NEW KAIJU OC?!?!

Well, yea technically. Basically i was interested in figuring out how id go with making my own kaiju. At first i wasnt sure where to go for designing one. So i chose to base it off another existing kaiju for inspiration. I kinda wanted to go for a dragon type kaiju (i like dragons) and the only thing i could think of was Ghidorah so i went with that (now that i think about it more, I could’ve maybe used Manda too prob but oh well, Ghidorah was still a good option). I added some different details to mine that make it unique to the og Ghidorah

My idea was that it could potentially be a relative to Ghidorah (being of the same species) but still far apart from one another to the point they arent all that aware of the other existing (theyre in for a shock when & if they do encounter each other lol). This version actually relies on cosmic energy derived from such sources like stars & generally anything that produce some form of energy within the vast universe (basing it off how Ghidorah themselves originally came from space & this variant being much more dependent on that factor). It stores that energy & relatively stays in a dormant stage for an extended period of time until when faced with the challenge to defend itself or fight off those it deems as a danger. Then it would release all that ginormous amount of space energy that manifests itself as a rapidly expanding glow of extremely bright light. Enough to cause extreme damage & bring down the opposition. It can gather energy by using special crystals it can grow (took that also as inspiration but from Space Godzilla) & become as some form of attracting & absorbing the energy. In a way, the energy is like its main source of food & energy to maintain itself (right after releasing a lot of it during its final attack of using that glow, it would be put in a highly vulnerable state if not recovered by regaining some energy back soon enough). For the most part, they mostly sleep (being lazy 24/7 just like me fr lmao) to keep all that energy but can be potentially dangerous if disturbed or provoked in some manner

(Yea i know im the most creative person out there. I combined another nickname i use for myself and just added the end part of Ghidorah’s name to make it clear it’s related to the other kaiju. I couldn’t think of anything else im sorry😭)

(Named after intervals in the musical scale (ex: Do, Re, Mi, Fa, So, La, Ti, Do)

Did i mention this kaiju can also technically sing too :)

I did have a lot of fun with coming up with the concept for them (tho it honestly took longer in designing them due to a busy schedule ive been put in as of late & finding the time to finish it) but im glad to finally be able to share this with you all. Hopefully I can share more about them soon (i have a whole google doc’s worth of lore lmao) & probably draw them again (tho maybe a lot more simplified by then). Didn’t wanna overwhelm ppl with the huge amount of info so I’ll prob slowly reveal more over time.

[Another thing too is that i still am new to the fandom (tho with more knowledge from getting to learn more from the source material) & most of this i gathered from already know stuff i knew. Tho im also open to feedback & maybe some ideas to add onto my own kaiju. So id very much appreciate it if there’s any suggestions from you guys ^^⭐️]

i dipped for a minute bc i found out in human design im a manifestor type so i naturally have energetic ups and downs and that explained my whole life so i wasnt abt to force myself to post- ill maybe do a post abt human design and astrology at some point but im still very much a beginner in the human design sphere of things- ANYWAY

so everyone loves venus, right- everyone views it as the planet of love and beauty and joy and all these fun things- but what if i told u it's secretly just as dark a planet as like.. any other......

and im gonna go out on an even wilder note and right off the bat tell u that i think venus is secretly the malefic planet, not saturn or mars

allow me to explain 👍

venus has several deity equivalents in different pantheons, and the first one u'll think of is aphrodite- im gonna go the egyptian route tho so get aphrodite outta ur head real quick-

in the egyptian pantheon, venus has 2 equivalents, Isis and Hathor

im personally gonna focus on Hathor bc i think she fits venus way better than isis does- (fun fact: when the greeks came into contact with Hathor’s cult, they immediately equated her to aphrodite so we're on the right track 🫡)

hathor was the egyptian cow goddess of all sorts of venus themes: dance, music, sexual love, pleasure, all that fun stuff

and u'll notice i specified "cow" goddess, which i think is funny bc venus rules taurus, the bull.

