NEW KAIJU OC?!?!

Well, yea technically. Basically i was interested in figuring out how id go with making my own kaiju. At first i wasnt sure where to go for designing one. So i chose to base it off another existing kaiju for inspiration. I kinda wanted to go for a dragon type kaiju (i like dragons) and the only thing i could think of was Ghidorah so i went with that (now that i think about it more, I could’ve maybe used Manda too prob but oh well, Ghidorah was still a good option). I added some different details to mine that make it unique to the og Ghidorah

My idea was that it could potentially be a relative to Ghidorah (being of the same species) but still far apart from one another to the point they arent all that aware of the other existing (theyre in for a shock when & if they do encounter each other lol). This version actually relies on cosmic energy derived from such sources like stars & generally anything that produce some form of energy within the vast universe (basing it off how Ghidorah themselves originally came from space & this variant being much more dependent on that factor). It stores that energy & relatively stays in a dormant stage for an extended period of time until when faced with the challenge to defend itself or fight off those it deems as a danger. Then it would release all that ginormous amount of space energy that manifests itself as a rapidly expanding glow of extremely bright light. Enough to cause extreme damage & bring down the opposition. It can gather energy by using special crystals it can grow (took that also as inspiration but from Space Godzilla) & become as some form of attracting & absorbing the energy. In a way, the energy is like its main source of food & energy to maintain itself (right after releasing a lot of it during its final attack of using that glow, it would be put in a highly vulnerable state if not recovered by regaining some energy back soon enough). For the most part, they mostly sleep (being lazy 24/7 just like me fr lmao) to keep all that energy but can be potentially dangerous if disturbed or provoked in some manner

(Yea i know im the most creative person out there. I combined another nickname i use for myself and just added the end part of Ghidorah’s name to make it clear it’s related to the other kaiju. I couldn’t think of anything else im sorry😭)

(Named after intervals in the musical scale (ex: Do, Re, Mi, Fa, So, La, Ti, Do)

Did i mention this kaiju can also technically sing too :)

I did have a lot of fun with coming up with the concept for them (tho it honestly took longer in designing them due to a busy schedule ive been put in as of late & finding the time to finish it) but im glad to finally be able to share this with you all. Hopefully I can share more about them soon (i have a whole google doc’s worth of lore lmao) & probably draw them again (tho maybe a lot more simplified by then). Didn’t wanna overwhelm ppl with the huge amount of info so I’ll prob slowly reveal more over time.

[Another thing too is that i still am new to the fandom (tho with more knowledge from getting to learn more from the source material) & most of this i gathered from already know stuff i knew. a lil update:

the first major scene of turtle dove & the crow part five is complete, and we're about 4k in, so progress is happening! no eta yet, but I'd say we're about a quarter in, and this scene was one of the harder ones to get through, so progress will likely move faster now.

also, I couldn't get that one fanart from a few days ago out of my head, so I'm writing a filthy oneshot about our older, scruffier, trailer trash drug dealer Eddie 'cause I just had to, guys. How could I resist that 'good babes get free rides' tattoo, ya know? this should be coming in the next day or so, so keep an eye out!

here's a little (basically sfw) excerpt below the cut. I think it gives a good idea of the vibes 😌

You started hanging around because Eddie would likely offer to smoke you out if you did; he let you hang around because he didn't much care either way, and he didn't find you hard to look at. That led to casual sex whenever you saw each other, usually when you'd come by a couple times a month to restock your weed supply. And the sex was great. Eddie had this ability to make you feel special in the moment without having any expectations about whatever-you-and-he-were as soon as you pulled your panties back on, leaving you free to date whoever you wanted when you left his trailer.

Laying tangled in his musty bedsheets, and when he'd leave to go to the bathroom, secretly burying your nose against his pillow because the smell of him had suddenly become... comforting.

Things were changing for you, and you really hoped they were for him, too. 'Cause if not, it seems your traitorous heart has determined you'll be in for a world of hurt.

Hiatus announcement

Okay, as terrifying as the title sounds, please read this post!

Alrighty then... so. You've probably noticed that I've been posting less regularly lately. You might think that it's because of school, which is halfway true, but not entirely.

