Anyway, they were incredibly important and all the people criticizing how little queerness there's in the show will never understand just how massive this scene was.

Catradora (She-Ra and the Princesses of Power)

Friends to Enemies to back to Friends to Lovers. Iconic. I still want a movie with their adventures bringing magic back to the universe.

Hollstein (Carmilla)

My third beloved blonde with a cat gf ship. I miss this web-series every day. Also, Natasha Negovanlis played an immense role in my gay awakening.

Ellie and Riley (The Last of Us: Left Behind)

Ellie and Dina are adorable and I love them, BUT I just will never get over these two. That dlc fucked me up. (also, they're in the same category with Korrasami as "gay ships that hauted me before I realized I was queer" lol)

Lumity (The Owl House)

I remember starting this show feeling it as the successor of Steven Universe, at least to me. We could say that at level of mistreatment from its parent company, it defenitely surpassed it, but at least I'm glad I was right and we got Luz and Amity becoming canon. I love these two and not a day passes without me yelling at Disney for what it did to them.

Bubbline (Adventure Time)

I actually watched Adventure Time fully only recently, but I always loved them even when I watched the show randomly when it appeared in tv back in the day. Getting to see the progression properly just made me love them even more.

Yasammy (Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous/Chaos Theory)

Incredibly recent addition, but I am so glad that I checked out Camp Cretaceous and got into it. It's a nice show and these two are a really cute couple, their confession and especially Yaz's internal turmoil were just so on point. I was really happy to see them go still strong in Chaos Theory, and I can't wait for next season.

Pricefield (Life is Strange)

These two caused me pain in the best possible way. I felt literal heartbreak at the Bay Ending, and I was just as emotional at the Bae one (Bae > Bay Forever) I hope the new game will respect their relationship OR ELSE.

Wow, this is quite the list. I do have an amazing taste, if I do say so myself, ahah!

LBFAD is the most inspiring series I have ever watched and here is why…

Although Love Between Fairy and Devil (LBFAD) only caught my eye on Netflix in December 2023, I’m so glad it did and that I didn’t miss out on this stunning and thought-provoking masterpiece. It is the most inspiring series I have ever watched for many reasons. Aesthetically, I found the beautiful 4K production quality as enjoyable as high-budget productions such as Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones. I frequently felt the need to pause and admire the well-designed sets, and exquisitely detailed costumes of even minor characters. The acting is superb across the board, and the leads act and respond very naturally to each other. The long hair of male characters is especially well-done, falling naturally with subtle highlights and looks real. All these details breathe life into this fantasy world and make it very realistic.

Every line of each song from the phenomenal OST is brimming with hidden meanings related to the series, adding lots of additional context! The artwork created for the opening and ending sequences is also full of meaning (minor spoilers ahead). Take, for example, the last picture where the OTP are sitting on a boat in the Oblivion River, the junction between their two tribes, the male lead has removed his crown and hence his responsibilities at least for the moment, and they are watching the sunrise together for the rest of eternity after the close of the series (sigh!)

Every single character of note in the series goes through profound character growth, the only exception being the abstract ultimate villain Taisui. Even the secondary villains and dictator of Shuiyuntian have grown and changed their perceptions by the end. It made me believe that anyone is capable of opening their minds and bettering themselves. Both lead and side characters are repeatedly faced with overwhelmingly bleak choices and heartbreaking challenges, especially in the last ten episodes. Yet every time, they show courage, sacrifice and selfless love that is amazing and very inspiring.

It is rare to find this kind of poignance in any production. I used to find Game of Thrones inspiring due to Daenerys freeing the world of slavery…until Season 8 happened. LBFAD tops Game of Thrones in this regard by freeing two distinct realms from conflict. The actions of the OTP break through a hundred millenia of mutual hatred and relentless conflict between their people with no end in sight, to create a new dawn of lasting peace. LBFAD reminds me of Lord of the Rings in terms of its cinematographic beauty and themes of never losing hope and prevailing over overwhelming odds. However, the stronger focus of LBFAD on the lead couple’s development and on creating multidimensional villains and side characters made it, for me, more engaging to watch.

The world-building and depth of characters has many layers in LBFAD, to the extent that much of the context was clear to me only in retrospect on rewatching the series and on deep reflection. The fast pace of the series also means that a lot of action occurs off-screen in between scenes. There are no filler scenes, there is no room for them. Every scene adds new plot twists and depth to characters, making the series highly addictive.

I am not a native mandarin speaker, and came to realise how beautiful the language is only on encountering LBFAD and its OST. It inspired me to learn mandarin, which makes rewatching the series highly enjoyable as I am able to pick up new nuances. I’m embarrassed to be late to watch LBFAD after its release in August 2022, but have thoroughly enjoyed the posts on Tumblr from fellow fans, including enthralling artwork, meta and links to fanfiction. It has encouraged me to post on Tumblr myself. I have started to post my interpretations of artwork, mandarin names, xianxia concepts, and story-format reflections on each episode. I am thrilled to be a part of this wonderful community!

This is my first ever fic for the BNHA fandom and my first ever fic after not writing for 10 years.

5 years.

5 whole years has passed since you graduated. While most people think back to their graduation with a smile on their faces, you dreaded to even think about the day; it was the day you lost your best friend and your first love at the same time.

You tried not to think about how much has changed in your life since, yet here you are sitting at a bar with all your old classmates, chatting around about your new lives, about all the changes you don’t even want to think about; and while they all make it sound like everything is different for them, seeing your old friends together like this only makes you realize how you are the only one who’s life has turned upside down after graduation.

Kirishima and Mina, UA’s favorite couple (everyone’s OTP, as you guys called it back then) are still walking hand in hand, Kaminari and Jiro are still secretly pining after each other (you honestly can’t believe that no one got fed up with them enough in the last 5 years to close them in a cupboard for an hour to sort their shit out.) and you are definitely not even going to try to decipher the longing looks coming from Deku and Todoroki. You had enough of their bullshit in high school.

As you are looking around the bar seeing all the smiley faces of the people you cherished so much back then, you can’t help but wonder about your best friend, who still hasn’t arrived.

Bakugo and you haven’t seen each other since you confessed your love to him after the closing ceremony. To be honest, you wouldn’t be surprised if he wouldn’t come at all. He might be the biggest grump of the class but he still managed to keep in touch with everyone, while you closed yourself off to the whole friend group and went all vigilante to rebel against everyone and everything until Aizawa smacked you in the head one day and got you a job as an underground hero.

