cursed cookies for MCC day! they are Extra Scuffed for MCC Scuffed. my sibling helped decorate, the shrek ones and the last parrot were decorated by her, while the cursed blob-bird (according to my dad it looks like a slime from Slime Rancher, my sibling says it looks like Peppa Pig lol), the flamingo-parrot, the incredibly cursed “horse-dragon with lipstick and too many teeth”, and the other randomly decorated ones were done by me

I wanted to do some cyan and blue ones for the Cyan Coyotes and the Blue Bats, who I am also rooting for though not watching live, but unfortunately I had no blue food coloring so I couldn’t make any blue or cyan icing. One of them has cyan sprinkles tho :D

Eyyyy our "ghost" hamster Misdreavus finally made an appearance!!! 🥰 Only a short bit of handling, so I didn't think to grab a pic. But I had poked a little into what I thought might be a burrow entrance and after a minute, she came out!!

Came straight to the front, let me pick her up & take her to see Jack, walked around a little & took an almond slice, then I took her back and gave her a piece of walnut too. She didn't seem bothered at all, went straight to grabbing seed mix. 💜 Very happy to see her again & that she's got such a calm temperament. She's a lovely lil ham, and she looks great!

Hermittober Day 3: Cookie

Scar sits atop his beautiful, fully lit-up cookie in the sky, watching the wanna-be Sherlock make his way along the cookie trail. He looks so small and cute down there, with a little smile of glee popping onto his face every time he spots another cookie. And even though this whole debacle was never supposed to happen, Scar is enjoying it. This enigma born of dyslexia has carefully plotted a puzzle to lead the little detective astray, and he smirks thinking of all the wild goose chases he can create next. Perhaps the Jangler will go down in history as a menace even greater than the Jingler.

And so the trickster baits more cookies.

Scar fills the last barrel full of elven kisses, meaning that the cookie shop can finally, finally open for business. It’s been many hours of building, curing and re-curing villagers that just didn’t want to stay human, and removing that disgusting magenta terracotta. Burns the eyes, that stuff. And yet, as he steps back to admire the cherry blossoms floating down from the tree that stretches over the factory, Scar smiles at the thought. The pink tree idea was never supposed to happen, but Ren’s prank led the build in a different direction and Scar is very pleased with the result. The life of the factory, the beauty of the landscaping, and the deliciousness of the cookies have all made this a magical place and he’s sure the stock will soon be flying off the shelves.

And so the elf bakes more cookies.

Scar fires a shot at Ren and BigB in the distance. It doesn’t hit them, but if it had, who cares? He has no qualms about putting himself and Grian in danger; that relationship has already been broken. And just to make sure Grian knows he knows, he tosses a few cookies in Grian’s direction. “I made them. They’re for your secret soulmate.” Secret, as if. At least Scar made it clear from the beginning that Jellie was his true soulmate. But even that denial of his bond with Grian was never supposed to happen - they were supposed to be friends, partners, allies. Isn’t that what soulmates are? Or are they just two people pretending they’re meant to be together, when that could only happen in a different life? Oh well. In this life, Ren and BigB have decided to take action, and Scar grins, laughing as he runs across the plains. And as he slows down, their pursuers having given up, he reaches for the remaining cookies in his pocket and crumbles them between his fingers. Betrayal or not, he intends to have some good times.

And so the soulmate breaks more cookies.