her name also specifically meant "house of horus" and she kinda had like 2 personalities- one was as a goddess of heavenly charm, and the other, "eye of re", was a goddess of destruction, so she had a duality to her bc egyptians loved that stuff i fear

so if we take this interpretation and slap it on top of venus as a planet, u can already kinda see what im sayin here

all the fun venus themes like dancin, fuckin and havin fun, can also be taken into excess

so let's look at the signs venus rules real quick

taurus is a very sedentary, hedonistic sign in general. and we all know the beef i got with earth signs, so u know how i said excess taurus placements (Excess huh. 🤨 Interesting.) in a chart are very difficult to counteract and can lead to a life of a lack of saturn themes (drive, willpower, motivation, etc)

this interpretation of venus makes that make even more sense.

taurus is essentially the lower octave of venus, it's the base instinct of pleasure, the urge to feel good no matter what- whereas libra is the higher octave of venus, it's more sensible and cognitive of what it feels, Wants to feel, and how it would impact themselves and others.

DOCTOR WHO MUSIC RABBIT HOLE WOAH

i love finding doctor who in random places, just now I was struggling to find the lyrics of a Belgrado song bc I was hoping to be able to translate it but I ended up on their bandcamp which led me to this persons profile which led me to this other album with this as the cover!?!? hi cybermen i wasnt expecting to see you guys here. but this ended up leading me down a several hour long rabbit hole of doctor who music as a genre

Ok so as I write this post i'm discovering more and more really good doctor who inspired music that I personally enjoy/think others will enjoy

Chameleon Circuit - probably the most well known doctor who fan band, very fun, rock, 2008-2014, according to wikipedia they invented the term "Time Lord Rock", or "Trock", which is used to describe music created for and by doctor who fans about doctor who

Hero of a Hundred Fights - The Remote, The Cold (2001) - Faction Paradox stuff, sort of math-rock, they're really good! lots of BIG SOUND as my brain describes it, and cool lyrics+art, from Wisconsin according to wikipedia, my fellow eda fans, this is for YOU (tbh this and solid space are my favorites so far, chameleon circuit is good but doesn't appeal to me much personally)

Solid Space - Space Museum - as I described above, this stuff has a fun sort of electronic atmospheric feel, makes you feel like you're in a big empty fancy building at night, the kind of music you can wiggle slowly to and feel like a little robot person, has songs called the Tenth Planet and Earthshock, if you like cybermen you'll like this lol

DOCTOR IN DISTRESS - of course, I couldn't possibly leave this out could I? Very Important Song

Inner Child - yurame (miku) : this ones my current favorite. i love the spaceyness going on & i love how the chorus sounds with the harmonies & the lyrics are so good too.

kaf-eine - hiiragi magnetite (kafu) : kafu kafu kafu kafu!!!! this is so fucking cute this is the best thing to come out of their neta posting i love this i love sena yuta's art too its all just so good

kaihou seimei - zeeka (vflower) : this song goes hard. some of the lyrics are a little weird to me but thats really just a zeeka thing the whole things really solid. (zeeka has en translation in the video btw! so u all can enjoy in full) very cool flower song highly recommend

phenomenon - szri (gekiyaku utau + ß) : szri's music always goes hard. quick paced & heavy. love the growly gekiyaku & the rap parts. clearly szri's sound but its distinct from their other songs i think tho some parts remind me of quiet & anaphylaxis. is it related idk im not looking into it rn

kowaremono - kyiku (rime & kazehiki utau) : holy shit. hi i love this. the lyrics kinda hurt & it sounds so dramatic. also oh my god the tuning on rime i could cry. working with her to make her sound both emotional & pretty🥺🥺 this isnt a duo i wouldve thought of but it works. this is so good [puts it directly in ur hands and walks away]

Predation - logico (haru) : yeah this is something i can easily loop for days. its so good. love the little bits of squeakiness on haru it has charm to me. goes hard. haru fans come get ur food