“Get your shit together” he said (really not helpful, by the way) “You can’t throw your whole life away over a heartbreak.”

You clearly remember how you managed to make the perfect replica of Bakugo’s frown, but let the hero help you out of your misery anyway.

“Hey!”

“Earth to Y/N”

“Maybe Shinso did something to them?”

“Why would he do that?!”

“Wake up, shithead!”

Was that Bakugo’s voice?

“Kats?” You look up to see a blonde head looking down at you with worried eyes.

You really don’t know who this man is anymore.

The Katsuki you knew NEVER showed you a single emotion except anger and jealousy, (or at least you thought it was jealousy, until he rejected you on the spot without any hesitation.) yet here he was, the king of explosions, looking at you like you are something worth looking at, worried, soft and… not emotionally constipated - You can’t help but giggle at your own thought loudly, by accident.

“Good to know you still can’t help but laugh at your own inner joke, at least something haven’t changed.” He says while slowly sitting down next to you at the bar.

You knew he wasn’t the same person after he became a full time hero; you do own a TV and you never miss the hero news on social media.

While the first few months of his hero work were kind of how everyone expected them to go; more bleeps than actual words coming from the hero’s mouth when asked about his latest rescue; but after a while he became softer, he became the hero he always wanted to be.

You thought he just got used to being on the screen or maybe his agency gave him a talk about proper behavior, but seeing him now, seeing the softness under his (still) rough demeanor makes you wonder what made him change so much. Did he fall in love with someone? Did he lose someone which made him rethink his actions?

When did you become the grumpy, distant one in the group? Where did your “ray of sunshine” behavior go?

“It’s not about what happened to me, but about what happened to you, Nerd.” The blonde sighs next to you, glaring a hole into your skull with his eyes.

“Glad to see you can still read my fucking mind, Bakugou.” You say grumpily, but giving him a tiny smile anyway.

You can’t help it.

You might be in the middle of a meltdown, but seeing your best friend looking at you like he actually cares still makes your naive heart melt. You would think 5 years is enough for a heart to mend, but you are absolutely aware of the fact that you are still not completely over him.

His name is carved into your heart, bleeding over your mind and body, like a bad curse.

“First you call me Kats, but now I’m Bakugou? Talk about mixed signals…”

“Okay, guys, let’s keep this friendly!” Kirishima calls out to the group and the conversation goes back to normal; you end up learning about all your friends a bit more, Kirishima tells you about the child he saved the other day, Jiro tells you about her new band she managed to find time for.

Bakugo tells everyone about his 2 years long mission in America and about how much of a pain the groupies are and you can’t help but make a snarky comment about him wanting to be Number One just to have free sex. The blonde just rolls his eyes as he always does and kindly asks you to keep your horny thoughts to your bedroom and his comment makes the whole group laugh and the night goes on like it’s the most normal thing in the world to sit beside your ex-best friend and laugh at stupid jokes like he didn’t ruin your whole life 5 years ago.

You even end up talking about yourself a bit, showing off the new tattoo you got on your arm to cover a nasty scar from one of your missions. If Bakugo sees the little explosions around the main design, he doesn’t comment on it.

As the sun sets outside and half of the group gets drunk enough to talk nothing but nonsense, Bakugo leaves your side and goes out to the back yard for “some fresh air”. You stay a little bit longer just to take some funny videos of your old hero friends being absolutely pathetic, but after a while you feel the need to go out a bit yourself - Todoroki and Deku are still sober enough to take care of the group if needed.

As you walk out the back door you end up in a little Japanese garden with a small pond in the middle. You don’t really understand why would anyone put a pond at the back of a bar; it seems like a really bad idea with all these drunk idiots around, what if they fall into the water?

“This bar works as a cafe in the mornings and afternoons, hence why it has a back garden. They usually close the back door after 6, but we rented the whole place out and asked them to keep it open for all the sober people needing some solitude. And yes, I’m sure my quirk is not mind reading.” Says the grumpy blonde sitting on the massive stones near the pond.

You jump from the surprise; you genuinely did not see him sitting there as you were deep in your thoughts again. You might be a great hero, but you’ve always been prone to zoning out when not in danger.

Instead of replying, you thank God for deciding to dress casual instead of going for a fancy dress as you sit down next to BAKUGO with a dramatic sigh. You brush through your messy hair with your fingers to calm yourself down.

“Still not a fan of big groups?” He laughs as he slowly comes closer to your side. This was something you guys did all the time; every time you felt overwhelmed, Bakugo and you went on a stroll nearby and quietly talked about random things until you calmed down. When you told your friends about it, no one believed you that Bakugo is able to speak quietly for more than 5 seconds.

“It’s just a lot, you know. And you left the group first, by the way.” You remind him, ready for him to start a fight with you, but instead he looks away in the other direction, with a hint of red on his cheeks.

“I hoped you’ll come after me this time.” Bakugo says while staring into the distance with the saddest look in his eyes.

What does he mean by “this time”? You never ran away. You stayed next to him even when he tried his best to push you away. You stood your ground and never left his side, even though he made you cry so many times with his rude attitude.

He degraded you so much when you two started to spend more time together just so you give up on him, but you could always see through his facade. You knew he’s only doing these things to you because he hates HIMSELF and he doesn’t want you to go down with him. He might speak ill of you to your face but deep inside, he just wants you to find a better person to be with, because he’s stupid like that.

He would break his own heart just to save you from disappointment.

…

Wait a minute.

“You know I was in love with you too, right?” He says while staring into the distance with a love sick look on his face, reminiscing about the old memories.

… and now, after 5 years of hating yourself over how stupid you were, it all makes fucking sense.

You were stupid indeed. So incredibly stupid you let the love of your life deceive you with his rude words and ignored the tears falling down his cheeks right after you turned around and left him on his own.

“You told me to fuck myself and my stupid feelings, Kats. And I fucking believed it.” You look at him with a disbelieving look, and finally, he looks back at you.

And laughs.

It isn’t his usual ugly laugh, it’s more like a giggle. The self deprecating giggle he learned from you back then.

“Fuck!” You squeak into your arms, hiding your face away, as all the feelings you tried to push away wash over you all at once.

“I was furious. Having a relationship with someone is one thing, but starting a relationship with someone you would die for? I was ready to give up on being a hero just so I can be with you. That scared me. You were my greatest enemy - you were someone who had so much power over me that my dreams meant nothing to me anymore. I had to get rid of you. Or at least I thought I had to. I was stupid.”

