained by participating in such shenanigans. Outside of what that might say about me as a person, it led to an interesting revelation as I got older: my so-called peers back then just weren't doing anything interesting enough to make me feel compelled to join. All of this changed the moment I encountered my first overnight relay race in college. I was sold. Things would only escalate from there. My mama was not proud. There were actual fights over these endeavours. It culminated in me running my first ultra before I even had a bachelor's degree, setting my life in a direction no one predicts for their child.
It would come as no surprise to find me signed up for a 50 mile race eight years later in an entirely different country, if you had much of a background on ultrarunning. And after watching the 'vlog clip' my husband so charitably took of me at the finish line vowing that I would never do such a thing again, a seasoned member of the ultra community would have laughed and said 'see you next year'. Which is where our story begins, one year after the infamous 'never again' caught on film.
I did not feel an aching desire to run farther than 50 miles again, or even to do that particular event again. I had achieved my Gary Robbins hug and shiny medal, I had proven whatever it was that I needed to prove (see, dad? Not all ultras are just 'a few more miles than a marathon' AND I'm alive to prove it!). Cue, peer pressure. I wrote a silly little race report talking about how much I cried and a few of my friends read it and talked about it and were like 'that sounds great I'm in'. And if there's one thing I can't abide, it's my friends and peers going on an endurance adventure without me. A whopping three or four months had passed by the time it was sign-up day so there I was at 7am on a Friday before work on Run SignUp and the group WhatsApp open as we all digitally shared the high of registration day and collectively ignored the implications of signing up for a 50 mile race.
Fast forward to last weekend and we're all at the starting line hemming and hawing about how we didn't sleep so well last night, and we're scared, and 'just gonna go out there and have a good time'. My little brother was texting me, because unlike here in BC it was a godly hour of the day in Florida and he was at the ready to remind me that he had gone to a T-Pain concert the night before, and that T-Pain is a resource in times of need (?). This is salient because one time in high school, my cross country coach told us to do a particular warm of exercise with the kind of energy and enthusiasm we would have if we were rushing the stage at a T-Pain concert, so referring to Tallahassee Pain when I am going for a run will always resonate. Yes. The T stands for Tallahassee. Not Tylenol extra strength, which may also resonate during long runs. Anyway, I put all my worries away in a mansion somewhere in Wiscansin, we snapped a start line selfie, and off we went into the brief dark.
The first couple of miles slipped away as I kept up with a few much faster compatriots. I got Travis talking about his upcoming trip to Japan, which is a subject I can listen to/speak about endlessly. Alas, being the personality hire of the run group meant that I would fade to the back fairly early, and eventually we reached the first climb of the day, DeBeck's hill. This was where I broke last time. I was crying. This isn't even to the second aid station. Full blown tears, panic attack. I was determined not to break this year. I made everyone I knew very aware of my goal for this year: do not cry before aid station two. I'm very happy to announce I did achieve this goal, but was almost brought to ruin on the Midlife Crisis trail as I discovered TRAIL LORE. Trail lore is in fact the best part of not being a complete hermit during your race, which was my other, unspoken goal of the race - interact with fellow runners enough to become emotionally invested in the outcome of at least two other participants beyond just 'wow I hope everyone has a nice day'. The fellow behind me as I was hot stepping from rock to rock about to throw up and/or throw myself down the hill goes 'don't rush! I'm not trying to pressure you! Don't fall, my friend built this trail and he wouldn't want you to fall!' Right there we almost got the first cry of the day. Not because I was panicking or sad but because THAT WAS SUCH A NICE THING TO TELL ME! PEOPLE ARE LOVELY! I was then provided the added details that this friend designed that particular singletrack run when he turned 50 to prove he could still do hard things. Which, if true, is way more wholesome than my interpretation of the name Midlife Crisis, which was that the trail is so stressful that 31 is going to be my midlife with the years this trail is taking off my life span.
I rolled into aid station 2 at Alice Lake without a tear having been shed, and ready to hit the bathroom. I ran into a fellow trail homie from the run club at the bathroom line (so, like a regular club? Very brat.) and rolled on. I thought briefly 'wow, I wish my husband hadn't had a combination migraine-food-poisoning-slash-general-itis and thrown up last night making it very unlikely that he'd make it to the first crew aid station in time' but mostly I was proud of myself for not crying and it was time to carry on to my previously favorite section of the race.
Corners is the best trail ever because it's pretty and flowy and there are wildflowers everywhere and fun signs that say that you might get zapped by the powerlines overhead. It's also where the professional race photographer hides out and catches you when you're running at a decent clip with a pretty background. I was so confident going into these parts. Then I watched the gal ahead of me almost eat some dirt. Not too bad, she recovered quick. Couldn't be me. Except a few minutes later it was me, fully supermanned out on the ground, covered in the gritty sandy stuff and bleeding. I hopped back up and kept moving, knowing that sitting around evaluating myself would probably just make it all hurt more. Blood streamed down my leg, but it seemed nothing particularly important was hurting as I resumed my journey. Ah well, I thought, maybe this will just make my race pictures look more badass. Another familiar face caught up to me, which was quite a surprise because I do not have any idea how anyone I knew could possibly be behind me at this point in the race. It was nice to have someone to whine about my fall to, and who also admitted to having taken a little tumble himself. We rolled into Aid Station 3, and I declined having anything done about my bloody leg because, well, what was there to do? Fall on the ground or not, everyone is coated in layer upon layer of dust and sweat out here anyway. We trekked on to the little loop that would eventually lead back to AS 3 and slowly parted ways as I kept a conservative pace. Then it hit me - the ground again. This time, not only was the knee bleeding again but I got my left hand pretty good, with blood streaming across it from a few difficult to evaluate spots. At this point I was big sad. I let myself cry a little. My finger HURT where it was cut. I gimped along feeling sorry for myself until my brain generated the thought 'you're having an Eren Jaeger moment' while looking at the blood streak across my palm. I had the power of God AND anime on my side now. I dragged my sad little self back to the aid station when miracle of all miracles occurred. There was a familiar face with a volunteer vest on on. I don't think I'd ever been so happy to see someone in my life. Before I could say anything, I was pushed into a camping chair and another volunteer was swiping away at the blood and dirt with a paper towel and some saline spray. Not exactly how I would do it, but hey. It became obvious that while gnarly, these injuries were probably not life threatening and I was probably gonna make it. After a little bit of whinging and snacking and the affirmation of 'see you at the finish line' (this will come in handy later), I wandered back into the woods for the trek up Galactic.
Galactic is, like, the most fabled section of this race. If you look at any race report, or even the race description itself, this is described as kind of a piece de resistance. It's a hella long incline is all it is. You're in the woods, walking upwards, for longer than you would like to be. It's just inclined enough that an amateur like myself does absolutely zero running for like, half an hour straight. It's a drag. It's also not particularly 'hard' in the sense of being technical, or super steep. Last year, this was an unremarkable section of trail for me. I was feeling pretty okay having conquered last year's Most Wanted incline on DeBeck's and thought nothing of the trudge up the hill. And then my subconscious came out to play. Covered in blood and dirt and with like, half the race or more to go, the 'why are you doing this' crept in. Now, I also faced down this question last year, starting like 15k into the race, so not having to wrestle with it until several aid stations in is actually a good thing. However, I was out there with my little vest and my little philosophy minor degree ready to Conquer The Question of Purpose in Ultramarathoning, and the answers were not looking good for me. I was deconstructing with every footstep forward. Is there intrinsic value in pain? And if there is, what is it? Why am I out here alone? Time doesn't exist and I have no concept that it has probably been less than an hour since I spoke to a friend and would probably either find more friends or make more friends as the day wears on. I am alone in this forest, and I am going to cry about it. Like, ugly cry. Sobbing, gasping, this-character-is-being-hella-overacted crying. I want to quit RIGHT NOW. But I told Tam I'd see her at the finish line. And like, it'd look kinda lame if I DNF this for no good reason besides getting too sad. At this point, I determine that it's probably time to Eat Something, so I pull out the super dense gel sugary thing I picked up at the aid station to avoid eating my own carefully curated snacks. And what would you know, approximately 5 minutes after consuming 200 calories of pure maple syrup with added salt, the world suddenly seemed less bleak and finishing this race seemed like a less awful proposition. My new attitude and I finally rocked up to aid station 4.
Aid station 4 was uneventful until we heard over the radio 'first female has cleared Smoke Bluffs'. Oof. The aid station volunteers graciously reminded those of us who had just been confronted with our weak paces that those who are finishing now did not get to spend time having snacks at the aid station. I took off, and found myself chatting with a fellow from Squamish. It was his first ultra, with an eerily similar story to my decision to run this race the year before - the 50k sold out too fast and thought, 'eh, how bad could 50 miles be?'. Officially invested in my unknown friend's fate now, we eventually rolled up to Aid Station 5, which I refer to as the family tailgate aid station. At first, I looked about helplessly for my husband without the faintest clue whether or not he'd even gotten out of the house. I wandered over to the medical tent where the nice medic scraped the hell out of my knee using alcohol swabs. Honestly, this might have been the worst part of the whole day if not for what was in store between aid stations 5 and 6. Finally I caught site of my spouse and parked myself in the grass to eat a sandwich and whine some more while he recorded it as a 'vlog' to share with everyone else I know. He had in fact remembered to bring the Scandinavian Swimmers I had emphatically requested the day before, but I ended up forgetting about them moments after he told me he had them. I considered letting them squeeze the cold water sponges on me before I headed out, but thought better of it when I contemplated the water cleanliness and the oozing scrape that we decided against bandaging for the sole reason that no bandage was going to adhere to me at this point in the day.
