Achilles, a child of only twelve, stands at the doorway to the Swans quarters. A shadow, capable of making his way through the halls of the house as though he'd grown up here, of going by so unnoticed that it was almost natural to belong. Through his blurred vision, marred by a screwed up expression, and pain stricken features, he can just about make out a figure stood in the hall. There's long hair, a blurred facade -- is it mother? -- and what he can just about make out to be a cheshire grin ahead of him. “ This place is wrong, Gaya. I don't understand it but something is happening to . . . ” The back of a cotton sleeve arm rubs across his face, smearing the blood leaving his nose across his own cheek. But it's not Gaya who stands before him, it's the twin, with her permeating stare, and obsession with studying him. How could he have confused them? What was wrong with him? He's always known that she watches him. On many occasions he's noticed her studying his behaviour in contrast and comparison to the others, his reactions to the situations they are placed in throughout training and beyond - and he knows she's studying him even now. He knows he shouldn't have said a single thing, but Achilles doesn't feel fear. Achilles doesn't recognise any emotion of his own. He blinks, expression once again blank, all traces of pain hidden behind cold eyes. It's almost Schrodingeresque, he both knows they've done something to him, but he also can't know, and so he doesn't. “ ... shouldn't you be out with Headmistress Libitina? ” ( A treat for Kaeleena, aka the one (and only) time Minwoo had a strange breakdown as a child - prime Kaeleena diary material. )

Kaeleena tilts her head slightly, the movement slow and deliberate, as if she is savoring the encounter. Her eyes, a contrast to Achilles' lost gaze : a mix of curiosity and something deeper and unsettling. “Achilles,” she begins, her voice a silk whisper that cuts through the air. Her smile widens, but it doesn't reach her cold eyes. “Headmistress Libitina and I have different priorities today. Buy my oh my. My sweet... Are you feeling quite alright?” Kaeleena’s gaze is indeed studying every flicker of his expression, every subtle shift in his demeanor. The words he spoke are disturbing to her : this is a first for him. Where is it coming from, a memory? A feeling? Perhaps a trigger then, what was it? This is such a treat that the white swan is willing to ignore the insult of Gaya being the one he was actually calling for. She reaches out, taking a step to meet him, bending, her eyes softening. "Let us get you cleaned up, yes?" She gently offers, her hand warm and steady, guiding him down the hall. Her smile is kind, motherly even, as she leads him toward the nursery. Inside the nursery, Kaeleena moves with ease, where she helps Achilles to lie down on one of the bed, her movements smooth and reassuring. “You can relax.” she instructs. Then, she gathers a cloth, dampening it with warm water, then dabbing at the blood on his face. As she works, she hums the soothing tune of a lullaby she has written herself, her eyes never leaving his features. The act of care is actually genuine, her attention focused entirely on his well-being. Mother Libitina has told Kaeleena no less than a year ago that she wanted her as her successor - Libitina warmed the young swan : the road will be long until she is fully ready. A Mother Supreme cares for her swans and crows, a Mother Supreme tends to them, a Mother Supreme heals them. And well, Libitina knew Kaeleena inspired more fear than reassurance, Kaeleena knew she had to work on that for, in 10 years from now, become the perfect Headmistress Kaeleena. “You’ve had a long day, haven’t you, my dear?” Kaeleena’s voice is tender, brimming with empathy. She lets the silence fills the space, she lets him slow and calm down. “Being a Crow of Delivrance is an honor, as is being a Swan of Misericorde. Yet both roles are demanding, carrying the weight of our legacy, us, the chosen ones. The responsability is heavy, I know... I understand.” Her fingers brush his hair back from his forehead, as it got in the way. “But you must know, this house is your sanctuary, the place that will always welcome you, even when the prophecy of a new world comes to pass,” she continues, her tone probing yet casual. “I often found myself wondering : am I truly worthy? Worthy of being chosen, of being saved by the Church of Misericorde, rather than being left to the disastrous fate I should have suffered if nobody came for me? Me and Gaya, both. We have both been left to die in the cold by the Biological Monster who gave birth to us.. " A silence again. Her eyes following the cloth she washes in the water now. " When I was younger, all these questions lingered, casting a shadow of doubt, making me feel out of place, undeserving. It ended up making me feel bad, and lost. I had faith though, and trust, in Headmaster, in Mother, in my sisters... I had faith in the meadows, in the sun that rises above my head, in the food I have in my plate every day. That faith made me understand that yes, I am exactly where I am supposed to be, in my home, with my family." Kaeleena’s movements are gentle as she finishes cleaning his face, her expression contemplative. " A nosebleed is typical of the summer season, it is a natural reaction to the air turning dry and you have been exposed a long time, probably thinking a lot, Little Sir. I believe we all grapple with existential questions. I have told you mine. What have been yours, Achilles? This place, why would it be wrong for you?" Her eyes search his, seeking any flicker of understanding. She maintains her caring facade, her smile warm and encouraging. “I’m here to help.”

