Open Starter for Female Muses | Dominic Angel-Wetherly

Over the last hour, Dominic had been watching a beautiful young woman through the glass window of a local bar. Just across the street from where he was standing. It was his way of stalking his victims before getting the chance to approach them, and using the same routine his father would do whenever he's out for a quick snack.

Snatch, eat and erase.

Sometimes, he would compel them by telling them to keep calm and not to scream. He would then proceed to sink his fangs into their necks and consume as much blood as he would like. He'll have to be careful not to take too much as they are likely to pass out in front of him. And he wouldn't want that.

His thoughts were interrupted when the front door of the bar opened and the woman stepped out. Dominic took notice of her balance becoming unsteady and it became clear to him that she most definitely had a little too much to drink. He didn't like the idea of human blood being mixed together with alcohol and it doesn't matter if she had more than one glass of beer or a bottle of wine. He thought it would be best for her to get sobered up, allow her time to relax and get comfortable before knowing for certain she'll be alright. His plan was to comfort her, not to cause her harm, terror and nightmares. He wouldn't want that to happen to her nor would he even consider it.

With his vampire speed, Dominic approached the woman, standing at least a few inches from her. His ocean blue eyes stared directly at hers and the corner of his mouth curved up in a small smile. Small enough to not show his teeth. Or rather, his fangs. But that will come later. Slowly, he crouched down and extended his arm out to reach for her hand in the event she had already lost balance and fell on the sidewalk. He hoped she wouldn't be frightened or startled by his sudden appearance and without hesitation, he spoke to her in a low, deep voice.

"Do you mind if I walk you home? It's not safe for a young woman like you to be wandering around the streets alone. I will protect you and you have my word that no harm will come to you."
