Character Profile - America

Character Name: USA, Murica, Alfred, Alfie-come-lately, Al. 1585-1775 - Alfred F Kirkland. 1775-???? - Alfred F Jones.

Age: 16 as of 1775, 18 in 1789, 21 mid 19th century. 25 by WW2 and still generally in that range.

Height: 6'0/183cm in 1775, 6'2/189cm after 1850ish.

Physical Description: This child was born a tungsten cube and grew into an adamantium adult. He's tall, broad-shouldered and strong. USDA Grade-A corn-fed BEEF right here. He's muscle as fuck with a good inch of fat on him every which way. Really putting the dough in doughboy. He's athletic, with the shoulders of a linebacker but is shockingly graceful and easy in his body. Arthur loved him enough that the confidence and good nature he exuded in his posture and looks are 100% genuine 80% of the time. He was an absolute cherub of a baby and grew into the kind of good looking that would really be described as more beautiful than handsome if he wasn't as broad as the baptist definition of sin.

Eye colour: Pacific, deep water navy, NASA mission blue. Dark, dark blue. Almost black, if not in good light.

Hair colour/style: Amber waves of grain. Two or three shades darker than Matt's and less red than Matt's or Jack's. Imagine all the wheatfields of America at the reaping, find the average tone, and that's Alfred's hair colour. Rich, harvest grain gold. It has a good amount of wave to it that shows even with its being short. He's generally worn it short and to one side to show off the wave he can get. Had some wicked curtain bangs in the 90s tho.

Other distinguishing physical traits: He has never worn a beard in his life, but it tends to come in redder than his hair. Aunt Bridgie's genes really start flexing there. He's got a mostly faded scar over his heart from Matt's pyromaniac-ass burning down DC. And probably more I'll have to add here later.

Personal Appearance/Style: Alfred loves looking good. The first thing Francis taught him was how good he could look and he's been following it ever since. He prefers blue suits, but he'll wear warm greys and black. He knows he looks like a ten-course meal in just grey joggers and a NASA t-shirt against those golden guns of his though. Also, the uniforms he picks are the ones that look good on him. Does he look like shit in one shade of olive drab? He's swapping it out. He showed up in Japan on the Black Ships in the most flattering cut of the Navy officer's uniform there was and it looked fucking good on him, all that dark blue with gold accents. He likes brown leather over black because the warmer colour looks better with his golden boy looks, and he knows it.

Verbal Style: He uses a neutral American or a less broad New England accent when overseas but slides in and out of any possible American accent at home. He got shot at during the Civil War because even in blue the whole goddamn time, he would slide into his original Virginia accent and have to duck rifle fire. Fucker probably sounded slightly transatlantic for a while in the 20th century. He doesn't purposefully code-switch from culture to culture; it's just automatic. He speaks several languages fluently and without an accent if he wants to, but he uses a southern accent speaking Japanese or a Kennedy Accent when speaking German. He knows it's not a jelly doughnut, Deutschland, promise! The more Arthur annoys him, the thicker his American accent gets.

Level of Education: Arthur educated him at home, got him, tutors on literally anything that Alfred fancied, apprenticed him out to any trade that interested him; printing and gunsmithing were the big ones, and then sent him to Harvard when he got bored with that. He graduated from West Point just before the Civil War and personally shot a few of his classmates who sided with the south :) but turned more to engineering, commerce and math after the war. He didn't reappear in the east until the 1880s, so he did a lot of mail-order books and self-study during that period. He also got another degree from The University of the Pacific in that period out west.

Occupation: The government is always trying to rope him into shit, but the boy's heart is in the stars, and something the government did has to be a big deal before he gives a flying fuck. His main squeeze is NASA, but he occasionally shows up to DC to steamroll some favours out of congress, especially when he has the urge to fly something experimental or a particular issue has been bothering him.

