the first thing you notice when you wake up is a warmth along your side, an arm draped over you. your forehead is tucked into the crook of his neck.

the second thing is surprisingly, no pounding headache. what the hell happened last night? you don't want to disturb the peace, but you have to.

the hot mess you were lying on stirs immediately when you shift off of him. the bed creaking when you stand up gives you away even more.

"hey," tartaglia's morning voice mumbles, "come back." half asleep, his arm pats the space beside him, looking for you. "love, where are you going?"

"just to get something to drink, baby," you reply with a twinge of guilt.

he mumbles something along the lines of "wake me up... when... done..." and falls asleep again.

tartaglia must be tired, you realize, he stayed up to pick you up from hu tao's at 2. so you ignore what he said and let him sleep.

the coffee you'd brewed did nothing to help you remember what happened last night. it probably ended with your sweet boyfriend carrying you home.

you sip from your mug slowly, lost in thought.

"morning, bird's nest," you greet him affectionately, standing at the kitchen island.

to get things off your mind, you almost entirely subconsciously made him breakfast, his favorite.

tartaglia runs a hand through his messy ginger hair, making his way to you. "morning, beautiful," he beams, an arm already around your waist.

peppering your cheek and neck with kisses, he says into your skin, "i could've sworn i told you to wake me up. smells amazing, by the way."

you give a laugh and say, "sorry, i thought you deserved to sleep in. you did take me home at an ungodly hour, after all." you take his face in your hands and press your lips to his.

tartaglia can taste the coffee on your tongue, the exact recipe he knows you love. you think he tastes like unbrushed teeth.

when you pull away gently, he chases your lips with his, soft smile guiding his cheeks.

there's something in his eyes, some unfamiliar uncertainty.

"what?" you ask, wallowing in the deep blue.

"i think we should talk. nothing bad!" he says hastily at your quick expression change. "just... some things i'm curious about from last night."

racing thoughts ensue. did you say something stupid? is he mad about you staying too late, who was there at the party, the fact that you went at all? is he finally sick of your shit?

you figured he would be at some point.

"i'm sorry," you blurt, "for whatever-"

"stop," he squeezes his eyes shut, "yn, it's okay. i'm just... curious. basically, i went to pick you up and you didn't recognize me because you were drunk. you accidentally called me gorgeous and wouldn't let me take you home.

"and then you felt bad for calling me gorgeous, because you were worried your boyfriend, me, wouldn't- wouldn't 'allow' that."

"oh."

"i just-" he sighs. "you know there's no such thing as being allowed in this relationship, right? we should've set this straight when we started dating."

"yeah, i- i know that. we did set it straight, i understand. and i-" you cup his cheeks again, "and i love you for that, tag. it's not your fault i get scared."

"yn, why do you keep saying you're scared? you're not supposed to be afraid of something in our relationship." his panicky voice makes you start to panic.

"keep-?"

"yes, last night. said you were scared to ask me if you do something that actually bothers me. and i tried telling you, you don't!"

"okay, tag, we both know that's bullshit," you start shaking your head, "there's gotta be something-"

"okay, yeah, there is." your heart stops as he gestures between the two of you, continuing, "this conversation makes me disgusted, at myself and all your shitty exes."

"they weren't bad people, we were just bad together-"

"and we're not like that," tartaglia cuts in, almost desperate. "you're perfect, and i swear on my life, yn, i'm not like that. please don't be scared of me."

he is so adorable when he is so in love, you think.

"'m not scared of you," you whisper, pressing your foreheads together. "sometimes i get all in my head, and worry you'll leave."

"i'm not gonna leave," your lover says firmly, and he pulls you in to prove it.

"i know," you say, rubbing circles on his neck when he slowly pulls away. "i love you."

he proceeds to absolutely chow down breakfast, giving you two thumbs-ups and a glowing smile. you have no idea why he scarfs it down with so much enthusiasm, but maybe you should make that meal more.

with togame your anxiety is never triggered. you have his location and all his passwords, and he’s 100% not the kind of guy who asks for yours in return. he also calls you to let you know when he’ll be running late. i wish i could lie and tell you he doesn’t leave you on read, but he canonically doesn’t text. he has a custom ringtone just for your contact though, so often times he’ll call you in response or send you a voice message. either way you’ll get some kind of answer, togame isn’t into ignoring you in any shape or form.