“Kats…” you try to say something but the words are stuck in your throat. You feel like throwing up. There is a terrible ache in your heart; you hated him so much for living his best life while yours was in pieces, but in reality, he was living in agony himself.

“I said all those things to you to push you away, but I knew I made a mistake right after the words left my mouth. I knew there is no way back from it. So I held my ground and I let you go.”

You can’t believe how strong he is. The old Katsuki would never admit his mistakes. Yet here he is now, dealing with his own shit from 5 years ago.

You are about to respond but he beat you to it.

“But now that I’m sitting here with you, I feel like you’ve never really left.”

… and that’s it. You can’t stop your tears for falling anymore. With a quick, stealthy move you tackle your son of a bitch best friend to the ground and hide your face in his chest and cry like a baby until his not too steady heartbeat calms you down enough to make a proper (?) response.

“I absolutely despise you right now, Kats, I hope you know that.” you laugh and cry at the same time, looking up to see his face, and to your surprise, his face looks a bit more shiny than it was a few minutes ago.

“Fuck, I love you too” he laughs at your confused face and you both start laughing like the two idiots you are.

If the whole situation wasn’t comedic enough, Kirishima decides to come out and check up on you right in the middle of your laughing fit, holding each other for dear life snuggled up on the massive stones like two love sick teenagers.

Kirishima gives you two the biggest grin you’ve ever seen in your life and walks back silently to the bar without saying anything. After a few moments, you can hear him screaming inside.

“YOU OWE ME A LOT OF MONEY, DENKI!”

“GODDAMIT, BAKUBRO.”

Bakugo and you start giggling as well, and you can’t stop yourself from cradling the blonde’s face.

“Hey, Kats…”

“Hm?” You know he’s not actually listening anymore. His eyes are glued to your lips, and you can’t stop yourself either from giving him the tiniest peck, just barely there.

You don’t want to rush this and neither does he.

It has been 5 years since you last saw each other and there is so much to talk about.

“We are going on a date tomorrow.” You declare, leaving no space for arguing. He lowers his head and puts it on your shoulder so he can look at you from a safe but close distance.

“You know I’m not leaving your side tonight, right?” He argues anyway. Of course he does.

“Okay. Go grab your stuff from your place and we can come to mine. I have a spare couch.”

The look he gives you is worth a billion dollars.

Absolute disgust.

The audacity.

“I’m not a dog.”

“You are clearly not a dog, my dog sleeps with me on the bed.” You wink at him and just like that you two continued your silly little game of being two best friends absolutely in love with each other, but this time, neither of you ran away.

Some fans don't like that Damian is a fan of Dinah Lance as a singer, but I personally like it lol. I don't like how silly he was made to be about it though, like singing one of the songs out loud in public for example, because he would never actually do that all lmaooo, he would keep that to ONLY himself lol. Also, I'm hearing now that it was actually a crush he was having on her, which I hate. Like, yes, he's an adult in that specific comic, but I'm tired of DC making him fall for almost every female and older woman that he interacts with, like just let him be normal about them already!!! I just like him being a fan of her music and that's it

Start getting the respect he deserves after so much😤, cause like he literally changed himself and went through so much development for years now, but it's still not enough for DC writers or even some fans!! Like, just what do you want from him anymore????? He's been trying so much for too long now!!

For writers to stop treating him like he's nothing but evil, because he's not!! He's just a kid who grew up with a kind of life that's VERY different from everyone else's and was just taught ever since from a really young age to see things in other ways because of that. He does have a heart, it's the reason why he's made so much effort to become the person and hero he is today now and has left the whole League life behind. And about him being a tough person, that's just literally his dang personality, it's not something that adds to him being "evil" at all either

For DC to also just let him choose and make his own path as a hero when he grows up. He shouldn't become the next Batman by force or go through with becoming head of the Loa either, one of the big parts about his character is about discovering who HE actually is and figuring out what he really wants for himself instead, so he deserves to make his own choices by his own will. He should also become a vetinarian when it comes to getting a career

Stop with the white washing and start consistently representing his Arab side more, just like how the artist Gleb Melnikov did very boldly and also wonderfully in Robin 2021 when drawing him

And another one for the writers is to also stop making him crush on older woman!!!! PLEASE!! Just cut it out already!!! This entire thing has been going on ever since he was just 10 years old and nothing about it has ever been "cute!" or whatever they think of it as! It's just freaking weird and I don't understand why DC writers keep doing that to him! He's just a kid, not a grown man, so treat him like it!!! And stop deaging woman who were also already much older just to be with him and stop setting him up with his own female family members too! That one's already happened twice now (Mar'i and Cassandra) and now I'm scared that the writers of the second Supersons movie are gonna push that into there too with Cassandra AGAIN and ruin the film that way, which I really HOPE that doesn't happen AT ALL!😖

Let him have an actual relationship with his Mother instead of keeping them distant so much! Damian deserves to have her in his life too, not just Bruce as his Father, and she also deserves to have him in hers as well. Despite how things may be, they really love eachother a lot and it's not fair that they don't get to be as close as they were before, which is also really heartbreaking to think about honestly

Damian should also get to have a relationship with Respawn too that can develop into a sibling one at some point if ever he ever does appear again in the future

Never let him act like a normal person, let him forever be his weird, strange self, because that's literally one of the biggest things that MAKES HIM DAMIAN and I love him for it lol. Batman and Robin 2023 tried to change this about him in it's protayal and I hated it, it felt like some imposter, which just frustrated me a lot and made some things boring too. This goes for other kinds of mischaracterizations that were done to him too, like Gotham War as the most recent example, which was a big time failure at doing it well in a different way. Writers need to learn how to get to know him better first before actually writing him in their stories, deciding how he will react and treat things that happen in said story and it's plot. Here's something else much better too, he needs to start getting writers who actually like/love, respect, and actually understand him!

i know it's just a minute, but it really shows the continuous carelessness and callousness in the manner of handling colin bridgerton's character.

it's heartbreaking how they keep reducing him to mere shreds of the character that he was in the books. sure, the series is WIDELY different from the source material, but shouldnt that have opened more opportunities to explore colin more in depth? i mean! he got to do his grand tours early in life, but we know nothing about whats going on with him in there only that his family dont respond to his letters much (which is by the way, what the fuck)

and guys polin is otp i love them + i will defend penelope with every vein in me, but colin is not some sort of price dangling overhead for penelope to claim after all that she's been through.

