The carnival would probably take place in the summer or early fall, which presents the problem of how do I do this without spoilers because that would be at the end of or just after the conclusion of the fic. Ummm.

Okay, got it.

Mason wastes all of his tickets at the midway trying to win a giant stuffed animal. Eren, distressed that Mason didn't get his prize, tries to win it for him and also fails. Mikasa, to stop Eren from spending way too much money on most likely rigged games, steps in, wins the stuffed animal for Mason, and then also has to win one for Adri because she is going to lose it if Mason gets a giant toy and she doesn't. Her prize is bigger than she is and Eren has to carry it around for her. At some point, they go buckled both stuffed animals into the car.

Adri thinks the rides are fun but she's really excited about the carnival food. She wants a funnel cake and cotton candy and popcorn and a deep-fried Orea, etc. etc. Mikasa tells the kids they can pick one treat each because she's not trying to deal with another over-eating throw up incident. Adri picks a funnel cake and once she's got that Mason decides to get ice cream which makes Adri melt down because now that Mason has ice cream she wants one, too. She almost throws her funnel cake down in the dirt but Eren catches it in time and Mason, who's kind of regretting not getting a funnel cake and is a natural micromanager, suggests that they put the ice cream on the funnel cake and eat it together. Adri is pleased with this solution and Mason is delighted because he can eat more than Adri so he knows he's going to get more dessert than she does.

Eren and Mikasa aren't really there for themselves but as it's getting late and it's almost time to get the kids home and put them in bed, they decide to ride the ferris wheel together just once. It's the kind of ferris wheel that can fit a family of four, so they all go on it. Adri falls asleep in Eren's lap and Mason is also wiped out so he's just sitting there staring out the window, so Eremika can kind of ignore the kids and pretend they're riding it by themselves. They kiss at the top, which makes Mason shout because it's gross, which wakes Adri up, but overall it's a nice way to wrap up the evening out.

Key lime pie - this version

it's certainly not the original or the true or whatever. but it's quick and easy. And everybody (from my kids to my hubby) loved it. I did it with an orea crust as well and it was good. Chocolate and lime/lemon are for me two tastes that complement each other well. As for the frosting, I don't use the one in this recipe. I hate leaving the white of the egg on the side. I use a recipe called "7 minutes frostng" which gives a meringue style topping which is really delicious. So, here is the recipe (well both of them).

How many times have you craved a sweet treat, but got too lazy to bake some?

Today I got the answer to all your cravings! A quick recipe requires only 2 ingredients.

This recipe is my childhood favourite and it still remains as a timeless desert, infact i still make this every now and then! You won’t believe it when i say that it only takes 2 mins including prep time! Today we are making Oreo Cake! 

Meal Prep time-> 1~2 mins

Utensils needed:

Microwave

A microwavable bowl/cup

Spoon/Fork

Ingredients needed-> Oreos, Milk (room temp)

Method:

Crush Oreos into fine powder (with a fork is fine)

Add few spoons of milk till it becomes a thick consistency of batter. (Typically you can add more Oreos if the batter is too runny) 

Then put the mixture into a mug if not already

Bake in the microwave for 30s(if the batter is still uncooked then you can keep on cooking it at intervals of 20s) 

Enjoy with any toppings you love, eat immediately. (I do not recommend storing in fridge, rather it's advisable to consume almost immediately after) 

And there you have it! You can try your own variations and experiment with it.

I'm Filipino. My mom is Filipino and hispanic and I was born in the Philippines. Although my dad is German, Scottish, Irish, and American so that makes me Filipino, Hispanic, German, Irish, Scottish, and American ig? Wow.

I'm learning to speak Tagalog, I knew it when I was younger, but when I moved to America I spoke English more so I forgot it again. I only know some tagalog words. I am not fluent at it at all 😅

I play the bass guitar, and I wanna learn to play the electric bc I honestly think it's just cooler than the bass, but idk I'll see if the future.

My favorite foods and drinks are pizza, lasagna, pasta, chicken Alfredo, pansit, pansit Canton, pig, steak, pork, fried chicken, chicken nuggets, chocolate chip cookies, jello, PB&J, sugar cookies, these green cookies that my aunt and uncle made were delicious. rice, fried rice, rice pudding, rice cake, maja blanca, buko salad, halo-halo, strawberry shortcake. I really only like ice cream cake. Just normal cake itself isn't that good to me. mochi, ice cream mochi, ice cream. my fav flavors of ice cream are strawberry, chocolate, mint, coffee, orea, mango, orange sherbet, raspberry, the black raspberry flavor. My fav fruits are mangos, apples, oranges, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, cantelope, papaya, boysenberry. Kool-aid, milk, chocolate milk (ESP THE ONES FROM THE PHILINES AND VIETNAM) yakult, dr pepper, cherry coke, normal coke, mountain dew, sprite, pepsi, fanta, iced water, iced tea, coffee.

