i think the main difference between izuku and ochako when it comes to their villains is the fact that izuku's focus is to SAVE shigaraki, while ochako willingly wants to REACH OUT AND ACTIVELY UNDERSTAND himiko.

izuku doesnt really bother to understand shigaraki as he is only fuelled by the desire to save the inner child in him, but ochako? ochako willingly says that she wants to touch the sadness in toga, to understand her view of the world and understand what made her become like this, she is so willing to do this that she even proposes giving her a lifetime's worth of blood?

That would literally sound like a proposal of marriage to himiko.

I’ll join you on the hill of unpopular Snily opinions. They were terrible to each other - him because he had no knowledge of how to be a good friend and her because deep down she didn’t particularly want to be once she got to Hogwarts and met other magical kids. I don’t think Lily was all that great tbh from the little we get of her, and think it’s pretty tragic that Severus was so love deprived that he hangs everything on to a relationship in which he’s treated…with a fair amount of disdain? Even in early childhood before his politics become a far more supportable reason for her contempt? But them not being soulmates doesn’t make it any less important, because the details of their friendship don’t really matter. What’s important is that the experience of Severus loving someone transformed him, and allowed him to claw his way to some sort of moral framework despite never having received any sort of guidance.

i love the parallels in married in red cause we see bok-su ruin da jeong choi's life, the exact way she destroyed bok-su's. and we also see bok-su and da jeong choi say the same dialogues after being framed for the mistake/murder.

and dan myeong-hoon's name being hidden by the blood in the wedding board after da jeong choi runs away from the scene in a panic!!!!

bonus points for this amazing scene

its just so amazing, seeing da jeong choi in a state of panic in her bloody wedding dress where the blood is off her groom, as she thought she could run away from atonement and her saying the same dialogue as what bok-su said after being framed.

also its the fact that she can't escape from atonement at all, cause if she tries telling the truth by saying bok-su is the actual murderer, the motive of said murder will be questioned and da jeong choi has to come clean about the fact its her who made that medicial error and that she blamed bok-su and also destoryed her life.

its also sad knowing dan myeong-hoon got murdered while also being branded as a cheater when he was literally so in love with da jeong choi.

i love seeing bok-su slowly realize how shes not satisifed with da jeong choi facing atonement, in all the endings, we see bok-su never be satisfied. shes either killed, arrested or frames da jeong choi and still not satisfied.

my take on this is cause she still takes the oath that many medicial students take, to save lives. we see her even say it to da jeong choi, saying do you still save lives. the fact she killed someone is probably haunting her right now. she wanted to save lives and become a doctor, but in the end she killed an innocent man in the sake of atonement.

she realizes in the end shes doing just what da jeong choi did. its a full circle.

I don’t want a quick healed relationship between Agatha and Rio, I don’t want them to just forgive and forget. This is centuries of built up pain and grief and anger, it’s going to hurt, wounds are going to reopen, they’re ALWAYS going to be each other’s scars- and whilst scars can fade with time, they never really go away. It’s not going to be something that goes away with a kiss, they love each other but love is not enough to heal this sort of grief that they need to individually work through. i WANT to see them together, but I don’t want it to just jump to a happy ending, I want to watch them try to heal together, to scream and cry and fight. And we might never get to see that, neither the happy ending or the attempt of healing- because we don’t know where they’ll go from here or if we’ll get any more explanation or another season, but whether it’s fanfic or art , i NEED this ship

We need more Ghost Hotel Aoinene angst. There’s so much potential here, with them being friends (or even girlfriends) while Aoi was alive and then Nene going through the whole process of mourning her, only to find her again when she stumbles upon the hotel. People usually focus on Mitsukou, HanaNene, and Terukane(aoi) when it comes to this au and I totally get that but c’mon, Aoinene shippers!! We need to get our heads in the game

She has managed thus far to keep her continued existence a secret from her younger brother because, quote, “why would I want to talk to that @$$&*!€?!” During the establishment of “Silas Birchtree’s” cult, Diane meets Estela De La Cruz, a scrappy young woman out to collect money Silas stole from her brother, who is in prison and owes money to some dangerous people. Emmaline Butternubbins and Estela help Diane put an end to BillVille, but Estela is killed by Bill/Silas in the process. She allows Diane to possess her body so she feels no pain upon her death, and the sudden, threatening shift in Estela’s demeanor disturbs Bill, but he can’t put his finger on why. Diane is in despair after Estela’s death, confiding to the Axolotl that she feels she is using people up to achieve her goals just like Bill, and wonders if the cycle will ever end. She can’t possibly win in the end; he only has to win once and it’s all over. The Axolotl presents her with an alternative: reincarnation as someone who would cross paths with Bill. She would be able to manifest her powers in the physical world, but she would have no memory of her previous life. Maybe it’s traitorous, an insult to their memory, to let go of all she has left, of all that is left of Euclydia. But the memories are too painful, and now she can have a new start, a new, loving family. And she’ll protect them no matter what.

in their final battle, they have THIS interaction omg. toga asks if she has a cute smile, and ochako tells her she's the cutest in the whole world. im devastated

but they've been fighting to the death this whole time, and ochako gets like severely injured. as in, she's bleeding out and is about to die. but toga doesn't want ochako to die, so guess what she decides to do 😖 she drinks some of ochako's blood to turn into her, then gives ochako all of her blood in order to save her

but ofc this means that toga will die instead. ochako tries to stop her, but toga won't let her. this is her final act of expressing her love towards ochako. and it BREAKS MY HEARTTTT
