scenario: still new to the relationship, you and your boyfriend spend as much time together as you can. being that he is an idol, it’s hard to find as much time as you would like, with his busy schedule. regardless, you would take this relationship over any other. lately you have noticed that he is more exhausted when the two of you hang out. wanting to do something for him, you decide that cooking him a meal would be a good idea! you love cooking, though you rarely share your talent with others, but for him, you would do anything. slaving over the meal you cooked for him, he finally enters your apartment after a long day, and you run up and bring him into a tight embrace, already having everything prepared. when he enters the kitchen, he his hit with emotions of shock, surprise, and gratitude for you. thanking you for all of the effort you went through, he finally sits down and tastes your cooking, immediately expressing his enjoyment to the taste.

Bang Chan

when Chan sees you crying, he is immediately at your side, questioning everything that happened since he got home, not really understanding what is happening. when you tell him that you have never cooked for anyone else before, he wraps you in his arms and tells you how amazing it tastes, and that he would love it if you cook for him more. hes a little more calm knowing that your tears are joyful, though he still holds you close to him, refusing to let go, as he continues to enjoy the meal you cooked for him.

Lee Know

Lee Know would be so confused as to why you are crying. he would blink a few times before walking up and asking what’s wrong. when you tell him you’re just happy, he pulls you into a gentle hug and ruffles your hair a little bit, before sitting back down to enjoy the meal you made for him. he tells you that he wants to do more cooking dates with you after, now that he knows it’s something that both of you enjoy, and something that you can enjoy together.

Changbin

Binnie is terrified that he hurt your feelings or something, and immediately clings to you. when he finds out you’re crying tears of happiness, he lets out a sigh of relief, but refuses to let go of you, opting to drag you to the table with him and sit on his lap while he eats. when he’s done he asks for more, and asks if you can cook for him more often, especially recipes that you grew up cooking and all of your favorites.

Hyunjin

Jinnie is about ready to throw himself on the floor profusely apologizing, thinking he made you cry in a bad way. when he finds out they’re tears of joy, he makes a whole dramatic scene about how you practically gave him a heart attack, theatrics and all with him falling on the floor (jokingly). he sits you down across from him, and holds your hand while he finishes the meal, and tells you again how amazing it was.

Han

this man has a whole panic attack that he hurt your feelings, and when he learns you’re actually overly happy, he tells you he gets extra cuddles and kisses as compensation for making him think he did something wrong. and yes he will hold you to that, refusing to leave your side for more than 30 seconds when he’s done eating.

Felix

Lixie finds out you’ve never cooked for anyone else before and starts crying with you. partially because he is so happy that he is the first one to share something like this with you, and partially because you are crying. if anyone were to walk in, there would probably be a lot of concern at the sight of the two of you crying and hugging each other. starts asking you to cook more for him cause he thinks you’re unbelievably talented and wants to taste all of the yummy food you can make.

Seungmin

like lee know he’s super confused about why you are crying. he wouldn't say much, trying to think about the past events that led to your tears. when he finally asks why you started crying, and you tell him it's because you're happy, his heart would sparkle, but he would be teasing you for the rest of the night (jokingly of course).

He would be rethinking every little thing he has ever said to you, and would start interrogating you, if something happened throughout your day, or if it was his fault. another one who would take a breath of relief when he finds out they're tears of joy, and would slightly tease you for scaring him like that. he would sit back down, finish eating, and ask what other foods you are able to make, and ask if you could make them for him.

Roy himself gets completely smashed and Jamie ends up being the one to take him home. As Jamie is literally tucking an inebriated Roy into bed, Roy grabs him and kisses him breathless and declares that he's gonna keep Jamie all for himself forever before doing a wonderful impression of an octopus and passing out, leaving Jamie stunned and with no choice but to just go to sleep in Roy's arms. When morning comes, Roy is mortified, Jamie makes him the patented Tartt family hangover curing breakfast and assures Jamie that what happened was no big deal. Cue Roy throwing Jamie for yet one more loop when he tells Jamie that he wants it to be a big deal, because he genuinely doesn't want to ever have to let Jamie go for as long as they live.