NEVER EVER disrespects you, and I’m not talking verbal disrespect or anything like that. i mean togame doesn’t like pictures of any woman other than you on his instagram, doesn’t borrow girls his jacket even to be polite, doesn’t help them pay—he’s your walking wallet only. he would never ever be caught dead doing anything that could cause someone to mistake him as being close to any girl other than you. he’s so perfect it’s insane.

togame also isn’t into playing games. he communicates anything and everything he’s uncomfortable with and sets boundaries in the sweetest possible manner. “i dont like it when you do that, baby. you can do this instead, okay ?” he says all of this while thumbing your cheek and pressing his lips to your forehead . he encourages you to commmunicate with him as well. if you’re more on the shy side and struggle with setting boundaries, it’s cool because togame does it for you. if he does something and notices a change in your demeanor, he makes a mental note to never do it again. he doesn’t voice out his observations though, he knows you so he knows your first reaction would be to deny that you’re uncomfortable. when it comes to communication, he’ll never press you, but he always makes it clear that he’s ready to listen when you’re ready to talk.

i think this was very obvious LMAOO

i feel like a lot of people think of theo and eleanor as the sunshine duo, but theodore is actually pretty soft and shy. the dynamic between them is much like i described for simon and jeanette, except here the roles are reversed.

theodore is extremely talented, has lots of potential really, but is always putting himself down, much like nirei. you play eleanor, always encouraging nirei to think better of himself and put himself out there, even when he thinks it’s a terrible idea.

i feel nirei, like theodore, always overcompensates. i mean he feels he’s not worthy of you so he always goes out of his way to make you a little something, give you a little gift, just anything to make him feel like he’s not dead weight tying you down in this relationship with him. he’ll never tell you he feels this way & so you’ll never know & be able to reassure him or tell him otherwise, but when you smile with blood tinged nose and kiss his cheeks in appreciation like he’s the only boy on earth, he thinks that’s all the reassurance he needs.

if you have avoidant attachement issues i am respectfully asking you to stay the hell away from him. HE CANNOT HANDLE IT. your constant hot and cold drives him crazy and affects him more than the average person. nirei is someone who loves and feels deeply. he’ll overthink even the smallest things, whether that’s you leaving him on read or a comment about how clingy he is. like i said nirei overcompensates, so when he’s more comfortable in the relationship he gets very affectionate; not in terms of physical touch ( he still needs you to initiate that most of the time, the best he can give by himself are hugs ) but in terms of words of affirmation, acts of service and gift giving. if you comment on how he’s been doing too much for you these days, even if you’re speaking from a place of ’you’re doing so much for me, you should take some time for yourself’, he’ll misinterpret it as you getting sick of him. he tries to tone his acts of affection down, but then he’s plagued with the fear of you leaving him because he’s not doing enough. it’s an endless cycle :( my poor baby please treat him well </3

that’s you and endo one hundred percent. endo yamoto is always up to no good, making cheeky comments or hiding your stuff just to rile you up and get a reaction out of you. you’re so fucking done with him—you don’t even know why you’re still dating this bastard but on midsummer days when endo decides to be more boy less devil you’re reminded ( just a little ) of why you love him.

endo yamoto has his sweet moments. of course it’s obvious he worships you like a god, but you often forget because of his troublesome nature. endo yamato is always thinking of you. it’s evident in how he always comes home with one or two trinkets that reminded him of you, whether it’s something he saw in the window of an antique shop or a pretty rock with colors that match your eyes.

endo is also very clingy. when you’re doing your makeup, getting ready to go out, endo tugs you out of your vanity chair and sits down so he can pull you into his lap, arms snug around your waist as he buries his nose into your neck. the feeling of his breath warm against your shoulder blades is distracting and it’s even worse when he’s dragging his lips across your skin. you knock his head with a makeup brush to get him to pull away even if just for a second, but he only responds with a grunt before his palm trails it’s way up & under your shirt.

yeah, he’s fucking impossible.

but it’s endearing. also did i mention he’s constantly teasing you ? he’s your own personal bully. but god forbid someone tries to make a fool out of you. if it’s a girl, he hurls the most gruesome insults he can think of, and if it’s a guy, lets just say the local hospital is gonna be taking in one more patient tonight ( he is UNHINGED, but we love him regardless )

are those his arms? and the circle things, it could be part of his cyborg texture but they also look like eyes.

the fog part is really interesting because they could've gone with any "spooky" color but they chose this. It's the creative vision, the one Didney had in this room.