i’ll admit this ask took me longer than it should have. i had struggled to figure out how to spell my 'main' naughty hcs in like, one page max. but i failed miserably to accomplish this, so prepare yourself for the walls of text instead. somehow, it turned into an essay along the way.

either way, i can't imagine a middle aged virgin like crane to know to a ‘t’ what he wants in sex. he sorta / kinda knows what he wants at best, but he also kinda doesn't know shit. as for bruce, while he had a fair share of experience with different people, n’ therefore expirience with different sexual preferences, he’s also kinda…not into anything too specific himself? well, not really. at least from what i saw, it’s hard for me to picture him having some set in stone kink, that he would indulge in with every person he sleeps with. in fact, i feel like he tends to go along with what his partner wants vs what he might have wanted. which adds to all those layers of why having sex with jon is actually a good thing for both of them lol. so my first hc is that while they both clearly would have prefs n' kinks, it's smth that needs to be expolored. bruce have more knowlege about the subject, but like jon, he has a very shaky conection with his own deepest desires. the big bad bat cannot let himself fully enjoy anything. instead, he sticks to 'simple' stuff, that feels 'safer' to approach vs examining those 'hiden' sides of his brain. i think, bruce would be afraid to emotionally rely on someone in this fashion as well. he's the kind of man, who in the end of the day, craves intimicy that he assumed would come with sex. but boy, was he dissapointed. he can still enjoy good sex, but sometimes, it's like all that he can get from it. n' after so many 'fails', he usually would tell himself, that it's better this way. don't show too much of yourself, don't get too invested, beyond what feels nice in the moment. but then, comes jonathan n' throws a wrench into everything, like he usually does by accident or not.

n' i really like how both bruce n’ jon deep down associate sex with romance. or smth inclosed in this vein. with years of heartbreak, bruce clearly abandoned this notion. not fully, but mostly. love doesn’t work out nor does it last. crane is even worse in this sense. he had learned by bitter firsthand experience how not only romance, but compassion is smth that he can’t have. he can only speculate about those things. even if he's so desparate for it, that unlike bruce, he'd be more openly, pathetically pinning for even a small chance of this to come true. he'd be figthing even for a scrap. so it's good, that he n' bruce want the same thing. they can eventually met each other half way. even if they also will have to eventually put their back into it, vs being paranoid about everything.

now as we know, crane clearly has a type *shallow one, but still*, n' bruce is an embodiment of it. the walking imagery of ancient horror figure n’ dashing knight from woman’s romantic novels in one single mix. what a lucky catch for him. on the contrary, jon himself is pretty much everything, that you don’t see in bruce’s many bedmates. crane isn't curvy, nor he openly flirty or daring. even his costume is baggy n' in most designs there isn't any skin showing at all. he does not tempt or seduce or does anything esp attractive. jonathan not anywhere close to males or females, who bruce might have felt lust toward. he’s his own category, n’ this exactly what makes him stand out in a way. body is just a body, but it’s the only part you can see n’ touch. learning that you want to touch someone bc of what you see in them vs what you see on outside is an experience on its own. n' it goes both ways, since while i do think, that scarecrow was at first more focused on batman's looks n' aestetics, it eventually grew into smth else. for bruce, it's the other way around. he was more interested in crane's inner build, even from crimefigthing point n' then found that he doesn't mind how he's looks either. he even finds certain aspects of it attractive. so my other hc, is that crane lusts for bruce first *naturally*, n' then begins obtaining fee-fees along the way.

the next big thing for me, *which i meantioned in the beginig* is that in all versions of scarebat, i picture that jonathan is a prudish virgin, who is also comically horny. basically, he’s one of those people, who would harbor all kinds of longings, but look at everyone else like on a pervert, when they do the same thing lol. crane isn’t himself, if he’s not a huge hypocrite. he’s also not self-aware enough to notice his own slip-ups. bruce kinda does, but he’s generous about it. the only instance, where he won’t take selfish pleasure in bullying jon is this. he, actually canonically seem to leave this subject alone, which is nice of him. even tho, he could like, really drag jonathan about the whole 'handsome, large jock thing', bc no straight man would ever refer to another men like that. but jon is in the closet, without knowing it. everyone else kinda do, but they also never talk about it. rogue's version of bro code bruce certanly won't talk about it, either.

but the favor is never returned, bc jonathan would be on the bat instantly, if he noticed some kind of odd response. it's in his nature to be mean n’ prying. he can’t help himself, even if it goes beyond creepy in some cases. that’s the dual wields of being a deviant n’ a total virgin. he also prob assumes, that bruce will be into females only. n' he's no female. he's just a cranky, ugly twink lol. so if the bat would begin act weird around him, it's breathtaking in its own right. that's like, his wildest *wet* dream coming true. you can't hope for him to be normal about it. crane would throw himself into this, like a sad desperate loser he is. *i'm always calling him those things with upmost love, do not fret*

meanwhile, bruce with all that sexual experience of his *prob less so with men tbh* is kinda not fully sure how to go about things. it won’t take much for jon to cream his pants, realistically. n’ yeah, literally cum before even the main action will begin. i feel like between btas n’ arkhamverse, comicverse crane is the most ‘easy’ one. the other two will at least attempt to calm themselves down to not look ‘stupid’ n’ inexperienced, comicverse jon is like, never this 'cool'. which makes the bat feel a tad torn, since i don’t think that he was with many virgins before, n’ he also cannot just mentally ‘rely’ on his partner doing what he thinks they want from him here. he has to improvise n’ also let himself do what he wants as result, which is so scandalous lol. but he would eventually get that crane won’t do what he wants, unless bruce will start doing it first. the sex was never scarier, than this. where you actually have to enjoy yourself fully [gasp]

humble the ‘sex god’ bruce is my kink, i guess. prob will become jon’s too, once *or if* he realize what kind of ‘power’ he has. no women had this power over the bat. bc bruce knows what to do with them. with jon, he has to learn those things. has to let himself go a bit too. less of cinematic kisses an' grouping with the catwoman, n' more of slightly messy n' fumbling encounter with the 'crow. jon not knowing how to kiss *but agressivly tries to learn* will just add to this lol.

