Anyway. Capricorn moon, euhhh… oh yes. We experience our emotions with the same intensity as a Cancer, 180* away. My headcanon is that France writes fanfiction about his enemies to live out his revenge fantasies. I mean, nations don't have that much say in their government's decisions, so that's bound to lead to some frustration. However, he has to follow his boss' orders and somewhat keep his reputation as an elegant Frenchman. I bet sometimes when he's trapped in a conversation with an absolutely OBNOXIOUS government official, he just thinks "I can write an mpreg about this loser" over and over in his head to cope.

Si la France, avec les entreprises et les grands patrons, peuvent investir 109 milliards, ça veut dire qu'ils peuvent combler le déficit du gouvernement! Et on nous parle d'environnement, alors que les centres de données, ça pollue énormément. En résumé... On se fout de notre gueule.🤔