I rolled out of the aid station around the same time as my new friend, and we continued on our little trek. At this point, my right knee was starting to do The Thing. Previously, only my left knee had been known to do The Thing. It's a sharp sharp pain on the outside, near the knee cap when I land on that side. Sharp enough to make you not want to land too hard because that leg might buckle from the pain. It wasn't so bad, and only every few steps, so I got by just fine walking more than I wanted. Until I didn't, and it hurt with every downhill step I was taking and I started crying again because THIS TRULY SUCKS. I didn't even do anything to that leg! I did not bring this upon myself except by maybe having been born with kinda messed up legs that turn inward instead of straight ahead but I DID NOTHING WRONG! I will add at this point, this section of the run (despite being reassured that all distances are as marked and completely correct) at least FEELS exceptionally long compared to how it's advertised. You think you're almost to AS 6 for a VERY long time. As I cried about the unfairness of life, I remembered I had put every kind of OTC medication one might even think about needing in my vest, so I popped a couple of ibuprofen and grumpily walked on. For some reason, despite being an entire doctor, I never believe that ibuprofen could fix MY problem. It is a solution for someone else. Fortunately for me, ibuprofen doesn't care about my skepticism and went to work, rendering my knee functional and capable of being run upon and allowing it to carry me to Aid Station 6.
Aid Station 6 is kind of a letdown. Not because it's not fully stocked and staffed by fantastic volunteers - it absolutely is. Every aid station is a 10/10. It's just wedged between two very exciting aid stations where you get your crew and there is generally a lot of activity and cheering. However, a familiar face again saved the day when I realized the ice water bucket manager was in fact another run club friend. This friend in particular I had pressured into running the Valley Vertikiller as a fairly new trail runner. I was not, in my current state, doing a great job of selling the idea that trail running is a fun and safe activity, but his enthusiasm and selfie taking renewed my spirits and made me believe that I could make it to the next aid station, which would in turn mean that I could make it to the finish line.
It was at this aid station that I started to chat with a couple of ladies; the conversation with an aid station attendant about the insanity of doing this race multiple times had come up, so naturally I was prepared to contribute to this conversation and inform them that I was, in fact, completely unhinged. As we rolled back into the woods, these ladies were talking in miles which was my second cue to start talking, because where there are miles there are, typically, fellow Americans. These lasses were from Colorado; when I mentioned I was originally from Florida but had moved out to BC, they, without skipping a beat, went, 'wow so a total upgrade'. Ahhhh, to be amongst my kind of people. This was not their first 50 miler, and had come all the way out here to run it. I passed my original compatriot somewhere during this phase, which flew by in good company as I pulled ahead and in to aid station 7. Aid station 7 has you run across a bridge and going downhill for a bit. I saw a few folks standing before the aid station on the sideline; I assumed it was just course marshals or someone taking down bib numbers for checkin. I spotted my husband with his Real Camera, and as my brain slowly processed the blonde girl cheering for me by name (as an Experienced Runner, I am now conscious of when I have my name printed on my race tag and no longer become completely frozen in horror when I hear my name called by enthusiastic strangers) as not just a random volunteer with a lot of energy, but my BC Bestie Elise! And then as I got to the aid station proper, I realized that I was in the presence of my husband, BC Bestie, AND my Aid Station 3 trail angel friend! As disoriented and overstimulated as I was by this, it was honestly magical, I almost cried, and I reluctantly accepted/delivered the most disgusting hugs I've ever been a part of. I was truly ready to tackle the final 8 miles now.
The last section of the race includes an additional unpleasant climb that kinda never ends, but did include an exceptional sunset. As much as it meant knowing I'd be rocking up to the finish line in the dark, the striking purple and orange on the horizon as I crested the false peak on my way up Mountain of Phlegm was first class. As we finally neared the stairs, I chatted with a woman who was here from Alberta to do the 50/50 (for those of you fortunate enough to not know what that is, it means running the 50 mile race on Saturday followed by the 50k race on Sunday). It rained just a little bit, and I wished her good traction and tacky surfaces for Sunday (and warned that if it rained too much that slippery might be a concern to monitor). When we reached the stairs, the course marshal eagerly assured us that we were done with the stairs! Which was quickly disproven upon reaching several smaller flights of stairs... sigh. After this betrayal, we eventually made our way out of Smoke Bluffs to the sight of a disco ball and Von Dutch blasting on a bluetooth speaker in the parking lot. Fortified by the power of brat summer imbued in that melody I took off onto the pavement princess section of the race. Several very, very enthusiastic high-five soliciting children ambushed me with their excitement and encouragement as I ran past the hostel I was staying at, onto the final stretch of road.
You might be thinking to yourself at this point, wow, she's run 50+ miles in the woods without encountering a single bear! What luck! And you'd be right, except then I encountered a bear. On the street. Walking down the opposite side of the road. This is an inconvenience, and I suppose I should have exercised better bear manners. I gave it the little bit of 'hey bear!' I could summon and basically hoped it would continue on its way down the street because nothing was going to delay me from reaching this finish line right now, not even this unbothered black bear. Fortunately, he or she seemed utterly unmoved by my antics and continued on down the street as though they were also a taxpaying member of the community and I barreled down the street and into the finish chute where I was immediately granted my second Squamish50 Gary Robbins hug and the attention of many friends who had to witness my (again) overstimulated and disoriented presence. After a finish line group photo, it was time to start recombobulating, relaying stories to Toby and Elise, and drinking an orange juice juice box like any good Floridian would.
While I haven't quite sorted out my running purpose deconstruction, being reminded that I was the reason someone else signed up for something challenging or ridiculous seems like a good enough proxy for now. I hopped on the results page as soon as it was up to ensure my Squamish and Colorado friends also made it across the finish line (yes, they did!). I only made it four days before I was talking about signing up for my next ultra (not alone... not ready to do that again), which may be a new record turnaround time.
I cannot sign off without reiterating how absolutely blessed and lucky and fortunate I felt to have so many familiar, happy faces out there on the course last Saturday. From my other pals running the race that I felt I couldn't be the only DNF of the crew, to the volunteers and friends that came out to cheer me on and my ever-attentive forever race crew member Toby, this race reminded me that no matter if you're racing or just out for a run, going fast or taking it easy, the real magic of running is the folks you meet along the way. Without this sport, I honestly don't think I would have had some of the most important relationships and experiences I've had in my life.
Tune in next time for my musings about my mid-race existential crisis and the ever elusive 'why do I run?'!

Upcoming Translation List
Alright, I’ve gotten quite a few requests these last few days, so I figured I’d make a list of the chapters I’m planning to translate next so that everyone’s on the same page.
Also, just so it can be in the pinned post, here’s a link to the Google Drive where I upload finished chapters. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10qcSYjdkJhAsv0zIuPiTrG7iFHjxU4G0?usp=share_link
And here’s a link to my MangaDex profile. https://mangadex.org/user/me?tab=uploads
1. Moretsu Pupupu Hour - Volume 10, Chapter 12 [DONE]
UPDATE: This chapter is done! Read it at this link.
Someone requested a chapter with Taranza, and I identified this chapter as a good candidate. Then someone else requested this chapter specifically, so that’s what I’m doing next.
2. Manmaru Nikki - Volume 5, Chapter 14 [DONE]
UPDATE: This chapter is done! Read it at this link.
I got a request for the chapter in this volume where Meta Knight drives a truck, and this is that chapter. The chapter actually opens in the final battle of Kirby and the Forgotten Land, so spoiler warning if you’re worried about that.
3. Manmaru Nikki - Volume 2, Chapter 8 [DONE]
UPDATE: This chapter is done! Read it at this link.
A chapter in which Dark Matter or Gooey played a major role was requested, and this chapter featured Gooey in a semi-major role and was the best I could find. Dark Matter does make a brief appearance in the very last chapter of Moretsu Pupupu Hour but I think the Manmaru chapter is a better fit.
4. Moretsu Pupupu Hour - Volume 3, Chapter 8 [DONE]
UPDATE: This one’s done too! Read it here.
Another chapter that was specifically requested. Features Meta Knight attempting to take over the manga as main character.
There were a couple other requests I got as well, but I’m not sure when I’m going to fulfill them for a couple reasons.
?. A chapter in which Kirby is possessed or brainwashed
Someone requested a chapter like this, but I went through all the volumes I have currently available to me and could not find a single one in which this happens. The closest I found was a Manmaru Nikki chapter in which Kirby and King Dedede briefly swap bodies. If I ever find a fitting chapter, I’ll add it to the queue.
?. Translations from Haikara Walker, a Splatoon art book
Haikara Walker is a huge book, so I’m going to try to just translate and post a few pages at a time (maybe even only one page at a time) on a side-blog so that people who only care about Kirby can easily ignore it. I’m definitely gonna do it at some point (I’m nearly as big a Splatoon fan as I am a Kirby fan, so I’ll wanna translate it even just for myself), but due to its unique status among all the things I’m planning to translate I don’t really know when I’ll start or how much I’ll do at a time.