Then their second year, Jamil's overblot, STYX's kidnapping, Malleus trapping everyone in a dream world, catastrophe after catastrophe, missing the other, worrying, etcetera, complicated intense emotions, whatthefuck

They have their third year together after everything that happened in the last, close enough to be dating in everything but title and then they graduate and Jamil isn't free yet and what are they supposed to do about that?

Except boil with raging emotions that can't be expressed or rage and cry and despair

Little extra aside: The more aware of graduation he becomes, the more this will on Jamil's mind and he'll try to actively get distance from Floyd, be cold, ignore Floyd, cut that cord off before it becomes a bigger issue for both of them

So they both leave and they don't see each other and they don't see each other and that's it

If you're into AUs, I also think making ships into fables is very fun

And a snake that falls in love with an eel as long and slivering as itself, seperated by the border of sky and ocean sounds pretty good tbh

Watching it glide through the water, up and down and all around like it's flying in the sea while it is confined to land

It can swim over the eel and when it does the eel thinks, seeing the water and light breaking around it, the snake looks like it's up in the sky

after they finished that hike in the redwoods park spencer almost throws up and swears he's never doing anything outdoors again. it makes courtney laugh so hard they cry

spencer goes on to tell courtney that angela threw her chair at chanse because he took the top hat when she wanted to be the top hat. it was the beginning of the game and it only went downhill from there. amanda refuses to play monopoly on the channel ever again.

In hindsight it’ll be funny, but for Talon that might take a couple years. Sett will laugh about it by next week, because he’s unbothered, but stuff that’s easy for him is hard for Talon. Like being the center of attention or reaching the top shelf where all the biggest bowls are. Talon’s sleeping when Katarina comes, or he’s trying to. He’s laying in bed when she shows up, half-awake and thinking about nothing but the sound of the frying pan from the kitchen. Talon had barely slept last night, and even now he’s close but not close enough. The room is too bright and everything is fuzzy, so he doesn’t pay much attention to anything except when Sett calls, “Hey—Tal—”

His tone is funny, Talon can’t tell exactly what it is. He sits up and scrubs the crust from his eyes.

Sett will describe, later, how he’d been cooking when she’d let herself into the apartment. She hadn’t knocked or rung the bell, since she has her own key. Sett’s ears barely had time to swivel before she was standing in the entryway, staring at him in his boxers.

“Who the fuck are you?” 

Talon’s thought about how he’d introduce Sett, but not seriously. Maybe Sett could just be his little secret that no one else has to know about. He’s not ashamed of him, Talon’s just bad at sharing. But none of his scenarios had involved Katarina suddenly finding out on her own, so when they’re all standing in the kitchen he has no idea what to say or what to do. Sett turns off the stove and waits there awkwardly with his pan.

“Talon—” Katarina says, and points at Sett. “Who’s this?”

Talon swallows thickly. His mouth is dry. “That’s Sett,” he says.

“Hey,” Sett offers carefully, waving the spatula. “Heard about you.”

“Talon—I’m—” Katarina seems genuinely flustered. She stomps over and grabs his wrist. “Let’s have a chat.”

She drags him back to the bedroom and shuts the door and Talon watches her survey the room in dismay, noticing how there’s two phones on the nightstand, and a few extra pairs of shoes scattered on the floor. Katarina’s smart, she turns around.

“Talon. What?” 

The question isn’t specific enough so Talon says nothing.

“Are you dating him?” Katarina asks.

Talon nods. Kind of.

Kat makes an unidentifiable noise. “How long have you been dating? You never told me?”

“Almost a year,” says Talon.

“I’m gonna strangle you,” Kat says. “Talon he’s—” she raises her hand far up above Talon’s head, as if measuring his height. “How?”

Talon frowns. “What.”

“Tal.” She spins in a circle. “Garen and I, we’re like, a match.”

He stares at her.

“Like visually,” she says. “It’s—I’m not calling you ugly, Tal, but—he’s—”

Talon looks down at his feet. He wishes she’d never shown up. He’s too tired for this. “But he wants me.”

“Is he rich? Are you sure he doesn’t want your money?” Kat hisses, exasperatedly.

He pushes her away. “Stop.”

“Talon, I’m worried about you.” She sighs, exasperated. 

“You don’t even know him,” Talon snaps.

“Oh I wonder why!” Kat throws her hands up. “I decide to visit my little brother and find a complete stranger in his underwear.” 