Shell - tokino yamma (rime) : i wasnt sold on this at first but listening more i feel like it works with rime well enough. sounds more emotional than like shes actually struggling it gets a pass from me. love the sound in the chorus. idk this is going to grow on me even more i think with the combination of the lyrics & sound

i. may have asked this before (if i did i absolutely forgot) BUT do you have voiceclaims for any of your ocs' normal and/or singing voices ??

you havent i dont think!! it is a good question and one i think about a lot.. a difficult one for me to answer with 'they DEFINITELY sound like this' bcuz my brain has a hard time attaching itself to particular voices for my characters, and wanting them to have trans va's etc. so these r mostly like approximations or ideas!

im not including every oc here just like, major ones for me, or ones who i have an idea of what their voices sound like better

blue: so what i know for him he has a masculine voice, something that can get screamy, but hes technically skilled enough as a vocalist to pull off a ballad no problem (this is not uncommon for rock vocalists). one thing i want from him is sounding similar between talking or singing, you can tell its the same guy. ive always had trouble finding a fitting voice for him.. i associate nightlife with him in some ways i think bcuz hansel romero has a very clear voice, and i could see smth like a foreign affair being.. adjacent-ish for him (u can see how much i struggle to find smth truly fitting for him). neither of these bands rly play the exact kinda rock music i think he sings tho so yknow, grain of salt here. kid me thought he sounded like dane cook. for better or for worse i cant rly like.. disagree with that lol. i also used 2 think he should have a grungier voice but thats kinda changed w time lol he looks more like he could pass as a member of a boy band nowadays

2. Something about character creator that just couldn't quite capture Violet:

I wish there was more freedom to move and position scars/tattoos. And to have more than just one or two. Violet has the sword neck tattoo and I really would have liked to have been able to size the tattoo up and move it further down so the pomel starts at the hollow of their neck and the blade goes down to their sternum. Give us more body scar options!! Give me top surgery scars!!!! (Theres a good mod for them on nexus if anyones interested!)

I also had a bit of an annoying time finding a body and face structure I liked together. I wish all face presets were available on every body type, I liked a masc face preset in body 2 but wanted to use body 3. And like....the character creator is nice but JUST GIVE ME SLIDERS!!!! Body sliders, facial structures sliders, ear length sliders like !!!!! I want options!!!! Let me make an abomination of a character if I so choose😂😂

I used a mod for more tiefling horns bc I wanted horns that went further back along the head (its really funny seeing them clip through the bedroll during long rest animations lols). The base horns arent bad, again I wanted sliders so they could be the length/in the position I wanted.

3. Using illithid powers?

Oh yeah, I took full advantage of charm and psionic backlash during combat. I took concentrated blast and used it...maybe once? It was kinda lackluster to me.

Survival instinct (the ability you get for helping omeluum) and favourable beginnings got me out of a couple of rough spots, so i really liked those:)

9. Fave member of the tiefling refugees? Is it the same as your Tavs?

Personally I *adoooore* Alfira (yes I was crushed when [redacted] happened during my durge run). I defs spent too much time fighting my mods to give Violet musical proficiency so they could stand roof of the elfsong and play music with together🥰 Arabella and Roland both really grew on me, and of course best boi Dammon is always a fave!

Violets got a soft spot for Mol and Lia, theyre both so feisty! I headcannon Dammon and Violet being pals, Violets a Hexblade so I feel like they'd have some interesting weapon chats and Dammon is the only one who they trust to take care of their pact weapon when it needs repair. They respect Zevlor for having to make the hard calls, and thinks Alfira and her girlfriend are really sweet (theyd get drinks together 100%).

Absolutely. Violet wasnt originally from Baulders Gate, they grew up a ways away in a place that was always in conflict with their neighbouring kingdom. As such, they were trained in a militia, they had fought before and were fairly competent in taking care of themselves on the battlefield. But one day everything went wrong, their home fell, and they found themselves close to death on the battlefield, weapon broken and missing an eye. They made their pact that day, a shadowy sword being the only thing to save them from oncoming monsters and soldiers.

