But PRICE. He's 100% like "I am this Avenger's stay at home boyfriend." Embracing his Kenergy despite absolutely being a Barbie. You know Way of the Househusband? That's him. He can and will kick ass but he deeply enjoys getting to take care of his favorite Avenger in ways she absolutely will not do herself.

When I sent pictures of my silly cat cookies to the TOH Spanish group chat, just, you know, being silly, people asked me at what price I sold them and I was flabbergasted lmao.

But you know, I was considering it because it WOULD be nice to have some sort of income while I wait to see if the government guys will answer me already, damn it (we're at month 2 of a 2-4 expectation 💔). And my mother's boyfriend, who does not know this because I don't talk to him, not really, was deadass planning to see if I would be willing to sell him some cookies because I saved some for my mom and him and apparently he really liked them.

Kinda random but I’ve been thinking a lot about the main friend group in my Spider Daisey au

Specifically like, the week after the giant fight that lead to stuff like Daisey losing vision in one eye, Frank ending up in a wheelchair for a couple months, Howdy going to rehab, etc.

I keep thinking about how that affected them, considering they’re all teenagers in their junior year of high school

They’re all kids and they got put in a very traumatizing situation, so I keep thinking a lot about how they all handle the trauma they now have

Mostly Eddie, cause he doesn’t have any powers and he wasn’t trying to fight anyone. He was legitimately just there and he ended up with a bunch of trauma from seeing his friends and the boy he liked fighting and hurting each other, and he had to see his best friend that he just reconnected with basically almost die saving him and their friends

They have a support group and go to therapy, they deserve it :,)

I need to draw them just doing normal things and having fun, I’m going to scream- I need them to be happy 😭

They all definitely get therapy. But I think Eddie and/or Frank has the easiest time getting into therapy than Daisey bc they don't have juggle with a secret identity like Daisey does. Which I feel would make things difficult if I'm being honest!

Oh Eddie the poor soul. So my brain, upon reading this bit, had an angsty lil idea.

So Eddie was there for the big fight. And Malachite at some point during the fight, needs leverage bc mayhaps he's loosing a bit. So he targets Eddie. Things could go two ways, either Eddie is injured and Daisey (I can't spell their hero name rn sob) is just slightly too late but does get Eddie out of further harms way. Or Daisey takes the hit for Eddie and gets him outta there but know they're More Injured and Still Fighting and, in Eddie's mind, It's All His Fault.

So yeah there's a lil more Trauma for Eddie. One could perhaps swap Daisey for Frank and create Lover's Angst (except if I understand correctly they're not together yet? still works tho bc Eddie's down bad)

But Yes they all deserve Therapy and Healing <3

Alice got to open the place up this time, though first, I had her set the prices to “Sale” (aka 15% markup) down from the regular 25% markup. Why? Because they DO NOT need the money, and I wanted to see if stuff would sell faster if it was a little cheaper. She then got sent to have some zoomies to deal with her slowly-growing Fury (no wolfing out at work!) while Victor bunked down for a nap in the break room and Smiler went out to handle the sales floor (after consulting their future cube for advice, since I wanted them to do something while waiting for customers – “the cube abides,” apparently)! Amusingly, the very first Sim to show up for the day was L. Faba – guess she was tired of Morgyn getting all the attention whenever the gang visited the Magic Realm. XD (Which reminds me, I really gotta bind Victor’s dragon familiar to him already...) Anyway, after a bit of lag, Smiler was able to let off one of their patented vampiric happiness bursts for the incoming customers and chat with Catarina Lynx for a bit to try and convince her to buy stuff –

A decision that led to me transferring $40,000 of their household funds over to the store so I could upgrade the downstairs kitchen area with the best Schmapple fridges and ovens, and add a counter by the corner so I could put in a stand mixer, a waffle iron, and a pizza oven! All in the blue swatches, since I thought those looked nice. :) I then had Alice use the bulk food processors from Simsonian Library to process some potato flour so she could whip up a batch of dough –

-->Aaand suddenly EVERYONE WAS BUYING SHIT. Yeah, apparently cheaper prices DO encourage more sales. I quickly had Alice run up there to help Smiler with the initial rush (since Victor was still working on taking care of his needs) – Catarina picked up a loaf of cheesy bread for $71; Christen a jar of blueberry jam for $80; and Janae a small mushroom for $5. We got a brief break while some of the customers got distracted by the sight of celebrity Brytani Cho in the store (long enough for Victor to get up and go to the bathroom), but after that and another annoying case of lag, the sales started coming again, with Bella Goth grabbing a box of dried sage for $413, and L. Faba getting a box of cheese for $621. I took a moment to check downstairs and saw that Alice’s dough was ready, so I had her go downstairs and grab that –

Aaand got an LE as she did so. However, that was shortly followed by customer Olivia grabbing an avocado from the produce fridges/warming racks, so I think the LE was actually related to that – specifically, to my Brazen Lotus stuff. Meh. At least I'm pretty sure I know what it is (the game doesn’t have a proper animation to play if a Sim is getting a normally-not-allowed-in-produce-fridges item out of a produce fridge, so it goes “hey”) and that it’s not TOO game-breaking!

Hiiii I’m a little late today but that’d be Frank, my webkinz love puppy! (Feat some miso chocolate chip cookies I made with my partner just now)

I was obsessed with KinzTube during its height, and it definitely changed my view of the love puppy—it was the ultimate standard kinz to have, and as a result I spent a literal decade wanting one. I saw one on eBay for super cheap not too long ago, and decided to take the chance and buy him! A week, a good wash, and some sewing later, he’s in great shape and ready plenty more years of love!
