It’s about people traveling across universes just for the chance to see their child again. It’s about people sacrificing universes for the people they love. It’s about people rewriting the very timeline just to ensure the people they love are safe. It’s about people endangering themselves for the sake of a better world that so many have given up on. It’s about people doing what was previously perceived as impossible just to save the people they love, even if it makes them the villain.

Fringe isn’t about science or investigation, it’s about love in all its forms and extremes.

Desmond and Penny from Lost is giving me such Peter and Olivia vibes from Fringe. The episode where Desmond is traveling through time and Penny is his one constant and is able to snap him out of it. It reminds me of Polivia and how they are each other's constant through multiple universes and alternate realities. And it reminds me especially of Season 4 where Peter was erased from the universe and their mutual love kept him from being able to be erased! JJ Abrams knows how to kill me with his TV soulmates!!