Phew! That’s about a whole month of chapters right there! On the plus side, my daily life has gotten a bit less busy, so the updates might come faster than usual. Also, I think after I finish these off, I’m gonna translate something I’ve been wanting to translate for a while. What, precisely? You’ll see :)

Scout! Polka Dots — Summer-Colored Youths — Chapter 8
Writer: Umeda Chitose || Season: Summer Character appearances: Tetora, Hinata, Hokuto
Tetora helps Hinata take care of the fields at school. As thanks, Hinata invites him to go to a summer festival together, and along the way, they meet lots of people…
Proofread by @mankaissengen
Chapters: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8
"This is the sign that I've grown enough to make my own summer festival memories...♪"
Translation under the cut
[A while later. At the original summer festival venue]
Tetora, Hinata: —And, goal!
Hinata: Huff...I was a little faster, wasn't I?
Tetora: The tips of both of our shoes got through the torii gate at the same time, I saw it happen. Phew...
Tetora: ...That said. I meant to get back sooner, but it's gotten pretty late, huh.
Tetora: Even after guiding that old lady, we ended up helping that lost child and finding and returning people's lost items to them. I feel like...today really was a day full of helping others.
Hinata: It was. You really helped me out, too.
Hinata: ...I wonder if everyone went home after all. I did send them messages every now and then, but I couldn't really give them the details of the situation, could I?
Tetora: So you said things like "You guys can look around without us" and "It looks like we're gonna be late, so it's okay if you go home."
Tetora: You were the only one sending any messages, so the others must have been worried. They couldn't even get any replies in.
Hinata: I hope Yuuta-kun isn't mad at me~. Your big brother was helping people out; it's true, y'know~?
Tetora: I'll explain everything with you, so don't worry. Besides, everyone is kind, so I don't think they'll be angry?
Tetora: ...Mm~♪ That said, something smells great! I've been moving around so much, I'm starving!
Tetora: I could've accepted the kind offer from the old lady and her family and had something to eat at the other shrine, but...
Tetora: In the end, I wanted to enjoy the summer festival I had originally decided to come to~. Hinata-kun, what do you wanna eat first?
Hinata: ...Heeey. Tetsu-kun, it's like you're not even bothered that you got here late, too.
Hinata: If anything, you kinda look refreshed.
Tetora: Hmm~? If I look refreshed, it's because I'm feeling a sense of accomplishment, I guess?
Tetora: If we hadn't decided to come to this summer festival, I wouldn't have been able to help the people who needed it or make those people smile.
Tetora: I want this summer festival to be nothing but fun memories. I was just thinking about how until we finally got here, I fulfilled all my duties ♪
Tetora: ...But, I gotta admit...
Hinata: ?
Tetora: I really can't help but feel bad that you ended up being so late because of me...
Hinata: HUH~? You're still on that?
Tetora: You wanted to enjoy the summer festival with Yuuta-kun, didn't you? But in the end, you couldn't spend a single second together, right?
Hinata: It was my own decision to join you, and I told you I couldn't have fun unless you were with me, right?
Hinata: It's not your fault we got back late, either. If anything, don't you think it's because we were together that we were able to get back here now?
Tetora: Even if you say that, I can't just shake the feeling~...At least let me do something for you.
Hinata: You're a stubborn one, huh. Well, you're the guy who wouldn't even let me treat him to shaved ice...
Tetora: Ugh. Hinata-kun, you're not holding a grudge against me for that, are you?
Hinata: I'm used to doing things "for" people~. But with you, you're usually the one doing things "for me".
Hinata: Hmm~, what's something I want you to do for me...
Hinata: I know. I had trouble thinking of something, but how about "that"?
Tetora: By "that," do you mean the yo-yo fishing stall? Do you want a water balloon?
Hinata: Yup. Catching yo-yo balloons with a "koyori" string made of twisted paper is surprisingly hard. Do your best until you catch one, and show me how cool you are ♪
Tetora: Ossu, that's no problem!
Tetora: ...Speaking of which, yo-yo fishing is so nostalgic~. The multicolored water balloons floating in the pool look just as pretty now as they did back then.
Hinata: Back then?
Tetora: Back when I was a kid. My parents both work, so back in those days, they were always super busy, but...
Tetora: They took me to a summer festival once.
Tetora: We walked through the crowd, holding hands...They got me yakisoba from a stall, and bought me a mask, too.
Tetora: As we walked through the light from the other stalls, I saw a yo-yo fishing pool. I begged my parents for one of those balloons.
Tetora: ...But back then, I couldn't catch one for myself. I kept recklessly plunging the koyori into the pool, and it ripped pretty fast.
Tetora: I don't remember clearly whether the man running the stall gave me one for free or my parents caught it for me, but...
Tetora: The only thing that's still clear in my heart is the memory of walking home bouncing that water balloon. I just remembered how much fun it was to spend the summer festival with my family.
Hinata: I see. So that's why you—
Tetora: Ahaha. I don't know if that's why or not myself, either.
Tetora: I just want everyone to have fun and smile, too...
Tetora: I wonder if that feeling was born from my childhood self, with more happy memories of that summer festival than he could carry.
Hinata: ...
Tetora: Okay, what color should I aim for~? Red, blue, green, yellow...The black ones look elegant and cool, too!
Tetora: (...I'm clumsy, so unlike someone who's more skilled at things, it's hard for me to get everything I want.)
Tetora: (But still. I'm not the kid who charged into things with brute force alone and failed anymore.)
Tetora: —I can think hard about things one at a time.
Tetora: This way, I can start to take hold of things!
Tetora: Look, Hinata-kun. It's the prettiest water balloon of them all.
Tetora: This is the sign that I've grown enough to make my own summer festival memories...♪
Tetora: Just listening to the splish-splash of the water makes me feel refreshed~. Nom, nom.
Hinata: The man running the stall was so kind, too~. He said you looked so cool fishing out the water balloon, he decided to give me one for free. Nom, nom.
Tetora: We've had cotton candy, crepes, and candy apples. Hinata-kun, how's the choco-banana?
Hinata: It's super delicious. Bananas and chocolate go together extremely well...♪
Hinata: I should've bought a strawberry one, too. Maybe I'll get another one later...
Tetora: That'd be fine, wouldn't it? You should enjoy the food from the stalls as much as your pocket money will allow you to today ☆
Hokuto: —You two, you came?

Hokuto: Yeah. All three of them are in the grounds. You were originally going to meet up with them, weren't you?
Hinata: Dammit! Then we gotta go right away!

The Urn of Sacred Ashes
Oh, by the way, when we were in the creepy village, after Sten tried to commandeer the party, Morrigan got a bit awkward. She had this locating ring for Darrian, something about being able to find him in case something happens not that it means anything baka. A couple of minutes later, both went to "investigate" [each other's faces] behind a murder-house.
Darrian steps into the temple, Morrigan, Sten and Zevran at his side. He's a bit nervous about this. Is the Urn actually in there ? He's not crazy religious, but, like everyone else, he's grown up hearing about Andraste and the Maker. They aren't light stories, these are events that pretty much made the current world what it is. Hah, the chantry'd probably be eating their hats if they knew an elf was the one to find the urn first after all that time. And elf, with a Qunari and a hedge maze. Okay, and Alistair. Hm, they'll probably just say Alistair found it, won't they ?
Oh, there's a guy, in there ! Is he a ghost ? Oh, he knows stuff about us. Fiiine, let's get done with it. Yes, Darrian regrets not being able to rescue Shianni, duh. Not that he knows what he could have done, except kill the guards faster, but well. Alistair's Daddy Duncan issues are laid out again, thanks guardian. Sten's not shaken one bit, the guardian's not teaching him anything he doesn't know. Morrigan just blows the ghost off, oh, you can just do that, huh. Further up, other ghosts, actors of Andraste's march. Oh, there's an elf, knew it. Pretty interesting stuff, overall. Next is... Oh wow, the guardian, or whatever's doing this thing just conjured a Shianna-shaped illusion, that is fucked up. Yeah, Morrigan's dismissal of the guilt tripping was probably smart, all things considered.
Finally, we get to the Urn. It really is it, huh. Pretty fancy. Alistair's awestruck, Morrigan wants us to know she's unimpressed, and Sten calls it a dustbin, and look, mister guardian, if that truly is your name, Darrian just came here to have a good time and he doesn't know who these people are, so we'll take the pinch and leave you be, okay ?
So. Andraste's ashes. They sure are real, and they like to make people really uncomfortable. Oh, fuck Kolgrim's just out there, waiting. Yeah, we did the thing with the... thing, no really. He doesn't believe us, so we have to kill him. Hm, funny horn he has there, wonder what that sounds like- Aaah dragon !!! Phew let's hope that wasn't actually Andraste. It probably wasn't, but, would it be weirder than whatever was happening in the Brecilian Forest ?
Genitivi's still at the entrance. He's thrilled that we found the ashes, and now wants to tell all of Ferelden. Yeah, sure, knock yourself out, man. Alright, time to go, let's hope Eamon hasn't died while we were out here.

Chapter 15
I am Robot
*2 years later in SpongeBob Narrator voice*
"Phew, finally, I'm finished," I say, exhausted and wiping the sweat off my forehead, leaving a grease smear on my forehead.
I added the finishing touches to my science project, thankfully I was able to use Donnie's lab uninterrupted....well mostly uninterrupted. Donnie was very nosey in trying to figure out what my project was.
*Flashback*
"So Aqua, about that project of yours since you won't tell me about your senior science project I've come up with plenty of ideas to power-"
"No thanks got it covered," I say while adding some adjustments to my blueprints*
1 year 4 months ago
"Can I just have a little peak, please...I'll-I'll let you use my tech bo..."
"Really?" I quickly drop some scrap metal onto the floor and rush over to him with my eyes sparkling with excitement
"Maybe I was being a bit hast-"
"No can do Don Tron," I say uninterested, and picking up the discarded metal.