Once recovered, they began traveling, searching for items or people their patron required. This is what lead them to Baulders Gate. They'd join with other bands of travelers and mercs every now and then, but was very much used to roughing it on their own. Having such a lively camp was a big change for Violet, it took a while for them to trust others to take watch overnight and they still fight Gale over cooking rights some nights (tho they will admit, hes a much better cook than they are).

GUYS OMG I JUST SAW MY FIRST MUSICAL. my Highschool did a Percy Jackson musical and OH MY GOSH I was BLOWN away. now you get to hear about it (please keep in mind I have only read the first book, which is what the musical was anyways but it was YEARS ago and I don’t think I even completely finished it SOOO. also spoilers ig?)

Percy did so well and his solos and singing was so beautiful and he really portrayed his emotions so clearly and he was SO FUNNY FKTJRKWNDNFNNE LIKE OMG IF IT WASNT A THEATRE ID BE ROLLING

Grover did a fabulous job as well! He was also incredibly funny and I just love the little sidekick bestie vibes he’s got he’s so silly :)

ANNABETH omg. she did so well! she really got her emotions out there and her need to impress her mom and WOW THE FIGHT SCENE AT MEDUSA’S HOUSE WITH PERCY OR WHATEVER it was so intense! she slayed SO HARD and she was also a FANTASTIC DANCER YEA GIRLBOSSSS

luke! omg luke! HE DID AMAZINGGG I LOVED HIM HE ROCKED THAT ROLE SO WELL. I forgot he was the lightning thief so the betrayal scene was SHOCKING (HAHAHA IM SO FUNNY)!!! I really loved how he did him he completely fooled me with the friendly camp counselor or whatever he was I forgot JDJJSJRFKSJ BUT HE BLEW ME AWAY I LOVED THE FIGHT SCENE WITH HIM AND PERCY

so they had a scene and whatever with the farrier in the underworld AAAAHAHA THE FARRIER WAS SO AWESOME. SHE SLAYED THAT SO DANG HARD AND HER MUSICAL NUMBER WAS MY FAVORITE. THE REST OF THE ENSEMBLE SLAYED THE CHOREOGRAPHY IN THAT SCENE AND I WAS JAMMING ALONGGGG‼️‼️ it was such a funny scene and I hold it dear!!

HADES ISTG HADES. he had SUCH A DRAMATIC SCENE AND I CHEERED SO LOUD (dw everyone else did too) and he ROCKED IT SO WELL he perfected that snarky antagonist that doesn’t really care but still has motive and bonus of being a pain in the butt! and he drawled SO WELL I KID YOU NOT HE HAD ME CAPTIVATED. I LOVED his part!!!

dude… Poseidon… LMFAOOO IM DEADD. they had him portrayed as some dude in a Hawaiian shirt THE ACTOR DUDE I WAS ROLLING HE WAS SO FREAKING HILARIOUS. he kinda had that low chill surfer dude voice and he had THE FUNNIEST BITS especially at the end when he reunited with Percy and his mom. I love that take on his character. I’m PRETTY sure he’s not like that in the book 😂😂

And Percy’s mom was awesome too! her singing was GORGEOUS and I loved her moments with Percy :) not much to say other than SHE DID AMAZING‼️