SIDE EVENT 021 ( CHUSEOK & LGC FAMILY CONCERT 2K24 )

a reminder on side-events; they are non-mandatory occasional events that your muse can choose to participate in or not.

while missing an event might mean missing out on points, be aware that choosing to take part in it could have positive or negative consequences for your muse. there is also no telling which part of the event will have consequences either since they will be tailored to make it difficult to guess what could impact your muse. while the final consequences are decided at the same time as the event is created, we will only reveal them the sunday after the deadline if there are any. so choose wisely: are you willing to make a gamble with your muse?

this year the concert will be held on SEPTEMBER 27 and 28 at the SEOUL OLYMPIC STADIUM. the emcees will be BLAZING’s MAY ( PARK HAEMI ), DBSD’s SIWOO, and HARU’S MINWOO.

CHUSEOK ( DEBUTED ARTISTS )

for all of the DEBUTED ARTISTS ( including BLAZING5, DBSD, NKND, and HARU ) on SEPTEMBER 14 they will be invited to a grand dinner party to celebrate CHUSEOK. it is mandatory for all of them to attend and during this time, the managers will be present so it is expected to be on their best behavior ( and a great chance to catch up with some of the artists they may have not seen in a while ).

as a future reminder, everyone will be celebrating chuseok from SEPTEMBER 16-18 so they will be given a short break to spend time with their loved ones and relax ( exception will be KIM JINSEO, who will be attending MILAN FASHION WEEK on SEPTEMBER 17 ). everyone will be returning back to the company and training on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19.

as briefly mentioned in TRAINEE MISSION 018, all of the trainees would have started vlogging their day in the life as a trainee videos and in the next few weeks, those videos would be edited and compiled to create multiple videos that will be shown on LGC’s youtube channel and throughout LGC FAMILY CONCERT 2K24 as a chance for new and old fans to get to know the trainees even more!

CO-ED SUBUNIT DETAILS

as mentioned in the V&A MISSION and CRYSTALLIS MISSION, ic wise the idols chosen were notified beforehand about the song and who they will be working with. but ooc, the idols selected for the unit were CRYSTALLIS’ ASTRID & YOUNGWON, HARU’S HANKYUNG & JOSHUA, and V&A’S JEON HARU & SEN. they will be performing and releasing ‘LIES ALL LOVE’ on the day of the concert ( SEPTEMBER 27 ). line distributions can be found HERE.

on day 2, NOVA will be performing their own version of NKND's "girls, love boys, love girls", which will be called "GIRLS LOVE BOYS"! you can find the line distributions for this over HERE.

for both days, all of the ACTORS and MODELS will be a part of the panels where fans and attendees can ask questions from their favorite celebrities! based on everyone in LGC AGENCY’s notoriety, they will be grouped as follows:

for the SOLO panels, each actor/model will be asked a series of questions ( within a 1 hour minute time frame ) by the fans regarding their recent gigs throughout 2024 ( eg. “any memorable instances filming a cf/drama/movie”, “what can we expect in the latter half of 2024” )  and about themselves ( hobbies, interests, etc. ) by the end of the panel, the actor/model will be given a chance to randomly pick 3 lucky winners and they will be given a chance to have their photo taken and signed by the artist!

as for the GROUP panels, it will be similar to the SOLO interviews but with a gaming component included. the GROUP will first see a big bingo board, where each square is either a general question asked by one of the fans ( eg. “show us your best aegyo”, “what is your favorite gig you’ve done in the past year?” ) OR a mini-game ( eg. “play rock, paper, scissors against the host. whoever loses gets hit with the toy hammer. if they do not win 3 individual rounds of the game, they cannot get the square”, “reenact a famous scene and if one of the fans can guess correctly what movie/drama it came from, you can claim the spot” ). for the mini-games, in order for the GROUP to claim that spot, they will need to win the game. if they lose the game, the spot will not be available. if the group gets a “BINGO” by the end of the panel, they will get a chance to give 3 lucky fans a small gift set signed by the actors/models from that group.

because there are multiple interview panels, some of them will be going on at the same time and any DEBUTED ARTISTS who aren’t a part of a panel during that time or have any bit of free time CANNOT visit other people’s panels.