Past Occupations: Soldier, sailor, airman, astronaut, gunsmith, printing press operator, mechanical engineer, heiress, physicist, chemist, biologist, anthropologist, archaeologist, mechanic, railroad engineer, cowboy, blacksmith, cook, construction worker, gamekeeper, welder, a gold miner. The boy has some restlessness, okay? He's had many jobs.

Skills, Abilities or Talents: Alfred, even amongst nations, is quite freaky. Super strength, damage resistance, resurrection power that's faster than almost anyone. He can fly, drive, handle or otherwise operate any vehicle without training. He knows how they all work. He's also highly gifted in math and physics. He has been known to make California tremble a wee bit when he's genuinely well and fucking pissed. He'll get his ass lost on a boat or on foot, but in the air, he's possibly the best navigator on the face of the earth. But literally, he can do almost anything he sets his mind to. It's unnatural.

Admirable Personality Traits: Optimistic, idealistic, brilliant, generous, confident, fair.

Negative Personality Traits: Self-righteousness, recklessness, thoughtlessness, arrogance,

Sense of Humor: Silly, slapstick, observational.

Physical/Mental illness or affliction: He's sometimes just shy of narcissistic but usually pulls himself off the brim. Arthur's sons might be eligible for an ADHD diagnosis, but I did that on accident before I got diagnosed rifp. He's not the anxious or depressed type. He has had periods of pretty acute PTSD.

Hobbies/Interests: Computers and tech, filmmaking, archaeology, camping, hiking, adventure sports, surfing, paleontology, working out, protein foot products, star gazing, listening to audiobooks and podcasts. But, like, literally everything interests this kid.

Favourite Foods: BBQ; he can't pick a favourite style tho. Burgers, cheese fries, pizza, strangely flavoured novelty chips. Apple pie with ice cream and blueberry maple ice cream is his and Matt's favourite. Paw-paws are a very rare treat. Huckleberry-flavoured anything will make him absolutely grin.

Most important personal item: He expected to inherit Arthur's pocket watch like other sons did their fathers in the 18th century, so in 1976, when Arthur did give him the pocket watch and a very expensive wristwatch because the pocket watches had gone out of style, he has worn it everywhere since. To Mars and the Mojave, he'll wear that thing everywhere and get it repaired if it takes any damage.

Person/friend close to character: Matt's his best friend. He and Maria are also close but belligerent. Arthur is also in his top 5. Kiku, Ludwig, Tolys, Romano, Mai, etc, are all on his very close friend list. Of older nations, he and Brighid are very close, if complex.

Brief family history: He was born in 1585 or so in Virginia. Arthur said, "finders keepers," From that moment, he was the man's firstborn child. In his childhood, he mainly had Arthur and Rhys, and Alasdair and Brighid, somewhat less until later. He's never met his grandmother or her ghost. He was an only child for about 20-30 years and spent a lot of his childhood functionally an only child with Matt in Francois' care. The two youngest 'siblings' he's got he's not quite sure what to do with them. The relationship isn't precisely sibling-like, but he's pretty fond of them, and he has some trauma from being ditched in New England during the British Civil War, so he saved their asses in 1941.

Most painful experiences in the character’s past: I don't think anything can top the Civil War because he represented the Union, i.e. the United States. It took him years and years to recover, especially because he was living a rough out west lot of the post-war. He got consumption while personally marching to the sea to burn the fucking shit out of the Confederacy. :)

Ok so.. I’ve been at work today and listening to my music an 80s song called me to draw Uli, with the disco colors from earlier, but @cardverse-royality-and-rouges suggested him on a motorcycle, then i picked specifically a 1984 Kawasaki Ninja, which i relied on this a lot haha.

But yea 80’s Uli on an international trip riding a motorcycle accidentally becoming a muse for artists or whatever, it’s a silly idea but it’s mine now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Anyway it’s here now so have fun with that idea

Sexuality Headcanon: I see him as being homosexual, in the way that a homosexual neighborhood mom adopts every queer child within a 14 block radius. He’s got the pins, the flags, and so so proud! Monogamous, he’s very VERY devoted to the one he loves, and it would take no less than the world ending to jeopardize that loyalty.