BRO I CANT GET OVER THE TRIO THO. their bits were HILARIOUS and they definitely held those “stupid besties that r probably doomed but we’re rocking this anyway” vibe that ANY good book/movie main group holds AHDHEJRIE THEY WERE HILARIOUS. Dude Percy and annabeth did amazing together and Grover was so SPUNKY YES and the ENSEMBLE THEMSELVES AAAAAA I CANTTTTT ESPECIALLY IN THE UNDERWORLD SCENE THEY ALL HAD SPUNKY OUTFITS AND THE DANCING WAS AWESOME!!!! overall, this was a great experience for me! I could really tell all the love and passion the students/actors had for this and I appreciate that they wanted to share with me and the audience members! i spent the weekend watching various horror movies in netflix (my moms accnt obvs) cos i was too lazy to pir/ate anything. i watched uuh.. konferensen 2023 (it was fine, it was a good time), split 2016 (p good imo tho the superhuman angle was kinda silly to me. but it was interesting. solid. ending was a bit unsatisfying tbh? and the msg quite confusing? like i geddit, empowered victims.. but the kidnapper ended up becoming a perpetrator too? and the fl didnt shoot him in that crucial moment AND they also didnt show what she ended up doing abt her uncle. idk if the plan was 2 make a sequel but it all ended up coming off as.. pretty lukewarm..), the stepfather 2009 (nice. rly straight foward w the premise tho not super focused w its message.. like it was abt family but it gave too much focus to the protags gf? which i thought was a bit juvenile like we get it they are teens in love now lets get back to the dude trying to murder the whole family please.. also i kept thinking the story wud have been fun from the mothers perspective as well.. oh and a bit more bg & development for the killer wud hv been stellar), monster 2023 (indonesian) (plot was p standard (rly reminded me of that free ice cream horror flash game) but i rly liked it visually! rly cool scenography!! it almost had no dialogue & that was rly refreshing and interesting. it really didnt need any), and today i watched longlegs 2024 w my sister (which i did pirat/e)..uuuuummm... ok SPOILERS for longlegs

i rly liked the way it was filmed n the photography. also the music/sound dsgn. the time setting was confusing as hell for me tho?? like idk im not usamerican but the story supossedly took place in the 2000s but it all looked like the 70s to me???? and there are big differences between the 2 eras its not like im THAT period blind. the only scene i thought oh yeah theres no way this is the 70s is a scene in which you can see computers in the bg but anyways. the movie.

it started off GREAT. very eerie.. i had no clue abt the plot or anything btw i went into it completely blind.. so i had no idea if the movie was going for a realistic angle or a more supernatural angle. it rly reminded me of it follows 2014 not bc the fl was played by the same actress (it was) but bc everything that was happening seemed not quite real. like a dream. i loved that..

so ok. its p clear from the beginning that something is p weird (supernatural weird) abt this whole thing. the fl makes my suspicions grow bc shes some sort pf psychic so i though ok the killer is def some kind of hypnotist. i was wrong tho, whatever. lets skip a lot of stuff. plot twist it was the devil all along. i felt kinda silly bc im usually p good/fast understanding movies (esp this type of movies) but i was so confused by the end of this.. i was like huh.. wait what do you mean the devil is real in this story. it was rly easy to catch onto that btw i was just still expecting a psychic weirdo killer angle idk maybe i liked that idea more deep down lol? but it wasnt so my sister was like dude are you serious the devil was right there in one scene and i was like what. she went back to that scene. the devil was right there. oh ok. wait then what about the scene in which the mother shoots the dolls head why did she do that if the deal wasnt over. and what about the surviving victim why did she kill herself after the ball was out of the dolls head. oh god i almost forgot what abt the chief(?)s (no ok i literally cnt remember either his name nor job title im so sorry. yanno lees boss) did not even ONCE say smt like "oh hey my daughter has the same age n bd date than all the other daughters from the victim families. thats peculiar. lets take some measures maybe?" like forget that last part, why wasnt this even BROUGHT UP. another ridiculous thing abt this was the "birthday party" lee was invited to if thats even what you can call it.. most of the movie i was waiting for an actual party, with lots of people (STAKES, yknow?) but lee was literally the only person invited apparently?? what was up w that. also why didnt the fl shoot the dolls head at the bd party in the first place why did she wait until the dad started killing ppl. also the deal was supposed to end with the 13th victim i think so why did the mother say she will keep killing. me & my sister concluded well idk lets sleep on it i guess. yeah.

overall enjoyable and interesting, but i feel like the plot-twist reveal and the ending were a bit idk rushed?? like ill be quite honest i didnt feel anything abt the mother being the accomplice???? it was good in concept but was a bit lacking in execution.. like. why shud i even care.

I wasn't sure if you were referring to them because I still haven't watched their last video, but I had the feeling something was going on. I'm glad she's being transparent about how she feels.