The foods and drinks I wanna try are dango, boba, the one dragon fruit drink from taco bell, frappuccino, other Starbucks drinks and a bunch of other stuff.

Places I've been to are the Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Japan, Cambodia, Chicago, Michigan, New york, Massachusetts, New Jersey Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida.

Places I wanna go to is France, South Korea, New york city, Japan and Vietnam again, new mexico, maldives, and a bunch more.

I’ll continue posting these in detail as each episode airs. 

Episode One: Louis T Steinhil 

We had Red get drugged in the street, then taken to a fake hospital like Liz and Ressler were back in The Scimitar. Introduce Louis T Steinhil, an illusionist like Dr. Krilov. He led Red to believe he was paralyzed just as Krilov led Ressler to believe Laurel kidnapped a witness to the murder of Reven Wright. 

A return to 2x22 & 4x19: Liz’s second memory wipe

My theory similar to the playout. Liz getting drugged in the street by Tom, then taken to Krilov for her memory wipe. The opposite plays out. Red to get a truth, Liz to hide a truth. Again, in the opposite. Red realizes the truth in this episode. Liz still has yet to escape her illusion. 

There are several ways this memory wipe can be revealed to Liz. Dr. Krilov being brought in for a current episode, given Red wanted Louis T Steinhil and Katarina killed him. I feel this is unlikely because The Illusionist’s skill set is broad, unlike Dr. Krilov - specific to memory and Sinclair - specific to face. Liz suffering a flashback, which I feel is slightly possible because of Red’s own flashback to Katarina’s assault. However, not as likely because Red’s assault was recent, whereas Liz’s was back in S2. I think her flashbacks will come after her memory wipe has been revealed to her. We have the option of adding a character to that memory. Let’s say Liz went to Ressler’s apartment to get intel on Tom. If Krilov wiped that memory, Ressler bringing it up in conversation would alert her to memory loss. Unlikely unless Ressler finally gets the courage to tell her how he feels. Last option is Agnes, which I feel is where they’re heading. It’s far easier to reveal the big twist first because once that first hit comes, it won’t stop, it’ll be like a domino effect. That’s why I call it my domino theory. You go with the big bang first, then little bang after little bang after little bang. So what I suspect is Agnes getting hit, and her hospitalization revealing Keenler baby. The wipe would work backwards through each season until they land us back at S1. That’s why I feel Agnes’ hit will be perfect. The Townsend Directive explains why Red turned himself in, so you work Tom side-by-side like Garvey and the bones. A clue board on Tom instead of a clue board on Garvey. 

Episode Two: Louis T Steinhil, Pt 2 

We had Red escaping the warehouse where he was being tortured. A con created by Katarina and The Illusionist. Have Red believe he’s escaping to protect Dom when he’s actually leading them to him. Use Mila to track them should he learn about the tracking chip and remove it himself. 

A return to 2x18 & 2x19: Red’s shooting

Notice how long Red and Mila were at Dom’s house before Katarina showed up, and they were tracking him through the chip in her neck. I think Mila stated something like 20 minutes to half an hour. This woman gave them a head start, then gathered her team to head out. It’s not like she had to rush, she was tracking them. Different when you have Red showing up in the street and taking a bullet in less than 90 seconds after parking. That’s why I continue to say that Liz was being followed from the moment she left Toms warehouse. She wasn’t being tracked like Mila was. So you basically have Tom acting as Mila, conning Liz into his warehouse so the person he alerts can tail her once she leaves. That's how I believe the Cabal got a shot at Red. Tom was their inside man, the inside man Jasper spoke about to Samar. That's why he walked out of federal custody on the Harbormaster case. 

So let me paint this to current episode as I believe it played out. Red escaping a warehouse like Liz leaving Tom’s warehouse at the end of 2x18. Instead of Katarina tracking Mila through the chip in her neck, she and her team hop in the car and tail them as they drive. That’s what I think happened with Liz. Once they got there, it takes little time for them to get a bullet in Dom just like it took less than 90 seconds to get a bullet in Red. That’s what you have. Then you’ve got Red and Liz watching over Dom’s surgery like Dembe and Liz watching over Red’s. 

This is where things get interesting because Mila plays opposite two men. As Mila, she plays opposite Tom - conning Liz. As Francesca, she plays opposite Dr. Nik - saving Red’s life. Then what you have, is Francesca asking for a gun just like Tom asked of Baz. Not because he wanted to help, but because Liz chose to take Red to Tom’s warehouse to save him. It’d be no different than this imposter killing Francesca for warning Red. 

