Gary / Henchman 21

Gary is a bit awkward in both the early relationship and pre-relationship crushing stage. His cheeks flush a bit, he stutters a bit when talking to you, and he takes on a better posture in an attempt to make himself seem more put together and confident around you. Other than this, he doesn’t really change too much about how he talks to you / how he himself acts

 This is because he is a firm believer in the concept of getting his crush to love the ‘real him’, he never hides who he is or what he likes and is ecstatic that you return his affections especially because of this. He’d probably be the type to wait to be confessed too, but will confess if he has a long-term crush.

Gary is a massive nerd, like canon. He will 100% talk your ear off about Marvel movies, Star Trek, Star Wars, and all sorts of other media. He gives you the same grace, offering an ear to listen whenever you feel comfortable enough to be open about your interests

Common Dates include: Different media Conventions, Movie nights and theater trips, shopping and taking walks together

He tries to keep his relationship with you separate from his working/henching life as much as possible, but with how over-eager The Monarch is you’ve probably at least met Gary’s bosses if not become odd friends with them

Gary is a very service-oriented lover, protecting and helping you makes him feel like he really matters to you, and that you appreciate him and his abilities

Best hugger, literally like ever. It’s the chunky stomach and muscular arms combo, nothing feels more secure than when he wraps his arms around you after a tiring day of henching

The fact that sakura & syaoran are rivals over gathering the clow cards and ALSO they're romantic rivals since they're BOTH in love with the same boy like OOOUUGGGHHH