V&A ANNIVERSARY FAN EVENT

per request by various ETERVAL communities, LEGACY has added a mini fan event for V&A to attend to. while their anniversary is on SEPTEMBER 27 ( same day that they will be performing ), the event will be on SEPTEMBER 28 before the concert. during the first portion of the event, there will be a V&A trivia game between 7 lucky super ETERVALs ( one for each round/member ) and the 7 V&A members. the questions will be quite group specific, testing both teams’ ability to recall as much information as they know about V&A ( eg. “what month, day, and year was [insert song] released?”, “when was the fandom name revealed?”, “what is the title of the third song in [insert album]?” etc ). then in the latter half, the ETERVALs will be split into smaller groups and have a hi-touch moment with their favorite member. each member should have an equal number of fans lined up for them.

near the end of the event, the V&A managers will take several group photos with V&A and all of the ETERVALs who attended and it will be posted on their social media as a way to thank them for attending the event.

on SEPTEMBER 28, it will be revealed publicly that the trainees in the “new kids new dreams” project will be officially be called MZSD ( and for the observant people, the group name has been hinted since 2022 as mentioned in this article )!

Jungkook stills in his seat. "Y-yeah. Of course. I'm a pretty chill guy." He shrugs for added effect, and your smile grows even wider, as if you're proud of him.

What Jungkook will not tell you right now are the number of times he got irrationally jealous over some guys at your university who stood too close to you whenever he picked you up. Or when you rubbed Taehyung's hair and told him the blond suited him and then the next day he dyed his own hair blond too, or that time he fucked you particularly hard when you went home after a night out with friends because fuckass Minwoo from the firm you do your part-time at peeled your perilla leaves for you. Or how he gets bothered when his teammates obviously find you pretty. Listen, he's proud he's got a gorgeous girlfriend – but he doesn't entirely appreciate it when they talk about it. Weird feelings.

But most especially, he will never talk about that time when he got extremely jealous over... Hana. She's your senior at uni and you basically kind of idolize her, which is a rarity because you never ever fawn over anybody – but with Hana, it's all heart eyes and praises and at that one party, Jungkook saw you getting shy (you, shy) when she complimented your dress. He went through a roller coaster ride of emotions because of it.

Men, he can take being irrationally jealous over them. They're just men. And Jungkook finds you don't really like men in general, so he doesn't really worry about it. But women... women are obviously miles better and he just felt... maybe felt a little threatened.

Love Class 2 Eps 9 & 10 (Finale) Stray Thoughts

Last week, in keeping with the theme, I can barely remember what happened in the K-BLs. I know that the younger couples all basically came out to each other, and all three couples gave some decent kissing. I continue to enjoy J-min. I also am glad we resolved the situation with Kim An’s orphanage friend, because that was kinda fucked. The TA and artist are dealing with a misunderstanding that feels a little meaty, so I hope we have a good resolution moment for it. I’m glad Maru and Minwoo finally kissed about their problems.

Episode 9

I’m okay starting with Minwoo and Maru spooning.

Okay, it’s very sweet of Maru to recognize that Minwoo has loved him for a long time and stood by him through all the things Maru went through. I love him promising to be there with Minwoo now.

Kim An is shirtless in bed? How now brown cow.

Never mind, they’re handling business and getting it in.

Oh shit. Joo Hyuk’s friend read him on this park date goddamn.

Oh, was Joo Hyuk with the teacher that Sungmin often does chores for?

I will never get tired of people expressing their feelings for each other clearly and directly, and then making out.

“You are obedient at important moments,” and  “Let’s have many important moments. I promise I’ll be a good boy,” what actually so hot.

I appreciate that there was probably a limit to how physically intimate they could get an idol like J-min to be in this show, and so they fed us with the sides. It’s something Thailand relied upon a lot for a while. J-min served well by being so talented in the early parts when I was struggling a bit. This show has struck a really nice balance after I settled into it.

I see you boys rolling around with each other and I know what that means. Nicely done, sirs.

I love that the tag is giving us the backstory for how Joo Hyuk fell for Sungmin. Unsurprisingly, Joo Hyuk was kind of a whiny drunk.

Episode 10

Now we’re on a Gays Only Camping Trip? Incredible.

This looks like so much fun omg.

These people have immaculate vibes. This is way better than whatever the fuck was going on in Our Skyy 2: Star in My Mind.

This show is doing a really good job showing couples settling into each other in its finale.

Okay, deciding to no longer kiss in the shadows is such a baller gay thing to say that this show just earned half a point.

Final Verdict: 8.5, This Was Cute as Hell. I want to thank @he-is-lightning-in-a-bottle for getting me to keep going with this show. I think it was a little hard to follow at first, but I had really satisfying outings with all of the characters here. It was kind of a grab bag of plots, but once I locked in I had a fantastic time. This was really fun, and a worthwhile watch. J-min has real talent and I was impressed by him.