Gender Headcanon: He/him fluid

A ship I have with said character: can’t help but ship him with Arthur, your muses just have such great chemistry! Plus i see those simping hours

A BROTP I have with said character: I’ve enjoyed a lot for interactions I’ve seen with Oliver! I think it’s a tie for Alfred and Francis? They just seem to mesh well in a playful way while still feeling well flushed out and comfortable

A NOTP I have with said character: hmm, i can’t say i have one as of yet? Honestly he’s got such a vibe i think it would be hard to find a real NOTP for me

A random headcanon: I’m not sure if it has any basis in reality, but i feel like he loves to teach others how to bake, and might do weekly baking lessons at any given senior center / community He just seems so patient and bubbly, I love to imagine him just gladly teaching those who are disadvantaged how to bake?? It just vibes so hard in my brainspace.

General Opinion over said character: I have only had Oliver for 15 minutes and if anything happened to him i would kill everyone in this room and then myself. He’s so smol! But he’s also got a great wit and sass! Like, he’s such a well balanced muse, i love how you portray him!! It is always a pleasure to see how he interacts with those around him. There’s just a really powerful charm, and warmth to him, like even when he seems a bit exasperated, there’s no sense that he’s going to snap, or break over it, but like he’s genuinely considering what brought any given encounter to this point.

Someone to get drunk with him and just have raw sex. He’s not someone who’s into the whole love making thing. 

You have to like French cuisine. It’s his thing and god forbid you like anything that comes from England nevertheless America. He knows American food could be tasty at times so he’s gonna have a problem.

Wine tasting dates will be a thing though. He loves himself a great bottle of wine and if he so happens to be sharing the bottle with you, so be it. 

He’s extremely bitter sometimes so he hopes to have someone who won’t push his buttons in order to make him talk. 

What they need: 

Someone to get him off of his lazy ass. He’s lazy to a mf T so if he deny’s wanting to get out of him, nag him until he does it. 

Also another person who you need to put him into his place. He’s bitter like I’ve said so if he’s in a mood, you need to kick him where it hurts most and tell him to man the fuck up and deal with his problems. 

All he wants is to fuck someone but deep down, he wants a relationship so it’s really all up to you to make his feelings actually known. 

Please do those wine trips! They’re fucking amazing! He’ll spend any kind of money just to see you enjoy it.

Wants someone to try his new baked good! He wants to make sure his food tastes well so be a doll and try them! 

Weirdly into matching clothes so he prefers to be matching with his partner. Pastel colors look great on literally any skin tone so regardless, he’ll lose it if your wear the same color scheme he does. 

If you don’t like something he makes, don’t tell him. That’s his kryptonite so he’ll usually know when you don’t like something but he rather not hear you say it. 

Wants someone as friendly as he is. He likes meeting new people so if you’re introverted and don’t really like socializing, that’s kind of a turn off. 

What they need: 

Someone to criticize him. Like I said, he doesn’t take criticism well even if it’s the good kind. He might not like it at first but how else do you perfect your craft if you don’t hear the constructive criticism. Tell him easy tho.

He does need someone to keep him grounded. He is a very bubbly person but he needs that chill person to tell him to calm down and breathe every once in a while. 

Pastel colors are not for everyone. They might be for him but there are times when those bright colors aren’t appropriate so try to expand his wardrobe. Even if it’s neutral colored shit. 

Someone to bake with him! He doesn’t really like people in his kitchen while he’s cooking so if you even sit on the kitchen island and lick the spoon, that could slowly break his wall.

(Arthur- 1p England)

Small about info:

Both canonical ages, appear to be in their early twenties.

Both are trans boys. Go on, fight me on it.

Alfred has ADHD because I said so and I like to project.

Allen is Autistic because I said so and I like to project.

