It was rather late in the afternoon when Beel got back to the HOL after his fangol practice. The practice itself was nothing of note, but while walking home, he started thinking about MC. He didn't know why, but he started to long for your attention. He wanted to take you out. When he got there, he immediately went to ask MC to go out with him after dinner. Obviously, you said yes. The demon didn't have a plan, nor a place in mind, so as the sun set, you two just walked hand in hand seeing where the metaphorical wind took you. You ended up at an empty playground and look at one another before a smile crossed your faces.

Still hand in hand, the two of you ran towards the colorful play structure made for much younger demons, yet it still holds your weight. Laughing and giggling like kids, chasing each other around in an unnamed game, sliding down the tallest slides, climbing on everything, and running into each other in a sweet embrace. As the sun goes down, you and Beel's energy levels did too. By the time the sky turned a dark purple, the two sat in the tallest tower near the mouth of the biggest slide. MC cuddled up in Beel's arms, enjoying the silence and each other's company. There they stayed until the sky was beyond dark, and the time was getting later and later.

As the two began to leave, you shared sweet nothings and Beel put you on his back. He wanted to stop for ice cream on the way back, so he bought some for you to share. When you got back, you saw Belphie asleep on the couch and only a few lights on. You went back to your room, while Beel took care of the last few things that needed to be taken care of. Grabbing some pajamas, and heading to your room to shower, you two cuddled up and falling asleep in each other's arms.

This is a bit of a hard one, ngl! He's mostly oblivious, reserved, and silly! Reasoning: He's usually very oblivious with his surroundings. Instead of struggling to focus at all, he focuses TOO much on what's in front of him or what he's doing. So often, he'll be eating or something and everything is normal, then he'd look up and suddenly Leviathan is threatening to summon Lotan because Mammon somehow 'insulted' Ruri Hana by calling her 'just a character'?!?! The other two words are a bit more self-explanatory. He doesn't like to speak much and he doesn't like sharing information about himself, and also he can't take many things seriously for the life of him. Say that him and Leviathan are into the same game; He'll make jokes about the SADDEST parts and cackle as Leviathan tells him to stop. Though he also laughs at cat memes so it's hard to say exactly how his humor is! 29. How does your MC cope with stress?

He simply doesn't! Aka, he's got struggles with escapism and maladaptive daydreaming (which doesn't help with his oblivious nature). He does use humor to cope as well, though it's mostly jokes about him not having a father and it ALWAYS catches people off guard. No build up, he'll just randomly compare something to/blame something on his father figure being non-existent and then laugh about it. (When people don't laugh, he's literally just "Guyssss :( You're supposed to laugh!!!!") 47. What does your MC do when angry? Cry. This poor man cannot handle anger, so he just sobs uncontrollably. Also, the thing is, he's very hard to get angry! So it takes something BIG to piss him off. Do they have a nickname?

Yes, he has! In fact, her name came from a nickname her mother had given to a friend of hers, Hae (which in Hangul means “the girl who is like the ocean” – but there are variations that say it means “Sun”, one day I will find out if it's true), but since Hae is a girl's name, she put an L at the end and turned it into Hael. Yeah, pact commands are powerful and allow you to control the Seven Rules of Hell any time you desire. Pact commands are a little intense though. You can probably get the same outcome by bopping them on the head with a flimsy cardboard paper towel tube.

The great part is that this also works on demons you don't have a pact with, reapers, and other humans (even powerful sorcerers).

The longer your cardboard tube, the more power you wield and the greater your authority becomes. The downside is they can wrestle the tube away from you. But, y'know, until that happens you feel so mighty.

currently thinking about Satan in nightbringer vs in the original

thinking about how in nightbringer he's always outside HoL when he wants to be alone since the others are always in the library + they keep chaining him to his bed, so he most likely doesn't feel safe in his own room to begin with

how Asmo keeps trying to invade his personal space (asking to do his hair, nails etc.) and doesn't take the hint, and how Lucifer casted a spell on Satan so he physically could not leave his side for a while, and how he's never really allowed the time to properly work through his emotions

that dinner party where the others all started talking about the Celestial Realm until Satan eventually stormed off

the way he describes being in their presence as torture and refuses to see them as his brothers, yet he's instantly calm around MC because they treat him decently

how the others kept complaining over how the demons of the Devildom were treating them-how they were discriminated against because they're fallen angels-yet they keep on treating Satan, the only full-fledged demon of HoL, like some feral animal that has to be put down in two days

currently thinking about how the very first thing we learn about Satan in the original is that he masks his emotions

him saying that he loves to go on walks alone and how he gets to meet all kinds of different people that way

thinking about how he's usually in the library instead of his room

when they were all up in the human world and the other brothers were outside stargazing, meanwhile Satan stayed inside. And when asked about it by Lucifer, he claimed it was because he wanted to read before offhandedly mentioning that they're reminiscing about the Celestial Realm and he won't understand any of it anyway

he now gets along better with all of his brothers and yet, when the two of them got lost once, he told MC that there's no need to worry, because his brothers would come looking for them, making it a point to add that they wouldn't search for him

that time Satan ran away to the human world and Levi, Asmo (arguably the two brothers closest to him) and MC came to bring him back. How he started getting angry at one of their questions, so they opted for running away instead of even attempting to comfort him in any way

how his first response after Lucifer told him to leave HoL was to actually pack his things; how he was fully intent on leaving, and how when MC comes to check on him, he instantly tells them that his brothers would never stop him from leaving, that they think it's funny

the way he seemed genuienly surprised when MC accepted after he asked them out to the dance, and then admitting he actually thought that they wouldn't want to go with him

