Not me screaming and throwing my phone across the room when I saw this hot ass mf appear on my screen
FINALLY!!! Some Dragon content!!!
While reading, I was like is that Dragon’s silhouette and then WOW double page of Dragon and then I turned page and there was ANOTHER Dragon page and I was like I can die happy now
Dragon despising war and violence is great! I still remember back when we were first formally introduced fo him that he reprimanded one of his soldiers that were celebrating winning a war… it’s all coming together! I love it!
Nami and Robin’s reactions are the best!!! “He’s so passionate” I know right?!?!? I’m gonna use that line every time somebody asks me why I love Dragon. And are you really telling me that Dragon had Robin at his HQ for TWO WHOLE YEARS and never told her he knew Clover? Come on! Open up a little, man!
Also, Vegapunk seeing Luffy and going “Welcome Dragon’s son” had me! Now my new headcanon is Dragon calling Vegapunk in the middle of the night to gossip about Luffy. I’m obsessed!
Can’t wait for more! Good job Oda!

Crazy theory, it's probably not gonna happen...
(Spoilers for One Piece Chapter 1120)
But Robin's dad is Clover's brother.
Okay, so we know Olvia left to study the Ponyglphs to 'honor her husband's wishes' and he wasn't in the flashback so he must have died before Robin was born, maybe before Olvia even knew she was pregnant. So, 30-31 years ago.
And Clover recounts his brother's death in a flashback 26 years ago, which means Robin was 4, assuming his brother didn't die that year, it's very possible for the times to line up. Now, Clover escaped because he lied, not telling them he was a D. It would make sense he would pass along that information to Olvia and her subsequent child. And even though Robin did become an archaeologist at 8, Clover very clearly didn't want Robin to know about the Ponyglyphs because he feared the Government coming for her. Would that not include having to hide their name as well?
It also fulfills my childhood theory that Robin was a D.

How Ohara Foreshadowed the Ancient Weapons and the Cult of Nika
Part 1: The Solar System
It is my opinion that the Ancient Kingdom, the Ancient Weapons, and Nika’s connection to it all was foreshadowed in the Ohara flashback. In this post we’ll go through some background information and evidence, then onto my personal theory of the matter. This got a bit big, so I’ve split it into 3 main parts.
First of all, many people have noticed that these symbols are very similar:
(Plus many more throughout the story) They are 8 circles around a central circle, sometimes with other stuff added around it, like the Kozuki crest or the cross. For now, I will be focusing on the circles.
Now, Moving onto this scene from the Ohara flashback and the model of the One Piece World, which is another example of similar imagery.
Interestingly, there are only 7 satellites around the central planet (Counting the satellite of a satellite)that we can see. Most people assumed they were moons, but with the introduction of the minks and moon cycles, I don’t think that is it. The next popular theory is that of a geocentric model of the solar system.
I instead propose that it is neither, but instead an Orrery.
As Wikipedia states, “An orrery is a mechanical model of the Solar System that illustrates or predicts the relative positions and motions of the planets and moons, usually according to the heliocentric model.” It is used to show the position of the planets in the night sky, to track time, and predict astrological events such as solar and lunar eclipses. The current model is primarily based on Benjamin Martin Orrery , but a version of it was created during Ancient Greece and is considered one of the first analogue computers.
Here is an example that resembles the one from Ohara:
Now there is something I find odd about the Ohara model, however.
(Behold my shitty editing skills)
There are 7 planets but 5 orbits. 1 and 2 are on the yellow orbit, 3 and 7 are on the red, 4 and 5 are on the purple, and 6 is on the blue. But there is none on the green. I propose that there is, or once was, an 8th planet that would have been on the green orbit. Or the green is just a wire to keep the others in place. In that case, the 8th planet would be on the blue, since the blue is the only one with a single planet on its orbit. Either way, there is a missing planet that is either hidden on the other side of this model that we can’t see, or it was destroyed.
In our world, our solar system consists of 8 planets, but when Oda started, it had 9. Therefore, I think the One Piece universe had 9 planets, but one was destroyed. And I do think that the archaeologists know about it, most likely through ancient texts/models. But they know that that planet is gone.
And I think this is what is behind the common symbol of a central circle surrounded by 8 smaller ones, it is a model of the solar system as seen by the main planet. And it is a representation of not only the Sun, but of the Solar System, the planets that circle the sun. Nika is not only the sun god, but he is the god of the solar system.
Additionally, there are 9 Rio Poneglyphs that are meant to reveal the history of the void century. Why nine? Is it one for each of the planets in the solar system? 8 squares around a central square. We see this motif again, but this time with different shapes, and of the poneglyphs that are meant to reveal the true history.
TLDR: The model we see in Ohara is neither a geometric model of the universe or showing that there are seven moons, but instead it is an Orrery, a model of the solar system as it relates to a central planet in order to predict astrological events. The Ohara model may indicate that there is a missing 9th planet in the solar system. And the circular motif that keeps popping up is representative of the planets in the solar system as well as the sun because Nika is not only the sun god, but the god of the solar system.
So, what happened to the 9th planet?