“He’s my boyfriend,” Talon snaps, out of spite. “Why are you here?”

“It’s your adoption day tomorrow, remember?” 

Talon blinks at her. He’d completely forgotten. “Oh,” he mutters.

“Everythin’ okay?” Sett asks, on the other side of the door. 

No, Talon thinks. My sister doesn’t trust my judgment. She doesn’t understand all the care Sett’s taught him, or the ringer that Talon put him through just to let Sett keep him.

“I wanna put on a shirt,” Sett adds, and Talon can picture the way his ears must be folded back.

He wrenches open the door and steps past Sett into the hall. Katarina stares at him, and Talon knows she must be comparing them, trying to fit them together like a puzzle, even though they never matched up to begin with. Sett and him are not typical. They don’t fit the same way others do.

“Listen bucko.” Katarina pokes Sett in the middle of his chest. “I don’t know what your deal is, but if you mess with him—” 

Sett is flat against the wall, looking down at her. “Uh-huh,” he says, and his gaze flickers to Talon’s and back.

“I’ll fucking gut you,” she threatens. “You’ll wish you were never born.”

“Uh—” Sett starts. “You sure you’re not related by blood?”

She pokes him one more time for emphasis and stalks past Talon down the hall. “Be ready tomorrow, Tal. You’ve got so much explaining to do.”

Sett’s ears twitch back when the front door slams.

After another minute Talon shuffles over to lean his forehead against Sett’s chest, and Sett pats his shoulder reassuringly.

“You slept yet?” he asks.

“No,” Talon mumbles. Sett cups his cheek and kind warmth bleeds from his palm. 

“Go lay down,” he reassures. “I’ll be there after I clean up.”

Talon gladly obeys. He curls back up under the blankets, letting his brain go fuzzy again. Maybe Kat’s just mad that Sett is taller than Garen. He’ll ask tomorrow. She doesn’t get it. She doesn’t have to.

Wonwoo doesn’t need grand gestures—just sitting in comfortable silence while reading or gaming together is his idea of a perfect date. But catch him sneaking glances at you like you’re the plot twist he never saw coming.

He’ll randomly write you letters that are so poetic you’d swear they belong in a novel. He won’t say much when he hands them to you, just a quiet, Read it when you’re free. But inside, he’s screaming, waiting for your reaction.

Wonwoo loves to tease you in his deadpan tone. “You really thought that was a good idea?” he’ll say with a straight face, only to crack a soft smile when you pout —why is he like this? TT

He notices everything. If you casually mention wanting to try a new dessert, you’ll find it waiting for you the next day. He’ll also quietly adjust your scarf or zip up your coat if it’s cold out, like it’s second nature.

Wonwoo’s sense of humor sneaks up on you. He’ll drop the driest, most random one-liners that leave you in stitches. And the way he smirks when he knows he’s made you laugh? That side of him oh god.

He doesn’t get jealous easily, but if someone gets too flirty with you, he’ll casually drape his arm around your shoulder and say, “She’s with me.” No drama, just facts.

You were currently huddled over a toilet throwing your soft pretzel up. Jubilee was with you holding your hair back. “I’m so sorry Jubilee.” You choked out in between your sickness. You laid your head against the toilet bowl, much to her protests. 

“No honey it’s okay.” She reassured you by moving your head from the public toilet to lay on her shoulder. You wrapped your arms around your stomach as if willing it to keep down your food. 

“You can leave me here, go have fun with Kurt and the gang.” You smiled weakly and she just softly shook her head at you.  You guys were supposed to be having a fun day at the carnival,  when you suddenly felt sick and rushed off to the bathroom. Peter had wanted to go with you but Jubilee insisted that he couldn't just go into a woman’ bathroom like that. 

“I am not leaving you here. You know that.” She brushed your hair away from your face. “I told you not to eat that carnival food, it always makes me sick.” She wrinkled her nose at the thought of even eating anything at the pop up carnival. Especially when she  saw the buckets of grease that everything was marinating in. Peter had eaten something from every stand as you guys had walked around together and he was in no mindset to stop soon. But for once he felt his appetite disappear as he waited for you outside of the bathroom. His foot anxiously tapping against the pavement. 

