Just finished Halara's DLC tonight! I thought it was cute n simple! My boyfriend guessed the trick instantly and I was much slower to figure it out heh. Me and my bf were surprised at how divided our friend group was over this DLC. What confuses me is that one of my friends called the case 'convoluted' which really isn't the right word, since they were more concerned with the extremities of water damage rather than it actually being complex. It's can be seen as silly to involve such a heavy amount of rainwater, but it's basically a nitpick. It's just a little story, ain't no harm in tellin it even if it's ridiculous, but this whole city that has endless rain is ridiculous, so it's fun to toy around with the biggest element of the city to be a part of a murder.

Also any Yakou content is 10/10 content and I was thriving the whole time.

Genuinely so excited for this Wcrp! Like idk if anyone has noticed but there's been such a lack of them recently ( I scolled through Tumblr for like 5 hours and all the interesting, eye catching ones are either on hiatus or completely dead ) so I'm very interested in following this one until it opens for members!

Plus, you do something I've seen very few rps do, and that's frequent updates! Truthfully I believe a Tumblr that hasn't had a post hurts the actual rp more than anything ( after all, if you see a Tumblr for an rp that hasn't posted an update in months or a year, how do you know if the rp is still kicking? Or to follow it for future auditions? )

Keep up the great work! I've already shown all my friends this page and they are as excited as I am!

I do feel as though roleplays appear in waves almost, from observation on both here and disboard, there will be a bunch that open and then there will be radio silence on new and upcoming ones for a while. It's interesting stuff to think about! There's nothing wrong with there being quiet spots in between, though, I usually assume they're just getting settled with new members!

As for frequent updates, it's something I was 100% committed to from the get go, even before Ever Rain was conceptualized and I was in the brainstorming and polling process! The plan is to continue to update the tumblr even after member closing, with things such as who took on high ranks and who their characters are, spotlight characters, story beats that may happen either through mod or member actions, and so on! This will, hopefully, keep interest going alongside letting people know it is still an active roleplay with active storylines and member base!

I do agree that not posting ends up hurting more than anything for a multitude of reasons, which is another reason for the transparency on my end.
