I just love Perseys big long floofie hair, I can totally see Hades twirling it around his fingers or burying his head in it and smelling with all of its pretty pink flowers >w<

Bonus points when they wake up beside eachother and he's bald (so not to burn her in his sleep by accident) and she just has this RAT MANE of hair and flowers and they're both just infatuated with eachother LIKE 😭😭❤️❤️

I have an image of the Kingscholar family being as loving as they can be to one another while also being fucked up in the most wholesome way. The reason I mention this is because someone has an idea one year that eventually becomes a game/tradition to see who can make Morel the most emotional/cry the most at Christmas with gifts and even Riddle, Rayne, and their respective families get in on it despite requiring some convincing.

The winner is decided by Morel’s reaction and a general silent agreement over what is the most sentimental gift. And when Morel hugs whoever gave her the gift, they hug right back but also look at everyone else in such a cocky manner because they just won bragging rights and about five marks each from everyone else in the room. It’s a petty bet, but the real prize is making Morel so happy she cries and the bragging rights.

And it’s so weirdly wholesome and fucked up at the same time. When Finnian and Mama Kingscholar eventually pass on, everyone thinks about gifts that will remind Morel of them or of her favorite moments with them to try and get her the most sentimental.

For example, Channie starts looking at old pictures and decides to make a drawing replica of one of Morel’s favorite memories with Finnian when she was little. Leona manages to get copies of photos and a few keepsakes to put into a small scrapbook about a bonding weekend Morel went on with her mother-in-law and sister-in-law. Riddle gets his hands on their father’s pound cake recipe that he specifically tailored to Morel’s tastes and spends months getting it right. Cheka manages to find a music box that plays a melody that Mama Kingscholar taught Morel. Even Jade and Alicent get in on the fun, with Jade making Morel a terrarium housing some of Finnian’s favorite plants and Alicent mending and refurbishing a dress Mama Kingscholar gave Morel before she passed away.

And Morel is just so happy that her family is getting her such thoughtful things to remind her of her favorite people and of the favorite times from her life that she can remember. Though she has yet to catch on to the weird tradition since every year is something different and only one or two people get her something to remind her of Finnian and Mama Kingscholar to that she doesn’t catch them.

The one who gets cockiest about winning is a tie between Leona, Gardenia, Leilani and Karim, Riddle, and Rayne. Leona is already cocky as fuck, but this makes him even more cocky because Morel is his wife and mate and he was the one who made her feel the most sentimental and gave her something that she’ll treasure for the rest of her life. Gardenia loves seeing her mother happy, but also loves pissing off her dad at Christmas because she will usually look Leona dead in the eye while hugging Morel, flip him off, and whip out a hidden sign that reads “Better luck next time, old man” that she had hidden on her because she’s a loving little shit just like her parents. And of course Leilani and Karim get cocky about winning because they’re mama’s boys and love making their mother happy more than anything. And Riddle and Rayne are Morel’s siblings, so they always feel proud whenever they’re the one to make Morel feel the most sentimental and there’s also this strange sense of pride in feeling the other win, but that’s probably because they’re twins and they love Morel so much.

And everyone else does get cocky when they win, but not as much as the aforementioned group above.

Overall, it’s a sweet, fun, and so wholesome-ly fucked up thing and they all love doing it-

Due to the Clip Studio file being lost, I unfortunately lost a bunch of doodles for the Southern Giants, but here's some small snippets of lore for the world Behemoth Father is based in.

I was fiddling with the designs of the Southern Giants, and they're basically just a smaller version of the Behemoths to the north, and more social/benevolent. They have a large kingdom on the Southern edge of border near the sea, as opposed to the scattered herds of Behemoths that inhabit the harsh snowy mountains and forests.

