🥡umm im not sure what counts as transid gear, but i do have a transid badge and also gyaru clothes and makeup that helped me transition into gyaru. i also dye my hair black to look more asian! (sorry if i mixed up something i just don't really understand what that means)

HI! I'm the one who sent the really long Cryptoid/Morphs ask before!

So, on the idea of eggs I was thinking... seekerling eggs naturally have the spark in them. And the energon goop. And a (developing) body. Which meets the requirements for the cybermorphs. So I was thinking... the seeker eggs still happen, but within the seekerling in another smaller egg that is of morph origin. The seekerling forms about halfway (first trimester done) before the morph starts doing their thing. It hatches inside the seekerling, and sense it's half developed, it's really easy for the morphling to take over its processor. So kinda like the parasoid wasps idea. In the second trimester of development, the seekerlings are fully taken over, resulting in a sort of blobby, wiggly, kinda looks like a blood filled tick, mess of a baby. In the final trimester, the egg hatches. And requires a full grown host. So, really becomes like the parasoid wasps. Instead of just taking over the tanks of a bot, they slowly devower the inside of the bot, but pilot it with hormones. And the bot acts all the same as normal. Like... doesn't die, feels insatiable hunger? Some random cramps or whatnot from their chassis, but otherwise is fine. Even better if the morphlings have the ability to produce that numbing agent (the one in exploded seekerling eggs) inside their host; preventing the host from even noticing their impending doom. And the pheromones to the processor ensure the host feels undying loyalty to the nest queen, while also ensuring they are relaxed enough not to worry about their frame's internal torment.

Pretty good? I like this AU a lot.

This is brilliant but there's a couple things I wanna bring up

In this scenario, there's 2 separate, individual embryos inside the eggs, with the cybermorph devouring/fusing with it's sibling. It's a really cool idea but doesn't really make sense with the idea of the sire seeker fertilizing the cybermorph eggs. Like, in that situation there'd only be one embryo unless they split into twins, so consider 👀 this happens in reverse. The morphling taking over the seekerling happens if a cybermorph fertilizes a seeker egg. A separate cybermorph embryo is implanted into the seeker egg, and excess genetic code also creates a baby seekerling (or maybe the cynermorph sire has straight up stolen already fertilized eggs and is using them to give their offspring an edge. Idk). That's where the terrifying little bloodbag baby comes from! The resulting baby is a lot more heavily skewed toward their sire's original biology, as their genetic code is significantly more dominant and voracious in this situation

But in the reverse, i.e. a seeker fertilizing otherwise-sterile cybermorph eggs (like what's going on with Megatron and Starscream), they make a single embryo per-egg when they're still in-utero. The resulting mecha is a much more balanced version--possibly the only ones that are flight capable. There's a lot of crossover, but while the first ones are silent killers that keep their hosts numb from the inside, the second ones are a lot more violent.

Hear me out 👀 both varieties of vosimorphs pilot their hosts. (I'm calling seeker-cybermorph hybrids vosimorphs. At least the ones descended from Vos and are therefore more inclined to incredible speed. Ones from Helexian seeker are Helemorphs [pronounced heal-e-morphs) or just straight up Helmorphs [hell-morphs lol]). But while the first version pilots them quietly and flies under the radar, the second version is a lot more aggressive. The embryo anchors itself into direct control lines of the nervous system, and something about them lets them infect and take over the processor. It starts to rot and rust: the host gets increasingly more irritable, angry, violent, reclusive. Think like an animal infected with rabies. They decline rapidly, because these bitties do the vast majority of their development in their eggs. What do they need the hosts for? Good question! I have no idea other than psych horror is fun 😌 maybe it's just an instinctual thing, but anyway! The more balanced vosimorphs take over the host's processor and vause rapid decline, making them devour any and all energon in sight, maybe even driving them to cannibalism if other fuel isn't readily available.

When it's time for the newborn to break free, they take their host, now reduced to a thoughtless zombie, somewhere high up--a building, a cliff, a bridge, it doesn't matter--and take a leap, letting gravity take them. It's an instinctual thing, the feel of falling and the call of the sky lets the baby know it's time. They emerge from the back rather than the chassis, like a butterfly emerging from their chrysallis, right before their host hits the ground.
