Hey, i’m 20 year old and i’m completly jacked because at a young age, i started going to the gym (I’m 225 lbs). My neighbour is a 50 year old man, and he is really fat. Secretly Recently, saw him, and he lost some weight, and i, on the other hand, gained a little bit because of college, and he said to me “are you trying to catch up my belly?”. That was the momment i thought i want him to get jacked and for me to get fat, and i want him to tease me about it. So i want you to create a story around it, me getting progressivly fatter and getting tease and humilliated by him, amd him getting skinnier and eventually more jacked than i am.
Shit! If I looked like you, I'd be jerking off in front of the mirror all day. And you want what? To get fat? I mean, just a few days ago you were a model athlete. And you could have easily worked off those few grams on your hips. Or I could have helped you with that. But if you want it differently… What a shame!
You start to spend your evenings in front of the TV and no longer in the gym. You switch your diet to fast food and sugary drinks. And lots of beer! You love beer. Your personal hygiene also suffers. Sure, shaving your chiseled pecs was more fun than your flabby man boobs. Your skin is getting paler and paler from sitting around. At some point, your friends stop asking what's wrong with you. Who needs friends. You'll find your friends online while playing games. .
With my help, you won't need so long for your body to change according to your absurd wishes. After just one week you won't be able to zip your pants. People don't say hello to you on the street because they no longer recognize you with your soft, spongy features. And you start to curse your apartment on the third floor. When you finally get to the top of the stairs, your lungs rattle like an old alarm clock and you gasp for air, drenched in sweat.
It takes just two weeks before you're lying on the couch at your GP's. He says that he has been telling you for years that you are killing yourself in installments with too much fat and too little sports. You're about to lash out and say that until recently you were still very sporty. But your memories are suddenly different. You remember being humiliated in gym class. You remember how you never found a dance partner at the prom. About how you secretly jerked off when you heard your neighbor come home. Shit, that guy is fit as fuck.
Your GP has ordered you to exercise regularly! At least once a week for a swim. You hate sport. And swimming even more so. Getting in and out of the pool is like running the gauntlet for you. The worst thing is the shower after swimming, when your cock almost disappears under your belly.
You've just stowed everything away in your locker and are on your way to the pool. And then your pathetic little cock gets as hard as nothing else on your body. Because suddenly your neighbor is standing in your way
He kneads his bulge in his speedos. He says he's happy to see you here. You reply with a dry throat and a cracked voice that you're happy too. He says that he hopes you don't overdo it with the sport. You look good. He pats your belly. You're about to cum into your swimming trunks. Suddenly footsteps from behind. Two young, well-built swimmers come into the changing area. "Get out of the way, fatso," your neighbor grumbles at you. "And come to my house after swimming," he adds in a whisper. And exchanges fistbumps with the two athletes.
You whisper "See you soon, Daddy" so that nobody can hear. But now you have to wank first. In ordner not to cum in the pool.

When I fast I don't workout, so I don't get to do it much but:
- I love online belly dancing classes
- just dance is fun
- I used to run religiously but I don't eat enough calories for that anymore. I don't like feeling like I'm about to pass out outside of my home. It's a dangerous world.
- I want to get into swimming

Hi! I was wondering if you know of any (culturally sensitive, body positive) online classes/resources for getting into belly dance?
Aaah...I wish I had online resources but all of my schooling has been in person and when choreographing I just feel the music. Sorry that wasn't very helpful. If anyone following me has any input, please feel free.