n' while scarebat will always have power struggle / power imbalance in their dynamic, even given their statuses as villain n’ the hero, in certain areas, it might get flipped on its head. in my head, bruce does to a degree view his sexual encounters with crane as isolated experience. n’ he doesn’t know what to do with this revelation, esp bc he has a lot of things to compare it to. bruce is all about self-control n’ strong will, its wild for him to be this…exposed n’ aching for intimacy yet again, i suppose. n’ that’s not even about his pride or anything, it’s just plainly dangerous n’ scary. every fiber of his being would be tense n’ doubtful about repercussions of what to come, if this fails or backfire too. n’ it all despite the fact, that if there is one villainous plot that batman can be certain for crane to not ever use, it’s this. jonathan is manipulative *his faulty brain would make him act like that*, but not in that instance.

on his end, jonathan basking in this new thing, but he’s scared for different reasons. mostly, to be abandoned later on. for this to end for whatever reason. so he might grow more active / somewhat pushy at times. unlike the bat, he has nothing to compare this to, not any other person to learn from / with, but bruce. n' he’s not interested in trying those things to later on use them on someone else, he only cares to figure out what responses bruce has. the obssessive focus, that they share, but that disorientating all the same. esp for bruce. he’s not stranger to have people or his rogues being hyperfixated on him, even with sexual undertones, but he wasn’t in actual center of such an obsession before this moment. in center, where he actually allowed access to his person. it's also new to be with someone, who isn't apt in this or does smth to be seductive or to show off, it's just yet another attempt to figure the other out, just in different ways. an' without ulteror motive for once. tho, crane also be more offten than not selfish about this too, if he give the room to roam so to speak. some discipling be needed from time to time, but this part bruce knows like the back of his hand. jon also knows the back of batman's hand, considering that it had slapped him at least twice during their fights in the past lol.

their sex can be anything tho. rough, gentler, slower thing, smth in between. it’s situational, whimsical n’ depends on the mood of both parties. crane is usually more horny, than bruce. the years of his sexual frustration could move a mountain at this point. he’s greedy, but he also can be sustained with 'lesser' things, which are just as 'big' to him. heavy petting, handjob, just rutting would do the trick. n' this i think, bruce also usually doesn't have time to be doing. or whoever he had sex with, had no time for this.

as for what kinks they might have, well, there is too many to list them all up. esp since sometimes, i can see certain characters having some…uh, weird prefs, that i myself not a big fan of even visually, but in my mind eye, i can see that exact character possibly having it. like, all comicverse scarecrows are serial killers *besides the period of time, where all villains were just robing banks* some stuff would be more intense with jon, than if bruce would simply fucked someone who loves him. crane, isn't just in love or just obssessed, he is obssessedly loves him. so body worship is surely be a thing for jon, when it comes to the bat. n’ not like a cute, sweet kind, but an over-attentive, needy one. the more skin he can acess the better, all while, crane would insist on keeping some of his own clothes on, or his mask or just try to hide his face, since his appearance is the biggest insecurity of his. bruce will have to be crafty about this one, bc for him it’s not an issue. but it’s hard to make it stop being one for jonathan, who had this mentality his whole life. his not pretty or bosomy. dude barely has fat on his ass, but there is a novelty to a figure, that is all skin, bones n’ tight muscle. can press a hand to stomach n’ almost feel up how organs lie there, or a dick. now, bruce just have to find ways to show it.

speaking of dicks, while jonathan had always thought that bat is hung, actually seeing it in person would make him feel odd things. on y’know, masochistic spectrum kind of odd. he won’t mind to be choked on it for one, or that it would often slightly hurt, if he had to fit it inside himself. he does want to be actually wrecked like this sometimes. n’ it’s rare when bruce can let himself be this aggressive with anyone else. even if sometimes, he does want to be mean. he has anger issues, no matter how much he tries to repress them. having someone, who won’t judge him for it or look at him side-ways after those moments will surely help. jonathan knows a lot about the bat’s anger, even if via their stand offs. it doesn’t shock him. or like scares him, if he knows that this roughness isn't out of negative emotions toward him. but then again, i don't imagine that jonathan's thoughts are super coherent, when they intimate together. usually, he's relieved n' happy, that it happens again n' again. n' thinks about details more rationally later. he also understand some 'abuse' n' kinda can ignore the other, so this can be a bit of an issue in some cases. but it's more of specific set up, i think. vs like general one.

on a more specific note, i strictly see the bat as top, n’ jonathan as bottom. i rarely have ships, where characters switch. in 99 cases, those ratios are how i see dynamic in its core. jonathan is very submissive. esp submissive to the bat. even if this doesn’t mean, that he can’t be more assertive, despite being the one who takes it up the ass. even if comicverse crane is usually this, when batman in specific state or when he’s with bruce, not the bat. he still have that mean, bossy stick up there. unless, it's bloodrain version of scarebat, where jon is submissive as fuck almost all the time in every sense n' way. n' bruce is very pushy n' greedy. to the point, where it’s a wonder how crane even survives them fucking so many times in the row. i mean, evil bruce isn’t a very considerate lover lol. even if there is love in it, he's also goes at it like a hungry animal. that particular jon would dig it, but it's not healthy or actually good for him. n' this time around, bruce isn't sane enough to put a stop to this either. but once again, i feel like some kinks / dynamics n' issues can be very specific an' depend heavily onto au or situation, it all happening in. like almost every ship, scarebat can be good for those involved, n' it also can be not very good, or rather clearly dangereous, but it'll be akin to being stuck inside the car without breaks. can as well push onto gas pedal, while you at it, then. or try to jump out of car.

another bit of hc, is that jonathan is pretty noisy n’ whiny. every touch pushes a sound out of him. bruce is more silent, so getting noises out of him is rewarding. crane savors every bit n’ every note, when he gets those. bruce thinks, that jon’s noises are kinda cute. no one was ever this vocal, when he touched them before. crane is also shit at trying to keep said noises behind his teeth. he’s too sensitive. n’ blushes like a tomato too. not very elegant or graceful in that sense, but it’s very real n’ not what the bat is used to. jon still be an incel about it at times tho, don’t worry. not all his comments will be ‘flattering’, bc ‘of course, handsome, big jocks would be good at this’. or ‘what reservations with this a thot like you can have’. but hey, at least, bruce will have smth else to shut him up with besides a fist, this time around. 