Appearances:

In my mind Alfred takes up the Caucasian side of America, very white and not very good about other diverse Cultures in America (Black, Asian, Native, etc etc,), grew up in a more limited diversity pool and didn't start learning abt the dif. Cultures until after moving out of Arthur's house and striking out on his own. (This is the kind of guy where if he was getting mugged by some homeless teen he'd give them his wallet, jacket, and probably offer them a ride home before realizing that they were legitimately homeless or something smh) think of him as the Suburban Boy Next Door who tries (very hard) but (innocently) fails at being a good poc ally. He has his ears pierced but doesn't usually wear anything in them unless he's dressing up or feels like it. Has an eagle tattooed across his back shoulders and the words "Freedom" and "Happiness" tattooed across his collarbones in fancy cursive (think like declaration of independence penmanship if you will)

As for Al, his appearance sits on the Native side in my mind. Very tan skin. Super dark eyes that he wears red contacts over cause he likes the aesthetic, a prominant nose bridge atypical to Native cultures of america, and black hair he likes to dye red because he can. He's very immersed in the diversity of America, grew up in heavily diverse populations (grew up super fucking poor and learned to live off the streets when he got older after moving out of Oliver's house-) has TONS of piercings and tattoos he got from friends over the years during like drunken nights with a semi-working tattoo gun. Probably has an upside down cross tattooed under his eye he got to piss off Oliver but felt bad when realizing he was wearing a satanic symbol without actually being a Satanist (man's respects religion's okay?) And started covering it up with foundation smh.

Personality

Alfred is very happy go lucky and very oblivious to most things. Or rather, that's how he appears. He understands more than most people give him credit for and he often uses that to his advantage when necessary. Talking to him is almost like decrypting a message, you have to be around him long enough to be able to understand what hides behind that friendly smile or beyond those blue-sky eyes. Secretly very angry and would legitimately end the world if he ever snapped. People should be afraid of him but really aren't. When someone does realize what his motives are and how his plans actually are, they often wonder who tf caused him to be so emotionally and mentally manipulative in such a way. Most people forget he was raised by Arthur, specifically in Arthur's prime as a Global Super Power and Pirateer, master of the Seven Seas. Etc.

Al is almost the same- he's actually usually pessimistic and seems very whelmed most of the time. Gives the impression he doesn’t GAF during important conversations but he's secretly storing every detail away for later use. Outwardly shows his anger to cover up how many other emotions are hiding underneath the surface. Also has the potential to snap and completely crush the world in the palm of his hand. Will absolutely get emotional if you persistently show him kindness. He's very timid around people who outwardly appear nice, this usually comes off as if he's angry at you for being nice but really he's just on edge because he was raised by Oliver and so he believes Nice people don't actually exist. People are just people who sometimes do nice things to make themselves feel better about their animosity. So you really have to decrypt him for a while before he starts believing you're an actually nice person.

Likes and dislikes

Alfred really likes Marvel. The movies, comics, shows, fanfiction, cosplay, EVERYTHING.

Allen prefers DC Comics. ANYTHING DC Comics. And I know what you're thinking, "He must really like the joker!" You're wrong. He fucking HATES the joker. Definitely would Kin Jason Todd. Fight me on that I dare you.

They both really like Star Wars. They actually fight over which movie is better A LOT.

Alfred (canonically) really likes meat, burgers, hotdogs, fricken, 10 meat pizza, you name it. Can't cook that well for the life of him. He knows how to make microwaved foods and some boxed pasta.

Allen is vegan. And actually works on metaphysical things like his Chakras and opening his third eye (not the sole purpose for him denouncing Dairy (as dairy shuts your third eye), that's mostly Oliver thecannibal Kirkland's fault). He's an AMAZING cook. Loves to experiment in the kitchen, especially with plant based foods

He's tricked Alfred into eating Plant Based meat on a multitude of occasions.

Alfred really likes sci-fi and thriller horror movies like Aliens or the SAW Franchise. Is (canonically) HORRIFIED of ghosts so he absolutely should not watch anything paranormal (he does anyways).

