Limeris- God of memories and the transition between life and death

(Root word: līmen, meaning “threshold”)

A relatively unknown god that rules over a realm located between our living realm and the afterlife. This is where your soul passes through when you die. - If strong (usually traumatic) emotions and memories keep a soul attached to the living realm, they get stuck in this limbo until they are able to let go.

Fun fact: Since Limeris is also the god of memories, passing through this gods realm is why your life flashes before your eyes as you die.