The humans live in the strip along the gap in between the two giant territories, and while the Southern giants have agreed to leave their villages and cities alone, even setting up some trade routes with villages, the Northern Behemoths are more begrudging to let the humans live in peace. Many Northern clans have taken to hunting humans and rampaging their villages in retaliation, wanting the territory for themselves. The Southern Giants do fight to drive away the Behemoths trying to occupy the human territories, but it often causes skirmishes to bleed into more human settlements, bringing about even more destruction in the Southern giant's effort to fight off their larger brethren.

Even though the Southern Giants are smaller, they're still quite strong, move in large numbers, and are much more agile than the brutish Northerners. Making for a powerful opposing force to the northern resistance. Elias is the King of the Southern Isles at the time when Ogden's story takes place, but I'm not sure if he'll make an appearance, or if reference of him will be in the story yet. I'm sure reference of the Southern Giants will definitely come up sooner or later though.

I also wanted to have a proper size chart, but it just reiterated just how big Ogden is even among other Northern Behemoths 😳

the first room draco malfoy sleeps in after inheriting malfoy manor is the one he shares with astoria.

it's further from scorpius's room than he likes, but it's the biggest and has the nicest windows, and they make do. it's the room with the big walk-in closet and the window seat where astoria spends hours reading, both to herself and out loud for her family.

it's the room where draco finds his wife and son playing board games - both magical and muggle - together at the end of the day. he doesn't know much about the muggle things, and neither does astoria, but it's always fun to figure them out.

this room is the one with the big king-sized bed that holds all three malfoys on nights when scorpius has bad dreams, or even those where he simply wanted more time with his parents.

it's the room that draco takes for granted.

the second room, the one he moves to after astoria's death, is across the hall from his son. it's small and cramped, previously more of a closet than a bedroom. it's a perfect place for a broken heart.

the bed is smaller, a queen, but it still fits scorpius on the nights when they need to have a cry together. the wardrobe in the corner is tiny, but draco's clothes never took up much space anyway. the floor doesn't have enough space for draco and scorpius to stretch out on the infrequent nights scorpius pokes his head in with a chess board, so instead of games, all the room sees is tears. that's okay, draco thinks. he deserves it.

beginning in their eighth year, blaise and pansy had some sort of friends with benefits arrangement. draco never truly understood it, nor did he try to, but the whole thing came crashing down when scorpius was ten and pansy arrived at the manor in a state after finding out she was pregnant.

leilani grows up alongside scorpius, a younger sister of sorts who adores her "older brother" more than anything. pansy and blaise are both busy with work at the ministry, but pansy - a journalist - has far less structure than office worker blaise, which leaves him as the one to bring leliani over the most often.

draco can't pinpoint the moment their friendship turns into something more. he can only remember not feeling anything other than joy the first time they kissed, underneath a mistletoe during scorpius's seventh year. he can also remember pansy storming into the room right after and yelling "i knew it" before tackling them into a hug.

the third and final bedroom draco sleeps in is the one with blaise in it. it's just next door to his first room, where his first bed is collecting dust as it has been since astoria's final night in it. this room is slightly smaller, and its closet took a bit of charming to fit all of their clothes, but it feels perfect. not better than his room with astoria, not worse, just different. draco wouldn't want it any other way.

leilani gets the room across the hall, which is huge - almost bigger than scorpius's - and very fancy and perfect for spoiling her in. scorpius is twenty by the time there's a new ring on draco's left hand, and he drags albus potter all around his childhood home by one hand while a ten-year-old leilani takes hold of the other.

"i bet she's a gryffindor," draco whisper-shouts as he stands between blaise and pansy to watch. pansy gags.

"she was raised by three slytherins," pansy says. "there's no way, right?"

"scorp was a ravenclaw," blaise points out.

a year later, two weeks after scorpius's wedding and the night of leilani's first day at hogwarts, they get their answer.

"they have always been close," pansy says with a frown.

"i told you so," blaise replies, grinning as he pulls draco in with one arm and pansy in with the other.

the bed in draco and blaise's room is still a queen, the same size as the one in draco's second bedroom, but it fits three adults just fine.