Allen prefers Paranormal! He loves the classics like Poltergiest, A Haunting in Conneticut, and the Insidious movies. He cannot watch SAW or Final Destination. He has too many intrusive thoughts for FD, and he cannot stand watching Death induced by mechanical objects like tablesaws or (legitimately any way someone dies in SAW smh)

Fun facts abt them:

Alfred is on Testosterone, but hasn't undergone any surgeries just yet. He prefers taping over binding because he doesn't like the sweatiness of wearing his suit and jacket over it.

Allen has gotten top surgery and uses Gel Testosterone because he's afraid of needles. He didn't like using tape before his surgery because it irritated his skin too much and left him with some scars from the adhesive.

Alfred always has a fidget toy on hand for his ADHD, there's usually a fidget cube in his pocket or something of the like. The reason he eats so much is because he hyperfocuses on projects or work to the point he forgets to have meals, so the man's metabolism has adapted to being fed constantly with snacks rather than meals.

Al had an oral fixation and has definitely lost the metal balls off his tongue piercing from chewing on it or messing with it in his mouth. He has to wear chewable jewelry around his neck to help him from clicking the tongue piercing off his teeth and risk chipping them. Absolutely happy Stims over cute things but he really tries to keep it to a minimum when around strangers or people he doesn't trust. He has a tendency towards collecting squishmallows.

They both listen to 8D music.

They both can draw REALLY well.

They play CoD together and have a shared Skyrim account they often contribute to. They won't admit it to each other but they find it interesting to see what happened to their character since the last time they played if the other did something with the game!

America/Allen Jones

No lie, he finds it hilarious. He’s not really concerned about the possible side effects of you just randomly sleeping on the floor or on the stairs (ya know like backaches or catching a cold). Not because he doesn’t care, he just doesn’t think of them until you start complaining about it, and even then, he’s probably gonna throw it back in your face because it’s your own fault. He might wake you if he starts laughing at you, but otherwise, you’ll remain undisturbed.

Canada/James Williams

He finds it cute more than anything. Also, it’s a little weird. He’s kind of concerned that it may not be very healthy for you. He will also throw it back in your face if you complain about backaches or if you catch a cold. I could totally see him not even bothering to wake you if he didn’t think the position you were in was overly harmful, but if it was, he’d be a sweetie and move you to the couch or bed. 

France/Frank Bonnefoy

Mainly finds it weird. He’s not going to say anything about it? He’s just gonna ignore this thing that you do sometimes. At some point, he gets used to it and doesn’t even bat an eye when he sees you laying on the sidewalk taking a nap. Begrudgingly moves you if you’re sleeping anywhere dangerous or in a harmful position. 

England/Oliver Kirkland

Oli thinks it’s cute, but also fusses over you like a mother hen when it comes to hurting your back or possibly catching a cold. He probably won’t move you or wake you unless he absolutely has to. Will thoughtfully place a blanket over you and a pillow under your head though. If anyone wakes you up he’s definitely not going to be happy with them. 

Russia/Victor Braginsky

Very similar to Frank. He’s going to think it’s kind of weird but won’t make any effort to break your habit. Will probably cock an eyebrow and gaze at you thoughtfully upon finding you asleep on the coffee table though. He’s going to wake you if you’re sleeping in too odd of a position. He’ll also tell you it’s your own fault if you get sick or get backaches from it. 

China/Xiao Wang

Definitely going to tease you about, and is definitely going to take pictures. He’ll try not to show that’s he concerned about you possibly getting sick or getting backaches, but will wake you up if he really feels like he needs to. Wouldn’t be surprised if he just laid down with you one day, just to see how the hell you sleep like that.

-Ahhhh he finds them so sweet.

-Like, he always take care of himself, therefore he doesn't need to be reminded of the basics of life 

-But knowing that his partner cares about his health makes his heart beat 2x faster.

-Françis is exactly like them, therefore from when they are together his partner never forgot the basics.