i also think, that in aus, where crane involved with either only batman or bruce, he would act kinda differently with both of them. despite, the fact that if he tried to sleep with them both within the same story, he would have figured out instantly that bruce is the bat. while in masks, jon n’ bruce can act tougher, or meaner, but the core is all the same. they are the same dude each time, even if they both love distancing themselves from their maskless attires. i do find it sad n’ funny at the same time, since them being involved like this woudl throw a wretch into this whole narrative. like, who sleeps with crane, the symbol of justice or a man, who the bat claims does not exist n’ only serves as a daytime disguise? n' who earns for such a closeness, the master of fear, who is supposed to be ‘above’ it, or a lil loser jonathan crane, who should be long ‘gone’ n' replaced with sinister scarecrow? 

them being forced to deal with their mental problems, while bumping uglies is the best self-therapy that they can get prob. so once again, scarebat having 'spooky' sex in ways, where emotions are scary is just such a good stuff. can enjoy the ride, but all those pesky 'problems' are still there. like, if their sexual encounter can’t be smth, it’s ‘casual’. full-time commitment right here.

inside crane’s faulty mind, this checks all the boxes. held hands, had a kiss, fall in love, had sex. they are basically married now lol. i mean, he IS crazy, all things considering, so him being able to fuck n’ be close with the bat will only make certain delusions of his way worse. his jealousy will get worse too. gonna throw hands with the joker n' catwoman each time, he sees them near batman lol.

so i finished our flag means death a few days ago and i finally have coherent thoughts, so i’m gonna talk about izzy’s death

i’ve seen A LOT of people be extremely upset about izzy dying at the end of s2. and i get it. it hurt seeing him die. he’d finally gotten his character arc and he finally was healing and then. death. it hurt. i won’t deny that, it would be disingenuous to act like it wasn’t a painful moment.

but what i cannot get behind is the way some people are framing izzy’s death.

it’s only been a few days of me not aggressively dodging ofmd posts in an attempt to avoid spoilers and in those few days i have seen a truly staggering number of posts framing izzy’s death as being “burying your gays” and that his death is somehow indicative of ulterior motives from the showrunners and writers.

which is just— for the love of all that is holy please use your critical thinking skills. do you not realize how much those claims SCREAM “media illiteracy”?

Bury Your Gays as a trope necessitates a few things. firstly, it’s typically done to further someone else’s story line and secondly, it’s done in stories where there is only one or maybe two queer characters. the writer is burying their one gay, typically for the sake of advancing a straight character’s arc.

that’s not what’s happening with izzy’s death. ofmd is a show that is almost entirely made up of characters who are some flavor of queer. it’s not Bury Your Gays for one of the many gays to die. it’s just character death. which yes, is painful and heartwrenching and heartbreaking. but it’s not inherently homophobic to kill a queer character in media. and izzy’s death doesn’t serve to further anyone else’s character development. people have said it’s just there to like “make sure the writer’s otp end up together” or something like that. which is just such a weird take. first of all the writer’s otp are literally the main characters of this show. and secondly, izzy’s death felt very much like a moment for he and ed to get closure. it had nothing to do with stede, really.

you’re allowed to feel hurt by izzy’s death. in fact, it’s perfectly normal to feel hurt and upset and sad when a character you love dies.

but you can’t start throwing around false and harmful accusations about the writers because the death upset you.

something isn’t objectively bad or “problematic” because YOU didn’t like it. ofmd isn’t homophobic because a queer character that you personally liked died.

and acting like queer people can’t die in media without it being “homophobic” just serves to further other us.

and throwing around accusations that it homophobic is so flippantly is honestly just disappointing.

this genuinely kept me awake a bit last night until I realised what was happening and stopped trying to recall every show that ever struck me right in the feels or shaped me lol and yes, I know no one asked for any reasoning behind it but when you've mulled it over all bloody day long, you feel like sharing :P

M*A*S*H - used to be on everyday at 7 and my mum had adored it when she was younger so brought me and my sister up on it, still makes me laugh and cry to this day.

Star Trek TNG (& Picard which might be cheating but really is just an extension all told) - loved all the Trek's, Honourable Mention goes to ToS because kid!me loved it so much, only to have TNG blow the roof off my head. Lt Cmdr Data was my first love and I am unashamed ;)

Red Dwarf - for many reasons but mainly Arnold Rimmer (more reliable than a garden Strimmer, he's never been mistaken for Yul Brynner - he's not bald and his head doesn't glimmer...) who my teenage self was certain could be redeemed with the power of love, or a very determined snogging if nowt else.

The Good Place - because I (and many of us) needed it as a concept, whether for personal growth, coping with grief or just cos 'forking shirtballs' never gets any less funnier for me.

Firefly - the best show to ever be cancelled before it's writer could ruin it. I adored the show and the ensuing film, mourned its early cancellation for YEARS until I heard about Whedon's general twattishness and what had been his intentions for the series and characters, now am happy it exists as it is, still problematic but so worthy in so many ways, and on that awkward note...

Buffy the Vampire Slayer - problematic on 800 gazillion levels in this day and age but still a forerunner of many awesome things to follow and I'd be lying if I said I hadnt been glued to it, obsessed with it, shipping folks, dling the soundtrack, buying the jewelry etc and even now if I see a reaction vid on YT for S5 I can't help myself but watch and weep along with them.

Merlin (BBC) - Umm'd and Ahh'd over this for bloody ages lol but it was my happy place (literally, had a run of bad years as have we all, so I'd watch an ep before bed every night to make me smile) and it got me through the difficulties I had right up to the finale where they took me and my happy place out back and shot it in the face in front of me lol. Despite my escapism route being put down in those heinous raw weeks immediately following a parents funeral, I'm still listing it here for being wonderful, silly, heartening and heartbreaking, whilst giving every last Fuck You to the writers for their surprise, abruptly canon-compliant ending.

Stargate SG1 - daft sci fi with it's heart trying hard to be in the right place plus eminently shippable characters in almost every combo going? Yes, please.

Heroes - because I was OBSESSED. It picked me up out of my OTP in a diff fandom (sorry drarry, I still love you honest) drained me of any and all urge to write for anything but them ever again until it got shat on by its own writers, breaking the spell.

Brooklyn 99 - NINE-NINE. *sadly doffs cap to Captain Holt*

King of the Hill - from a show I used to avoid when I was younger to one I ration myself viewswise so it won't lose it's impact. Superb.

Schitts Creek - only watched due to encountering a clip on tumblr of Moira's stonefaced manaical laughter and ended up crying with happiness over the finale, am an easy crier sure, but not normally because something is just so lovely.