Episode Three: Les Fleurs du Mal

The end scene between Red and Francesca. Need I say more?

Reservations, sending a bottle, the Asian food Reservations, sending a bottle, Wing Yee’s Francesca having terrible judgment with men Liz’s wash - rinse - repeat with Tom

The comment Red made about needing a capable operative stands out to me because at the time in which I believe her memory was wiped, Liz needed a capable operative. She was heading to Andropov’s safehouse to clear her name. 

A return to 2x17: Liz’s birthday dinner

There’s a seed for Red’s flat, but it’s not Keenler, so I’ll leave it out. We’re taken back to Liz’s birthday dinner. Now imagine it playing backward, and I’m posting this because conception is questionable. From Keenler baby - to the “certain truth” about Red - to Liz’s second memory wipe. I kept with the timeline of the Orea bombing, but it’s possible conception was on Liz’s birthday. Especially if this is the true order in which things happened. 

I say this because of the Red - Francesca parallel. It all runs parallel except one detail: Red didn’t join her for dinner, she ate alone. So this opposite makes me question if Keenler slept together on the night of her birthday, and it’ll play out opposite for Red - getting his “yes” from Francesca later. Even more with Laurel’s statement to Ressler in Arioch Cain - red velvet cupcakes and red velvet cake pops. 

There are two more seeds to Keenler baby. Aram in 7x1 making the “swiping right” comment goes back to Alistair Pitt’s episode with Liz and the adoption lady. The “We?” in 7x2 that Liz asked of Ressler goes back to Red and Liz at the start of 3x16 as well as Liz at the end of 6x20 with Aram and Cooper. There could be more small seeds like this, but I’d have to rewatch to see.

Travel Greece: September 18, 2021

Day 4. It felt so good to sleep in till 9 AM. We drove back to Corinth. Tommy met with Dina to work on immigration papers. She is an attorney with a nice office right in the center of town. Her office has some very interesting paintings on the walls.

Her office is very near the courthouse… In fact directly across the street! Afterwards we walked around the center of town.

There were displays of fresh fish in the markets., The bread shops, the fresh produce markets, in fact every market looked fabulous.

We shared a Greek salad and walked to the waterfront where there happened to be a dog show setting up. The dog show made Tommy think of his cousin Nikki Riggsbee.

In the center of the square is a very large Pegasus sculpture with a water fountain surrounding it. Also there are café tables set up across from various shops that sell pastries and coffees.

Tommy sat and had a great coffee. We shared a sweet cake with honey and pistachio. We checked into the Apollon Hotel. It is now called the Filoxenia Hotel. And it’s owned by his cousins family.

Then we drove to the AcroCorinth. It’s amazing! The views are breathtaking from every angle. It’s difficult to envision how it was made. It’s so steep into the side of a vertical mountain.

We had dinner outside a local restaurant in Corinth at the marina with a cousin, Evie and her daughter, seven-year-old Lina. The waiter brought us in to choose our fresh fish… The highlight of the dinner. Another favorite for me was the xorta and zucchini. Horta is a leafy green vegetable that is sautéed in olive oil and lemon with garlic.

I also had grilled octopus for my first time. I found the octopus a bit chewy. There was a dish with dilitini pasta, tomato sauce, and octopus that was very tender. I enjoyed this great deal more than the grilled octopus.

Tommy especially likes the sesame bread. Evie brought us a gift of biscotti, shaped like soft bagel flavored with Ouzo. They are excellent. Not too sweet.

At 10 PM we met up with Panos, the brother of Evie. He is a dentist. He drove us to Loutra Oreas Elenis. it is rumored that Helen of Troy took a bath here. We went for drinks at Linanaci, “little port“.

The moon was just about full and there were light shining on the sea. You could see fish attracted to the light. The waves were mesmerizing. We had a great and interesting conversation with Panos that flowed until 2 AM in the morning. The Aperol Spritz was very refreshing. There is a banter after sharing a meal or drinks when the check comes over who will pay, it goes back-and-forth, again and again… I must get used to this part of their culture.

By the way, Evie is a teacher of English and French with a charming personality her daughter Lina found a stray kitten and was in love… Wanting to take the kitten home. She named her Nancy.

They have many pets already. Dogs, Birds, and more, so there will be no cat joining the family tonight. It was fun to practice my Greek with Evie and Lina.

I think Panos enjoyed practicing his English even more. Back at the hotel in no time at all we fell off to sleep at 3 AM.

The hotel room was contemporary, Clean, small, but comfortable. The shower was very small but felt terrific after spending the day in almost 100° heat. At night at the bar the seabreeze comes in and it cools down into the 70s… Ahhh.