1 year 10 months ago
"Pleeeeeeeeease, the suspense is killing me"
I giggle, and continue to use a welding Torch once I'm finished with that section I remove my safety shield from my face and look over at him.
"You'll have to see it with everyone else"
"But I'm more special than everyone else so that makes me first in line to see this very intriguing and unknown invention of yours"
"Sorry, Dee I haven't broken now, what makes you think I'll say yes now?"
"Well it's scientifically proven mostly from the data I collected over the years from Leo that if you keep asking eventually the person will give up and do what is being asked of them," Donnie says
"Uh-huh, well I think that the great Donnie can't handle a bit of pestering from his brother.
Donnie splutters and crosses his arms, mumbles to himself as he walks out of his lab.
Literally this morning
I'm sleeping and having a very interesting dream, then I hear Donnie's voice whisper to me.
"You should let Donnie help you with your project, with his genius brain and your equally genius brain. You will be the best team to ever walk to earth. EVIL LAUGH"
I wake up, feeling headphones on my ears and a cassette player attached. I rip it off and throw it out of my curtain door.
"Are you serious Donnie!" I shout while throwing it and it hits Donnie square in the face.
I hear a pained groan from the other side and I turn over in my bed and go back to sleep.
*End of Flashback*
"Ugh with how poor April's past and present science fair projects went I'm glad I was able to keep Donnie away" I yawn again
I push the button on my inventions and it turns into its incognito mode which is a tung mode. I place it on my middle finger on my left hand. Making sure to clean up my mess after using Donnie's lab for 2 years it was pretty much my second room but I made sure to keep it clean and organized. Once I was finished cleaning up I decided to grab a bowl of cereal before I made my way to school with April.
Stepping into the kitchen I'm greeted by Leo and Raph fighting over the last box of cereal that they like and Donnie drinking a cup of coffee with a complete crossword puzzle in front of him. I roll my eyes and expertly avoid the scuffle, as I reach for my brand of cereal a plate of pancakes is placed in front of me. Turning to see Mikey holding the plate, I gladly accept it, hop into my chair at the breakfast table, and start to eat.
"How long did it take for you to complete it this time?" I ask while blowing on my pancakes
"About a minute," He says without looking up from his phone
"Nice new record," I say
"Scoff I would have finished faster if those dunderheads weren't so loud" Donnie retorts
"No fair, why does she get pancakes?" Leo asks, Raph shoves him away and pours the cereal into his bowl while Leo is distracted.
"For one, You don't have a big presentation this morning, two breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and three Donnie helped make these so they are extra special.
Donnie spits his coffee which splatters all over his crossword puzzle and starts to choke. Mikey shrugs his shoulders nonchalantly.
"Oops my bad it was supposed to be a surprise"
Once Dinnie recovered he gave Mikey such a look that if it could kill him it would and probably the people around him too.
"Thanks, Dee, they're really good" I smile and finish up my last pancake
"Don't mention it" he says as he cleans up his coffee mess.
"Ooooo Donnie is in-" Leo starts to say but it is cut off by Raph smacking him on the back of his head
"What?" Leo says annoyed
"Spider" Raph answers
Mikey comes over to me giggling and shows me pictures of Donnie making the pancakes with one of his inventions and it mixed too much causing batter to explode everywhere, another picture of both Mikey and Donnie covered in batter, then the last picture was of Donnie plating the pancakes. It warmed my heart and brought a blush to my cheeks thinking about him trying his hardest to cook for me.
Washing the dishes in the sink Leo comes over and rests his arm on my shoulders.
"Listen you have nothing to worry about you've got me the best wingman for these kinds of things. All you have to do is imagine that everyone is in their underwear" Leo says
"That never works and you better not cause a scene at my school Leonardo Hamato!" I say while bending one of Leo's fingers backward causing him to tap on the counter signaling that he has given up.
"Oooooo government name," Mikey says teasing
"Look at the time, gotta get ready to meet you guys at the school" I shout as I run to my room.
After a quick shower, I brush my teeth, comb my haur put it into a bun, put on some black leggings with Jean shorts over it and a flowy purple shirt with puffed sleeves. Grabbing my back pack, stuffing my blue prints, phone, homework and snack I head out of the lair entrance. Seeing April we high five and chat as we walk to school.
We go our separate ways, I head to the gym to see up my section for the science fair, after am hour of setting up it was finished, fiddling with the rung nervously I sigh to myself and go over my speech flashcards.
"Hey, Y/N!" I heard a voice say
I jump a bit and turn around, seeing a fellow classmates bit not being able to remember his name I smile and wave.
"Hey, you all set with your project?" I ask
"Yep finished it last minute though" male classmates says.
"Of course you did" I laugh
"Hopefully those big shot scientists pick you to join their program. You deserve it the most." He says
"Oh no I don't think I deserve it, I tried just as hard as everyone else" I say the last part slowly as I see someone with a volcano project and I laugh awkwardly.
The doors are pushed and in walks the gang in their surface attire looking like average teenagers....well as average as possible. April follows in as well and look at my presentation white board and poster boards. I made sure not to have anything that explained what my project was exactly only the materials and the type of power source it uses.
"You got this, cuz if they don't pick you I'll have no choice but to write an article on how they made the wrong choice" April says while pushing her glasses closer to her face.
"Stop April keep the articles for the real stories" I punch her gently in the shoulder.
"You guys look around, I'm gonna set uo backstage" I start walking towards the stage
"Say uh Donnie I think you should go help Y/N" Raph says awkwardly
"Yea Dee just in case there is an electrical problem or something. She'll need your expertise" Mikey says while gently shoving him in my direction
"Yea go get em, cuz if you dont I will'" Leo says
"Leo!" Raph and Mikey whisper shout
Donnie makes his way to the stage he sees me and clears his throat.
"So about that Valcano"
I snort and laugh uncontrollably and he soon joins in.
"If, If they pick that person I swear I will just die" I wipe a tear from my eye and play dead.
"No, you have so much to live for pfft" he says while chuckling and playfully shaking my shoulders.
"You came at the perfect time if you would, can you be my dj for my presentation?" I ask with puppy eyes
"I am at your serve my liege" Donnie says while bowing and activating his battle shell and it turns into a dj turntable. It funny seeing him do that with how tall he is now, every year that I catch up to him he grows a few inches taller and that used to make me so mad but I got over it. Besides its funny watching him bump into low bearing ceilings.
We high five and go back to join everyone else. We see the big shot Technical Science CEO's appear in the gym, Donnie starts fan girling super hard. I pull out one of my fans and start to fan him as April rolls her eyes.
"I have so many questions I have to ask" Donnie says while pulling out his phone and his pupils were shaped like stars.
"Donnie chill this is Y/N's moment you can fan girl later"
Soon the science fair begins and each person presents their project. The people with bigger projects get to show them off the stage. I place my ring on the table where my display is at. My name was called, I take a deep breath and exhale. Donnie places a comforting hand on my shoulder, I give a quick nod as I head to the stage.
*Insert Big hero size Hiro microbots presentation, ifykyk*
"Hey everyone so I hope you're ready for your mind to explode!" I say while tapping a small circular communication device that on my temple. Donnie starts the music and the strobe lights start to circle around the room until the land on to my table.
It activates my ring and it transforms into a suit of armor. *Insert transformers, transformation sound and it stomps its way towards the stage. If you had a glass a water the steps were definitely causing ripples in the liquid. It jumps into the air I outstretched my arm to the sky, the armor separates into different sections and we become one. Soon I'm coveted from head to toe in the purple and black colored armor. Pulling out my iron fans as targets appear around the gym. I throw my fans and they turn into boomerangs of mass destruction slicing and dicing the targets, as the broken bits shoot into the air, I have my laser sight lock onto them pieces, as I shoot non lethal ammo at them and the target pieces disintegrate into dust. Commanding the suit to fly with another tapbst my temple I soar over the heads of the student body, doing a couple flips and tricks for good measure. As I land and pop open my face mask.
"Of course I can't fully show you its full potential here, but I made a comprehensive easy to understand video explaining what it can do. Plays the movie and lets it explain and shows little cartoon shorts of it capabilities.
Super shock-absorbing gel that spreads impacts across the whole armor and might even convert the kinetic energy into power for the suit.
The armor is a life support system and protects against radiation, biological threats, chemical attacks, corrosion, electricity and kinetic attacks.

A rocket booster to fly into space
Radiation absorption and decontamination
Protective force field
Stealth technology
And last but not least it powered by my mutant energy. But that's for me to know and them to never find out. Hopefully this information won't bite me in the butt later.
Once I'm done with my presentation the room erupts into cheers. I get congratulated by everyone and I smile brightly and deactivate the armor so it goes back to its ring mode.
"That's my bitch!" Cass shouts
I look in the direction of the shout and see Cass being pulled away by Papa Lui and Papa Brutus.
"Get your hands off of me, I want to congratulate her on totally winning this thing."
"Keep it down, she isn't supposed to know we are here" Papa Lui says quietly
"That's our girl" Papa Brutus says proudly
I smile to myself, I'm happy they came and I've forgiven them. I know that they had nothing to do with what happened to me with Draxum.
"Listen kid you can make it big at my company with that invention of yours" One of the CEO males says
"No way she'd be much better at an all female work environment where her work will actually be appreciated" The female CEO states
"Well let's let the young lady decide foe herself" The last male CEO says
"Here's our contract! Have a look and get back to us!"