Truth be told you knew it wasn’t the pretzel was what had made you so sick. You had woken up on many occasions recently hurling into a toilet, you were always careful to never wake Peter up when you slipped out of bed to spill your guts. It had been a while since your last period as well. Your suspicions were confirmed when you took a pregnancy test a couple days ago. You had driven to the store to buy one after your morning classes. Peter wasn't home in your shared apartment when you took it, and when you saw those two lines appear you knew you were screwed. You had sat in the bathroom for god knows how long crying a mix of tears.

You and Peter had been together for a while now. You had met him in high school in your science class, he was your lab partner. He cracked some dumb chemistry joke and you fell in love with him right then and there. You guys started dating and at homecoming he admitted that he was a mutant, he had been so nervous on how you would react. He loved you so much and he hated the idea of ruining it because he was different. But you could care less, you told him that it didn't change the way you felt about him and when you said you thought his superspeed was really cool he was whipped. You guys had been together a couple years now, you had even taken the next step and moved in together, not wanting to spend the rest of your days making out in his mom’s basement. He had become a member of the x-men and you took classes at the local university. Everything seemed so perfect. And now there was a chance of ruining it all. You and Peter were in your early 20’s you two hadn’t even talked about having children, heck you hadn't even thought about it yourself. You didn't even know if he would want a kid with you, he was so young and this was both of yours first relationship. You felt as if you were going to tie him down to something he never even wanted. 

You bit your lip debating on telling Jubilee what had been bugging you for the past few weeks. She saw your brow furrowed and turned to face you. “What’s wrong? Are you feeling sick again.” She got up to leave. “I’ll go get you some water.” You grabbed her hand before she could leave. 

“The pretzel isn't what made me sick.” You admitted quietly, curling into yourself even more. She silently urged you to go on, sitting back down and taking your hands in hers. 

“I’m pregnant,” You admitted, staring at your lap, not wanting to meet her eyes, in fear that you would see disappointment in them. 

The bathroom was eerily quiet until Jubilee let out a happy squeal and tackled you in a hug. You nearly fell over onto the floor. 

“Omg (y/n)!!! You and Peter are going to have a kid together!! They’re going to be so cute! Especially if they look like you, I don’t know how they’ll look if they get Peter’s genes.” She rambled happily. You let out a little laugh at her excitement, but your heart was still heavy. 

She calmed herself down and her tone turned serious. “Have you told Peter yet?’

You fiddled with your hands. “No I haven’t.”

“How come?’ It wasn’t a judgmental question that Jubilee asked and you could sense the question was more for your benefit than for his. 

“I just don't know he would even want a kid with me. We’re both so young and I don’t want to trap him into a relationship he never wanted.” You admitted, tears threatening to form.

“Oh Honey.” Jubilee pulled you into a tight hug. “Peter loves you so much, I just know he would want a kid with you. It might be a shock but he’s talked about spending his life with you.”

“Really?” 

“Yes really, that boy is so whipped for you it’s so funny.” She joked as she pulled away. She wiped your tears away gently and helped you off the floor. “You should tell him though, it's only fair.” You nodded your head in agreement and you excited the stall together. 

“Can you give me a minute to fix myself? I look like a mess.” You laughed. 

“Sure.” Jubilee left you alone to tidy yourself in the mirror. The minute she stepped out of the bathroom Peter bombarded her with questions.

“How is she? Is she okay? Does she wanna go home?” 

“Chill out she’s fine.” Jubilee replied, trying her best to hide her smile. She turned to Kurt and the rest of the gang. “Let’s go get a spot to watch the fireworks, (y/n) and Peter will catch up later.” 

They left Peter to his thoughts and he began to wonder why she wanted to leave you two all alone. The longer he sat there the more his thoughts drifted to negative ones. You came out a couple minutes later and Peter was immediately by your side. “Hey I missed you, are you okay?” You smiled at him nervously and took his hand in yours. “We need to talk.” Peter felt his heart stop at those words, but squeezed your hand in response. 

You led him over to an empty bench that was at some distance from the rest of the crowd. “Peter I-”

Before you could even continue Peter interrupted you. “Are you breaking up with me?” He asked in a small voice. 

“What no.” You cupped his face with both your hands. “No, nothing like that I could never break up with you. I love you too much.” You kissed him softly and he returned it. You pulled away running your thumb absentmindedly across his cheek. He moved his hand to cup yours. 