This really reminds me of the goo from IGBP and Wren's wire simulation in Western Spaghetti, but also from this angle, a bit of Zero's "no legs" body design.

"His obsession becoming his identity" - Puzzles connected himself to the single star Didney had. You got it right, past Ink.

That was a pretty solid episode ngl. Probably not as "plot twist-y"

(i know that's not a word) as the previous episode but my spaghetti gods, it delivered! Not Marty again, we may have to rethink this one.

Ok, I've made a list of all the attractions and mini-games there are in the carnival grounds in Puzzle Park:

It's probably not all of them, we would just have to wait and see, but if you submitted a mini-game that involves any of these, congrats, you likely got in!!!

I still very much enjoyed this episode and some of what I theorized could possibly come true. And some didn't, which is totally okay with me. I'll cherish the Ferris Wheel chase scene regardless :)

We still have to wait for a trailer or a special video in regards to WOTFI, which I will have to analyze and see what's to be expected. From the looks of it in this episode, it seems like it's up to SMG4 and Mario to rescue their friends one by one by completing the mini-games. The more people they rescue, the more help they can get to complete the games. And that includes saving Meggy at the end.

Now, personally, I don't want Mr Puzzles to die. Not yet. There is still a lot of potential that could go for him. A similar redemption arc just as Three went through. Puzzlevision 2. Goop!4. Marty. Anything could happen. Then again, he could die.

Now you might think he might not die because he has a plushie, but there's literally merch of Axol and Desti and they're dead. Puzzles isn't safe from this possibility.

Put in your final bets, my dear fellows, because nothing will ever be the same again...

She left before the pink haired boy said anything, going to text him that their cafe hangout would be canceled.

Right. You were guessing that kusuo and kokomis were hanging out at this point, it was no surprise that they would end up together, he'll even some of kokomis crazy fans thought so. Those two were meant to be soulmates, together in every universe.

While you were stuck as the second choice, like always. You wondered if you were to confess before the blue haired angel would everything stay the same? That instead of teruhashi confessing to saiki in that classroom, it was you? That he said yes to you, and not her. You hated how selfish you were thinking, though you were glad you and saiki gotten those matching rings that would stop his psychic abilities, he wouldn't know what you were thinking of.

It was late, and here you were still crying over the pink haired boy, something you hated. You looked at the ceiling, and starting thinking of every universe there was where the two of them would end up together. That's when you heard a notification from your phone;

You checked your phone to ignore the feeling of heartbreak. That was the plan until you saw a message pop up;

"Meet me at the park in 5" — sent from 'ku⁉️'

It was 3 AM at the moment, what would he want this late at—

'I'm not taking a no as an answer" — sent at 3:02 AM

Okay then, you were heading to the park, great.

Once you got ready, you headed out your window, making sure it was quiet so no one could hear you, after that you started head to the park where the pink boy would wait for you. That same feeling of heartbreak not leaving you as you headed to the place.

By the time you get there he was by the swings, swinging back and forth, you went up to him and smiled, he looked up at you and stood up, "We need to talk," he said, that same stoic face not leaving him, "About...?" "Teruhashi confessed that she liked me," "oh. congratulations on getting with her! you two were practically made for each oth—" "I didn't say yes, I rejected her."

The link haired boy looked at you and grabbed you by the cheek, he got near your eyes and wiped the tears that began falling out, "That's not what I meant." "Then what do you mean then?" "I need time to understand what I'm feeling for you, to make sure I'm not lying to you." was all he said, he turned to look the other way, hiding the fact that he's flustered, "And that means..." "It means we could be something more"

And on that night, snow began to fall from the sky on a nice December night.