All eyes on me?
When I posted the announcement of my engagement on Instagram, the texts and comments started blowing up my phone. It felt like someone was trying to pull my stomach out of my throat.
Now I'm getting a small taste of what it is like to be the center of attention.
When people meet me, one of the first things that they comment on is how I have very little to say. I’m the observant type until I have something that I want to comment on. I’ve always been this way. I’d get report cards sent home that I was a “pleasure to have in class” but occasionally I’d get the remark that I was too chatty with my friends at the nearby tables. I can recall my second grade teacher mentioning to my mom that I was sneaky because they would catch glimpses of me talking during lectures but they would never hear me.
I’m excruciatingly shy. I always have been and I will probably continue to be. I would rather listen to someone tell me their life story than have to think of something to say. I feel unnerved every single time I have multiple people looking at me for the answer to their question. I can feel my face flush. I need to look either at the ceiling or at the ground in order for me to process my thoughts. I know it can be perceived as rude but I try to make up for it by making eye contact when someone else is talking. I even try to focus on my body language because everyone’s always stressing about how important it is. Crossing your arms or legs implies that you're in an unhappy state. Making eye contact while someone is speaking is ideal. What if I'm making too much eye contact. Will they think poorly of me?
I'm dreading being the center of attention.
Everyone’s attention will be on me. Everyone will be listening to what I have to say to my future husband while there are cameras on us. 100 sets of eyes will be admiring us on our wedding day.
It doesn’t help that my body image issues also affect my self esteem which then affects my self worth. I am somewhat insecure because I know I am not the American beauty standard. I know better than to let Instagram filters and photoshop images bother me; most of the time. Plus size women don't have perfectly flat bellies with thick thighs like models do online. We have curves, lumps, bumps and even apron bellies sometimes.
When I lost my mom, I never considered the events I would miss out on without her being here. Your mother is supposed to be your most valuable person. Your mom should build your self esteem. Your mother is supposed to be a strong, feminine role model. I didn't have any of those. I didn’t have a strong role model during some of my most formative years. I watched my friends go through events like prom, graduations, dances, and first jobs with their moms always present. I felt left out. I could feel myself becoming more reclusive than I already was.
Without a dual-income household, I missed out on many life events; a sweet sixteen, college savings, financial assistance to buy a home, or a brand new car. Growing up without those material items in my left made me longing for one luxurious life event; my wedding day.
The desire to have a wedding that can only be from my dreams outweighs the anxiety I have about being the center of attention. I owe it to myself. I have worked hard for the life I have with the path that was carved out for me. It’s important to treat ourselves. We only have so much time to live and money always comes back. It’s important to savor the moments. I tell myself that I plan for this to be my only marriage and I want to invest in that one special day. I deserve to be the center of attention; just this once.

When Delta advises you to do something, you do it. Even when there are barriers in the way. But this is where the bits of Agnes that were still inside of Maddy shined. The organization, the always keeping busy, the girl who watched her mother do her business things because someone had to step into that role eventually and it wasn’t going to be her brother. Calls were made. New Orleans airport? Out of the question. Nothing was open or working right now. So it was a drive out to Texas. Doctors don’t recommend that you fly out after 36 weeks of pregnancy. She was beyond that. She was going to pop anyday now. She was a day behind her due date. But there wasn’t a choice. When a ‘helpful’ airline employee pointed out her stomach, Maddy would lie smoothly and say she was carrying twins, she was just looking quite big but it was going to be no big deal. It could not be a big deal.
There was no time for this to be a big deal.
Making the arrangements online. Trying to find a place that was as close to perfect as the one that they had the year before. It was harder on short notice. But thank you money. Credit card numbers were put in. A furnished apartment was found, and a request for a crib was put in because - well, stating the obvious. It seemed like their little one was going to be a Paris baby, how very them. Getting to the airport. Taking a spare moment to finally send all of the documents to Kuzco, all signed and legitimized. It might not be the best time for an inn in New Orleans but it wasn’t for the customers. It was for the memories. And then right back to work, finding everyone else who was flying in first class and offering to comp their flights, and book them another one. The flight was going to be an overnighter so Bastien wouldn’t be transforming during the long winter night but their privacy was still important to them. She managed to get through to a lot of them.
She was tired. Emotionally and physically. All of the driving, all of the organizing, still reeling from Wulf and the other Merry Men that were in the crowds, and the others that they have lost. She was tired of it all. If only there was another place that felt like home - The Laveaus had the right idea. But she and Bastien were attached to New Orleans. Even if it was a dead town. If there was time, maybe she’d look into actually buying property in Paris so there wouldn’t this scramble. Maybe they could settle. She relaxed into her first class seat, leaning against Bastien and kissing his shoulder. “Second year in a row,” She mused. “Maybe Paris is trying to tell us something.”
Christmas in Paris. She had sent off a lot of the packages before hand - the ones to New Zealand containing Christmas gifts. At least there was no worry in that. And to the people that were left - she’d find a way to make sure they got it. The dancing couldn’t carry on forever, could it? The gifts for those that were gone though - they remained inside of their dungeon home until they got back and she’d figure out what to do with them.
A light doze until a strange feeling inside woke her up. A pressure in her belly. And a kicking. Thinking that it was just Frankie being a little butthead, and having to use the bathroom, she unbuckled and got up to use the facilities, only for the long dress that she was wearing to stick to her legs and the seat when she got up. Absolutely soaked. A second of panic as she looked instinctively for blood with wide eyes but saw none. And then a REAL moment of oh god oh no oh fuck mon dieu when it hit her what happened. She sat back down to collect herself, and then looked Bastien in the eye.
“Can you facetime Victor?” She asked. Long distance flight, wi-fi, all of that. They weren’t entirely off of the grid up there. You had to pay for it but that wasn’t exactly an issue here. “I - I think she’s coming. My water just broke.”