MC being his main source for comfort, and Satan even calling them his sanctuary. How before MC it was books and cats; his room being filled to the brim with books, to the point it's become a safety hazard, and him always carrying cat treats with him

currently thinking about how Satan's first instict whenever he gets angry is to isolate himself, if possible even lock himself up in his room for days on end and how his brothers don't seem to pay it much attention (Levi once said that they already had a shut-in, they don't need another one). And how he doesn't even necessarily need to give into his wrath, how simply getting worked up over something someone else said is enough for him to isolate himself

also thinking about the whole idea of 'you become the person that would have saved you when you were younger' and how Satan in the og game is literally so full of love and very kind, patient and compassionate when given the chance to fully be himself

Just as any other day, you practically ran into the Demon Lord's castle looking for the best butler in all three realms. Normally, he was either in the kitchen, or by Lord Diavolo's side, but today, you caught him on his way to the young Prince's office with a cup of tea. Of course, he was happy to see you. Even as you followed him into Dia's office and momentarily distracted him, he didn't mind. Just this once, though. Since you were there, you might as well ask to steal Barbatos for an afternoon. Barbs tries to deny your request out of "need to be near the Young Master in case something happens" but Diavolo wants him to go because he works so hard. He's convinced, but only when Dia says he'll hang out with Luci for that time.

When you two get to the actual escape room, Barbatos was quietly excited. You both knew his smarts, and your ability to see the bigger picture was going to help big time. You snagged a room for the two of you, and your hour to escape begins! He'd immediately get to looking for clues and you'd hang back to admire his diligence for a moment before you help. You both solve a good number of puzzles, even having to get up on Barbatos's shoulders at one point to look for a piece of a puzzle, which ended up being pointless to the game, but also possible awakening something in the demon. With your combined intelligence, you two finished the escape room with 15 minutes to spare! The fastest anyone's solved that room! You got your picture taken and your time recorded as a challenge for people to attempt to do better.

Afterwards, not quite ready to head back to the Devildom, you convince him to walk around the local mall for a bit. While there, you showed him a few of your favorite stores, took pictures on your human world phone, and got some food from your favorite restaurant. You felt a fleeting moment of dread go through you when a group of teenagers or young adults walked up to your table but felt immediate relief when they complemented Barbs's hair and your style. Once you two got back to the Devildom, he walked you back to the HOL taking time to talk to Lucifer and the young prince. Then he and Diavolo went back to the Demon Lord's castle white the giddy prince asking for every detail and the butler silently grinning.

Secondly, mammon looks good in both feminine clothing as well as more masculine clothes, so if you don’t like that he’ll look a lil feminine sometimes then look inwards and ask yourself why that bothers u cause idk what to tell you

So i headcanon that demons (maybe angels too) have more than 1 heart…

Imagine that one day your demon darling invite you to dinner and ofc you agree! So you’re talking with them waiting for ur meal then it arrives. On the plate it’s a cooked DEMON heart and it’s not just any demon heart it’s your demon’s heart. Them smiling and said “do you like it?”

Apparently, demon do that to express love to their mates and it’s also one of the most imtimate ways (in demon’s sense) to show love.

Satan with an MC who's not academically inclined. An MC who doesn't enjoy studying, who doesn't read books for fun, who would much rather be anywhere other than a quiet library. Someone with what he, a demon with high standards, considers to have low intellect and low grades, who doesn't think things through before rushing into them head-first.

Satan finds them ridiculous. They're crazy, a complete wild card. He can't take his eyes off of them. What a troublesome human. How absurd and silly and endearing. What a captivating human. If they can't sit still for five minutes, he'll just have to follow their lead to the ends of the Earth.

Satan has trouble coming to terms with the fact he's head over heels for them. It frustrates him to no end. The realization hit him like a truck out of the blue one day, and he's already fallen hard. So hard that he can't possibly imagine being with anyone else. That's okay. Satan convinces himself he has enough book-smarts to make up for the both of them.

Satan knows his human is foolish, but nobody else can dare say that out loud. That's Satan's privilege and his alone. People quickly learn to avoid demeaning MC if they don't want to incur Satan's wrath. His nose may be stuck in a novel but his eyes aren't following the words, they're following the human in his peripheral vision.

They're a breath of fresh air. They don't overthink things. They don't make situations complicated. They're Satan's favorite kind of open book. They force him to live in the moment.