I think reactors often happen to have particularly excited or dramatic reactions and get/feel pressured to have the same reaction to everything they watch, also to avoid toxic fans comments... I'm sorry (not sorry) but I blame young new kpop fans for this, especially those coming from twitter, where these reactors seem to find most (if not all) rude (or worse) comments. Of course not all of them are like this, I know and see so many that are not, they are respectful and behave in a more human and chill way, but there's a big portion that does, sadly.

Anyway. I'm all for reacting to a limited number of groups, if I were ever to do such thing, I would react to my favorites and occasionally others. However, I also realize that for many this is or becomes a job, and so the wider the public the better... About authenticity, for me it's quite fundamental otherwise I just feel like I'm wasting my time...

My fav reactors are (apart from the two i've already mentioned), the safe cave (they're also been pretty transparent with subscribers over time, took breaks when needed and made clear how and what they react to, definitely my number 1) and Lktv (he does bang his head lmao but I enjoy his reactions, he does comment a lot most of the time.)

ok heres my #thots on evangelion 1+3

yeah honestly i really liked it. idk how much it holds up in of itself, but as something that was really meaningful to me (when i was 15, the age of the main characters lol) the ending was honestly pretty satisfying and not what id expect

like i did choose to learn the spoilers when it first came out, but it still managed to surprise me. like it was ultimately very positive and it was very concretely about healing and ended much more optimistically than you would ever expect (literally like everythings 'fixed')

but also so much is introduced or confirmed without giving explanation. like they just introduce concepts rapidfire via dialogue and youre supposed to just be like yeah ok. yeah ok "anti universe" whatever. youre really just along for the ride.

i really wish rebuild did a better job at characterizing asuka, bc like watching it in context of the original helped but if you had only seen the rebuilds she would be very shallow. and they kinda tried to squeeze in some last minute characterization but it didnt do Much.... i wish there had been more from her in the prior movies but as it stands its alright. absolutely bizarre choice to have her be from a series of clones similar to rei, and they implied that she at least Thinks shinji is the same? idk i prefer her being a normal human but it is what it is. her having an angel sealed in her eye was awesome.

rei's arc is really kinda just aborted and idk if its in a good way or not. id have to think about it. definitely not as climactic as EOE. the original rei makes a couple of brief reappearances but they dont mean a Ton

gendo's stuff was really interesting bc. i learned the spoilers back in march and was expecting it to be a little more manpain-ish, and it KINDA was but in a large part it was shinji coming to an understanding of his parent's baggage which is something im too familiar with lol. their whole fight was such a good sequence also i LOVED how it shifted thru memories and scenery.

i think my biggest complaint is that shinji's healing process is maybe too abrupt from the 'despondent sitting in one place for weeks' thing at the beginning to 'creating a new better world' at the end. but i like the outline of it all. i really like that him and asuka acknowledge their crushes on each other as children but not anymore

kaworu is fucking weird bc they confirm the timeloop thing and give just the TINIEST insight into his own psyche (that he was looking for his own happiness and using shinji as a proxy, not in a malicious way but in a very genuine and desperate way), but still not that much. like, i want to kno what the fuck is going on with him. hes definitely equally fucked up to the other kids. also what was the deal between him and kaji.

i wish they didnt imply that shinji was 'with' mari. like i actually do really like that hes not 'with' the 3 love interests of the original but id prefer the conclusion to not directly involve a romantic relationship with anyone bc thats not whats really important... but mari is kind of like, the external source with no baggage, so at the very least she represents a future i guess. also dont quote me on this but i remember reading in a couple places that she might be referential to anno's wife so it might be personal on the director's part (especially since the closing shot was his hometown)

also theres SO many more questions than answers like they CONFIRM mari was fuyutsuki's colleague somehow and CONFIRM kaworu timeloop and etc but dont really explain anything. which is alright honestly but very frustrating

and i can tell ive gotten older bc what moved me most was misato's reconciling with shinji as a weird kinda surrogate familial-ish figure..got choked up when they hugged.

all in all i think ill always like end of evangelion best but this is honestly a very good way to end it all things considered. theres so many good concepts there and it reflects a transition in the outlook of the series and the director, and it was kinda moving considering i was so invested in the series when i was 15 and its come to a close now. i guess i might have preferred an ending more optimistic than EoE but less idealistic than this (like the world itself being de-coreified but shinji still returning to the village and their community facing an uncertain but optimistic future). but still. enjoyed it.