LUFFY with a spiderman! s/o headcannons because one piece and spiderman are my biggest interests
warnings : none just luffy being luffy , mentions the spider society.
— when he found out that it was from a spider bite and not from a devil fruit he was lowkey jealous
— fym you can still swim??
— definitely asked if you shoot webs out your butt
— if sanji is wondering why the meat is suddenly disappearing more it’s cus you had grabbed them with your webs
— if you get into an argument he definitely says some corny shut like “ enough of you and your web of lies”
— chopper was the first one to know but it makes sense
it makes spidey sense
— SPEAKING OF SPIDEY SENSE he likes to throw random objects at you to try to activate them
“did you just throw a carrot at me?”
“maybe”
*throws it back*
— please don’t let him find out the spider society or the multiverse
— but if he does he’d get a day pass and look at everyone with starry eyes
— once he found out about canon events … poor baby
— you had pretended to be doflamingo when law pissed you off… luffy found it funny

Genuine question how do zionists watch and enjoy ATLA?
Like are they just watching it thinking “Wow I really feel bad for Ozai he must feel awful with all these earthbenders terrorizing him” or “These waterbenders deserve getting wiped out they’re a threat to the fire nation” or do they support Aang and the rest of the main cast then go and support ethnic cleansing?

@1000sunnygo pointed out that artur’s translation of the Rocky Port incindent was clearer than Pewpiece’s, which it is. I’ve got a screencap below, and the text for those without Twitter. And a link to the original:
“Q9: Please tell us about the Rocky Port Incident that resulted in Koby being called "the Hero". A9: I feel like it would take too long to draw it, so I don't think it'll be included in the main story. To put it simply, after hearing that there's a poneglyph on Pirate Island, Law snuck into and hijacked a massive passenger ship called the "Rocky Port", riding it all the way to Pirate Island. The ship was carrying the king and other important figures from a certain country. In reality however, the ship Law borded was a smuggling vessel which was doing business with Pirate Island under the flag of that same country, so some dangerous trouble brewed up. Law then got into conflict with the pirates. And later, Koby and Blackbeard got aboard with their respective objectives, resulting in the three fighting together. That's what came to be known as the incident. As the incident settled, Blackbeard became King of Pirate Island, Law joined the Royal Sea Warlords, and Koby came to be known as the "Hero".”
Also, read @1000sunnygo’s reflection! It’s interesting as always.

Entering Wano: An Ukiyo-e adventure
Our octopus heralding the entry to Wano seems very inspired by Utagawa Kuniyoshi's 流行蛸のあそび (Ryuko tako no asobi, Fashionable Octopus Games) from the early 1840s.
The wild and wavy waters of Wano are, of course, a homage to Katsushika Hokusai's 神奈川沖浪裏 (Kanagawa-oki nami ura, Under the Great Wave off Kanagawa).
Koi (carp) are a popular motif in Japanese art, as exemplified by this leaping koi by Ohara Koson from the early 20th century.
But surely riding the koi is a Luffy thing...oh. No! Turns out there are a lot of ukiyo-e pieces of people riding on or fighting giant koi. This 1845 piece by Utagawa Hiroshige shows Oniwakamaru in a fierce battle with a koi that swallowed his mother.
One of the dangers facing ships trying to enter Wano are lethal maelstroms. Utagawa Hiroshige (same artist as the koi fighting above) created this fantastic woodcut: 阿波 鳴門の風波, (Awa, Naruto no fuuha, Awa Province: Naruto Whirlpools). He also painted this great panorama view of the same scenery.
The Sunny has made it through waves and past maelstroms while Luffy played with the koi, and now the last obstacle remains: a giant waterfall. A waterfall that looks a lot like the ~1830 下野黒髪山きりふりの滝 (Kurokami-yama Kirifuri-no-taki, Kirifuri Waterfall at Kurokami Mountain) by Katsushika Hokusai (artist of The Great Wave above).
Good thing koi can climb waterfalls, as pictured here in another piece by Katsushika Hokusai: the ~1834 滝に鯉 (Taki ni koi, Carps in waterfall). And with that, the Strawhats have finally entered Wano!
