im finally doing another overdesigned merfolk and i have to pick a name for it orz

i wanted to do another slug based merm like plum so this ones an alabaster nudi (*^^*)

#oc corner #cliff png #scheduling this then reblogging a few things and going to sleep (hopefully)#ill get the tail and everything together later....#little notes: i did not want to draw all of the twists. apologies #canonical reason is it gave up halfway through twisting its hair just like i did #also unlike most merfolk it wasnt born with markings/patterns so its are scarred into its skin and are sometimes painted over #i couldnt decide which color scheme i liked more so now its scale and fin colors change depending on the season #last two things: the antennae on its head move and curl (as do the little tendrils on its ears) and its palms have a jelly like feel #(almost like the beans on plums hands but a bit squishier)#bare chest

A couple of years ago I wanted to start doing a minecraft monday thing where I post screenshots and/or a little doodle of my minecraft shenanigans every monday, but health and lack of time got in the way. Last year I posted some screenshots of the house I built on this world, and now I want to start my minecraft monday idea up again! ok i got excited and did mockups. screenshot source is dollightful’s recent gen 1 to gen 3 comparison video which is super cool and useful!! because the eye shape is mostly out of my control i’m thinking about adding in thick black lines to mimic my drawing style and bring it back to something that looks like i made it, which i think could look super cool! not sure if i want eyelashes on her or not. i’m prrrrrobably gonna have to reroot bc cleo’s hair has a lot of blue in it and her base hair doesn’t dye well from what i’ve read. then i get to try to figure out styling!!

#wip #sal cereza #i actually secured a ride to go to the store & pick up a doll and supplies so now i'm For Real Planning #this spring break! god willing and the creek don't rise! aaa!!!!#so i'll do air dry clay for the nose and i've seen repaint videos where folks change a happy expression to a dour one by painting #lower on the lip mold to counteract the upturn. which means i'll probably have to figure out a lip shade #but i have to mix a skin tone for the nose anyway so i'll just go a little darker than that i think #this is gonna be a lot more subdued than most of the customs i watch bc sal is like. light futch #and i like very simple cartoony eyes #she doesn't like makeup it feels weird. she doesn't like a lot of femme clothing bc it's too tight or the fabric is uncomfortable #she has already nailed down the textures she likes THANKYOU!!#a bit of mascara and earrings and that's as much as she's doing #i want to do multiple clothing sets also #one sleeveless turtleneck to go under her jacket #one regular turtleneck to just wear #and one with a ripped up sleeve for the Fungits Arm #then a pair of corduoroy pants and a skirt #also planning to just paint her hands black for the gloves #but since MH hands are removable - i think? - i want to sculpt an alt fungits hand #THIS IS. VERY INVOLVED FOR A FIRST TIME.#i am planning to Dream Big and accept cutbacks #shoes are gonna be a pain probably #i'll see what i can mod from what the doll comes with #sculpt out of clay if all else fails?

I, for one, cannot BELIEVE that I've not found a Single Windows of Opportunity fic about Teal'c and Jack double teaming the daylights out of daniel, it seems so obvious to me

#the foundations are all there!!#maybe im jist not looking hard enough but i fear straying too far from ao3s beautiful tagging and sorting system- call me apoiled as it may-#-very well be true #anyways im just THINKING here. its been a Long l o n g couple dozen loops and theyve very well exhausted their juggling and crafting and #gate-golfing. and while theyre Trying to focus on getting this translation work Done and Over with its alwaya the same!#daniels voice takes on the same inflections. his eyebrows have shot up his forehead the same way each time either of them-#-correct him on a word or phrase and his hands have flapped helplessly and indignantly the same every time J a c k of all people starts-#-lecturing him about the minute differences between This Meankng and That #and of course ot becomes imposible to not notice- after a couple dozen more loops- that as they start to speak the language better-#-and more confidently; that daniel blushes the same. excuses himself to the restroom the same. but the time gets decidedly longer. and jack-#-figures that means hes gone from taking deep breaths to get it under control and to wrap his mind around it the first couple times-#-to not even having the mental fortitude to withstand another hour of hearing them speaking that latin derivative near Perfectly. He's not-#-just flustered. he's getting off. which then Teal'c may point out that he would not do so lightly; he would have to be severely impaired-#-by his arousal to not be able to simply power through it. And isnt that just Something. Theyd consider it for a while (meaning jack shrugs-#-and tealc raises an eyebrow conspiritorily) and by the next loop; once they reach the point daniel has to excuse himself; jack stops his-#-retreat with two arms around his waist from behind. tealc aids with a hand on his shoulder and another low on his hip from the front and-#-daniel gives a half hearted effort at releasing hinself from their loose grasp before resigning with a sigh; 'you know exactly what i was-#-going to do. dont you?' he asks; somewhat still in awe from the Looping Concept but mostly in utter embarasment. teal'c inclines his head-#-with a knowing smirk just barely playing at his lips but having a Feild Day in his eyes; 'we had an inclination'. Jack is already swaying-#-his hips in gentle circles against daniels ass; telling him how agrivating it is that daniel gets to get off every other loops or so but-#-he has to be zapped back into the commisary with blue balls because he just csnt help getting hard at the thought of daniel getting off-#-over something he did. and because there are no consequences and Jack is actually rather frustrated; he allows himself the luxery of-#-talking dirty into the soft skin of daniels neck; getting lost in the babble of his own words 'Ive learned to draw and paint; took up-#-pottery and guitar and golf and ive damn near perfected every weapon theyll allow me on the range. but daniel-' he presses a devious kiss-#-right under his ear and daniel Shivers despite himself '-nothing ive learned holds a candle to finding out what gets you off'

I decided to test one of my chibi bases (mannequins), everything works like clock. I'm happy. Perhaps in the future I will make references for characters exactly like this, because I spend too much time on full-fledged refs.

So, yeah, this is a new character of mine that don't have a name yet.