The gang comes out of nowhere and I get hugs all around but Donnie reached me first and hugged me tightly.
"I'm so proud! I think I might....*sniffles* give me a minute" Donnie says while turning away and sniffling a bit
At the corner of my eye I see someone that looks familiar, once I turn my attention to it I see it's the woman from my dream. Everyone's voices around me start to lower and lower until they were nothing but a whisper.
"Mom?" I say quietly
I push through the crowd trying to get to the woman. I reach out for her sleeve but I pushed away by the crowd.
"Wait mom...." I shout
Once I get to where I last saw her I see nothing but an empty hallway, i look down at the floor Sadly and see a beautiful decorative hairpiece comb, it's silver with a purple flower ornament on it. I pick it up, I have a strong feeling that it belonged to her, playing it gently into my hair. I take one last look around for her and I turn around walking back into the gym.
*Not long after*
"I've done what you've asked of me" Thecwoman says quietly while handing the blueprints over
"Very good, you've done well" A voice says
"You still promise not to hurt her"
"As long as you do what we ask, no harm will come to your daughter"
A tear falls down the woman's face as she stares at a picture and places it on her heart.
Silent evil chuckling can be heard from the hull of the ship.
It sails through the open galactic skies and disappears into the hyperspace void.

imagine: detective fields finds out you got kidnapped and tries everything to get you back
You were walking through the streets making your way back to your husband, detective Emmett fields, you've been married for 4 years already and it wasn't easy being his wife,I mean you have gotten kidnapped almost two times, but luckily you always protected yourself since Emmett always gave you a gun for protection or whenever you felt like you were being threatened or whenever you were being followed,it wasn't just for this reason why it was hard being Emmett's wife, the other reason is that he wasn't around as much,he always was out solving his cases and he did warn you when you two wanted to be together for the rest of your lives, even if he wasn't always there you still love him,but when Emmett doesn't have a case you two spend time with eachother 24/7,you even were trying for a child and so far it wasn't any success, but these phew months you haven't bled at all that's why you weren't at home today, you went to the doctor to find out what was going on and he told you the greatest news you heard all day,the best thing is that Emmett didn't have a case today so you were so excited to tell him.
While you were walking you suddenly heard footsteps following you making you quickly search for the gun but,you couldn't find it at all but first you had to make sure you were even being followed so you decided to take a turn from your house you looked back and he also took a turn now you knew he was most definitely following you,you quickly searched for your gun again but you just couldn't find it,it wasn't in your pockets or your purse, you then started to walk faster and the guy behind you did the same, you then ran for your live you didn't even look back you just ran you then let out a loud scream so people can hear you,you then fell to the floor with a thud you felt the man putting his hand on your mouth and grabbed your waist,"scream I kill you" he said whispering in your ear, making you nod slowly, then you felt a sharp pain on your head then everyone went black.
Meanwhile, with Emmett he kept looking at his watch wondering where you are and why you haven't come home yet,you did tell him you'll be back soon,so why aren't you home yet?he suddenly heard a knock on his door "come in!" "Mr.fields, the police are here and they would like to speak with you" he looked at his maid then he rushed outside, and there indeed stood the police "hello, detective fields we are terribly sorry but there were complains about screams in the middle of the night and we found this at the crime scene" said a cop then showed your bracelet that he gave you for your birthday and they showed you your wedding ring,he took it from the police officer "the bracelets cold so is the ring it must've happened a while ago"he said to himself "was there anything else?" The officer nodded "there was this note" the officer then took out the note from his pockets, making Emmett rib the note out of his grib and he started to read the note, 'i have your wife,I will give you 2 days to find out where I am if not,she dies.' Emmett was shocked only 2 days? Is this man insane?I mean it's not impossible but he needs more then just 2 days especially with little information, unless you left some clues or the man did or woman,"take me to the scene but I want this case private no one should know about this but us" the officer nodded"of course we will keep this all hidden" "thank you" they then showed Emmett where you were when you were kidnapped,he looked around for clues or for anything he searched all night till the officers told him to go home and they'll search it again in the morning where there's enough light.
Meanwhile, with y/n,you suddenly woke up and you've found yourself tied up in a dark, gloomy basement you looked around and found nothing but darkness except you see a single candle shining in the darkness, you look at and see a figure standing there and just watching you,"who are you!where am I!why am I here!" You shouted at the figure making it grab it and walking over to you reaveling the person's face,it was one of Emmett's 'friends' "you!" You shouted half surprised and half not "hello,y/n" he said smiling creepily "what do you want?" "I want Emmett to suffer, and kill you like he killed my brother,a life for a life" he said standing up straight "what do you me-" you stopped as you realised "you are related to Ivan Reynolds?" "Finally you realised"he said putting the candle somewhere but you could still see him,you still remember that case it was terrifying to say the least, you still remember when Emmett was in bed screaming in pain when they had to remove the bullet, you just couldn't bare to see him at that state but you still stayed by his side,"you are quite beautiful,I must say,now I know why Emmett chose you" he then touched your hair making you pull away "and you are insane like your brother" he laughed "well he was more insane than me,ever since we were kids he was the insane one,I remember when he almost lit up our house and almost killed mother and father, although he did kill father with poison, sad really although he wasn't really there" you glared at him "your time is ticking"he said grabbing the candle then walked away.
The next morning, with Emmett,he was looking around the spot you were and there still was nothing he then looked at the walls to even find the smallest thing that can lead him to you,"good morning, sir" he turned to the person who greeted him "morning?" He greeted back confused as why a stranger would greet him "lovely day isn't it?" "Yes it's...quite lovely" he then went back to searching for clues "you must be detective Fields,am I right?" "Yes your right" "I'm really sorry about your wife" "my wife?" "Yeah was kidnapped wasn't she?" He turned to the man again "how do you know that?" "Excuse me?" "How did you know that!" He asked him angrily "from the newspaper!" "Newspaper?well I must say you must be confused because I kept this case too secret" the man went quiet then the man ran making Emmett run after him,but lucky for Emmett the man was rather slow so he could catch up easily,he tackled him to the floor and pinned him there, and pushed his head on the concrete, "where I she!" "I'm not telling you anything" "tell me now!and I'll think about sparing you!" He said pushing the man's head deeper into the concrete "fine!fine! she's at the church" "church?" He then got up while grabbing the man's arm rather tightly not letting him go,he sent the man to jail then he went to search for you,he finally made it to the church and looked for you everywhere he even shouted your name he then realised that you were most likely in the basement of the church,he ran to the basement and and he saw how dark it was but then he heard a soft voice shout, "is someone there!" "Y/n!" Shouted Emmett "Emmett?" Answered a sweet voice back he then followed the voice and felt around then suddenly he felt fabric "y/n?" "Emmett!" You answered him happily making Emmett sigh in relief,he then felt for the rope and found it then cut the ropes off freeing you,you suddenly hugged Emmett tightly "I've missed you so much!" "Me to now let's get you out of here" he then carried you bridal style out of the basement, you felt the nice warm light hit your skin again making you sigh in relief "Emmett" "mhm?" "I'm pregnant" he suddenly stopped and stared at you "really!". He asked excitedly making you nod in excitement,he then hugged you tightly but made sure not to hurt you, "I'm gonna be a father!" You laughed "I promise after our child is born I'll quit my job". "no! Emmett you don't have to give up on your job" "I have to if I don't that will you bring you to danger and with the child it will be worse,so I'll quit then we can be a happy family and I'll never leave you again" you smiled then you two kissed, Emmett glad that he has his queen back into his hands and you are happy to be in your Kings arms.

Ah, Sebastian was such a tease. He was both lewd and adorable when he was pleading like this. And William had to say - it was working. When he was saying things like that, while also looking like that... phew, William didn't have it in him to hold back for much longer. "Oh fuck yes, I want to..." He admitted, the words leaving him along with a moan. He sooo wanted to cum inside, but it also felt sooo good that he wanted it to last just a little longer. He was at his limit though, especially while looking at Sebastian spread in front of him like this. It was just too much.
He kept fucking him gently in this position for another couple of minutes, feeling the pressure inside him building up. His toes curled, and his dick gave a twitch. He could feel the familiar tingling in his lower stomach, in his balls... he just knew he was so close. And since Sebastian wanted it just as badly, William decided to give it to him.
"I'm close, baby... so close..." He gasped, rocking his hips faster, in more desperate and erratic manner. His movements were not rhytmic anymore, he was losing himself. "Oh God... I'm going to cum..." William whimpered, shuddering all over. His dick was aching hard and throbbing inside Sebastian, his balls tight. Skin was slapping against skin as William was thrusting harder, faster... oh he needed this badly, and he was so so close...
And then, finally, bliss washed over him. His muscles tensed up, he pushed into Sebastian one more time, and went still. His cock started pulsing inside, pumping warm, thick cum with every throb. William let out a long, loud moan, babbling out Sebastian's name in between. Oh this was incredible.
For I have sinned...
The principal cleared his throat, eyes scanning the notes that he had wrote down before this meeting. It already lasted an hour, and the teachers gathered in the faculty room were becoming restless and bored. But indeed there were some things to discuss, with the concert that the senior class was supposed to perform at the end of the semester, and with recent staff changes.
William glanced down at his watch, sighing softly. His class was starting in 15 minutes, so at least, whether the meeting will be done soon or not, he will get to excuse himself. He looked out of the window, his mind wandering. Principal’s voice turned into white noise in the background. It was a pleasant day, late summer. But William was looking forward to a slightly cooler weather. Wearing all black could really be bothersome at times.