Back in February or March, after I had disentangled myself from the dumpster fire that is the “organized” left in Los Angeles I started searching for something to occupy my newfound free time. I was searching for some way to feel at home in my body and might give me some sort of community I was missing.
I decided to try belly dance again. It saved my life once before so I figured it was worth a shot to give it another go. However, when I started looking around for classes, it was slim pickings. I was very much a fusion dancer when I danced at Arabesque in Chicago over a decade ago. I don’t particularly care for the bouncy, showgirl cabaret style. Unfortunately, that’s mostly what exists in L.A. I finally found a couple of fusion teachers who were renting space at a studio in Burbank on Thursday evenings . So I went.
To say I was rusty would be an understatement. 44 year-old hips do not move the same as 32 year-old ones. The other women in class have been dancing together for several years. I struggled to keep up. I also was unprepared for everybody to be so skinny (probably dumb on my part, I mean this is L.A. after all, but in my defense, when I started dancing in 2009 I was blessed with a queer, fat teacher and fellow students who looked much more like me when so that’s all I’ve really known).
I felt big and clumsy and old. And very much like an outsider. I tried my best to wedge myself into this place where I definitely didn’t fit. I stuck with classes for about 6 months. I attempted a couple social events and even rejoined F*cebook to be part of a little local dance group. But I was secretly relieved when the last session of classes ended when one teacher went back to school and the other had a baby. Two other teachers started some classes a couple weeks ago. One of them is focused on chakras and I am just not capable of faking it THAT hard.
So, much like our Swedish queen Robyn, I am dancing on my own…with some online classes. Which is still fun! And pretty great to be able to pick and choose and find a teacher that fits my learning style and skill level. But it’s definitely not the same and just adds to my feeling of detachment from this place. Decent trade-off to not have to pretend to give a shit about my chakras though.

#178 On Grief- Our Collective Sorrow
I have been sharing my feelings on grief on my social media pages for the past few days.
Someone lost a friend, a mentor, a family member due to their views and values. We as a nation are narrowing our focuses to those who align with our viewpoints, and it creates such a grief and separation within the soul.
It is natural to do so, and to take comfort in what you can understand. It can be hard to listen and learn without judgement. In this episode I speak on what grief really means, and how we can use that knowledge to keep our lights on.
Keep them on for ourselves, for one another, for the world. It is hard work to keep going. To continue to be open to learning. To sit with hard things, yet we must in order to maintain that connection, that soul alignment, that LIGHT shining.
The second episode I speak on nourishment and how to take it during these times. How to identify what fills you up when things feel confusing, and why it is is so important to do so. I speak on the power of play to bring us into presence and why presence is a practice to cultivate in this time.
The third speaks on Mindful Movement for medicine for the soul. I have recorded two grounding meditations and a mindful movement class in my free Supportive Mindfulness Community and they are on replay, should you feel called to tune in.
Take care of yourselves.
Remember that you cannot control an outcome, but you can soothe your emotional state by mindfully checking in with yourself and then choosing to engage in activities that regulate your nervous system and bring you back into balance.
Meditation.
A walk in nature.
Somatic movement. ( For me dancing or intuitively moving the body with eyes closed)
Self massage.
A bath.
A yoga practice.
Reading a book.
Nourishing food and water.
Deep grounded breathing. ( Lying on the floor and focusing on breathing from your belly.)
Cuddle an animal, baby or stuffed animal if you don’t have one
A favorite mantra of mine-
“I surrender what I cannot control. I am grateful for all that I have. I breathe in love, I breathe out peace.”
What brings you nourishment during this time?
My Women’s Circle begins tomorrow with three spaces left. If you are craving a space to share without judgement. To speak on hard things, and cultivate joy, come join us.
Women’s Retreat. Sicily June 14-21st Registration is open with 3 spaces available.

