Satya and Sanjay have such a Mother Gothel dynamic to me because it's insane to me that Blizzard would casually reveal the fact that he's the one who told her Niran left and that he personally trained her since she graduated and then hardly elaborated about their personal interactions and how they feel about each other

i am a HATER, folks

first off, all the overwatch 2 female characters have more or less the same types of skinny and or muscular builds. the male ones do too, skinny and or muscular. mauga is *maybe* an exception here but he’s represented as extremely muscular more so than he is fat. he has chiseled abs. venture also isn’t fat.

ow1 is not blameless here. there’s a lot more skinny women than anything else, but they do have mei (who is hardly fat but isn’t the same as the rest) and zar who’s very muscular, but isn’t as chiseled as most characters are imo. which isn’t a lot. but it’s better than nothing, i guess

secondly there are two (2) primary silhouettes in overwatch 2. the sort of christmas tree silhouette and the double triangle silhouette. (i admit i probably fucked up the jq silhouette. idk she’s better) except for lifeweaver who has the upside down triangle. yes there are more characters in ow1 so the sample size is bigger, but ow2 has had plenty of chances to release a single character that’s different or an omnic or has good lore besides ram

ow1, is, admittedly, much of the same but there’s more upside down triangles (in hindsight i fucked up the mercy silhouette and it’s more of an upside down triangle than the one i drew) zen has a wild silhouette. torb is a square. junkrat is different, bas is pretty square. hammond is a CIRCLE, and so is hog, mostly. rein is square, winston is a triangle but it’s different than most, dva and orisa have atypical silhouettes. sigma is awesome. doom is different. there’s VARIETY.

i just want some characters with different body types and silhouettes is that too much to ask.
