This is extremely circumstantial and thin, since (major spoilers) the entire point of Deltarune so far is that Kris's personality is being suppressed by the player taking over, but we do see some past stuff they've done. Kris is prone to weird behaviors like eating green things (including inedible ones like crayons), playing morbid pranks (like covering themself in ketchup and pretending it's blood), and is a bit of an outcast except among the equally weird kids like Noelle and Susie. They are quiet (speaking at all is apparently shocking), lethargic, socially withdrawn since their brother went to college, and have issues oversleeping to the point where they usually come to school with their mother, a teacher. They're implicitly deeply unhappy with their life, though it's hard to tell how much of that is just normal moody teen things since we obviously can't see it, and have a history of wanting to be seen as "normal". they repeatedly remove their own soul (which also contains the player's influence) despite it clearly being not great for them to do that in order to act on impulses like eating an entire pie or (implicitly, the chapter that this is a cliffhanger for isn't out yet) slashing car tires/possibly creating a dark world. These impulses predate the player possession, as their mother has her chocolate stash locked away so they can't eat all of it and is not surprised to find the pie demolished in chapter 2, joking(?) that she should lock the oven. The game is very incomplete currently, so evidence for any reading of Kris besides "nonbinary little weirdo who loves their friends deeply" is thin on the ground. I'm also probably forgetting something, it's been a hot minute since i've played Deltarune.