Lately I've lost my motivation to write. I try to, but then I don't like the result and rewrite, because I want to provide you good, high-quality chapters! I've burned myself out and it really upsets me, because I know that you guys are waiting for new chapters weekly. I'll be going on a hiatus after the release of chapter 17 (which is hopefully happening this week) to practice my writing, find my flow and get my motivation back. The hiatus will last from 2 weeks to a month, not more. I might return sooner if I manage to figure things out sooner, but I'll be keeping you guys updated on when I return or if I need to extend it! :)

I sincerely apologise and I really hope for your understanding. I know that I promise too much and it might seem that I'm just trying to find excuses, but I do try my best to provide you better content. <\3 You guys are wonderful and amazing readers, I couldn't ask for anyone better than you.

I'll announce the release of chapter 17 this week, after that, you might to wait a little bit for the next chapter. :(

Also, just to mention, the lack of MD content also kind of slows me down. GLITCH doesn't update us for quite a while, and of course I am not hurrying them, but with the new episodes not coming out, the fandom has died a little as well. What really inspires me are not just my readers, but other fanfictions/fanart of this fandom. Recently there haven't been too many NUZI fics that are in my interests, and I'll say this right off the bat, it is NOT the authors' faults. Every MD writer is AMAZING and unique in their own way, and if my interests don't fit yours, does not at all mean that you have bad ideas or interests! It's just Astra being picky, is all. ;) (In all seriousness though, if you have ANY fics you like and could recommend, you are free to DM me the fics (Nuzi is highly preferred, since my fics base around them), I'll be more than glad to check them out! :) )

[[OOC:]] Hi! This is the ask / RP blog for Frostbite The Bat, my TTCC sona! If you want to talk to me, and not the character, speak to me at my Toontown blog (@cathalbravecog) or my main, (@frostbite-the-bat).

Frostbite will reblog art from me and fanart from others, and other things they may like and want to reblog - so you may see some of that! This is not only an askblog for them - this is THEIR blog.

Also, Frostbite will not go out of their way to interact with somebody unless I know the person behind it personally. You always must interact with them first! This is because, as stated on my Toon blog, I don't go out of my way to interact with people first in general. So you won't see them initiating conversations with other ask/RP blogs.

While staying close to canon - Frostbite still has their own "canon" tied to my and my friend's lores and other silly things around our Toons. Other people's Toons and THEIR relationships with other Toons and the Cogs will be mentioned, so that's a heads-up in-case Frostbite ever mentions, for example, Mole's relationship with Graham and Flint.

ALSO!!! Toontown is kid friendly, however this blog is not! Frostbite WILL swear A LOT and crude-ish jokes are not completely off the table. And btw, yes, Frostbite IS a cog. They're not the most consistent with if they want to hide that on this blog or not.

Sillyness is encouraged! But please try and be respectful, don't bring personal things and discourse into this - RP stuff is okay! Frost has beef with other characters, some that goes deeper than it seems. But also keep in mind Frostbite can be a rather rude character.

Frost will reply with just text, reaction images, doodles, re-used pieces of art, and brand new pieces of art from time to time! Please do not ask them things in hopes of getting your response drawn. It depends on what I think is funny to reply with and if I'm in the mood to draw.

If I don't answer your ask, please don't spam it to me again. I either ignored it for a good reason - or I am working on a more detailed response!

Again, be respectful and mindful of boundaries I or Frostbite may set. As long as I don't make a statement, though, feel free to annoy them a little bit, it's funny. If a line's crossed I'll let 'ya know!

NEW RULE!! After some thought, magic anons are no longer allowed! Just popping in to say that I absolutely adore your theories and designs for the DHMIS trio and the show in general! They are simply fascinating to read and ponder over when I feel down at times or whenever I’m free :D

Between the Floyds~ Part 1

You are a student in NRC for a while. You meet with many other students from different dorms. 

But.

You didn't meet with Floyd yet. When you first saw him, you were pretty surprised because you have a pet who comes from your universe to Twisted Wonderland with you. Your pet's name is Floyd like him and they look nearly the same. It was really interesting, Azul invited you to the Mostro Lounge for studying and chit-chat.

Actually he also invited Jamil too but he didn't come for no surprise.

When you first entered the Mostro Lounge, you hit a wall. 