Perhaps in front of the cathedral when a bard played a nice tune or something of the sort. Idk. • Even if drunk, hes still a pretty good dancer

• Probably just wraps his arms around you to ‘dance’ though

• On the chance that he does dance somewhat properly, its still a bit slow

You had been watching the bards performance from the bar, unaware of the adoring gazes from a certain calvary captain. You had been so enraptured with the bards performance, you hadn’t even noticed the calvarys captains approach, until he sat down shuffling the chair abit.

“Hm? Oh, hi kaeya!” You greeted happily, the male looked at you and smiled

“Ah, h-hello, (y/n). I didnt notice you there” kaeya had a faint slur on his voice and his cheeks were flushed lightly. He fiddled with his fingers and glanced nervously at your hands.

“Kaeya are you alright? You seem nervo-“

“(Y/n), please dance with me!” Kaeya cut you off, he got a bit louder, but luckily no one payed too much attention

“Thats what you’re all fumbling over yourself for kaeya? Should’ve said that sooner, i would love to dance! Come on!” You grabbed kaeyas hand and pulled him off his seat, he assumed his position in front of you and wrapped his arms around you. both of you settled into a nice rhythm of steps, although you were pretty sure this wasn’t a real dance.

“(Y/n), i love you” kaeya murmured quietly into your hair unnoticed by you.

• Way more confident

• Would probably just grab you and pull you to his chest

• Probably does this anytime their is music

• He just cant get enough of being near you, and dancing just gives him an excuse

• Can dance

• And he does, prefers slow stuff, cause it doesn’t matter if hes hugging you while dancing

Kaeya had been telling you story when the bard started playing, after which he stopped talking and started to watch the bard and his performance. You had turned your attention to the bard as well, kaeya watched you with a fond expression a small smile playing on his own lips

Kaeya stood and brushed himself off, gaining a confused look from you

“Are you alright kaeya?” You tilted you head standing as well, when kaeya grabbed your hands and tugged you out into the opening, a swift tug bringing you into kaeya’s chest

“Now im more than alright” kaeya hummed leading you out a bit more and hugging you swaying with you, after a bit you both did start to somewhat actually dance with footwork and stuff as well.

“I love you” kaeya hummed rubbing your back

“I love you too, kaeya” you mumbled into his chest, smiling brightly.

Diluc

• Probably would have to be at angels share

• Mainly watches you

• Would take a few of your visits to his bar on his shift to get confident enough to ask you

• Might have done it out of jealousy, probably kaeya

• Also prefers to sway, but like, nothing else, kaeya implements some elements of dance and diluc just will sway with you

Diluc was aggressivly cleaning a glass, red glare boring a hole into the back of calvary captains blue head, kaeya had approached you at the bar and initiated a conversation that had felt like it lasted hours for diluc, but in reality it had only been 30 minutes. He frowned as you luaghed at something kaeya had said.

He watched as the bard was setting up to do another song, and quickly observed kaeya watching the bard, diluc glanced at you and then back at kaeya, another small frown making its way to his face. He set down the glass and was about to grab another when he heard the bard start to play, he stopped and turned around, staring at you and then he watched kaeya turn. In a spur of panic diluc moved forward and tapped your shoulder

“Ah (y/n), would you like to dance with me?” Diluc offered a tiny smile at you, face flushing a deeper and deeper red as he realized what he said, and the fact that you were giving him such a dazzling smile

“Of course! I’d love to!” You smiled brighter, diluc felt like he could die, his heart was pounding against his chest. He nodded and went around the bar, frowning at kaeya when the blue haired male winked at him.