Cheers - was only a kid when it finished but I bawled my face off when Sam said 'sorry, we're closed' (was too young to know it'd be repeated ad infinitum lol) and the opening theme still feels like coming home.

Golden Girls - sole reason D+ gets any money from me, the bastards, it was my only access for a bit there but it was worth it, lightyears ahead of it's time and just wonderful to boot.

Parks & Rec - somewhere my sister is elated with no clue why. Took her years to talk me into it, but having watched it on repeat a few times, I now can't live without Leslie, Ben & Ron.

Other honourable mentions (sorry I know, longpost, my bad) go to Quantum Leap for being a daily delight growing up, What We Do in the Shadows which would have made the list but I've only just got around to watching it and am only on S3 so have yet to find out if it's going to rip my heart out, Eerie Indiana for getting me started hyperfixationwise, Caroline in the City (S1-S3... S4? The fact that he's such a carefree dandy when we first meet him - basically sunshine in human form and knowing what will happen makes this both lovely and heartbreaking.

1. What ship were you completely obsessed with when you were a teenager, but now you don't care anymore?

Honestly- and this PAAAAAAINS to me to say since my middle-school self would be furious at me-but probably Troyella. Obviously, still love them. Still think of them fondly, but compared to other ships, they're on the lower end.

2. Which ship would you consider your first one?

I'm TEMPTED to say troyella again since they were the ship that made me realize what shipping was- and how hard it can go for a fangirl. But in terms of a ship you remember watching, loving, and loving seeing their interactions, that would have to be Tom and Kimberly from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

Their chemistry, their moments were the reason why I loved the show so much

I didn't know what ship or OTP meant, but they were the definitely the first couple I remembered LOVING seeing them together

That would be Troy & Gabriella. The movie wasn't enough for me, so I decided to make more stories on them

I wouldn't dislike at all, but I can definitely say after the previous season, they got more on my radar and that would be Geto x Gojo. I've always been intrigued by their dynamic, but season 2 really showed so much depth in their relationship, their friendship, and how things went wrong. Just so well done and also extremely heartbreaking

11. Do you have any ship that, in the past, was considered normal but now you would be cancelled over?

Maybe.....Honestly, I can't think of one. Like none are coming to my head. Closest one I can think of would be Alison x Emily or Spencer x Toby. The former because the toxicity of the ship, the way Ali manipulated and gaslight Emily's emotions was fucked up. Just as Toby letting Spencer think he was dead, let her think she found his corpse, and watch her break down...only to give a half-ass apology.

12. What was your favorite crack ship?

Honstly, Kyo x Arisa from Fruit Baskets- and that is solely because watching the way Arisa constantly rifled Kyo up was too damn hilarious.

13. Who is the couple you read more fanfics off?

Hands down, that would have to be drarry

14. What most of your ships usually have in common?

Probably two sides of the same coin. Different in many ways but similar in others. With drarry, both being just a boy in time of war. For zutara, the sun and the moon. Grump x Sunshine, which is a similar dynamic for many of my ships.

15. What you absolutely hate in a ship?

Hands down, the quickest way for me to hate a ship is the following: A always loving B, B being OBLIVIOUS to A's affections even though the whole country is aware of it, and then when A finally moves on THAT'S WHEN B suddenly realizes OH MY GOSH I LOVE THEM. 🤢🤮🤬😡 I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. May I request Augustin Jordan for the Character break down, please my lovely?

How I feel about this character I kinda don't know what to make of him. He's Mr 'we're trained not to ask questions' and I tell myself that line is probably just exposition to show the contrast in how the SAS function compared to other military units, but did they have to give it to him? He's got balls and he's very attractive pretending to be a P.O.W. and being pedantic over sentence structure, but for the most part I don't know what to do with his noodlyness. He's competent enough, but I just wish we'd been given more of a man who, as David said, had killed more Nazis than all of the SAS put together.

All the people I ship romantically with this character The usual 'whoever seems like fun' answer XD I've read some very lovely and persuasive Bill/Augustin as well (agodavampireandtwoheirsofdurin on ao3), and of course Augustin/Eoin/Paddy because I so badly want to see Augustin try to understand Paddy, Eoin explain as best he can, and Augustin realising he's the only sensible/sane person left on the planet

My non-romantic OTP for this character I actually really want to see more of Augustin and Mike? Idk why but my brain thinks this would be a really nice idea, but there we have it.

My unpopular opinion about this character Okay now I really am going to say something unpoplar XD But I really don't think he's right for Paddy at all in the show. And that's what's so heartbreaking about that whole thing, because Augustin really just doesn't click with Paddy in a meaningful way. Augutin is too sensible, while Paddy is just... Paddy. The big thing for me is the 'it's just the piano' line which kinda shows that Augustin may be smart, but he's not good-at-reading-people smart, and he's atrocious at Paddy-wrangling. It's a shame his character was smooshed into Paddy's grief/trauma over Eoin storyline. I think Augustin is just fine independent of the Paddy stuff because he's interesting enough on his own.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon. More of him distinct from Paddy! We also didn't get to see him fuck anyone up :( Maybe miracles will happens and he'll come back and go feral and fuck shit up in future series. I want to see him sneaking about in the dark being a ruthless, efficient killer, because we KNOW he is. Come on, give it to us!! I also would really like to see him and Jock interact now.

