No, she doesn’t kill Skipp. So skipp and stone are like “guyssss we’re not d8ingg we just act like this cuz we’re homiesss” and it’s kinda the same with Reina and stone, but stone is more secretive abt it and Reina runs her mouth and calls him her bf.

Then Reina meets some other friends who are my friends oc. Then one of them mysteriously leaves (cough cough @pxrfaitgirlz/ @ghostlyspiderlily cough cough) then Reina turns EMO and ANGSTY. Then she breaks up w stone and turns more dry and rude and whatnot.

Then the friend who left, Bea, comes back! Yayyy!! No, Reina doesn’t get back w stone, she actually hates him. But that’s to keep him away so she doesn’t fall in love again.

+Nothing really changes, even though she’s in World Tour

+This AU has since evolved into “Alejandro and his gaggle of idiots™”, ie. Alejandro, Nivi, Cody, Duncan, and Lexi(OC/Nivi’s girlfriend) all share an apartment. It’s an interesting concept.

I however will say this though. I only feel like it’s important because at 15 I was worried about minor things like if my silly bands matched my outfit or when the next episode of big time rush was coming out. Nowadays it’s so common for people to start thinking about sexual identity as young as 10 years old and that’s something that’s just not ideal because it’s a milestone you ideally don’t have full range of romantic motion with until you have adult freedom/experience.

You are pretty young and highschool typically isn’t the precedent for the dating pool or best general reference point for what you are and aren’t interested in as far as sexual orientation. Mainly because the maturity level (of others not necessarily you) and the perimeters in terms of how far you take things in the relationship. Usually the extent is bf/gf, mall hangouts, movie dates or seeing eachother in school. That’s different than having full ability and to take things further as you would an adult relationship taking big steps and crossing into new territory so it’s hard to really make a decision if you’re completely okay with a dynamic with a partner of a certain orientation while you’re only in the prerequisites of adulthood.

Just basically keep your mind open and don’t focus and hone too much into that sector while you’re still so young. You have ample time to navigate romantically. If you have a gist of it for the time being that’s totally cool but don’t take it at face value so early on because you haven’t had the opportunity to experience a full fledge experience and delve into why or how you’re attracted to who you’re attracted to.

Also some make it a trend and claim they’re bi and treat lgbtq+ as a bandwagon until it doesn’t “suit them anymore. I knew tons of people who did this in highschool.

Then there’s the people that tend to feel like the lgbtq+ community is the only place they feel generally accepted as a person so they kind of just fall in line with lifestyle and leave it at that. I’ve seen so many friends that are treated horribly or bullied (not for being gay because they started off as straight) because they just have different personalities and weren’t popularly accepted so they just decided to give up on normalcy and hetero relationships because they feel alone, unwanted, unattractive and mistreated among the people they are. So they become apart of the lgbtq+ community and they just adapted to it. I love and support them regardless but it hurts me to know they felt the need to change what they were attracted to simply because they made a very big decision early on and now they struggle more because they’re at war with themselves.

Just make sure that you give yourself time to grow, mature, and allow yourself the time to grow into who you are before having your mind set on one specific orientation. Whatever it is, make sure you ask yourself why and what makes you feel that way. As long as your answer has nothing to do with anyone else except yourself then okay but just make sure you’re giving yourself time to make sure what you want is what you want. This is something you shouldn’t carry so heavily at a young age which is why it’s advised to “be young while you can”. Romance is a rocky battlefield and you’re still so insanely young and romance/relationships in an adult environment is a totally different ballgame and nitty gritty than highschool romance. So just make sure you allow yourself the time to know who you are and don’t put too much pressure on yourself to figure out what you like just because others claiming to have figured it out before you.

I can’t quite explain it but it’s just a different wave altogether romantically when you grow older than when you’re in highschool. I hope you’re not offended in any way. I’m an ally through and through because I don’t believe in discrimination of any sort. Everyone deserves a home, friends and family no matter who they’re attracted to. I just think it’s important to not put too much pressure on yourself to have it all figured out so early on in your growth as a person.

Hi, not offended at all!

I'm well aware that my identity is subject to change. I'm young and inexperienced, and I've cycled through tons of different labels while doing my occasional check in on myself.

Right now I'm using the label lesbian, because that's what feels right to me right now. It best labels the experiences I've had and helps me understand who I am right now.

It’s possible I realize this label is inaccurate to me, as has happened before, in which case I'll simply re-acess and look for something that describes me better.

I like labeling myself. It helps me find community in other people with similair experiences. It helps me feel less alone when the way I work doesn't fit with most people around me.

