So the doctor was Dr. Maude Bellanger for all my surgeries. And I am quite happy indeed.

Ah, okay I use the word "ejaculation" a little loosely. So you don't have actual ejaculate like a cis male. My "ejaculate" is actually from the skenes glands which make a clear liquid. People all have these glands they keep your urinary tract clean. So I do not actually ejaculate, I apologize that wording can be misleading. But when I actually push when having an orgasm and I guess have the skenes liquid come out more during an orgasm. It does feel good, but I apologize it is not actually ejaculation, it just helps me feel better calling it that in all honesty.

Some people have more active skenes glands than others, so it can vary amounts person to person.

I hate my small penis.

I'm 23 and have been struggling since I hit puberty, about 10 years ago. It's short and thin: 14 cm x 10.5 cm. It might seem normal, but it's not. If it were the same length but a bit thicker, I think I could accept it more. But in its current state, I just can't, and it makes me miserable.

Also, I fall under the asexual spectrum, and I think I’m probably demisexual. That said, I don’t think I could have sexual partners now or in the future either.

I can't have a satisfying sex life: I can't maintain long-lasting erections, and the few times I ejaculate, I don't shoot with the same force most men do. I can't have orgasms, and honestly, I could go on.

Often, I can't even look at myself in the mirror, I can't touch my penis, not even to pee or wash myself. I try not to look at it, and I get annoyed by the involuntary erections.

I had a boyfriend for two years, but I couldn't enjoy oral sex, and I couldn't be a good bottom like all the other guys with small penises. I dated a guy for two months, and he never touched my penis. He liked bigger ones.

Because yeah, that's just how it is. People like big dicks: they're more attractive, more satisfying to suck, and to take in the ass. Small ones might be fun once or twice, but then people feel the need for something bigger.

Plus, I'm not into humiliation. I can't get off on feeling humiliated, unlike most (if not all) other guys with small penises. I'm thinking of trying penis extenders, like the Phallosan Forte, get over this huge problem. I hope I can find a job; it'd be the first thing I'd buy.

I cry every day at this point, I can't take it anymore.

for people who are considering going on T to get bottom growth: you cant really only get /some/ of the effects (to my knowledge), youd have some of the other effects as well, some of which are permanent. if youre fine with that then get on T the world is your oyster. however i think you could also just get phalloplasty if you wanted a dick

On the subject of hormones being slippery little buggers, I have a lot of issues with hormonal birth control. And people would ask me “why don’t you just get a tubal ligation?” And I’m like oh. You mean why don’t I “just” get an expensive and invasive surgery that most doctors will not perform because they are “uncomfortable” with it, and which certainly won’t be covered by my insurance?