“And lastly, I am pleased to announce that we have finally found replacement for the violin teacher. Dear Mr Tanaka, may he rest in peace, was with us for so many years that I’ve been concerned we won’t be able to find someone as good as to fill this position.” the principal spoke. “But Mr… Michaelis, was highly recommended to me, and he indeed has impressive references. He will be starting this week, so please welcome him warmly once he will arrive. Ah yes… about that. He will arrive today at noon, I need someone to pick him up from the train station and bring over for the tour around the school. Any volunteers?”
William was barely listening, and definitely not paying much attention. He glanced at his watch again, and saw that it was time to leave, as his class was about to start. He raised his hand to excuse himself, and little did he know, he just volunteered.
“Father William! Excellent!” the principal exclaimed. “Just don’t be late, the train arrives at noon.”
“Train…?” William questioned, raising his brow. He had a feeling he was missing something…
***
Right after the meeting, William had to run for the class, so he had little time to clarify what exactly he had volunteered for. He was a piano teacher in this Music Academy, but also he served as a priest in local church. Well respected, and rather liked. So when he later found out it was about the new violin teacher, he didn’t refuse. Who, other than himself, would be a better choice to introduce a newcome to their community?
So even though he raised his hand by accident, he accepted this fate.
After classes, at noon, William took a taxi and drove to the train station, to pick up their new teacher. Wearing black trousers, and a black shirt with a thin tie, was absolutely dreadful in this weather, so William quickly found shelter under the roof of the station platform, that provided some shade.
The train had just arrived. William had no idea how Mr Michaelis looked like, but he figured he will just look for someone carrying a violin case with them.
He was in for a bit surprise.

Chapter 7
Third POV:
Stelle and March were looking for Dang Heng, only to find him in the Fight Club, which Sampo dragged him there. When they managed to find Dang Heng there, they saw Sampo leave the Fight Club, the three of them followed him and interrogated him.
"H-Hey! It's you! I was just thinking to myself: "Am I getting robbed? Who are these people following me?" So, y'know, you start to walk a little faster, and... Anyhoo if I'd just turned around, I could've thrown open my arms and said a big "hi" to my old friends." Sampo said as he was making an excuse to himself.
"Save it. You saw us in there and got scared, so you pulled a runner." March was so done with Sampo's pathetic excuse.
"Me? Scared? Hahaha, my friends, what do I have to fear? *gasp* Surely I haven't done anything to offend you?" Sampo said.
"You set Dan Heng up." Stelle said.
"Set him up? Yeah, with a job! You guys are new here, and let me tell you, you're gonna need some cash. And, Sampo Koski stops at nothing to help his friends. Saving you was just the beginning, I have to consider your finances too! With me you get the full service, folks. That's friendship." Sampo said.
"Where's Y/n?! We haven't seen her since we got here!" March said.
"You mean the little girl? I have no idea where she went after I dropped you off at the clinic." Sampo said.
"He's right. She just left without us knowing." Dan Heng said.
The three of them continue to interrogate Sampo, and now the four of them were looking any traces of Wildfire, which Sampo told them.
"Seele's usually always out on patrol here at this time... What's Wildfire up to...? Hmm... are they avoiding me?" Sampo ponder.
"Hey, look! Who's is that?" March said, looking over the crowd.
"Is that... Bronya?" Stelle asked.
"It looks like she's in trouble..." March said.
"M-My friends, don't just stand there! This drama really doesn't need any more bystanders!" Sampo said.
"Oh? Y'know it might be interesting to see you get in trouble." March said.
"We should avoid attracting too much attention... but we can't just leave her." Dan Heng said.
"Dan Heng's right, we can't ignore this." Stelle said.
"Exactly! My boy Cold Dragon Young- uh... young master Dan Heng speaks with reason." Sampo said.
"Let's help her." March said.
"Alright princess. Let's dispense with the pleasantries!" One of the Vagrants said as he aimed the weapon on Bronya and pulled the trigger.
As he pulled the trigger, the bullet was sliced into tiny pieces, as Seele appeared out of nowhere.
"You dare attack someone on our turf again... How about I give you a punishment then?"
"Argh, darn it! Quick, disperse!" The Vagrants run away as possible.
"Spinless thugs!" Seele said, as looks where the Vagrants ran off.
"Miss Seele! Phew, it's a good thing you showed up when you did. My heartfelt thanks~ These Vagrants have got some nerve looking for trouble in Wildfire terri-"
"Shut it Sampo, this has "you" written all over it. Wildfire has countless issues on it's plate right now. We don't need a side order of Koski" Seele said.
"I hear a Silvermane Guard is paying the Underworld a visit... is that you?" Seele asked Bronya.
"You kidnapped me and brought me to the underground. What is the meaning of this?" Bronya said.
"My, my, even your counter self, you still like Bronya~" a familiar voice said.
All of them looked where the voice was coming from, a familiar h/c hair and e/c eyes appeared out of thin air as she waves at the group.
"Sorry I'm late." Y/n gave them a small smile.
"Did you just appered out of nowhere?!" March exclaimed.
"Where did you go?" Dan Heng asked Y/n.
"I got bored and wanted to explore. You humans are so boring, I wonder why Kiana wanted to save humanity..." Y/n whispered the last sentence.
"So you know this little girl? I happend to save her from those vargrant." Seele said.
"It's you..." Bronya looked uneasy upon looking at Y/n, remembering what happend to her guards at their fight. Bronya shake her head.
"Nevermind." Bronya averted her eyes at Y/n, then she gaze at Seele. "You kidnapped me and bought me to the underground. What is the meaning?
"Hmph, listen to her. "What is the meaning of this?" ...She still thinks she's an Overworld princess. Do you know what's become of us down here while you live the easy life? Did you even consider the fate of the Undeworlders?" Seele asked Bronya.
"The Silvermane Guards aren't "living the easy life." We are constantly engaged with the enemy, defending Belobog from the scourge of attacking monsters... And protecting all those above and below the surface." Bronya said.
"Hah, do you even hear yourself? You? Protect the underground? Redeploying every Guard to the surface, sealing off the only passageway... Protecting the so-called Architects, more like it." Seele said.
"The Madam Guardian has her reasons..." Bronya said.
"Hmph, Enough talk, you're coming with me. Chief Oleg wants to see you, and he's got more than a few questions." Seele said.
"Perfect, Miss Seele! We were just on our way to pay Chief Oleg a visit ourselves. Room for a few more?" Sampo asked.
"Fully booked." Seele said. She shifts her gaze at the trio. "...Who are they?"
"I'm Stelle." Stelle introduced herself to Seele.
"...What good is your name by itself!" Seele said.
"Well its this: The chief's in the market fo specific talent, an urgent request. So i'm taking them to see him..." Sampo explained.
"We're looking for a Stellaron, it's the source of all the disasters here. If we find it, we can-" March was cut off by Sampo.
"Ahaha- ahem! I would recommend you not recite your story to everyone you meet. Miss Seele won't understand it anyway, so let's save it for the chief, huh?" Sampo said.
"You're right. I don't understand it, and I don't plan on passing the message on either. Wildfire's encountered trouble at the Great Mine, the chief's busy. If you really want to find him, come look for me at the mine entrance. I'm leaving." Seele left the place.
Y/n, Stelle, March, Dan Heng, and Bronya went to find Seele at the entrance of the Great Mine. The five of them went searching for Seele, Y/n was the one who found her first.
"Hey, you came. That was fast." Seele said.
"What is Wildfire doing in the mine?" Y/n asked.
"Didn't I tell you? *sigh* Long story short. The underground used to have many mines. However, in recent years, some sort of corrosion called the "Fragmentum" started to spread, it's ruined a lot of mines. The one we're heading into is relatively unaffected. A bunch of vagrants made it their home after their old turf was consumed by the Fragmentum. Actually, most of them are pretty honest folks... But with such a large group, it's inevitable that troublemakers will find their way in. They've been stealing from the miners and picking fights. And that's not the worst of it. Things are much more serious this time... For two days now, huge clashes have been breaking out between the miners and the miners and the vagrants. It isn't pretty. Mines are our lifelines in the Underworld. We have to keep providing Geomarrow to the Overworld in exchange for supplies. In order to quell the situation, Chief Oleg brought Wildfire into the mine and left me in charge of security for the towns. But the situations in the mine is critical, I have to back him up." Seele explained.
"Understood, let's go." Y/n Said.
Seele looks at Bronya. "Oh, as for you... the Chief wil decide your fate when we see him.
"Good, I've been wanting to come face to face with the leader of the Underworld." Bronya said.
"Hmph, you're about to come fae to face with reality." Seele said.
"Can you two please stop flirting with each other." Stelle said.
"We're not flirting!" Both Bronya and Seele said.
"Right..." Stelle deadpanned at the two.
Second POV:
The six of them enter the Great Mine, March noticed a familiar doctor among the crowd. "Huh? Isn't that the doctor lady?" March said.
"What's Natasha doing here? Things must be worse than I thought." Seele said. All of them went to Natasha to ask what's the commotion is all about.
"Nat! I didn't think you'd be here. Where's Oleg?" Seele asked.
"Hey Seele, and... Sampo's guests. So, it looks like you've already met. i haven't seen Oleg. The miners sid they saw him take a group further in." Natasha said.
"These people..." Stelle gestures.
"Miners and their family members. They want an explaination from the instigators. This area up ahead is a vagrant dwelling, but they've sealed off the entrance. I guess they're afraid that angry miners might take revenge. *sigh* I heard that many were injured in the clashes, so I hurried over here to see if I could help." Natasha said.