otp- Silvergifting! I love them so much. It’s the doomed relationship. The close partnership, the intimacy of crafting together and pouring so much of yourself into your creations. The betrayal, the inner conflict, a love so destructive and beautiful and all-consuming that the only way to save oneself is a violent death. It’s perfect. favourite canon pairing- Finrod/Amarië. Finrod gives up everything to find freedom in Middle-earth but his beloved still waits for him... and Finrod comes back completely changed by war. I like the idea of Amarië fighting in the War of Wrath and having to leave Finrod behind. I wish there was more content for them, for Amarië in general... worst pairing ever- obviously Aredhel/Eöl but I don’t know anyone who legitimately likes them other than to indulge in how fucked up that relationship is guilty pleasure pairing- Sauron/Maeglin. Add Sauron/Finrod to this list too. I like the idea of Sauron getting unintentionally attached to the elves he’s torturing. (Though I like post-canon Sauron/Maeglin too) a pairing you want to see more- Balanóm (Finrod/Bëor)! Bëor fell in love with Finrod’s singing voice, the two of them had a close cultural exchange- and Bëor gave up everything to follow Finrod to Nargothrond, he literally renamed himself “vassal” in his language. I love the lord/vassal dynamics so much. But most importantly, it’s the tragedy of an immortal loving a mortal, and how Finrod was the first among the Eldar to witness a mortal’s death... it makes his sacrifice for Beren all the more heartbreaking. Please, write more of this ship, I’m begging you. that pairing everyone likes but you’re like “lol no”- I can’t really get behind Aredhel/Celegorm, I headcanon Aredhel as an ace lesbian so her affection for Celegorm is completely platonic and familial. favorite non-romantic pair- Russingon! Tolkien really goes out of his way to show how close Maedhros and Fingon are. I believe that they are the best example of a queerplatonic relationship in the whole text. They are canonically melotorni, I will not accept criticism. Fingon kinslays for Maedhros, he goes into Angband to save him despite knowing that Maedhros has essentially betrayed him. They renew their love, they go into battle together, and it all ends in tragedy. Fingon dies alone, Maedhros loses all hope, his sense of self, after his failure. These two make me so emotional and I am always thinking about them.

The Making of: Romantic Notions

Romantic Notions began, as all good things do, on a Discord server.

What conversation began, I can't quite recall. What I do remember is myself making a comment about Neville/plants. I laughed myself, but when others laughed, too, I thought to myself: "wait, no, but for real."

This was a moment where others carried on with their "there goes Danni with her wacky ideas again" attitude, and me being rather proud of said wackiness. Yet I walked away from that interaction feeling a bit irritated by the reception. As if the idea weren't to be taken seriously. A crack fic idea and nothing more.

Well, I'd show them, I thought. Neville/plants can be perfectly serious, thank you very much.

And me being me, the best way I knew how to anything serious, was with boatloads of angst.

This, in fact, gave me the opportunity to explore other aspects I longed to see in fics.

For starters: unrequited Sneville. The idea of Neville/Snape appeals to me on some level, but my dedication to Snarry makes it a difficult ship to fully grasp. Which led to a bit of an obsession (and strong headcanon) of Neville having unrequited feelings for Severus.

Which, of course, gives us great angst fodder.

Next: background Snarry. Ooh I cannot begin to express my great love for background Snarry. Few understand my great appreciation for it. After all, Snarry is my OTP. Don't I want them to be the main focus? Sure, I like that well enough. But seeing my boys in the background, well...there is something very validating and refreshing about that.

Also: more angst fodder.

Now, the best way to include both unrequited Sneville and background Snarry would be to have Harry, Neville, and Severus all in the same place. And the best way to manage that was by having them all teaching at Hogwarts.

Which meant: Professor Potter and Professor Longbottom, other fic components I love, but rarely write! And for funsies, I threw Professor Malfoy in there, too.

Professor Malfoy meant I could have hints of Dreville, which was fun. Professor Longbottom meant an opportunity to explore more magical fauna. The complication of Snarry gave me a great excuse for voyeurism. Neville himself gave me room to play with a different POV, and to explore feelings of insecurity, loneliness, doubt, shyness, longing, and heartbreak. Not to mention my beloved shame; not only for his attraction to Severus, but for his experimentation and indulgences with his plants.

It's a bit weird, I'm not going to lie. And a bit creepy, as I've been told. It's also a bit sad. But while I can acknowledge the concept is a bit strange, I feel great pride in it, as an exploration of character (Neville) and kink (let's fuck some plants, yeah?)

I hope that, while it may be strange, it's not actually silly. I like to think that, I took an offhand remark, and made something of it. I look at this fic and all I ever feel is accomplished.

Going to assume this is for the OTP ask game, as that's the most recent of them I've reblogged, so here are answers for Rashad/Ricardo/Daniel:

3) Do they wear the other’s clothes? (sweatshirt, bandana, necklace, etc.)

This is a trickier question than I thought it'd be because they are all such different heights and body shapes. I've always pictured Rashad as taller than Ricardo but kind of spindly/wiry, Ricardo as tall but also broad, and Danny as much shorter (he's around 5'5"/1.65m) and lean but athletic in build. Immediately, sharing clothes presents a bit of a logistical issue, lol

However, I think Rashad would swipe scarves from Danny in the fall and winter weather, especially any scarves they could pull up over their mouth and nose. Ricardo and Rashad will swap tee shirts from time to time, often more out of just grabbing something off the floor and not noticing - Rashad hates when they accidentally grab the ones that have brand names across the chest. Danny has a hat that Rashad wore once and never again. Ricardo has a knockoff Charge hoodie of Rashad's that got left behind in the locker room of the old Rangers HQ pre-Heartbreak (Rashad doesn't know).

Rashad's is shows of trust: taking off layers of their clothes, falling asleep in their presence, telling secrets they've kept, being emotionally vulnerable in general. (Letting Herald and Charge get in a few good hits on Heartbreak in a fight.)

Ricardo's is gentle touch: a brush of fingers, a ruffling of hair, the lingering graze of his nose against theirs as he hesitates to pull away after a kiss, leaning into their side while laughing at a joke

Daniel's is little gestures: Ricardo's favorite beer always stocked in his fridge, the windows always being opaque when Rashad visits, cooking meals with Ricardo (especially to make sure Rashad eats something that doesn't come out of a freezer), leaving drawings of them around so they can see how he sees them

Character ask: Angelica Pickles (Rugrats)

This is for the original series only, not for All Grown Up, Rugrats Preschool Daze, or the recent CGI reboot, which I've never seen.

Favorite thing about them: She's funny and sassy, and overall she's a great antagonist whom we love to hate and love seeing get her assorted comeuppances. Yet I also like that she has sympathetic moments now and then, which save her from being too hatable.

Also, she has the perfect little brat voice. Cheryl Chase is an expert at voicing little girls – both as Angelica and as Mei in the first English dub of My Neighbor Totoro, you'd almost think she was a real preschooler.

Least favorite thing about them: How mean and bratty she is. That probably goes without saying.

Like Miriam, Angelica will admit that she only bullied Tommy because she was jealous of how much everyone liked him. Hopefully this will happen before they're in their 70s, though.

Unpopular opinion: Hmm... I haven't spent much time in the show's adult fandom, but apparently it's fairly popular to ship her with Chuckie when they're older. So I guess the fact that I don't ship them is my unpopular opinion.