“What is it then?” You felt your heart pounding in your chest, drowning out all the noise around you. 

You wet your lips before meeting his gaze. “I’m pregnant Peter.” You were met with silence and immediately you took it as a rejection and started to ramble. “It’s yours but don't worry I’m not asking for anything and if you don’t want to have the kid I can raise them on my own. I can go back with my parents and I-”

“You're pregnant?” Peter repeated softly a smile starting to form on his lips. “I’m going to be a dad.” You nodded your head silently. “I’m going to be a dad!” He screamed lunging towards you and picking you up. He spun you around in circles, his head buried in the crook of your neck. 

“Peter!” You squealed. He gently set you back down and held your face in his hands. 

“You’re not mad?”

“Mad? (y/n) I couldn't be happier!” Your face broke out in a smile. “I love you so much, we’re going to be amazing parents!” He took you back in his arms, holding you tight and pressing kisses to the top of your head. You felt as if a huge weight had been lifted off of your shoulder. “We have to tell the gang!”

Peter wanted to get there as fast as possible but settled for walking when he realized that the sudden speed might upset your stomach. “Peter I’m not that delicate.” You protested. 

“Not taking any chances babe! You’re carrying very precious cargo!” He rubbed your stomach slightly as if there was a bump there already. You let out a light laugh and he pulled you even closer. When you met up with the rest of the gang the fireworks had already started. Peter scared everybody by shouting at the top of his lunges that he was going to be a dad. He slapped Scott on the back with a hearty laugh nearly knocking his sunglasses off.

 “Watch it, Maximoff.” Jean stifled a laugh next to him. “Good luck spending the rest of your life with that idiot.”

You laughed and and Peter whined. “Babeeee.” 

Jubilee pulled you into a side hug, watching as Peter told random strangers that he was going to be a Dad, they just awkwardly congratulated him and he smiled proudly. “I see he took the news well.” 

“What!” Peter exclaimed as he sped back to your side. “You told Jubilee before me!” He proclaimed with mock hurt. You just rolled our eyes and nudged him playfully. 

“Yeah cause she likes me better!” Jubilee joked pulling you closer to her. 

Peter yanked you back to his side. “Not in a million years Lee.” He kissed the top of your head. You guys settled onto the grass with the rest of the group, you leaned back into Peter’s chest. He rested his head in the cook of your neck inhaling your scent. “Thank you.” He whispered.

You closed your eyes at his soft touch. “For what?”

A Drunk Promise Part Two

After the events of Tony’s last party, you and Natasha talked things out. The two of you decided to take things slow and see where that would take you. You and Natasha have been on two dates so far and Natasha planned both of them.

“So, I know it’s kind of lame,” Natasha says, just now realizing how cliche this is.

“What?” You question. “This is not lame!” You smile at Natasha.

“Are you sure? Because we can do something else if you want.”

You grab Natasha’s hand and give it a reassuring squeeze. “I love it!”

Natasha smiles at you.

“Now come on!” You drag Natasha down onto the picnic blanket.

Natasha settled on doing an evening picnic at the local lake. She planned for early evening so the two of you can watch the sunset.

You and Natasha sit next to each other, facing the lake.

“So, I’m not the best at cooking,” Natasha says, opening the picnic basket she brought. “But, I do make a killer peanut butter and jelly!” Natasha pulls two small bags with sandwiches out of the basket.

“I live for your peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!” You exclaim, taking one of the bags from Natasha.

You take the sandwich out of the plastic bag and take a big bite. “Mmmm!”

“Good?” Natasha asks.

“Delicious!” You say.

A little later as the sun begins to set, you rest your head on Natasha’s shoulder as the two of you look out across the lake. You grab her hand and interlock your fingers with hers and pull your connected hands into your lap.

When the sun finishes setting, you and Natasha sit, continuing to look out across the lake.

“That was beautiful,” You say quietly, not wanting to break the soft sounds of nature.

“Not as beautiful as you,” Natasha says just as quietly.

You feel your cheeks get hot. “I guess you’re not so bad yourself.”

As you and Natasha sit and talk, all of a sudden, rain starts pouring from the sky.

“Ahhh!” You yelp as the cold water starts pelting you.

You and Natasha get to your feet and start packing everything up. The two of you quickly run to Natasha’s car and you toss everything into the trunk.