One day, unable to contain your emotions any longer, you mustered up the courage to confess your feelings to Yuta. Heart pounding, palms sweating, you poured your heart out, laying bare the depth of your affection. "Yuta, I... I have something to tell you," you stammered, trying to find the right words. "I've developed feelings for you. I really care about you, more than just as a friend." you held out a chocolate as a gesture to show appreciation.

Yuta's expression softened as he listened, his eyes reflecting surprise and perhaps a hint of uncertainty. "I... I appreciate your honesty," he replied, his voice gentle yet conflicted. "But I need some time to think about this. I value our friendship so much, and I don't want to do anything to ruin it."

With those words, Yuta's response hung in the air, leaving you with a mix of hope and trepidation. Though his rejection stung, you respected his need for time to process his feelings. “also... As Yuta continued his journey, he couldn't shake off the growing feeling of emptiness without you by his side. He missed the jokes and your vibes. The picturesque landscapes and exciting adventures seemed to lose their luster in your absence. Each passing day felt like a struggle, a constant reminder of how much he longed to share these moments with you.

Then came the fateful day when he received the message from his best friend toge telling him about your broken phone. It hit him like a wave, leaving him feeling stranded and disconnected. Suddenly, the simple act of hearing your voice or seeing your messages became a distant dream, leaving a void in his heart that nothing else could fill.

"I missed you," he confessed, his voice barely above a whisper, yet filled with raw emotion. “miss me..? It's been only a couple of days” you said flattered not knowing how to express your feelings looking at all of the souvenirs he got you to express his love.

You welcomed him inside, and as you sat together, Yuta poured his heart out. "Being away from you made me realize how much you mean to me," he admitted, his gaze never wavering from yours. "I can't imagine my life without you, and I just had to come back and tell you... I love you." the way the words poured out of his mouth you were still in shock.

Tears welled up in your eyes as you listened to his heartfelt words, feeling the weight of his love enveloping you. "I love you too, Yuta," you whispered, a smile breaking through the tears wrapping your arms around him. You were really happy that he finally realized his feelings and got certain about it. “next time I promise to book you a flight with me..” he said giggling, “I want nothing to break us apart”

In that moment, surrounded by the warmth of your embrace, Yuta knew that no distance or obstacle could ever diminish the love he felt for you. And as he held you close, he knew that home wasn't a place—it was wherever you were, in your arms.

that friday, you and the boys made your way to the party. you all were cramped up in sunghos car,somehow the boys had convinced jaehyun to come with and also convinced riwoo to come as well. luckily the ride there wasn’t long, because deciding to take one car here was not the best idea. 

this was your first real outing with your new roommates and you were a bit excited, wanting to use this time to get to know them better as well as get comfortable around a new crowd of people. you would have invited your own friends, but they invited you here and you didn't want to be only focused on them. 

but honestly, inviting your friends wouldn’t have been a bad thing since the moment you all walked in the boys were already mingling with other people that they knew, leaving you alone. almost alone, you and jaehyun seemed to be in the same boat, staying close to the wall and not really talking to anyone else. you thought it would be awkward hanging around him at the party, but after a couple drinks you both felt a little less tense. 

“you okay?” you nudge him when you see he’s not focused on your conversation, eyes focused on something in the distance. 

“yeah, i’m fine… i’m just nervous my ex will try and talk to me while we’re here” he smiled awkwardly. you turned your head so you could see who he was looking at exactly, but the room was too crowded to be able to tell. 

“how bad was the breakup? you still seem pretty bothered by it” 

he sighs hard, and that answers your question before he even starts talking. “she broke up with me out of the blue about a month ago, but i guess i should've seen it coming. our relationship wasn’t that healthy, but i really liked her and i wanted us to work out. the boys hated her because she made it basically impossible for me to do literally anything because it would just cause problems.” 

somehow you two turn the party into a drunk therapy session, ranting to each other about your recent failed relationships. think of it as some form of roommate bonding? he was the only one out of the 5 that you couldn’t understand, but now you realize he’s actually easy to talk to and you feel like you two would get along great in the future.
