ようやく決断しました 📷 私が中学生の頃に父が購入したSuper-Aというカメラを使い始めて以来、デジタルになって*istDs、K-7、K-70というふうにずっとPENTAXのカメラを使い続けてきました。しかしこれは特にPENTAXの絵作りが好きだとか、愛着があるとかそういうことではなくて、単に手持ちのレンズをそのまま使いたいという、いわゆるマウント縛りに過ぎなかったのです。残念ながらキヤノン、ソニー、ニコンという現在の一流メーカーの製品群と比較すると、性能的には周回遅れと言わざるを得ないところがありますので、いつかは乗り換えたいと思っていたものの中途半端にあるレンズ資産が足かせとなっていたわけです。 しかし最近、使っていたK-70の調子が色々と悪くなってきて、7年ほど使ってきたのでそろそろ買い替えてもいいだろうと思っていたのですが、さすがにもうPENTAXには見切りをつけるべき時期が来…

If you are than there isn't much you can do but adjust your exposures, if you aren't, you will get better results with RAW and use of the histogram. Oh, and I second the "are you shooting RAW" statement. True? I don't know, they seem to be a dying breed of holdouts each year. But for a long time, and still today, many wedding photographers claim to prefer film for it's highlight details. Personally, I haven't noticed any major difference in slide film and digital, but I should note that while I have used the DSLR extensively outdoors in rather neutral lighting, this is the first winter it is seeing snow, and the dynamic ranges associated with near pure white (especially fresh mountain snow). 2 stops over mid tone for digital highlights seems right. Typically digital can pull more detail from the shadows than from blown out highlights. Best best is to watch your histogram (including the individual channels RGB) and make sure nothing is clipped. Sensors DSLR manufacturers concentrated on dynamic range, which would increaseĭigital never was promoted as having a high dynamic range. I really wish that instead of adding more pixels to the Manufacturers have it as well, but it seems that Pentax DSLRs exhibit this IĪlso think that this issue is not limited to Pentax. I see on this site exhibit the dynamic range problems I am talking about. I know this is a relatively inexpensive DSLR,īut are the later offerings from Pentax any better?