Just as you’re about to get into the car, Natasha wraps her arms around your waist from behind you. She picks you up and throws you over her shoulder.

“Nat!” You exclaim, smacking her back lightly. “Put me down!”

Natasha drags you into the middle of the field by the lake, and sets you down. She puts her hands on your waist and smiles at you.

“I probably should’ve checked the weather,” Natasha says.

You place your hands on Natasha’s shoulders and smile back at her. “It’s just a little rain. I don’t mind.”

“So, this date isn’t a complete disaster?” Natasha asks.

“Wellllll, I didn’t say that,” You tease.

Natasha’s smile grows bigger and she pulls her hands from your waist. “Guess what?”

“What?” You ask, raising your eyebrows.

Natasha slaps her hand lightly on your shoulder. “Tag, you’re it!” Natasha takes off running.

“Hey! No fair!” You shout.

You run after Natasha, determined to catch up to her. She’s a fast runner, but you’re just as fast. You catch up to Natasha, and it isn’t the easiest as you’re both running at about the same pace. You were able to cut her off and you ended up in front of her. You wrap your hands around her waist and pick her up. You spin around a few times, the two of you laughing.

“Tag, you’re it,” You say, finally setting Natasha down.

You look at Tony and he looks at you.

“That’s all you, bitch,” Tony says.

“Ugh,” You groan.

You pick the plastic cup up from the ping pong table. You swirl the beer in the cup. You bring the cup up to your lips and down the beer. You slam the cup back down on the ping pong table.

You and Tony just got your asses handed to you at beer pong. You guys are the champions of beer pong. But you’d definitely blame your loss on the pregaming you did before the party started.

With Natasha having a mission tomorrow morning, you were able to drink. And it’s been a while since you’ve been able to drink at one of Tony’s parties. So, when he heard that Steve assigned Natasha to a mission in the morning and that she wouldn’t be able to drink, Tony marched up to your room and the two of you pregamed together.

“I can’t believe we just won!” Steve exclaims.

“And against the bitches!” Wanda says.

“I have a good idea!” Tony says, throwing his arm around your shoulder.

“And what would that be?” You ask.

“Shots!” Tony shouts.

You smirk, “Hell yes!”

“But, but,” Tony says. “Let’s make it a game and see who can take more!”

“Ooh! And we can make it a bet!”

“I like your thinking!” Tony says, tapping your forehead with his finger.

“So, if I win,” You start. “I can buy one thing that I want using your credit card!”

“And if I win, you have to take my place on my next two missions!”

You hold your hand out, “Deal!”

Tony grabs your hand with his and shakes. “Deal!”

The two of you run over to the bar. Tony asks the bartender to line up a ton of shots, and the bartender does.

“So, we’ll pace ourselves,” Tony says. “We don’t want to kill ourselves. So, we’ll do five at a time and then take a five minute break and then do five more and so forth.”

You nod, “Got it.”

Tony grabs a shot glass and you do too. The two of you clink your glasses together before throwing them back.

The alcohol burns your throat, but you’re going to win this bet. You set the shot glass down and move onto the next.

You and Tony both finish the first five shots.

“Okay, break time! Meet back here in five minutes!” Tony says before running off.

You look around the room, your eyes scanning everyone. You finally find who you’re looking for and you run over.

You crash into Natasha and engulf her in a hug. “Nat!”

“Woooah,” Natasha gains her balance from you crashing into her. “Hey, Y/N.”

You keep your arms wrapped around Natasha. “I am having sooooo much fun!”

“Are you drunk?” Natasha asks with an amused smile.

You pull back from the hug and look at Natasha. “Definitely not!”

“It seems like you are,” Natasha says. “And I’ve never seen you drunk before, so I’m quite amused.”

“Y/N?!” Tony’s voice calls for you from the bar across the room.

“Oh! Gotta go!” You run back to the bar.

A little while later, you pick up another shot glass. You throw the shot back, and slam the glass onto the bartop.

You look over at Tony, wishing he would just give up already.

“You should just give up,” Tony says. “You aren’t going to outdrink me.”

Knowing you won’t be able to keep another shot down, you give in.

“Fine, I give up,” You slur.

“Yes!” Tony exclaims.

A wave of dizziness falls over you and you let your head fall against the bartop.

