it looks like MIKE WARREN from GRACELAND has arrived in Blackpool. he looks like AARON TVEIT, and is THIRTY years old. i’ve heard rumors from around town that he can be IMPULSIVE, but I’ve also heard they can be PASSIONATE.

okay so after much debating with myself, i’m setting him at the end of season two because it’ll probably be the most angsty.

started off top of his fbi class, prospects to becoming high in the bureau, but he was sent away from dc to california where he was put in a house ( “graceland” ) to work under paul briggs and with other fbi and dea agents ( paige arken, johnny tuturro, charlie demarco, and dj jakes ). it is later revealed that he was sent there on a side assignment that was to investigate briggs.

by the end of season one, he’s returned to dc, going up the ladder, but he’s struggling with a case and paul called him and asked for help back on the east coast. eventually he found his way back into undercover work as the team investigates the solano ( family run drug cartel ) case. in helping paige with human traffic in line with the solanos he went undercover at the compound where the girls were being held. to continue the investigation, he covered up a murder of lina, who paige was close to.

during the raid of the compound, he’s nearly shot by sid ( a dirty cop ), but is stopped by paige in other agents under the assumption that it was a mistake. mike went on to investigate sid which continued to fail because sid had everything covered up and it only made sid want to get rid of him as a problem more. during a later raid on the solano household, sid shoots mike and pins everything on him.

dying and in hiding, mike called on paige to help and when she came to help, he revealed that lina was killed in his delirium. angry, paige told sid what hospital mike was at and sid went to go finish what he started. briggs arrived just as mike flatlined.

i’m setting him here right at the end of season two where he was between life and death. at first he thinks he’s dead and everything, but he’s got like the scar from the wound and the surgeries he’d gone through and has debated over the idea of being dead, but has figured out with talking to everyone else that this place isn’t an afterlife.

under a facade that he has to pretend to be normal, saying he’s looking for a way out of here too, he really just wants to stay. back at graceland, things are a mess and he’s likely to actually be dead. he worries about the others, but he knows they’re just safer without his mistakes hanging around them. he’s done with the secrets and the cover ups leading to nowhere.
