i'm just thinking about when daryl first met plus size bimbo!reader.

he can't believe his eyes when he sees you come out of the car with rick, pretty and soft and definitely not wearing clothes meant for survival. your hot pink tank top straining against your breasts exposing the leopard print bra you had underneath; your shorts strained against your plush belly.

and was that... your thong?

daryl was never one left speechless often or allowed his emotions to show on his face but what in the actual fuck?

he recalls being frozen in his spot on the bench of the prison he was sat on, the knife he had been sharpening laying lax in his hands as he watched the others begin to crowd around you.

he remembers carol snorting next to him, swatting him on the arm with the back of her hand gently when she approaches him.

"i think you have a little drool right there."

she would tease, pulling a scoff from the man but he couldn't ignore the feeling of his ears and cheeks heating. it hadn't occurred to him that he hasn't stopped looking at you yet.

but when your eyes meet? oh god, for a moment daryl swears that his heart stopped.

he's not proud to admit that as soon as he got the vibe that you were going to greet him, he got up and left, shooting you a defensive glare.

he was never usually one to run away from a challenge, but you?

oh he could already tell that you were going to be a big big problem.