What I feel is ever changing, and when I realize I've mislabelled myself I simply take a step back for a while until I feel I've come to such an understanding of myself that I can confidently use a different one.

To me this has been a long road of self discovery, and I may very well not fit this label at all a year from now. But right now, I do fit it, and reading up about it and engaging with the community is giving me a sense of belonging.

I might change and I might not. And that's okay with me.

Francis in her own way always knew she was a girl…it really just didn’t “click” for her until she was around 5 or so? like she just hated everything about being called a boy or referred to by masculine pronouns and such, like it just straight up made her uncomfortable….and being a girl wasn’t as uncomfortable for her!! she’s got a lot of issues still with her identity (she’s def nb to some degree as well and she doesn’t even know what that is or how to breach the topic) cuz of. well we’ll get to that in a bit…

for Vincent? i’m not exactly sure when or how she herself figured it out but i for sure know that she started properly/socially transitioning after she ran away from home with Jack. they both def helped each other with like, discovering aspects abt themselves in terms of identity…and they were abt 12/13 when they both started having those types of conversations with each other

TRANS *stamps them* but Friday being trans/genderfluid was like a lightbulb moment going off? like i dunno, ive never seen that kind of struggle before in anything i’ve read! like that struggle with gender identity and discrimination while dealing with yur lame ass on and off bf and estranged adopted child. they became more of a character to me in that aspect cuz like that’s so…HUMAN?? in a way? so that ties nicely back into their story if any of that made sense

as mentioned before Francis does in fact have like, issues with her identity. yeah she’s a girl but “she’s not a PUSSY got it? she hates dresses, won’t do girly shit, she’s not a whiny BITCH, and she doesn’t think about BOYS or DOLLS alright?? FUCK OFF”. a lot of internalized misogyny, which unfortunately was influenced by Thursday and something she’s like, repressed is that she wishes she was comfortable with femininity. she in a way feels ‘rejected’ by femininity…and she hates it for that. “why can’t she be a REAL girl? why can’t she be comfortable in that way?” so masculinity is her shield, what she feels gives her power over others, and it’s a way that she more or less protects herself…it’s def a safety blanket for her of sorts

Hello to my. 3 followers rn lol, wanted to start this off with I might be “technically” out to my mom now as much as I haven’t really said anything. Essentially I use my chosen name at work which has resulted in some attitude from my mom’s bf and a bit of confusion from my mom, however she’s actually pretty chill and her bf is the reason I’ve yet to say something in the first place. Today’s post stems from some Fuckshit™️ I faced at work yesterday with the fact I use my chosen name at work

So due to paperwork with my legal name on it, that’s what’s in the system and the name that comes up on the schedule—not a big deal, really, as everyone’s seen both names and while some ask questions, everyone’s pretty respectful of my chosen name. Anyway there’s one person I work with who has some pretty wild takes on like Everything (tried saying global warming is a hoax and earlier argued that UV rays are harmless) and happens to be extremely queerphobic. I heard from a different coworker (whom is the only other queer person that works here) that this other coworker was talking about me behind my back, both me in general and my trans identity

My fellow queer coworker pulled me aside and asked if I’m ok w her mentioning my name when she reports the situation to our boss since I wasn’t there to hear about it, and wanted to make sure I knew about it before it’s just dropped on me out of nowhere

I mainly wanted to put out that if anyone treats you this way this is considered harassment I think only if said to your face, and regardless you can absolutely report these situations to your boss or HR. I can’t guarantee anything will be done depending on the area you live in (I live in a pretty blue state in the US), however if they don’t do anything, keep going higher. If discrimination claims won’t get you too far, you can likely claim harassment or workplace violence. We actually had to watch a video for workplace violence just a couple weeks ago and this was almost perfectly one of the examples so uh. Idk why she thought she’d get away w it at this place LOL

I may update on the situation if consequences are actually dealt. Anyway all this to say do no harm take no shit, and cis ppl stand up for your trans loved ones when you can it makes a world of difference

Turkey has the same problem with Syrian refugees (who fwiw have caused issues but they’re also traumatized people coming from extreme circumstances who fled their native country when it became a war zone so) that the US has with immigrants from LatAm. I’m not condoning it but discrimination and hostile attitudes are not uncommon in those circumstances.