But wait, this wasn't a wall but a person. He was really huge but that was not even the main point. His appearance was exactly the same with your pet that stands on your shoulder right now. Tall boy crouched down a bit to reach your level and looked at you with this creepy look on his face. "Oh? If ya ain't the student that everyone talks about. Did you come for a squeeze? Heh~"  

Then his mismatched colored eyes stopped on your little pet Floyd.

"Please Stop Floyd."

You both looked behind big Floyd. 

"More Floyd looking boys? What's wrong here?" 

You looked at your pet Floyd and looked back at the newest Floyd looking big man. "Where do you know my Floyd?"

The boy choked with sudden surprise. "Excuse me,Your Floyd?"

You take your pet from your shoulder and show it to him.

"Yeah, that's my pet Floyd. It came to Twisted Wonderland with me."

"Oh, that's the case then. Apologies for my twin's behavior. My name is Jade, Jade Leech" he said.

"Oooooh~ Your pet's name is Floyd? Ain't it look like me Jade?" And big Floyd takes your pet from your hands without warning.

"Hey! You can't take my Floyd without warning" you said with anger and crushed his foot with your shoe. Big Floyd squealed and yanked back. You catch your pet Floyd and hug the little creature tightly.

It seems that lil Floyd didn't like his big version like you. 

Jade looked with shocked expression on his face, then placed his hand on his chest and "Again I am sorry for his name. But you should be careful when you deal with Floyd."

"Ouch! My foot! I'm in so much pain Jade" said and sat on the floor while holding his smashed foot.

"You should not take their pet without telling them anything, they are naturally angry." 

"Awww, Jade whose side are you on? You should defend me, it was so painful. And how you are this strong, you seem like a little poor shrimpy?" He said while fake tears spilling down from his cheeks.

His creepy eyes shined with a hint of interest. His twin's gazes were no different, "Does he enjoy it? He seems amused. These guys are creepy, I won't accept Azul's request if he does any in the future." 

Jade giggled "You are a pretty brave person, as you can see ıt's impossible to not be amused by your charm. I'm sorry if we seem creepy from outside. Fufufufu~"

You didn't like this situation any, you felt like a toy between them and all you wanted was meeting with Azul.

"Sorry but I can't talk to you guys anymore, I have so many things that must be done. Have a nice day." 

Jade cleared his throat and said " Oh? I thought you were waiting for Azul? We can give a good cup of a drink and ıt's free since we made so much trouble for you already." 

"NOOOO!"

Ive been having so much fun drawing xinyan from the imposter au with the few details you discribe her with along with a little imagination for her design if you don't mind but i would also like to make a note that i was using a body sketch i found so sorry if it doesn't look like my art style i was just trying to make the body and style match i was going for match so ya that's that lol but also i believe i didn't get her tone right since i just got a pic of her full design and used her color palette to draw this so sorry if she looks to light I'm willing to redraw it since the pic of her that i used had bright lighting and ya that's a few things i wanted to say about the drawing and I hope you don't mind the little headcannons i made, tho I'm really more interested in how you veiw xinyan since she had a bit of time to show up but didn't really do much but warn aether with the letter and just dipped out and went of somewhere so I'm really excited for what you have in store for her and the rest once you finish the next chapter lol so I'll be waiting while drawing the few characters design for the future lol but feel free to state how you personally feel about this drawing since in enjoy any feed back or small stuff you'd would like to add anyway see ya lol.

Heyo sorry i didnt see this yestersay i was busy trying to get Kazuha and finally got him! Plus a new sword for Kaeya that is now my second 5 star weapon XD Bless my friend who wished on my account 😭😭😭 The fact i also had a dream of actually getting Kazuha after thinking i couldnt get him and the DREAM WAS REAL YASSS!

Ahem- Back to the ask you sent with a fanart and can I say Im still half alseep since i just woke up but damn i didnt expect you drew Xinyan and she looks pretty cool! OwO

I did say in my story around Prologue 2 that Xinyan had her hair down since i feel like she wouldnt stick to her usual hairstyle after what happened which you guys can read it here in prologue 2 XD but i also mentioned Xinyan got her entire arm off including her elbow OwO

Still though im impressed with your design on her and she really looks amazing! You did amazing Anon Crow!! UwU tbh all i can say is positive words and if you want to redraw it you can since it is your drawing after all OwO i can understand as a fellow artists we arent satisfied what we draw so over all i am okay with your drawing but its your opinion if you want to re-draw or not XD
