obsessed with sumire's magical girl transformation. she is literally transforming herself into someone else. her awakening is nearly painless. she struggles at first but the moment she wears the mask--kasumi's mask--that all disappears. she doesn't bleed when she rips off the mask because she never really ripped it off at all. it's glorified beautiful and far too easy. it doesn't even make her that tired afterwards. the dialogue subtly foreshadows what's really going on with lines like "the spell cast upon you" / "well, if those really are the shoes you've chosen" and lines like "let me remind you who you're talking to, i am kasumi yoshizawa" get completely reframed by future events. even the way her outfit is a carbon copy of joker's--she's becoming the people she idealizes and casting off anything that makes her sumire. she starts the magical girl sequence with her hair down and it gets pulled up into the ribbon, completing her transformation into kasumi. she makes me so insane.

how I like to imagine lucanis is feeling about being dragged along to the grand necropolis every other day in this playthrough... it's about the duality of

all the walking dressed up skeletons and other assorted body parts strewn around: undeniably kind of bad and creepy. how the fuck is it so cold and windy down here all the time rook is just a slip of a thing how are they not shivering constantly. should I get him a nice warm scarf or would that be against his sense of swag as a watcher I am currently being made to think way too much about spirit possession (these weirdos seem to think it can be benign???? it does NOT feel benign). someone might have worked very hard to get those bones to lie still and dead on the ground it seems disrespectful to that hard work to make the bones get back up again and dance a jig like this. is all I'm saying

Like yeah sure I can make some hot glue wefts from extra hair to cover some bald spots because the hairstyle makes them very visible.

ah yes now I can make some PVC and sewn wefts and sew them in along with adding some highlights to the top by sewing through the wig cap and then make my own hairstyle on a wig...

OH OK, so this particular shade of blue doesn't exist or is $60 and is way too short... lets just get 2 cheap cyan wigs and then dye them the right shade (hopefully) then splice them together so it can be thick enough.... and after that you can study youtube thumbnails because WHY DO THE BANGS GO OVER THE FACE FRAMMING BITS OH MY GOSH WHY!! THE STYLE IS ALSO SO ANIME SO ITS NOT GONNA WORK WITH MY OTHER WIGS FOR THIS FANDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!