“You don’t look so good,” Tony points out.

“‘M fine,” You slur, waving a hand dismissively.

“Yeah, you sure look like it,” Tony says. “You know what, I’ll be right back.”

You hear Tony’s footsteps as he runs off.

A few moments later, you feel a hand on your back. The hand rubs up and down your back.

“Hey.”

You turn your head to the side, still keeping it on the bartop.

“Nat!” You reach out a hand and grab her free hand. You interlock your fingers together.

Natasha continues to rub her hand up and down your back. “How’re you feeling?” Natasha asks, squeezing your hand lightly.

“I am perfectly fine!” You slur.

“Yeah?” Natasha asks, her lips curving into a small smirk.

“Mhm, couldn’t be better,” You move to stand up, but immediately fall back onto the barstool.

Natasha lets out a small chuckle. “Come on, let me take you to bed.”

“Oh, you can take me to bed anyday, Nat,” You smirk suggestively.

“I am not taking you to bed like that!” Natasha says, helping you stand up from the barstool.

Once Natasha gets you on your feet, you immediately wrap your arms around her and hug her tightly. Natasha reciprocates the hug. You place your head in the crook of her neck. “You smell good,” You say.

You and Natasha just stand there, holding each other. You find it calming and you soon find your eyes growing heavy. You let them shut. “I’m tired,” You mumble.

“Alright, come on,” Natasha nudges your head up. “Let’s get you to bed.”

You nod and let Natasha lead you to the elevator.

“Hey, Romanoff! Remind Y/N that she has my next two missions!” Tony calls out as the two of you step into the elevator. The elevator doors close.

“Naaaaattttttt!” You whine.

“Yes, Y/N?” Natasha asks.

“You stopped hugging me,” You say with a pout.

“Drunk Y/N is so needy!” Natasha teases.

Natasha pulls you into a hug and you smile.

“Nat,” You whisper.

“Yes?”

“I want you to be my girlfriend,” You whisper.

“You’re drunk,” Natasha says.

“I am,” You admit. “But I still want you to be my girlfriend.”

The elevator doors open and Natasha helps you out of the elevator and leads you to your room.

“I’m not kidding,” You say as Natasha helps you sit on your bed.

“We can talk about it tomorrow, Y/N,” Natasha says, kneeling down in front of you. She pulls your shoes off of your feet.

“We can talk about it now!” You say.

“You’re drunk, Y/N,” Natasha says, gently pushing your shoulder so you lay down.

“But I know I want you to be my girlfriend!” You exclaim as Natasha covers you with a blanket.

“And if you still want that tomorrow, then we can talk about it.”

“Fine,” You pout. “I want cuddles!”

Natasha smiles at you. She crawls into your bed next to you. She wraps her arms around you. “How’s this?”

“Perfect,” You smile.

You wake up to a light shining in your eyes. Immediately, you feel a painful pounding of your head. You swear you’ve never felt pain like this before, and you’ve literally been shot.

You crack your eyes open to see the sun shining through your blinds. You groan.

“Bad night?” Natasha teases.

“No,” You rub your eyes with the back of your hands. “I’m just feeling last night.” You roll over to face Natasha. “Why did you let me drink so much?”

“That wasn’t me!” Natasha says. “You can talk to Tony about that.”

“Of course it was,” You groan. “How come you never have a hangover when you get drunk, but the one time I get drunk I’m literally dying.”

“I guess I’m just better than you,” Natasha says with a smirk. “And you’re being dramatic, you’re not dying,” Natasha says with a smile. “Which is a good thing.”

“I feel like I’d rather be dead right now,” You say. “My head feels like it’s going to explode!”

“Again, you’re being dramatic,” Natasha says, rolling her eyes.

You look into her emerald eyes. “So, about last night.”

“What about it?” Natasha asks, looking into your E/C eyes.

“I meant it when I said I want you to be my girlfriend,” You say.

“Wow, you are so romantic,” Natasha says sarcastically.

You smile. “Natasha Romanoff, my love, my muse, will you be my girlfriend?”

Natasha laughs. “Y/N Y/L/N, my pain in the ass, yes, I will be your girlfriend.”

“Damn, I thought you were gonna say no,” You joke.

Natasha playfully slaps your arm. “In your dreams!”