-Since he knows that they often forget the basics, he tries to spend time with them when most needed; during meals and when they have to sleep.

2P Allies realize they’re in love

America

You two got in a fight. Nothing physical, just an argument that ended with him storming off. Two hours pass. He feels terrible. He knows you were right but he was being stubborn. He wants to go apologize, he doesn’t want you to be mad at him. But there’s something else in there, something he can’t quite place. It’s weird, he feels like he wants to run to you and kiss you, like one of those cheesy romance movies.

England

He’d come upon you while you were walking through the rain. Apparently, you’d missed the last bus so you were stuck walking. He stared for a while, wondering if he should walk with you. Neither of you had an umbrella, but he did anyway. Then it started pouring. You two were soaked when you made it to step inside a store, but something about how you didn’t seem to let this get you down made his heart flutter. Love at second sight, not quite first.

Canada

It’s a domino effect. First, you agree to stay the week. Then, you two have a great time. Finally, you’ve just left to head back home. As he’s staring at your transportation leaves, he suddenly feels like he forgot to do something. You didn’t leave anything there, but after he’s spent a long time trying to figure it out, he realizes what he forgot. He forgot to kiss you.

France

You left him tipsy. You walked out the door, slamming it as you left. The slam knocked over the bottle he was drinking. He stared at it, he felt something he didn’t like. He didn’t care about the wine, even if that was a bottle from 1923. He cared about you, how you felt. He didn’t like it. You broke through his shell... He’s still not sure how you did it but you did. And he didn’t like it.

China

He was high when it struck. He was sitting there, not doing anything, just enjoying the high, when he suddenly thought about you. Your pretty face, your great laugh, your wonderful voice. Aw man, he loves you so much. Wait, what? Oh damn. He loves you. Damn, alright. He’s gonna call you immediately. And it’ll be impossible to understand what the hell he’s saying.

Russia

No, no. No no no. He’s not in love, love is not an emotion Víktor feels. He is not in love, he does not feel warmer when you’re nearby. He does not want to have you close and happy. He... he does. He does want those things. He’ll have to accept that he feels it before he does anything. That would happen after watching some other couple on the street. The man proposed, that was nice. But it got him thinking about his relationship with you. Just friends, right? Apparently not. He almost stopped the man to ask him how he was sure he wanted to marry his girl.

It’s normal you are this way and he’s not surprised at all.It’s the 2P world and here nobody plays nice, and here everyone is an asshole. There’s no hope, peace and anything good but only violence and devastation and wearing a mask of courtesy is a rule or a style of life so many people follow to survive. That’s the cruel and sick game of this world. Allen always appears like a superficial, rough and impulsive man but he’s actually very smart, he’s one of the craziest nations of the world and nobody can fool him, but nobody even tries to do something like this if they care about their lives.Of course, he understands who you are by a single look because he’s an expert to judge people –and he’s also very frank in his ironic way-.  He does not like people like you, you remind him of England and it’s annoying and it’s a miracle if he’s able to tolerate the English man with his fake courtesy and sympathy.  In his brutality, Allen is very sincere and honest and he says what he thinks without any filter and he also advices you, don’t try to play with his mind because the consequences could be not very nice for you.You know, here the puppet master is him and nobody else, he’s the supreme boss and nobody here is allowed to forget this little but important detail.

