posting this again because I remembered while in the shower last night that another thing that helps with the back hunching is using your glutes, esp while standing. your glutes are massive muscles that should be doing a fair amount of your weight carrying, and if you actively try to remember to engage them while standing and walking it really helps your back; which means you’re less tempted to hunch over

finally finished this custom requested Digital Scream & ASD combo build 🔊😵💕

this project is significant not because of what it is, but what it represents to me personally. the person who asked for this build has been waiting over 3 months for me to finish it and my executive dysfunction along with my depression kept me from doing much of anything for that time. completing this has helped remind me those states aren’t permanent, much as they can feel like it. the other thing this build has helped me with is being made aware of how patient some people can be. and I need to give myself a break and not be so paranoid that everyone is constantly disappointed with me for what I lack. it’s been a long time since I’ve made a Digital Scream at all so the insides are messier than I’m used to, but that’s okay, cause so am I.