I’ve read a story where a Ukrainian refugee tried to get a free mani in Israel (before the current war) and I personally had a really bad experience with a Ukrainian refugee in Italy where he tried hard to hustle us and my bf thought he was trying to mug us (but like I could see he was Eastern European lol and I was cool and then he started to talk about the war and I switched to Ukrainian and was like “here’s €5 now fuck off”) - I totally get disliking refugees tbh but like don’t be a dick. Who is to say that someone drooling about a just turned 20 is OK just because he’s not a minor anymore? I don’t think anyone’s talking about any age discrimination. He can be gone anywhere from 30 seconds to 30 minutes 😭😭 if he’s gone for a short amount of time, he comes back with just as much chaotic energy to take back his headphones and shoo you away as he did to throw it all on you pls.

Other times, he’ll go and make a whole ass meal and come back sauntering in with a half eaten grilled cheese in hand, “Oh shit are you still playing, babe—hey you’re doing really well, look at you go!”

When you’re not there, he mentions you a lot, because he’s always thinking about you no matter how small it is; even just the design of a character would prompt him to a make a comment, “I don’t think my girlfriend has ever played this, but I know she’d main this character.” 

Does he invite you to play a game he knows you’ve never played or are bad at with him on his stream, knowing full well he’s an ace at it and will crush you publicly? Absolutely. Without a doubt. 

There’s always a very shameless, not at all subtle shoutout to his Instagram in the middle of all his streams please, he’ll be playing a game and randomly it’s like, ���Fire pic on Instagam by the way, go like that.” 

His comments are pretty respectful whenever you’re there or he mentions you; there’s a few cheeky randoms who like to make donations whenever you’re on the screen or say some inappropriate stuff, but Eren’s learned to just ignore it. It doesn’t make him happy, and he might tell people to chill if it’s excessive, but he won’t call out anything explicitly and make you uncomfortable while you’re there. 

Sometimes Connie will make a comment about how you’re hot, and that’s definitely something Eren will call out and bring attention to, more so to mock Connie than anything. 

At one point, his subscribers keep asking for more content with you (especially if you’re not there often/it’s been a while since people have seen a peek of you), to which Eren will pout because, “Hey, this is my Twitch-- now, look, you’ve gotten your Eren’s hot girlfriend privileges revoked for the week.”

Still trying to find a way to deal with my friend exploring sexuality. At her party, we got a house tour and openly saw her vibrator charging + the materials she uses for kink stuff. Part of that are ropes and whips. I noticed that I’m pretty much fine with seeing people’s sex toys, but it’s harder for me to see the other stuff.

It gives me flashbacks. 

The situation at work where they talked about power in relation to reward and punishment did the same thing. “Rewards give someone power when you can only get that reward from that person.” And... the triggery part... “Punishments give someone power when you know that you cannot escape them.”

It all brings me back to my dad hurting me. I think it was pretty standard stuff, but not really how I replayed it with friends. I was around 4 years old, so I don’t think I realized any of it. But yes... I asked a friend to tie me up and then asked him to hit me with another piece of the rope.

And every time my friend tells me about her kink stuff, I can only see those memories replayed before my eyes.

When I was around 11 years old, I actually found out about BDSM online. In the breaks at school we often pretended to be horse-and-rider. On the internet I saw people with bits and who were hurt - and I thought: oh wow, this is probably what I will want when I’m older. Just because... well, because I wanted to be hurt. I made no connection to sexuality and in a lot of ways I still feel like that child (asexual). I would often run into walls on purpose, jump from too-high-places, get into fights, and also hit/cut myself. I didn’t really distinguish the feeling of other people hurting me from me hurting me. It just felt like it was the right thing, like it was morally right and just.

And to loosely quote one of my favourite authors, it felt like I was put back into myself. Like I was Peter Pan, sewing my shadow back to my body. (I.e., it helped me to dissociate less).

The scary thing was that I couldn’t control the self-harm. It was often like watching myself, or just involved waking up with damage afterwards. When I was with Bf, a very young part took over and replayed the same scene again. I could only watch and it was terrifying for me.

It was scary that Bf went along and that I couldn’t stop or change the situation. He thought that I just liked BDSM, but we’d never talked about it before. (To be fair, I had *no idea* what I liked/didn’t like).

So that’s the other thing going through my mind when I hear my friend’s stories. Looking back, I wish I had realized what was going on, but I guess I needed to realize it in my own time. My friend told me she has a background in SH as a teenager, so that somehow terrifies me - what if this is also SH for her? Do I need to warn her?

At the party, I met her partners. One of them made a slightly threatening comment and I felt the chills run over my body. I *know* that I would get hurt again in a situation like that (BDSM). I *know* that my young and hurt parts would take over and replay situations over and over.

So it’s really hard to discriminate, see the difference between me and my friend. And it’s really hard to let go of wanting to rescue her.