He is not good judging people and he’s the way you see him, he’s not nice, gentle or funny. He’s a rude and solitaire Canadian boy. Well, we all know it.Maybe sometimes, he can appear a little naïve, even if he does not trust people and it needs time before he can trust really someone. Actually, at first he believes you and you are able to open his heart thanks to your sympathy and affability and he does not think you are a psychopathic. For once, he forgets the place where he comes from, this world is crazy and the people who live here are crazy as well so maybe he has deceived himself. Somehow, he wanted to deceive himself.He wanted to believe you were truly nice, because he needed it. Deep in his heart, he’s always dreamt to meet someone really good. Someone who does not wear a mask of kindness. To find some real kindness. It’s a “dream” he has never confessed to anybody, not even Allen knows it and Matt is ashamed of it. He feels weak every time he thinks about it.Seeing your docile nature, he becomes very protective because you are like a treasure to keep but then, when Allen says to him that you are playing with his little mind because you are not as nice as you seem, well. The Canadian man opens his eyes, he’s not actually angry and he should have suspected it because this world makes everyone crazy.He may behave colder but he understands you, it’s normal, and the two of you can keep being friends but you can take care of yourself. He forgets you are a little creature to protect, and Canada takes this experience as a new lesson learnt.

You and this English are two twins because he acts the same way and he can understand when somebody lies to him. He has a lot of experience and he will not be nice with you. I mean, he’s nice if you are nice. If you declare war to him, then maybe he won’t be so nice anymore.He usually does not like to fight, he learnt how to be diplomatic and he wants to forget about his harsh past so don’t make things harder for him. He truly wants to become a better person and be the change he wants to see in the world but he’s not even stupid and if you hurt him he won’t stay here without doing nothing.If you are his friend, or even his partner, you can consider yourself as the luckiest person of the world because he’s very sweet, he’s candy man, so you don’t have anything to worry,He also hopes finding a real pure heart in his life, someone who’s not a psychopathic and that can bring to his life some new hope or life. He knows he won’t never be able to become a real good person, because his nature is sneaky, and this fact cannot be changed but, at least, he’s aware of it and he tries to be a better person.Maybe the two of you can help each other to be better, because he does not want to start a fight, and your nice and funny side is actually your best side.

Well, he actually does not care at all.You look a lot like England and he’s quite confused, he does not know if he should like you or hate you.Actually, he does not like England but you’re not him so maybe he should give you a chance.We have to say he’s very apathetic and indifferent, he does not believe in love and all this absurd stuff. He does not believe in anything. He does not feel anything.You can do whatever you want and you can be whoever you want to be, it’s not his business. He does not care at all, about anything.Sometimes, he still has his fun complaining about England and this stuff but he’s not ready for romance. He does not even define people as his “friends”. Even Canada is mad at him because France has never been a great father for him. Feelings are not his things. If you want to have fun with him –but anything romantic- you’re welcome, but for a love story, well, he is not the gentleman you think he’s.

France, England, America, 2p America, and 2p England reacting to getting a call from the hospital while at work and the hospital tells them that their s/o was in an accident and is on the verge of death (they live though). Thanks!

Francis (France)- At first, he wouldn’t understand what was going on. The entire situation wouldn’t seem real to him. He’s weakly ask the person on the phone if this was some kind of joke, but they explain to him that it’s not, he’d set the phone down and rush to the hospital. He wouldn’t be able to stop shaking until he’s told his s/o will be okay. 

Arthur (England)- As soon as he’s told his s/o is in the hospital, he’d cut the person on the phone off to ask if his s/o is alright. When the entire situation is explained to him he’d hurry to one of his superiors, quickly explain the situation, and then get to the hospital as quickly as possible. He’d pace around the waiting room nervously until he was given some word that they were going to be alright. 

Alfred (America)-He’d make an effort to sound calm on the phone, without letting the other person know how much panic he’s feeling. He wouldn’t be able to stop his voice from shaking though. As soon as he hung up he’d go straight to the hospital without wasting any time. As he’s waiting, he might call someone he’s close to so he can tell someone what happened. 

Allen (2p America)- As soon as the caller tells him what happened to his s/o, he’d hang up with a curse and then speed as quickly as he could to the hospital, heedless of everything else around him. He’d sit in the waiting room, staring off into space, as long as it took for him to learn that his s/o is going to be okay. 

Oliver (2p England)- He’d start crying as soon as he heard what had happened, and he may not even realize it until his vision became blurry. He’d wipe them all away and get there as soon as possible, but while he’s waiting it’s bound to happen again.