“Alright then, come on” diluc mumbled offering his arm to you

“So impatient” you giggled, taking his arm and letting yourself be tugged into dilucs chest.

“Hmph” diluc grunted trying to hide his ever reddening face in your hair, wrapping his arms around you and doing his best to stumble dance with you.

• Again, doesnt really dance, just wants to kinda hug you and sway and thinks thats good enough

Diluc sat at his desk going over all the papers and orders. adjusting his reading glasses he sighed and moved his glasses to rub his tired eyes.

Diluc stretched in his chair and stood up, looking out the window at the dark sky. He quickly turned when he heard a soft knock on the door

“Hm, come in” diluc managed to stifle a yawn as he slid off his reading glasses. his eyes widened when he saw you coming in, rubbing your tired eyes.

“What are you doing up? Its late “ you yawned coming over and hugging diluc

“I was working, but come on, you should go to bed. I still have ome more work but i-“

“No, im not going to bed until you do” you hugged his tighter, making diluc sigh. Diluc smiled and wrapped his arms around you, beginning to sway back and forth with you in his arms, while softly humming into your hair.

Zhongli

• He probably treats you the same wether your together or not

• Maybe a bit more romantic in relationship idk

• Actually dances, litterally he actually will do proper form and footwork

You were at a festival in liyue clinging to zhonglis arm as you both navigated your way through the crowd, zhongli had said something about a surprise and you were quite confused, he was usually very open about what you two did.

“Zhongli, where are we going?”

“You’ll see, we’re almost there, love” zhongli hummed a small smile setting itself on his face, you tilted ypur head but decided it couldnt be that far, so you decided to take zhonglis word for it

Eventually you both enterd an opening in the crowd, their were a few other couples dancing together and chuckled

“Is this your surprise, zhongli? Dancing?” You chuckled walking to stand beside zhongli

“Of course, come on, we’re not here to watch after all” zhongli chuckled and pulled you out into the clearing, pulling you closer and gently leading you around a fond smile on his face as he looked down at you, ignoring every time you would step on his toes or luaghing a bit when you tripped or stumbled before helping you steady yourself again before continuing with the dance

i listen to lots of different music—i could probably listen to anything you put on and enjoy it (though my limit would be like. hard screamo metal. but i can endure that genre with the songs that aren’t quite as hardcore haha!! and even then i do appreciate them, cause i have a friend who’s really into metal and i’ve learned that the scream singing takes a lot of voice skill!!)

but my favorite genres are alt/indie rock, 80s, and 80s inspired music :D idk what it is about the sound of 80s music but it just flows through me and feels so ,,, idk. it’s so dreamy and synthy and i just love love love it. i can’t get enough of it.

some of my favorite artists for dreamy 80s inspired vibe music are dayglow, yot club, strawberry guy, WOAH, mac demarco, castlebeat, djo. and then for actual 80s music, i am obliged to list kate bush <3 and then also thomas dolby hhrjhrhrh

for alt rock and stuff, hippo campus, the neighborhood, HUNNY, wallows, COIN, half•alive, girl in red

other miscellaneous artists i listen to: surfaces, gorillaz (sometimes), mitski, yaeow, mimi bay, vansire, boy pablo

i also love classical music (favorite is debussy, im learning several of his pieces rn bc oh my gosh he just Gets it. he gets it), video game music, and honestly? i listen to kpop occasionally. and im not afraid to say that anymore >:) sometimes you get sick of american music and kpop is so good and it really slaps and there’s no shame in listening to it and appreciating it as music. (i mean.. i did go through a phase in 7th grade but let’s not talk about that!)

also,,, this might be shameless self promo,, but since i mentioned video game music, i actually started posting compilations of vgm on youtube, mostly for myself, but a few people end up finding them every now and then and thats super cool. if you ever want to listen, here’s my channel :) there’s not that many but i have sooo many in the works im just too lazy to compile them properly😭