"How could the siuation here become such a mess?" Seele asked.
"I heard that First Mining Team found a Geomarrow vein with incredible deposits... The initial estimate put it at the largest discovery in the last thirty years." Natasha explained.
"Are you serious? That's big news. How come I never heard about it?" Seele said.
"Well, they weren'tin a hurry to make it known. Most o the mines have been contaminated by the Fragmentum, many people are out o work. They were afraid of eing overwhelmed if they let the word out." Natasha said.
As Natasha continue discussing while others were listening, You got tired already even though you didn't do much. You try to stay awake but you took a quick nap but you hear a voice you haven't heard a long time.

Iron God Chapter 37 [Azvalath]
They all left Styzia together. It had seemed like a good idea until all of them were crammed together on the lift, halfway down the mountain, packed like pickled fish. Azvalath found himself sweating even though it was bitterly cold. "Lalek, can you bring us down any faster?"
"Not safely." Lalek sounded out of breath.
Channei groaned next to Azvalath. He shot her a glare. "Shut up. You could fly down and meet us at the bottom."
"I hate waiting." She fumbled with her ponytail. "This is terrible. I wanted to go with you and Kolo."
Azvalath raised an eyebrow. "Since when do you like going with me?"
Rizval giggled. "Don't fall for it, kittycat. She only wants to be with Kolo."
Channei elbowed Rizval. "Shut your trap."
Kolo looked up from where she sat with Ido and Dakko. "What's going on?"
"Have you not been paying attention?" Azvalath snapped. "Any of you? You're fussing about who's going where, but you're missing the point." He rubbed his forehead, then sighed. "Isn't it unusual that they're sending all of us out at the same time? Even Dakko and Ido?"
"Not missing anything. It's fairly obvious they're trying to keep us distracted." Channei crossed her arms. "Hey Ido, Dakko – you really have no ideas about what might've happened to Master Xigon?"
"What? You think it's contagious or something?" Ido half-laughed and half-yelled. "Probably not."
"What's contagious?" Azvalath pressed.
"Rager." Ido shrugged. "Master Qila said that's what made Haode sick and then broke his mind. Said Ami poisoned him."
"Well, if it's Rager, I can just destroy it." Kolo clenched her hand into a fist. "Wasn't hard that one time."
Ido froze up and went quiet.
Dakko shifted. "You're not thinking what I think you are, are you, Ido?"
"I...whatever." Ido looked down. "I'm trying not to be angry anymore. It's Ami who ruined all our lives. But I..."
Azvalath crouched down to Ido's level. "Hey. Spit it out."
"If Kolo's right about destroying Rager, maybe she really could have saved Haode." The boy tensed up. "What if she did?"
"No." Dakko shook his head. "Those wounds were never going to heal."
"You're probably right, Dakko." Azvalath nodded. "And Ido, I doubt Haode suffered much. It was probably a huge relief for him."
"In any case, why would I want to help him?" Kolo scoffed. "He treated you two like punching bags and almost killed Channei. And even if he hadn't, I'm sick of people trying to make me theirs."
Ido leaned his head into his knees. "Yeah, I guess."
Azvalath met Kolo's eyes. "I wouldn't have let him take you either."
Kolo huffed. "You weren't the first, you know." She smoothed her short white hair. "Hell, you weren't even the scariest."
Azvalath cocked his head. "Huh?"
"Never mind." Kolo stood up and looked down. "Hey, we're almost down!"
"Just a minute." Lalek paused to catch her breath, then lowered them the rest of the way. The platform thudded to the ground, jolting all of them. "Phew. My arms hurt."
Azvalath vaulted over the guardrail. One by one, his companions followed. "Any idea where we can find a bluehole to Morning, Jai-Lag?" He looked down at the sabretooth cat, who stared back at him with the silent judgment only a cat could muster. "What? I haven't been there in ages."
Kolo ran up next to him. "What's it like?"
Before he could answer, Channei gave Kolo a pat on the back. "Good luck. Don't you die out there, you hear me?"
"We won't," Azvalath assured.
"You'd better not." She elbowed Azvalath as she left them.
Rizval waved. "See you around."
Lalek picked Dakko up in one arm. Ido clung to her other sleeve, careful not to shock her.
Azvalath watched them all leave before turning back to Kolo. "Morning's beautiful," he told her. "I think you'll like it. But the masters said we're supposed to meet someone named Talin as soon as we get there, so I don't know how much we'll get to explore."
Kolo shrugged. "Who's Talin, anyway?"
"Don't know. Never met him." Azvalath noticed Jai-Lag walking away and started to follow her. He beckoned Kolo along. "We've got a few contacts in a few different places. Usually people we've helped before. But I never remember meeting a Talin."
"Hm." Kolo looked at her feet. "Maybe you met him and don't remember. Not impossible. I forgot a lot."
"Yes, but you..." Azvalath wasn't sure where he was going with that sentence, so he paused. "What happened to you, anyway? Did you ever find out?"
"Mm-hm." The girl hummed. "Kind of wish I hadn't."
He didn't know whether it would be wiser to press the matter or to remain silent, but curiosity got the better of him within seconds. "So what's the story?"
Kolo reached to scratch Jai-Lag behind the ear. "I don't want to talk about it right now."
Azvalath found himself unable to accept that answer. After all he'd gone through, he couldn't simply remain ignorant about the one he'd fought so hard to bring to his side. "Now tell me the story."
Kolo ran up next to Azvalath and punched his arm. He recoiled with a yelp.
She cleared her throat. "Once upon a time, there was a cat who thought the world was flat. So he tried to push everything off the edge. All he ended up doing was pushing things in big circles forever. He wasn't a very smart cat. The end."
Azvalath stared at her, dumbstruck.
Kolo looked back at him with the biggest shit-eating grin. "What? I told you a story, just like you said." She whacked his arm again, but not nearly as hard. "Now make a snow angel."
"I don't know what that is," he grunted.
"Fine." Kolo looked crestfallen for a second. Then she smiled again. "How about you learn to live a little? Come on. You can't tell me you've been trudging through snow for twenty-something centuries and you haven't ever played in it."
Jai-Lag veered off to the right. Azvalath sped his pace to follow her. "I'll be honest, I haven't really even thought about it." He looked up at the clouds. "Live a little? Feels like all I live for is a job well done. And even then –"
A snowball hit his shoulder with a thwump.
"Ow!" Azvalath exclaimed even though it didn't actually hurt. "What was that for?"
Kolo beamed. "Your turn."
"No." He turned around. "We have a job to do."
"Mm-hm." Kolo stooped down to wad up another handful of snow. She tossed it in the air, caught it in invisible hands, then threw it at Azvalath. It whizzed past his head and pelted the ground in front of him.
"You missed." Azvalath didn't turn to look at her.
"Yeah, and you're missing the point." Another snowball flew past his left ear.
Azvalath rubbed his eyes. "You're annoying."
"And you're broodier than a bird in the nest." Kolo sounded closer behind him than before. "Aza, come on. Throw one at me. We both know you want to."
Azvalath stopped, pinched the bridge of his nose, and sighed. "Fine. You're clearly not going to leave me alone if I don't."
Jai-Lag stopped, licked her paw, then watched.
Azvalath picked up a handful of snow and tried to pack it into a ball. Most of it crumbled between his fingers. What he ended up with wasn't even vaguely spherical, and he didn't so much throw it as simply drop it on Kolo's head.
Kolo giggled like a child. "Ah, you got me!" Then she met his eyes. "See, that was fun."
Azvalath felt what seemed like the first shred of warmth in a very long time. "Yeah." He managed an awkward half-smile. "It was."
The warmth lingered. It made every step feel lighter, soothed the ever-present ache in his bones. Jai-Lag finally brought them to a bluehole. The water, miraculously unfrozen, lapped at smooth gray cobbles on the shore. But before any of them could enter, Jai-Lag's head snapped up and to the left. Her ears stood erect.
"What's she doing?" Kolo asked.
Azvalath pressed a finger to his lips. "Shh. Listen a second." Sure enough, an unmistakable sound permeated the oddly stagnant air.
It was the sound of a crying child.
He and Kolo locked eyes for a second. Then she turned. "I think it's coming from over that way." She pointed over to a rock formation some ways down the shoreline.
Jai-Lag snarled. Her massive fangs glistened.
Azvalath nodded. The crying grew shriller, panicked, as if the child were being attacked.
All at once, they bolted in that direction. Azvalath stumbled over the stones and nearly twisted his ankle several times, but gods be damned – he was a monster, but not the kind of monster to ignore a child in need. Jai-Lag jumped up onto the formation, then down to the other side. Azvalath and Kolo ran around to join her.
What they found wasn't a child at all.
It was the black-and-white-haired woman who'd been with Ami before. She sat there leaned against the stone, mouth open, mimicking the sound of a child being attacked with uncanny perfection.
Magpie stopped, cleared her throat, then smiled and waved. "Hey there. Ami said she thought you were coming this way. You're going to Morning, right?"
Azvalath could only stare at her, speechless.
"Well, if you're going to Morning, there's something we thought you should know." Magpie scratched her head. "Ami and I were just there last week. So before you hop through that bluehole, remember – if you think you hear a screaming baby, don't go toward it. Understand?"
Kolo kicked a cobble. "What are you talking about?"
"The ones who try to be heroes are the ones who get brought home in pieces." Magpie stood up and brushed her coat off. "Gnarly. You'd best be cautious. And I'd best be going now. See you around."