The Laurel Inner Space
Staying curious: Lifelong learning in Laurel and beyond
By AGNES PASCO CONATY
Curiosity — that drive to learn an unfamiliar word, experiment with crafting, try food you haven’t tasted before, or even just walk around a different block — can take us on rewarding learning adventures throughout our lives. As Albert Einstein famously said, “The mind that opens to a new idea never returns to its original size.”
And sometimes curiosity prompts us to pick up something we’d put down years before. For me, it was rocks. I’d studied geology as an undergraduate and returned to it many years later when I started teaching environmental science. Suddenly, I was all but glued to my magnifying glass as I marveled at the colors, textures and details, even in rocks that looked ordinary at first glance. And I started wondering about so much: How does petrified wood become a rock? Why are tiny shells embedded in sedimentary rocks? One question led to another, and another. My curiosity about rocks now knows no bounds.
So many of us lead busy lives; we may think we could never find time to dabble with a new hobby, let alone dive head first into learning a new language. But grabbing even a moment here or there can add up to big rewards over time. I have a friend who decided to teach herself one new knot each month for a year — and she stuck with it, mastering not just 12, but more than two dozen new knots that year. Now, more than a decade later and still following her curiosity, she’s gained not only skill a whole lot of knots, but the confidence that can come with taking on a challenge.
We have abundant resources for exploring and expanding our curiosity, right at our fingertips, and many of them are geared to older adults. Montgomery College’s Lifelong Learning Institute, based at the college’s Rockville campus, (tinyurl.com/2efvsam8) offers a treasure chest of courses, from professional development to personal enrichment. Interested in presidential history? Want to learn how to raise orchids? Eager to get a handle on your personal finances? The institute may have just what you’re looking for.
Prince George’s Community College, in Largo, also offers programs for seniors (tinyurl.com/2s4c8usy). And right here at home, the Laurel-Beltsville Senior Activity Center, which is run by Prince George’s County Department of Parks and Recreation, offers classes for adults 60 years or older ranging from belly dancing and Zumba to ceramics, drawing and more. (For a full calendar of fall classes at the center, go to tinyurl.com/37sejjtu.)
Our Laurel Branch Library, part of the county’s Memorial Library System (tinyurl.com/yc5nkd5a), offers a rich selection of free, online courses to anyone who has a library card. (I recently started a course on practical geology to satisfy my fascination with rocks.) The library is constantly expanding not only its physical collection of books, but its virtual offerings as well. And with that same library card, you can create an account with Kanopy (kanopy.com/en), a free streaming service that collaborates with libraries and universities throughout the country to bring thousands of films right to your home. You, too, can immerse yourself in the world of documentaries — or even become that movie trivia buff you’ve always wanted to be.
I also enthusiastically recommend exploring the internet to whet (and even satisfy!) your appetite for new adventures in learning. Project Gutenberg (gutenberg.org) has tens of thousands of free e-books, including most of the great books of the Western world and digital copies of hard-to-find editions, that you can read online or download. Coursera (coursera.org) is an online consortium of more than 300 colleges and universities offering career training and degree programs (at cost) and a huge selection of free courses. And so many colleges and universities independently offer online learning, too; all it takes is an easy search to start opening those doors.
As a child, I was so curious about the world around me, and I loved learning. I still do. And I’ve always encouraged my son (and my students!) to keep learning, too. Being open to possibilities — staying curious — is a lifelong journey worth taking.