Before Azvalath could ask what the hell Magpie was going on about, the woman took off into the woods. Kolo hunched slightly and rubbed her forehead. He looked down at her. "What's the matter?"
Kolo mumbled something.
Azvalath cupped a hand behind his ear. "What?"
"I swear, she looks really familiar." Kolo glanced back in the direction Magpie had fled. "Like...from before I lost everything." She shook her head. "Probably coincidence. Let's get going."
It was with profound dread that Azvalath followed Kolo and Jai-Lag into the depths.

World of Whim 10
I don't know how much time had passed.....Nezumi put some blind fold on me! I heard a few different voices come and go so I guess she is hiding who she is working with. I can't even tell if she is here or not....I then heard someone show up. (???) "I have finished up adding some blockades, may I ask why you wanted them set up?". I wish I knew who this guy was....if I could hear one of his songs then maybe I could tell. (Nezumi) "Simple to force her allies to fight their way over here. Those two failures from before tried taking them on alone and failed, personally I plan on wearing them out first!". Darn it, if only I could inform Ruby and Kazuya! (???) "I see, need me to hang around?" (Nezumi) "Nah I should be able to beat the duo on my own plus you have a concert with Reaper to prepare for!" I heard one of them walk off..."Don't worry I won't hurt you I just want to take out the pair who helped you out!".
-The next day at school Ruby brought in a folder of pictures- I wanted to make a case to the student council president. I am sure if we show them a bit of commitment they will at least consider letting us start a club despite the limited members. (Boy) "Hey Ruby how is the club members search going?" (Ruby) "Pretty good haha, we have 3 and a potential 4th so far and a tonne of pictures!". I showed him all the pictures, he seemed to admire the different scenes we were able to capture. As we arrived at class Melanie was getting shouted at probably due to the class skipping yesterday. Today class felt slower due to how I just wanted to get to a break time to get an appointment with the student president! -Ding Dong- Phew finally we can go and make our case....suddenly Melanie grabbed my arm!
(Kazuya) "Hey what are you doing?" she didn't seem like she was being aggressive so I got Kazuya to back down! (Melanie) "Sorry for this....I um saw Maria get attacked at the park last night!". (Ruby) "Are you being serious? was it a guy with a sword?" (Melanie) "No...it was aaaaagh an a..a...arrow". Why was she in so much pain as she said this...is this what happens when someone witnesses the mysterious powers of this world? (Ruby) "I think we should go help her" the issue was we still hadn't trained....not to mention we hadn't tried making our case to the student council. (Ryuto) "Hmm are those pictures for our club?" I nodded, "Then how about I go make the case then, a senior such as myself may be more influencing to them. Just be careful out there" (Ruby) "Thank you Ryuto, we will try our best" I handed him the pictures and left!
Me and Melanie made our way over to the park while Kazuya went over to my place to get Naoh! He was faster than me and knew where I lived not to mention I was yet to visit this park so needed Melanie to show me how to get there. As we arrived the place was full of people...it looked like certain paths were being barricaded. (Ruby) "Was it like this when you were here before?" (Melanie) "It was being set up....why is this happening?" (Ruby) "It's hard to explain, you can leave if you want but if you come with us stay out of danger". She looked confused but I had an idea of how she felt, after a bit Kazuya and Naoh joined us. There was no time for explanations so we just walked into the park and then! (Music) "La la laaaaa la la" at this point I knew what came next everyone started to transform....Melanie didn't though!

OC Interview -- Graz'zt Tenar'ri (2/4)
This is a continuation from yesterday so, enjoy! 💙✨
Well, Sylvas is definitely an interesting personality, but so is our next guest-- a Lord of the Sith known best for his clever machinations and unending love for his daughter. Give him a warm welcome~
(Screenshots by me 💕✨)
► Name? ➔ The corner of his mouth twitches as he rights the seat, Sylvas left it askew, and finally sits down comfortably to answer. “Graz’zt Tenar’ri-- although I’m mostly known just as Lord Graz’zt. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Bagel.”
► Are you single? ➔ He blinks surprised. “Right to the point, huh? It’s complicated… but I’d say no.”
► Are you happy? ➔ “I’m comfortable, no pressing emergencies”
► Are you angry? ➔ He leans a bit propping his chin on hand. “Should I be?”
► Are your parents still married? ➔ His eyes harden a bit as he retreats back into the seat “They were, but they passed within few years from each other-- doubt the arrangement would stay up after that”
NINE FACTS
► Birth place ➔ “Dromund Kaas, about half an hour travel from Kaas City in Tenar’ri Estate”
► Hair color ➔ He wraps the small braid from the side of his head around his finger “Black. Mostly, there’s some graying happening here and there”
► Eye color ➔ “Gold, as you can see” He smiles lightly to himself.
► Birthday ➔ “3rd day of 9th month”
► Mood ➔ “I’m better now” He shifts a bit to sit with one leg over the other and leans back more comfortably.
► Gender ➔ “Male”
► Summer or winter? ➔ “I like winter, not that Dromund Kaas gets actual snow but the temperature is much more tolerable then”
► Morning or afternoon? ➔ “I’m very much a morning person, so morning-- I like watching sunrises with a tea before tackling work”
EIGHT THINGS ABOUT YOUR LOVE LIFE -- He picks up a cup of tea from the table beside his seat “This will be interesting…”
► Are you in love? ➔ He just smiles into the tea “Yes”
► Do you believe in love at first sight? ➔ “No, not really. Love is slow and patient and then hits you like a train. I would know” He takes a sip.
► Who ended your last relationship? ➔ He sighs and sets the tea down. “Until recently-- I thought a successful attempt on their life. Considering one of my rivals, now deceased, forwarded the evidence it was by his ‘design’, low blow even for him. But they are alive, just decided to drop, wisely, from the grid for the time being. We will have a conversation about it, but I’m glad to see them in one piece all the same.”
► Have you ever broken someone’s heart? ➔ He chuckles. “I wouldn’t be surprised, considering my youth”
► Are you afraid of commitments? ➔ “Not really. No”
► Have you hugged someone within last week? ➔ He smiles and his eyes seem to shine brighter for few moments “So that’s the reason why Rev-” he cuts himself off, “Sylvas ran out and decided to jump me backstage, everything’s becoming clear. But besides that? Yes. My daughter. When she’s around, she hugs me, and vice versa, at least once a day”
► Have you ever had a secret admirer? ➔ “Not that secret, but yes, it happened a few times” He nods reaching back for the tea.
► Have you ever broken your own heart? ➔ “I very nearly did-- but let’s continue” He inclines with his head, closing the topic.
SIX CHOICES
► Love or lust? ➔ “Lust is a younger man’s game-- so love, most definitely. They usually are a package deal through.
► Lemonade or ice-tea? ➔ “I probably would vastly prefer a hot tea” He inclines with his steaming cup “But lemonade is enjoyable”
► Cats or dogs? ➔ “Cats” He smiles to himself, as if to a private joke.
► A few best friends or many regular friends? ➔ “Few best friends-- keeping the trusted circle as small as possible”
► Wild night out or romantic night in? ➔ “I can be persuaded to a wild night out-- but I’d stay in, make dinner, all that” His smile turns wistful at the end.
► Day or night? ➔ “I would say night, I tend to not work too long into the night, to keep it a time for rest without additional worrying. Or at least I try to.”
FIVE FOUR HAVE YOU EVERS
► Been caught sneaking out? ➔ “Not really, I kept sneaking out to a minimum-- usually to the in-estate library when I was young”
► Fallen down/up the stairs? ➔ His eyes narrow “No. I did not”
► Wanted something/someone so badly it hurt? ➔ “I… yes”
► Wanted to disappear? ➔ “I’m a father and a Sith I can’t just disappear”
FOUR PREFERENCES
► Smile or eyes? ➔ “Smile, but I appreciate both”
► Shorter or taller? ➔ He chuckles softly into his tea. “I’m 6’ 5”. Taller would be hard-- so shorter it is”
► Intelligence or attraction? ➔ “Both most definitely-- attraction is important but it’s the rest that makes it work. For me at least.”
► Hook-up or relationship? ➔ “I’ve had my fair share of hook-ups, but I vastly prefer relationships at this point”
FAMILY
► Do you and your family get along? ➔ “Me and my daughter get along swimmingly, thank you”
► Would you say you have a ‘messed up life’? ➔ “My life’s… pretty standard as Sith go, so no, not really”
► Have you ever ran away from home? ➔ “Crossed my mind a few times but I wasn’t about to do it to my mother only to spite the father-- but getting to leave for my apprenticeship was so much better in the end.”
► Have you ever got kicked out? ➔ “No”
FRIENDS
► Do you secretly hate one of your friends?➔ “No, I don’t think so. Wouldn’t be much of a friend then, honestly” He smirks.
► Do you consider all your friends good friends? ➔ “It’s a tight circle, so yes”
► Who is your best friend? ➔ “Darth Vowrawn actually, you might know him. We go way back”
► Who knows everything about you? ➔ “I, hah. My daughter probably, and Vowrawn as well. Those two known me for the longest after all.”
“That’s all of them? Well, it was a pleasure. Truly-- now I have a question. Are you really a Darth or is it just a moniker?...” Music cuts into the footage, Bagel, and Graz’zt shake hands, or rather Graz’zt has to bend down a bit to do so-- and smile. Eventually, he says something with a wink that makes Bagel blush furiously and shoo him to the backstage, but they are smiling all during.
